1 star because something in my food is always mixed up or forgotten + today is October 27th, 2024 an employee is smoking weed in the parking lots and shouting all the time, it's very dirty and the heat lights outside are switched off as soon as they know one of them Employees are no longer outside eating so that they can save electricity... I find that really anti-social + 60% can hardly speak German and you have to repeat yourself often

The food was ready in no time even though there was a huge crowd. Friendly service 👍

It's disgusting at your McDonald's you need a gas mask, other coffees don't stink like that

The order went well, but it took way too long. When we were getting the food, someone accidentally hit my friend and then insulted her, then she went to another customer and gossiped about my friend. When she passed our table again, she looked askance at my friend and quietly insulted her. She had a bun and black hair, she was about 1.60-1.70 tall, she had a gold piercing. The food was cold, everything else was ok

I'm currently on night shift and went to get a coffee and was told they're out of coffee and there's no more food. Apparently don't feel like working at night..... Very disappointing.....

Among other things, I ordered a burger with extra cheese and tomatoes. Bags checks everything there. At home, no tomatoes, no cheese on the burger. They should pay their staff more, then they will also get staff who can speak and read German.

Delivery was quick, staff is nice and friendly. -The delivery person gave me the wrong delivery. (Sorry to the dudes who didn't get their food or mine (mine was "spicy" and they took everything down "spicy"). With a quick call, my order was prepared and delivered again. Everything without any problems. The milkshake tasted different, but it wasn't as bad. I wasn't sure about my choice anyway. Don't bother the delivery person too much '^^

Unfortunately, a McDonald's restaurant that is only mediocre. On the positive side, the food is generally delicious (if you like fast food like that) with the option of putting together a meal from several vegetarian dishes. In addition, the music was pleasantly low in volume, which for me is a plus point in terms of the ambience. The toilets also seemed clean and well maintained. What was negative was the mixed quality of the food. From a large portion of plant nuggets, some were noticeably harder and drier than others. These seemed like they had been fried twice or had been stored for far too long. The vegetarian burgers were also not really warm and therefore had an impaired taste. The burgers also seemed quite carelessly put together (patty was poorly centered). This picture is complemented by the fact that, according to the display board, the orders were supposedly ready for collection much sooner than they were actually issued. My order, for example, had not been displayed on the board at all for a while when it was handed to me. Over the course of my visit, I could see that the same thing happened with every subsequent pickup order. It seems as if the employees are cheating on the internal time recording because they actually don't process orders nearly quickly enough. Overall, a McDonald's restaurant where you can eat if necessary. But I wouldn't recommend it if you have alternatives.

Everything was super clean, even the tables were cleaned in between, which is definitely not the case in Bielefeld. All in all, highly recommended in Dissen. 😋After the renovation, the interior design and the seating options outside are very modern, spacious aisles, and a smaller employee simply has to be praised for his work. He is constantly cleaning and even picks up the tablet with the trash from the table when he finds time. In contrast to Brackwede, Bielefeld or Osnabrück, the branch in Dissen is the best of all. And the citizens are always fresh and don't lie around in the warm display for ages. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I've never seen such a clean McDonald's. Even the toilets were clean! The staff was always within reach, very friendly and accommodating. Really awesome. Many thanks to all the employees there!

Really very positively surprised, the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Extremely friendly employees who even clear away the empty tablets from your desk. The premises are very neat and clean. There is even a sink to wash your hands including paper towels.

The employee responsible for the tables this lunchtime was very friendly and accommodating. The tables and floor were clean and the good man even cleared our tray and sorted the trash. Thank you very much.

Hire normal staff, it’s terrible what the management is looking at... how can you work with food like this, the workers do not maintain hygiene at all, their hair is loose and without gloves, one day a worker with long hair came in wearing a jacket and started throwing potatoes on. I have never seen a McDonalds so clean!!!! See nice and friendly employees. Real flowers on the outside tables, sensible chairs... REALLY TOP!!!

We often stop here on the way to East Frisia or back because it should be quick and easy. But if you only get 6 chicken nuggets and lukewarm fries instead of the 9 you ordered, that's enough at some point.

Particularly clean and well thought out! The sanitary facilities and the entire store are very clean, which I really appreciate. I would particularly like to highlight the extra sink in the ordering area – all branches should really have that! The outside area is also beautifully designed, not only right next to the shop, but also across the street on the lawn with tables and seating. A really pleasant place to take a break.

Food is ok. McDonalds tastes the same everywhere. The service is a disgrace!! Absolutely unfriendly!! I advise you to check everything you ordered if you take it with you. We ordered a large amount of food. They put everything in a big bag and didn’t give us 5 units of product. Plus, they work without gloves, while we were waiting, the employee in front of us scratched under his nose and grabbed the cheese and began to put it on the hamburger.

One of the best McDonald's in the region. Sanitary facilities always clean. Extra sink in the ordering area. Great hygiene concept. The gentleman who brings the food to the table is above average friendly. There was a long wait because the order had disappeared in the system, but the problem was solved. All in all, highly recommended.

As always, I enjoy going to McDonalds with our friends. It's nice and relaxed and it's also a good place to meet. The food selection isn't bad either and the ice cream machines also work. The only thing I would have been happy about is if I got my slice of cheese, but I can't ask for everything. As always, a pleasant visit.

Were there early on the way through. Was heavily air conditioned. What was great was that there was also a slide inside and a play area with, among other things, memory

We placed an order on the display on August 17, 24 at 7:11 p.m. Unfortunately, no receipt came out, so we had no proof. When I asked a lady who was distributing food, all I was told was that she didn't understand German. So we looked for a place without a receipt but at least with the "number" that you can put on the table. Unfortunately we couldn't find one that was reasonably clean, so I had to gesture to the next waitress (because she didn't understand German either) to please wipe the table briefly. After over 25 minutes! First came the food (2 menus). Of course the burgers would be cold, the fries would at least be warm. Conclusion: Bad service and dirty. We won't be going back there any time soon. I think it's great that you can give jobs to people who don't yet speak German, but please not in the service area where you have to communicate with customers.

A pretty manageable order was placed in the drive..1 hamburger, 1 cheeseburger, 1 chicken burger and a Mcdouble chili cheese..instead of 1 Mcdouble chili cheese, a chicken burger was simply packed..Mistakes happen..that's human..but especially when it's just students and children work there...and no value is placed on capable staff...and the good people all run away...unfortunately you have to unpack each citizen individually and check that everything fits before you go home..and don't forget the cash register...

Normally we are always very satisfied at McDonalds in Warendorf. This time we were in the corner and stopped in Dissen. For one thing, it took forever for the food to arrive. But there was apparently only one employee who distributed the food to the tables. There should be more staff there during peak times. Then the fries came almost cold. And the cheeseburgers tasted completely different than usual. Shouldn't it taste the same in all branches? 🤔 The restaurant itself is nice and clean.

This location is in an area where there is also a sewage treatment plant 😁😂, you heard it right, the whole "big deal" (you know what I mean, I can't say that I don't allow ) from the city is ground two steps away from McDonald's, only one street separates them, so imagine the wonderful smell there on the terrace and often even inside. Aahhh a big problem, don't buy Coca cola it's a puddle of water with dye and nowhere near the taste of Coca cola

Been there 3 times and they made a mistake 3 times. You need new staff. Let's be honest, if I go to the checkout again with a receipt because the normal Coke only tastes like water, you get an angry look and then you get a Coke Zero while the food gets cold at your seat, there's something really wrong with the service. And no, there wasn't much going on.

McDonald's is usually relatively the same everywhere. We stopped here twice on the way to and from vacation. The first time we luckily escaped a full closure and headed for it on the way back. Both menus were fresh, hot and, for once, the fries were well filled. (You know it differently.) Particularly worth mentioning is the friendly employee, who did his job both times with enthusiasm and noticeable enthusiasm: wiped tables, brought food and didn't want to hear about you trying to clear your own table. Full points are due to him, he made our visit to a fast food restaurant special!

So by far the worst MCD I know. You always have to check your order. If something is missing you won't get an apology but rather a dirty look. Food is also served warm. Ambiance due to renovations is good.

We stopped in transit and ordered something to take away. It was quite busy and the order was still relatively quick. One order included Plant Based Nuggets, but they were in normal chicken nuggets packaging. We asked briefly and were assured that the order was still correct. Unfortunately, in the end it was really chicken and not plant based nuggets. Something like that simply can't be wrong, especially not if you even ask.

This branch is well above average. Especially since the renovation there has been a welcoming atmosphere with a beautiful and modern design. What strikes me as particularly positive are the ambitions in waste separation and the sink in the dining room, where you can wash your greasy hands. Even the toilets are usually very clean and inviting with the sounds of nature. Really all the options that McDonalds offers are offered, e.g. charging stations and delivery to the car based on parking lot numbers. But not everything that glitters is gold: reusable cups are almost always not available, despite being legally required. And little else is being done to avoid waste. My apple turnover for on-site consumption was packed in a large paper bag with 20 napkins. And even if reusable cups are available, a disposable lid is often still used Finally, the promotional glasses are no longer in stock after a short time, but the store probably has little influence on this.

The 2nd visit within a week... Eating in the restaurant is absolutely not suitable as a break from the motorway, as timers are constantly ticking off and everyone ignores them - as a guest you will be crazy after 5 minutes. The shift leader today is lying on the counter and having a detailed private conversation; on April 30th Towards the evening another shift leader went into the kitchen, reached into the drawers, put something in her mouth and because it was too hot, she continued chewing in the checkout area with her mouth open... Honestly people: a counter is not a wall!!!
