Every time something from the order is forgotten and the opening times on the door of the building are also wrong!!! Just bad and incompetent!!!

We wanted to have breakfast at McDonald's on Sunday... The restaurant didn't open at 9:00 a.m. as described on the restaurant, but only at 10:00 a.m. So we waited... Then across the completely dirty parking lot into the restaurant. A bit surprised in the restaurant that there is no breakfast at the ordering terminals. When the entire kitchen was called to ask whether there was no breakfast, there was no response from the employee present. Second attempt with the next employee in the white shirt (restaurant manager?), the same question: Is there no breakfast here? Answer with an annoyed look... Nope. And turns away... We can only recommend everyone to avoid this restaurant. Every km more Hameln/Bad Nenndorf is not too much. Unfortunately, that wasn't our first disaster in this store. Absolutely no longer recommended!

Since the reopening after the closure of the 217, there has probably been a new operator. The staff is inattentive, you usually don't get everything you ordered and when you complain, the staff's standard response is that you didn't order it that way, even though it says exactly what you asked for on the receipt.

Ordering at the checkout was prohibited. Table no. They were not set up at the ordering machines at all, no service despite the high staff. At my time there was also very little public traffic. Other MCD branches offer significantly better service. At least the one at the checkout was also unfriendly.

The toilets were very dirty, service staff were unfriendly, order terminals were broken, trash cans were overflowing.

They never manage to get the order right when you take it out. Either something is missing or the wrong burger is put in the bag, etc. Always something new is like a surprise bag.

Placed the order via mobile phone app and showed the code on site. Everything is great until then. When the question came “Eat here or take away” I said take away. I waited outside and had my pickup number in view of the monitors. The order was completed quite quickly at 9:30 p.m. When I went in, my food, which was meant to be taken away, was on a tray. I looked at the gentleman and said I had ordered take away. He first responds with “another order.” When I showed my pickup number, he looked pretty pissed and turned away and then put the order in a bag. Annoyed, he then put it in front of me. When I was sitting in the car, I noticed that the McFlurry was missing, I put it back in, and the seller hadn't put it there for me/packed it up. Since the McFlurry was there without a lid, I asked if it had a lid. Two employees said it wasn't possible and had to fold in the edges... I won't say anything about that. Since I was hungry and it was late, I made the mistake of driving off to McFlurrygate. At home I discovered that unfortunately 1 burger was missing, the wrong sauce was on the McFlurry and an extra sauce was missing. And here's my question: If you as a customer now have to do everything yourself on your cell phone or at the ordering machine, then the gentlemen in the kitchen just have to read the shit and, if necessary, check it off when something is ready. My son can handle that. What do the employees actually do there? Yes, my mistake for not checking immediately, but the employees should probably be able to do a job that I can do at 3 a.m. while I'm deeply asleep, otherwise they won't be qualified enough for such work (okay, it gets difficult from then on something easier to find)

We were there on Saturday around 7 p.m. 5 adults and two children. The order via the terminal worked, the payment did not. So we paid at the cash register. So no food was brought to the table. After everything was picked up, we started eating, some of which was cold. The children were missing drinks with their Happy Meal. This was hesitantly given out after the complaint at the counter. After eating we noticed that the book and the squeeze, which is why the kids love the menu, were also missing. We only got the book on our second complaint because we were persistent. The employee didn't really believe us. We didn't ask about the Quetschis anymore because the service was really unfriendly. A note: why can't the drink packet from the Happy Meal be ordered individually? In our case, the children (1 and 4) shared the food. Nevertheless, we will avoid the shop and only went there because it was closed in Bornum. Unfortunately it's not on the internet

Products that are no longer available in stores are sold on the self-service devices. Anything can happen, but then they refused to refund us the money; we should take something else for the same money. Only after a long back and forth was a refund possible.

This store is simply impossible. Unfriendly staff, food cold and if you don't check carefully, something is always missing. Ordered twice now via the app and paid with PayPal. Then they first claim that this is not true and then they check it calmly. At some point the food comes and it is either completely wrong or at least one part is missing. No thanks, I'd rather take a detour to the other MC!

None of the terminals are working (for weeks), very dirty, unfriendly service and the trash cans are not emptied... I can only advise everyone not to come here!

None of the machines for ordering worked, the seating area was dirty, the garbage wasn't disposed of and the service was unfriendly. Then it's better not to.

McCrispy - THE discovery. The ordering machines annoy me.

There are rats in the kitchen, the food arrives cold and doesn't look nice either. There are children outside who came out of the slide and threw up everything or simply threw their milkshake down the slide just like sauce. There were fries in my drink and I got a vanilla shake even though I ordered a chocolate milk shake and it was only 0.4l even though I ordered 0.5l

I don't understand why you don't get your coffee in a ceramic cup when you consume it in a restaurant, but in a disposable cup.

It was very busy but our food was ready very quickly. It also tasted good and was hot even though we took it with us.

Since it's a classic McDonalds, I don't need to say anything about the taste, quality and prices. What takes some getting used to, however, is that this branch doesn't offer breakfast or McCafe products. Only simple coffee and a few cookies are available.

Employees prefer to greet friends with a handshake instead of serving guests. Zero knowledge, zero competence. 3 out of 4 order terminals didn't work. There's a line in front of the checkout, but instead of opening another one, the employees prefer to stare into space. An employee chewed gum with her mouth open over her food. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!

Bad staff, Waited 27 minutes for the food. Food was cold when it was finally ready. When I ordered 20 nuggets there were only 17 nuggets in it.

Unfortunately, 3 out of 4 items in the food we ordered were only lukewarm and the fries were soggy. No exchange despite complaint. Also forgot napkins. Nevertheless, the staff remained friendly

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

I have never encountered anything as unfriendly as this in any fast food restaurant. I travel all over Germany because some friends and relatives are simply far away. Yesterday evening we were here at McDonald's Holtensen because it was getting very late. Yesterday I had a very unfriendly lady who answered rudely when I asked for a table display. A stressed and tone-deaf answer: “We won’t!”. How it works then, because I didn't know, was answered but in a tone... Impossible. In the next shift the standees were back... Restaurant almost empty with only 6 people. This morning another lady: No "good morning" and I had to slow her down to find out, "There's no breakfast here!!!" She was gone. We then looked for a bakery. Restaurant occupied by 4 guests. Nothing more and still something like that. As someone unfamiliar with the area who has just arrived at the hotel with inconvenient stay times, this would normally be a good place to start until you know your way around. We are looking for other alternatives to eat for the next trip here. It doesn't work at all!!!

I was here for the last time yesterday. Out of 5 DriveIn times, the product is defective 2 times. Yesterday: Unfortunately, the team is completely overwhelmed. My menu from the app could not be found again. Instead of 11.99 I suddenly had to pay 17.49. As I said, that wasn't the first time. The worst McDonald's I know. The last time we got cold and soggy food, we ordered it in the drive-thru. Ate in the restaurant today. Wasp infestation in the restaurant, my partner ordered via the app and apparently the employee didn't know their own service, at least he was rude to us when he brought our food to the table. The nuggets were soggy again like last time, the lattice potatoes were cold and some were already green. No labeling of the drinks, which was the zero. At least the tables were relatively clean

Delicious is different🤔. We picked up food at the drive-thru and ate nearby. The fries were wobbly and anything but fresh, the meat of the chicken burger was also mushy and very soft. The staff couldn't say hello or goodbye. Admittedly-- there was absolutely nothing going on. If the goods are always like this, I can understand it!! They won't see me there again🤨

Just ordered for pickup... Order number was TB41 - 2x 6 nuggets were ordered and paid for in the order. When the McDonald's employee handed it over, I asked if everything was there... When I got home, 1 x 6-piece nugget was missing. I would love to get the three euros back for the nuggets that were not given! Always check your bags... Happens very often... This is how you can make money 🙄……

I would like to sincerely thank the McDonald’s team in Holtensen. I have rarely seen something so loving and that the staff are so committed to the children. I now relate the whole thing to the Schlumpf campaign. There were still two Smurfs missing, and the staff picked out the Smurfs for my daughter with politeness, sincerity and a very loving manner. For me that doesn't come naturally and I just wanted to express that here. Stay exactly as you are. Thanks so much.

It's not just that you can order things that aren't even in stock. If you want the money back that you previously handed over to the terminal, you'll be looked at like you're about to commit an honor killing. Visiting the women's toilet is quite unpleasant. Please listen to me and go to another McDonalds!!!! I ordered 2 menus from Mc Auto, they gave me a completely different order. The employee asked me if I wanted a Coke with ice and I said yes. When I got home I see that my order is different and that the cokes have no ice and are hot. The employee didn't give me a receipt. I tried calling and speaking to the manager more than 5 times. This McDonald's is not recommended, the new machines for ordering are pure rubbish, you can't order something that doesn't cost €100 and it doesn't go into the shopping cart. If you want to order at the checkout you can forget about it straight away. I wanted to order a Twix ice cream. What can I get? A perfectly normal one with chocolate sauce that costs extra. That's such an outrage. You've obviously lost a customer forever. Hello.

Catastrophe. At this branch, be sure to ensure immediately that the order is complete and correct. At first we were missing the lattice fries, but when we complained we were given the normal ones, which we then had to send back. Unfortunately, the real lattice fries bag still had a lot of normal ones in it. Good. Can happen. Instead of Coke we got Sprite, which unfortunately wasn't even nice and cold. And I had the impression that the McPlant burger was not vegetarian (and I only eat the McPlant variants, but this time it definitely tasted different). At least the apple turnovers were good! But what can you do wrong? All in all, it started really weakly and then slowed down a lot.

Unfortunately by far the worst McDonald's. Been there again and again because it's the only one in the area, always disappointing. Vouchers don't work because there are supposedly no updates. Maybe the staff should talk less and do their jobs properly instead. With our small order (a meal + a single burger) the separate burger was forgotten. Additionally, when ordering, we asked that the burger from the menu be made without tomatoes. The note stuck on the box promised that our wish would come true - but lo and behold, there were two slices of tomato on it. Simply incomprehensible to me. It wasn't even particularly busy, which would explain the poor service.

I am disappointed with my visit to the McDonald's in Holtensen. Although the wait was acceptable, only one ordering terminal was working and Coke Zero was out. The fries were cold and soggy, and the burger tasted dry and old. The restaurant was clean, but the children's game table was broken. Overall, the visit was very unsatisfactory and I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, some employees are super arrogant and anything but customer-oriented. A pity.

Had takeaway food, half of it was forgotten

Despite the many negative reviews, we were very satisfied. I was there on a Saturday evening when there was a lot going on, both in the restaurant and in McDrive. Our food was prepared quickly and freshly, with special requests. It was also complete - the Happy Meal toy was also included. The service was great. I was there alone with my toddler in my arms and without me having to ask, the food was packed into a larger, more manageable bag. Only the fries weren't super crispy. All in all I was satisfied.

If you don't want to eat anything, you've come to the right place. 2/3 was sold out and the vouchers were not available. The branch (especially the toilets) was dirty in the morning. Was here today for the first time since the B217 reopened. The food seems to be from before the closure, as I was sold a burger with bread with black mold. Unfortunately I only saw it at home when I started eating it. So I would definitely not buy anything to eat here anymore and would rather drive a little further or pay more for something to eat at a bakery or something like that.

It's a disgrace that this restaurant is opening. The service was terrible. I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a burger with a patty and two slices of cheese. Food always cold or of poor quality. For example, today I ordered a Mcflurry with 3x chocolate sauce and there wasn't even 1x sauce in it. A little spoon on top just to make it look that way. Entered the store 3 times and 3 times more than just disappointed that you treat customers like that. A total disaster for a lot of money, as coupons are not accepted either.

After reopening due to Construction site through town, this McD is no longer in the app and app coupons do not work here. So more expensive than others. Other things don't seem to be working either. Even though there's nothing going on, my order for a McFlurry isn't even in the system. IMHO it's not because the staff really tried hard, but because the operator didn't do his homework.

Yes, well, I've been here a few times, each time something different. Once my milkshake was forgotten, another time I ordered a strawberry milkshake with strawberry sauce and got a vanilla milkshake with strawberry sauce. Not bad in itself, I said so and the gentleman said he wanted to discuss with me that it was definitely a strawberry milkshake. I explained to him that I had already tried it and that I was sure it was vanilla because I had already drunk both. He then asked his colleague what it was, who agreed with me. He then poured it out and simply put strawberry milkshake in the cup. When I ordered a McFrappe there was no ice cream in it, another time, absolutely almost no caramel. A friend's BigMac had a piece of the patty that was torn off or bitten off Like any other Mcce's, the HappyMeals toys are not kept to. Straws are apparently no longer needed for drinks, although the lid is put on and you get a thicker straw for thicker liquid drinks, which is not to be expected.

Ich war vor ein Paar Tagen bei McDrive um mir etwas zur bestellen. Allein der Anfang wie die Mitarbeiterin die Bestellung aufgenommen hat Ohne Lust man habe sie nicht verstanden, kam mir verarscht vor. Ich kam auf ihren Niveau von Anfang an nicht klar. Am Schalter schickte sie mich zurück um zur zahlen. Hab ich auch Dan gemacht. Wieder vorne drückt sie mir nach 10 min dass essen in die Hand. Die Cola hinterher und schwup schmeißt sie die Cola um und wollte dreist mir die Schuld geben. Obwohl wir beide schuld waren und ich sie drum um Verzeihung gebietet habe sie unverschämt mir eine andere Cola in die Hand gedrückt hat, ich habe sie gefragt ob sie mir Servietten geben würde, weil meine Uhr und es ist keine günstige Uhr gewesen voll mit Cola war. Sie unverschämt antwortete mit nöööööö haben hier keine. Ich ich dieses Gesicht gesehen habe. Wurde ich lauter und schrie sie an, erst dann wo ich ihr den Wert der Uhr genannt habe gab sie mir ne Menge Servietten in die Hand.. So ein Verhalten etc. Benehmen ist Nicht geduldet egal von wem egal wo. Nie wieder. Außerdem waren die Pommes sehr kalt es wurden keine Frische gemacht. Die Cola war sehr warm. Und schmeckte garnicht

Lieber ein Stern minus. Wegräumen soll man sein Essen selbst holen aber selber , kein Tisch Service. Getränke sind Warm, Schrimps noch raw, Pommes lau Warm. Laut Aussage der Mitarbeiter haben die kein Personal.

Sorry aber Finger weg von dem Restaurant. Keine soft Getränke mehr da. Und das am Sonntag um 17.30 Uhr. Dazu zum Teil kaltes Essen. Boah und das für den Preis. Und die Heizung hätten die auch gerne anmachen dürfen. Haben total gefroren. Das nächste Mal werde ich einen großen Bogen um diese Filiale machen.

Ungewöhnlich lange Wartezeit aufs Essen. Servicekraft überfordert, unfreundlich und lustlos. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass sie nur zu zweit waren. Sweet Chilli Soße zu den Shrimps war aus, Curly Fries nicht durch, Burger kalt. Diesen McDonalds braucht kein Mensch!

Immer warm serviert und schnel bearbeitet und nette Mitarbeiter.
