Employees prefer to greet friends with a handshake instead of serving guests. Zero knowledge, zero competence. 3 out of 4 order terminals didn't work. There's a line in front of the checkout, but instead of opening another one, the employees prefer to stare into space. An employee chewed gum with her mouth open over her food. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!

Bad service. Non-carbonated drinks. Coupons always don't work here!

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

I have never encountered anything as unfriendly as this in any fast food restaurant. I travel all over Germany because some friends and relatives are simply far away. Yesterday evening we were here at McDonald's Holtensen because it was getting very late. Yesterday I had a very unfriendly lady who answered rudely when I asked for a table display. A stressed and tone-deaf answer: “We won’t!”. How it works then, because I didn't know, was answered but in a tone... Impossible. In the next shift the standees were back... Restaurant almost empty with only 6 people. This morning another lady: No "good morning" and I had to slow her down to find out, "There's no breakfast here!!!" She was gone. We then looked for a bakery. Restaurant occupied by 4 guests. Nothing more and still something like that. As someone unfamiliar with the area who has just arrived at the hotel with inconvenient stay times, this would normally be a good place to start until you know your way around. We are looking for other alternatives to eat for the next trip here. It doesn't work at all!!!

I was here for the last time yesterday. Out of 5 DriveIn times, the product is defective 2 times. Yesterday: Unfortunately, the team is completely overwhelmed. My menu from the app could not be found again. Instead of 11.99 I suddenly had to pay 17.49. As I said, that wasn't the first time. Further experiences: There is often a lack of carbon dioxide in the drink (system defective), something is missing from the order or the food is simply cold. Despite all the deficits, the staff still remains nice.

As with the MC inschulenburg Hannover. Employees not well organized. I haven't been to the Francaise Restaurant in a long time. I think it's getting worse and worse.

One ordered without onions, the second simply didn't get any, the third got some even though they weren't requested. No soap in the toilet, hand dryer doesn't work, tables not wanted. Napkins counted upon request (1 per person) Staff Young and very confused. Tray return overfilled.

The worst McDonald's I know. The last time we got cold and soggy food, we ordered it in the drive-thru. Ate in the restaurant today. Wasp infestation in the restaurant, my partner ordered via the app and apparently the employee didn't know their own service, at least he was rude to us when he brought our food to the table. The nuggets were soggy again like last time, the lattice potatoes were cold and some were already green. No labeling of the drinks, which was the zero. At least the tables were relatively clean

Delicious is different🤔. We picked up food at the drive-thru and ate nearby. The fries were wobbly and anything but fresh, the meat of the chicken burger was also mushy and very soft. The staff couldn't say hello or goodbye. Admittedly-- there was absolutely nothing going on. If the goods are always like this, I can understand it!! They won't see me there again🤨

Just ordered for pickup... Order number was TB41 - 2x 6 nuggets were ordered and paid for in the order. When the McDonald's employee handed it over, I asked if everything was there... When I got home, 1 x 6-piece nugget was missing. I would love to get the three euros back for the nuggets that were not given! Always check your bags... Happens very often... This is how you can make money 🙄……

Doesn't open until 10 a.m. But the sign at the entrance says from 8 a.m. just don't take it down.👎

I would like to sincerely thank the McDonald’s team in Holtensen. I have rarely seen something so loving and that the staff are so committed to the children. I now relate the whole thing to the Schlumpf campaign. There were still two Smurfs missing, and the staff picked out the Smurfs for my daughter with politeness, sincerity and a very loving manner. For me that doesn't come naturally and I just wanted to express that here. Stay exactly as you are. Thanks so much.

It's not just that you can order things that aren't even in stock. If you want the money back that you previously handed over to the terminal, you'll be looked at like you're about to commit an honor killing. Visiting the women's toilet is quite unpleasant. The toilet seat is loose and the cleaning service should learn their trade again. Disgusting. Therefore never again.

The last time I ate here and ALWAYS something couldn't be ordered (in the app or at the machine). Also, the food is almost cold when you eat on site. “Taking along” is partly possible.

Tables dirty!!! A lot of things were sold out, most of them were not shown on the order displays and ignored in the orders. Instead there was nothing. You only got a replacement if you asked. This was repeated for almost all customers. How can that be? Staff tended to be slightly overwhelmed... The worst McDonald's...I was hoping that something might have changed after the reopening... A pity

Please listen to me and go to another McDonalds!!!! I ordered 2 menus from Mc Auto, they gave me a completely different order. The employee asked me if I wanted a Coke with ice and I said yes. When I got home I see that my order is different and that the cokes have no ice and are hot. The employee didn't give me a receipt. I tried calling and speaking to the manager more than 5 times. On the sixth call she finally answered the phone. Girl, if you can't handle customers, you shouldn't work in public!!!!!!!!!! What a rude person, my God. Order incomplete, service didn't take care of it despite repeated requests

This McDonald's is not recommended, the new machines for ordering are pure rubbish, you can't order something that doesn't cost €100 and it doesn't go into the shopping cart. If you want to order at the checkout you can forget about it straight away. I wanted to order a Twix ice cream. What can I get? A perfectly normal one with chocolate sauce that costs extra. That's such an outrage. You've obviously lost a customer forever. Hello.

It's all handled with hands instead of using tongs and doesn't taste good either, worst McDonald ever

Long waiting times while employees chat, soggy burgers and unhygienic dining area

Catastrophe. At this branch, be sure to ensure immediately that the order is complete and correct. At first we were missing the lattice fries, but when we complained we were given the normal ones, which we then had to send back. Unfortunately, the real lattice fries bag still had a lot of normal ones in it. Good. Can happen. Instead of Coke we got Sprite, which unfortunately wasn't even nice and cold. And I had the impression that the McPlant burger was not vegetarian (and I only eat the McPlant variants, but this time it definitely tasted different). At least the apple turnovers were good! But what can you do wrong? All in all, it started really weakly and then slowed down a lot.

Maybe the staff should talk less and do their jobs properly instead. With our small order (a meal + a single burger) the separate burger was forgotten. Additionally, when ordering, we asked that the burger from the menu be made without tomatoes. The note stuck on the box promised that our wish would come true - but lo and behold, there were two slices of tomato on it. Simply incomprehensible to me. It wasn't even particularly busy, which would explain the poor service.

Unfortunately by far the worst McDonald's. Been there again and again because it's the only one in the area, always disappointing. Vouchers don't work because there are supposedly no updates. After ordering, it turns out that the ingredients are no longer there. The burgers are just slapped together carelessly and look very unappetizing. Fast food? Hahaha, ever stood in the haze for 15 minutes waiting for your food? There was an unfriendly and unfortunately unpleasant shift manager who, instead of dealing with the problem, just offered that you get your money back and that you can just drive. It was definitely the last time for me! There are good kebab shops, pizzerias and fast food restaurants one or two villages away that also have a much better price-performance ratio. Bye bye... 👋🏼

I am disappointed with my visit to the McDonald's in Holtensen. Although the wait was acceptable, only one ordering terminal was working and Coke Zero was out. The fries were cold and soggy, and the burger tasted dry and old. The restaurant was clean, but the children's game table was broken. Overall, the visit was very unsatisfactory and I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Despite the many negative reviews, we were very satisfied. I was there on a Saturday evening when there was a lot going on, both in the restaurant and in McDrive. Our food was prepared quickly and freshly, with special requests. It was also complete - the Happy Meal toy was also included. The service was great. I was there alone with my toddler in my arms and without me having to ask, the food was packed into a larger, more manageable bag. Only the fries weren't super crispy. All in all I was satisfied.

If you don't want to eat anything, you've come to the right place. 2/3 was sold out and the vouchers were not available. The branch (especially the toilets) was dirty in the morning. Unfortunately, employees do not shine with any significant skills. Worst McDonald's we've ever seen. We drove on hungry.

Was here today for the first time since the B217 reopened. The food seems to be from before the closure, as I was sold a burger with bread with black mold. Unfortunately I only saw it at home when I started eating it. So I would definitely not buy anything to eat here anymore and would rather drive a little further or pay more for something to eat at a bakery or something like that.

It's a disgrace that this restaurant is opening. The service was terrible. I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a burger with a patty and two slices of cheese. In addition, this shop doesn't have any fries. Also at least half of every order is wrong and even if you complain you get the wrong thing handed to you again. Never here again.

Probably the worst McDonald's in the world with the most incompetent staff ever. Surprise menus are put together here, but you won't get what you order.

We waited an hour for our food and the food was bad

Food always cold or of poor quality. For example, today I ordered a Mcflurry with 3x chocolate sauce and there wasn't even 1x sauce in it. A little spoon on top just to make it look that way. Entered the store 3 times and 3 times more than just disappointed that you treat customers like that. A total disaster for a lot of money, as coupons are not accepted either.

The place is just perfect. It is made very tasty and it is treated beautifully

A real disaster. EC payment is not possible at the order terminals. Scanning the vouchers is also not possible. When we asked the staff, they said that the terminals had not yet been updated. This information will only be provided upon request. Before that, however, the customer is left alone at the non-functioning terminals. That's what I call service. Incredible.

Just ordered. The employee at the checkout was busy with her cell phone and could only be distracted by a louder hello from her cell phone. No hello back, no thank you, no please. Food was left at the pick-up counter without comment...outrageously unfriendly! No wonder why no one wants to eat here anymore... Open until 1am but chairs already set up. Very inviting! After reopening due to Construction site through town, this McD is no longer in the app and app coupons do not work here. So more expensive than others. Other things don't seem to be working either. Even though there's nothing going on, my order for a McFlurry isn't even in the system. IMHO it's not because the staff really tried hard, but because the operator didn't do his homework.

This McDonald's is an absolute disaster. Why don't you offer coupons/vouchers? Because the system doesn't work?! That sounds absolutely far-fetched. Especially since the cash register is working! Food as before the closure 3/10. It's a shame I wanted to give you another chance. But that was really it!

One of the best branches in the country……not! Here in the region, this representative of the golden double arch only has a chance to exist because there are no alternatives. In a larger city with some competition, a dingy, carelessly run burger joint with unfriendly staff like this wouldn't survive.

Yes, well, I've been here a few times, each time something different. Once my milkshake was forgotten, another time I ordered a strawberry milkshake with strawberry sauce and got a vanilla milkshake with strawberry sauce. Not bad in itself, I said so and the gentleman said he wanted to discuss with me that it was definitely a strawberry milkshake. I explained to him that I had already tried it and that I was sure it was vanilla because I had already drunk both. He then asked his colleague what it was, who agreed with me. He then poured it out and simply put strawberry milkshake in the cup. When I ordered a McFrappe there was no ice cream in it, another time, absolutely almost no caramel. A friend's BigMac had a piece of the patty that was torn off or bitten off Like any other Mcce's, the HappyMeals toys are not kept to. Straws are apparently no longer needed for drinks, although the lid is put on and you get a thicker straw for thicker liquid drinks, which is not to be expected.

Ich war vor ein Paar Tagen bei McDrive um mir etwas zur bestellen. Allein der Anfang wie die Mitarbeiterin die Bestellung aufgenommen hat Ohne Lust man habe sie nicht verstanden, kam mir verarscht vor. Ich kam auf ihren Niveau von Anfang an nicht klar. Am Schalter schickte sie mich zurück um zur zahlen. Hab ich auch Dan gemacht. Wieder vorne drückt sie mir nach 10 min dass essen in die Hand. Die Cola hinterher und schwup schmeißt sie die Cola um und wollte dreist mir die Schuld geben. Obwohl wir beide schuld waren und ich sie drum um Verzeihung gebietet habe sie unverschämt mir eine andere Cola in die Hand gedrückt hat, ich habe sie gefragt ob sie mir Servietten geben würde, weil meine Uhr und es ist keine günstige Uhr gewesen voll mit Cola war. Sie unverschämt antwortete mit nöööööö haben hier keine. Ich ich dieses Gesicht gesehen habe. Wurde ich lauter und schrie sie an, erst dann wo ich ihr den Wert der Uhr genannt habe gab sie mir ne Menge Servietten in die Hand.. So ein Verhalten etc. Benehmen ist Nicht geduldet egal von wem egal wo. Nie wieder. Außerdem waren die Pommes sehr kalt es wurden keine Frische gemacht. Die Cola war sehr warm. Und schmeckte garnicht

It was 6:20 p.m. Only 6 customers are in the store. The ice cream machine doesn't work, the kola has run out, the tray stands are full and the prices are significantly higher. I didn't like it that much.

Lieber ein Stern minus. Wegräumen soll man sein Essen selbst holen aber selber , kein Tisch Service. Getränke sind Warm, Schrimps noch raw, Pommes lau Warm. Laut Aussage der Mitarbeiter haben die kein Personal.

Sorry aber Finger weg von dem Restaurant. Keine soft Getränke mehr da. Und das am Sonntag um 17.30 Uhr. Dazu zum Teil kaltes Essen. Boah und das für den Preis. Und die Heizung hätten die auch gerne anmachen dürfen. Haben total gefroren. Das nächste Mal werde ich einen großen Bogen um diese Filiale machen.

Ungewöhnlich lange Wartezeit aufs Essen. Servicekraft überfordert, unfreundlich und lustlos. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass sie nur zu zweit waren. Sweet Chilli Soße zu den Shrimps war aus, Curly Fries nicht durch, Burger kalt. Diesen McDonalds braucht kein Mensch!

Der vordere Kassenbereich wirkte ein wenig unsauber. In der Toilette auf beiden Seiten kein Toilettenpapier. Der Fußboden vor den Pissoir war total verpinkelt. Die Chickenburger zusammen geklatscht, ein paar Krümel Salat drauf, das war's. Kenn ich von anderen McDonalds anders. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

Wir waren eben 10 min vor Ladenschluss da und die waren trotzdem unfassbar freundlich und haben uns das beste Mcmenü gezaubert!

Hat stark nachgelassen, zu Stoßzeiten lange Wartezeit und durcheinander bei den Angestellten. Burger teilweise kalt. Dieser Store bietet keinen Tischservice mehr an. Update, auch nach 2 Jahren keinen Tischservice, man kann zwar zum Tisch bestellen, aber die Nummer wird durch den ganzen Laden gebrüllt und man muss es vorne abholen. Chronisch unterbesetzt, demnach oft lange Wartezeiten und viele Falschzusammenstellungen. Hier müsste Mc Donald's Deutschland den Franchisenehmer mal abmahnen, der Imageschaden ist hier groß.

Ein typisch MC Donald Restaurant

Kjøpte muffins og doughnut. Egenrlig hadde de ikke den doughnuten jeg skulle ha. Ble spurt om jeg skulle spise der eller ta med hjem. Siden jeg skulle ta de med hjem fikk jeg helt ferske bakevarer fra fryseren som var ferdig tinet og perfekte å spise etter en halvtimes tid.

Personal nicht soooo freundlich wie ich es von anderen kenne..

Wir haben zweimal da gegessen.Erstesmal war der Big Tasty ungenießbar da der Bacon ranzig war. Gestern,der Big BBQ war trocken, fiel auseinander und das Fleisch schmeckte muffig, die Pommes waren verbrannt. Schon während das warten,war man umgebend von ein komisches Geruch von verbranntes alten Fleisch. Wir haben keine servierten und trinkhalme bekommen🙄. Fie Tische schmutzig. Zweimal Geld in Wind geschmissen.

Leider immer schlechter Service, teilweise unfreundlich, nie Tischservice, fast immer Fehlerhafte Burger. Tische immer klebrig. Ich frag mich wirklich ob der Inhaber wirklich Qualitätsmanagement betreibt.

Wir haben vor Ort gegessen! Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber und übersichtlich! Das Personal ist freundlich und wenn es nicht so voll ist gibt es auch einen Tischservice

2023.06 Ein recht überschaubares aber trotzdem recht feines McDonalds. Parkplätze gibt es viele sind auf normal gepflegt. Sogar für Elektro Fahrzeuge. Innen drinnen ist alles recht sauber und ordentlich gewesen. Die Bestellung war zügig da ich ein Eis hatte. Essen hat so wie der Standard bei mc donalds geschmeckt. Personal was die Umgebung sauber hält war auch da. Tische und boden waren sauber. Mein Fazit : mann kann das McDonalds empfehlen um etwas zu essen.

Halt ein MC D- ordentliche Lage - allse OK!°

Update 2023: Mehrere Besuche liefen zwischenzeitlich problemlos +2Sterne. Heute 23.12.2020 ca. 14:00 Uhr McDrive: 1x gr. Pommes fehlte, Cola war durchsichtig (Mineralwasser mit wenigen Tropfen Sirup -->ungeniessbar), ansonsten i. O.

Die Mitarbeiter sind ziemlich überlastet, die brauchen Hilfe.

Aktion "Gläser", es wird immer wieder behauptet, daß die Gläser noch nicht da sind. Nach 10 min Diskussion werden sie aber doch nach vorne geholt. Unnötig! Warum nicht gleich? Das Personal ist teils (sehr) freundlich, teils überfordert, je nach Belegschaft und Tag. Das Essen, naja, Fastfood eben. Es gibt aber auch andere Filialen!!! Da lohnt sich der etwas weitere Weg.

War ok Beim Shake wurde mal wieder versagt. Statt Shake eher Suppe

Es war sehr laut, teuer und das Essen schmeckt nicht.

Cheeseburger eher Lauwarm ansonsten MC Donald's halt.
