The staff is not very friendly.

Everything is significantly more expensive, you can only order at the crowded terminal and you can't even redeem coupons.

As an ADAC member you receive 10% at Tank & Rast from selected partners (e.g. Burger King). This is also clearly advertised on the notice board at this rest stop. Even though there was nothing going on, the staff refused to serve the checkout and pointed them to the payment terminals. Of course you can't redeem the discount here. Very elegantly avoided.

So we were there at 2:00 p.m. on a Sunday. Not all terminals were usable, but ordering didn't take long. We waited 23 minutes for the food. Since we weren't in a hurry, that wasn't a big deal. The food itself was hot and tasted very tasty. There were enough seats. All in all a nice rest area.

Load rip-offs!!! Only 2 of the 6 terminals are open and then without any warning the coupons are not accepted. Never again in this Burger King, it is not worthy of its name.

Damn store! Everything was selected in the app in advance and the location was confirmed. Do not accept coupons here. That's the biggest reason not to stop here, it's a really bad thing. Then not all terminals work, which means you can wait forever when there is a lot going on.

We were ignored for ages, even though we waited at the checkout and were within opening hours. Then the self-ordering screens were switched on (you walked past us without making eye contact), but only 2 of them worked. Then they hid in the back again. So we ordered on the screen, but waited a total of 30 minutes until then. 2 stars because it only took 15 minutes for the food to be ready and the veggie burger was delicious :)

Of the 6 self-service terminals, 3 are broken - there are long queues in front of the others - the cash registers are closed - the employees don't care - that's what customers do today - the view of the motorway is great. We waited so long for the food that the engine was cold again but the 10km traffic jam we were in had now cleared up. Anyway. Never again. There's enough competition, buy there.

2 screens open for “quick ordering”. There are around 25 people in front of each screen having a break. This system is the biggest nonsense in the catering industry. Never again. Waiting time until food: 50 minutes.

Were there with a group. Out of 4 orders, 3 had fake burgers that were also completely cold. One Sprite only tasted like water because the syrup was gone, so it was refilled, but still other orders were prepared first, among other things there was also a sprite. After 5 minutes we got the sprite when the food was already eaten... and then the Sprite was still without ice cubes even though we had specified that... Worst Burger King I've ever been to

Four out of six terminals don't work, many things are sold out - especially those that are for children. Order was not delivered completely, colas were not labeled (zero, light, original).

Order is very slow. Ordered children's menu for my daughter and took 30 minutes.

A Burger King that doesn't accept its own coupons. That borders on ironic. But yes. We only had to pay almost double because this BK doesn't accept BK coupons.

They are hungry? If you want to eat here you need time. The quality of the food was “standard”, but both the ordering process and the subsequent waiting for the order take time. Entdeckung der Langsamkeit! 2 Angestellte die die ruhe Weg haben, dazu von 6 Terminals nur 2 in Betrieb, Bestellung am Tressen gar nicht möglich. Und wenn sie nicht gestorben sind, dann warten Sie noch heute! Unverschämt lang für einen Schnellimbiss!

Bestellen am Terminal ist ja OK, aber wenn man nicht mit Karte zahlen kann, wird man an der Kasse minutenlang Ingnoriiert, danach werden die Leute noch pampig wenn man nicht passend zahlt, sowas kennt man von Burger King nicht

Hier habe ich ziemlich schnell leckere Burger bekommen - Top!

Mitarbeiter sind langsamer als Schildkröten. Unglaublich. So eine Arbeitsmotivation habe ich noch nie erlebt. Bei so einem großen Umlauf kann man nicht solche Mitarbeiter einstellen die keine Lust haben zu arbeiten. Habe selten sowas gesehen. Bin einfach nur schockiert.

Der mit Abstand schlechteste Burger King. Automat nimmt keine Coupons an und Mitarbeiter an der Kasse sagt, an der Kasse gingen angeblich auch keine Coupons

Der Bk geschmack war da. Essen war dementsprechend ok. Haben versucht an der kasse zu bestellen, wurden unsanft an die Tablets verwiesen. 4 Tablets da, nur eines funktioniert. 4 burger, zweimal pommes, zweimal getränk. Ein burger wurde vergessen, pommes labberich und die cola leicht schal. Nie wieder.

Sehr traurig dass an unserem besuchten Tag nur 2 Leute im laden standen und dass bei Ferien Beginn. Der ältere Herr an der Kasse hat eine saftige Lohnerhöhung verdient. Hat schlangen an Menschen Massen problemlos alleine bedient, zubereitet und serviert.

Als wir da ankamen und die Bestellung aufgeben wollten, sah die Bedienung nicht gerade gepflegt aus. (Dies hat uns schon relativ den Appetit verdorben) Außerdem betrug die Wartezeit 40min, was wir echt frech fanden, kalt war das Essen auch noch. Ich hab meinen Burger ausgepackt und habe einen Plant based erhalten, den auch auf gar keinen Fall bestellt hatte. Das einzig Gute, das Ambiente, war echt hübsch, dennoch ist das Essen echt nich zu empfehlen!!!

Der Burger King im Brücken- Restaurant. Soweit so schlecht. Sehr langsam zur Mittagszeit. Man musste sehr lange warten. Ca 10 Minuten bis zur Bestellung und dann noch mal 13 Minuten bis das Essen fertig war. Geht gar nicht!! Die Cola und ein kleiner Burger wurden bereits kurz nach der Bestellung fertig gemacht und waren dann nach 13 Minuten, als der Rest kam abgestanden (Eiswürfel geschmolzen) bzw kalt. Mal ehrlich! Ich muß das Personal doch so planen das ich zu den Hauptzeiten klar komme! War übrigens nicht das erste Mal. Man ist dort grundsätzlich langsam. Ich komme sehr oft dort vorbei und hin und wieder ertappe ich mich wie ich dann doch abfahre um es noch mal zu versuchen. Tja! Mein Fehler!! 😁 Besser man nutzt den Autohof in Holdorf mit KFC bzw MC D.

Trevlig personal, ligger i en hall med andra restauranger på rastplatsen.

Obwohl so gut wie nichts los war, warteten wir ca 20 min auf das Essen. Die Getränke wurden direkt aufs Tablett gestellt und standen dort die ganze zeit. Als das Essen endlich fertig war, waren die Getränke abgestanden, Die pommes seltsamerweise nur lau warm. Und von dem burger hatte ich einen Tag später sogar noch unangenehmes Aufstoßen mit penetrantem Fleischgeschmack. Leider nicht wirklich zu empfehlen.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Öffnet um 10 man hat auf das Schild gezeigt. Es war 10 Uhr dann die Aussage wir sind nicht fertig musst später kommen.

Oh my goodness this is by far the slowest "fast food" business I've ever visited ...we even ordered the whopper to speed things up a bit with no special order but they don't have a queueing system nor any communication in the kitchen at all. Waited for more than ten minutes to order and get our food with a limited rush...and got no extras or vouchers or anything in excuse

Ich war ganz froh, wieder im Auto zu sitzen. War schon etwas sehr nahe an ner Freskshow, incl. jemand der die Bestellung ausrufen sollte, flüsterte aber und sprach alles falsch aus, so daß sich nicht einer angesprochen fühlte. Spooky

2mal in meinem Leben gegessen. 2 mal Durchfall. Lieber Nordsee oder Restaurant nutzen.

Kam zu sehr langer Wartezeit, durch neues Personal

Dank Burger King war das Auto schneller geladen als wir gegessen haben. Lange Wartezeit, stickige Luft. Das Essen selbst wie gewohnt, erfreulich, dass es den King des Monats auch gibt, man also für eine Autobahnraststätte recht günstig essen kann.

Da arbeitet ein Thies und der kennt sich richtig aus und kann einen helfen wenn man was nicht weiß. Richtig guter Bre. Der hat safe ne Beförderung verdient!!!

Das Essen war grundsätzlich wie in jedem anderen Burger King. Das Personal war leider unglaublich langsam.

Nordisch kühl würde ich sagen, sehr klein und wenig Personal, wenn mehr wie 5 Personen was bestellen, muss mit etwas mehr Wartezeit gerechnet werden

Alles gut soweit, der Service kann an sich noch arbeiten denn da muß es schneller funktionieren

Die Bedienung ist nett. Die Inkompetente war nicht da, daher war ich sehr zu Frieden.

Fastfood sollte nur so heißen, wenn es auch schnell geht. Abends, 19 Uhr, Stau auf der Algier, vier Angestellte, die bei 10 Kunden kaum hinterherkommen. Ich frage mich, ob die Kunden zu Ferienzeiten bis auf die Auffahrt in der Schlange stehen. Nächstes Mal kommt eine Stulle mehr ins Gepäck.

Essen war lecker! Eismaschine war leider wie so oft bei entsprechenden Restaurants defekt. Wartezeit war okay dafür, dass nur zwei MA vor Ort waren. Motivation der Mitarbeiterin am Counter eher weniger vorhanden.

Die Mitarbeiterin mit den blonden Haaren hatte wohl einen schlechten Tag. Sie hing mit dem Kopf auf dem Arm abgestürzt auf der Bedientheke und verdrehte häufiger die Augen. Wenn man kein bock auf seinen Job hat sollte man sich was anderes suchen. Ansonsten war das Essen eben wie man es von Burger King erwartet. Kein 5* Essen aber nach 7 Stunden Autofahrt kann man sich das wohl geben.

War kurz nach 20Uhr...2 Personen am bedienen. Die hatten wohl schon alles Pulver verschossen....echt langsam Rest war okay

Der erste Big King hatte ein patty was noch halb rot/ roh war. Der neue war aber schnell gemacht.

Leider kein guter BK und vor allem kein McDonalds 😉
