Honestly, as a fast food chain it should be possible to accommodate peak times (number of customers). Every time the staff is overwhelmed, orders are incomplete, various products are not available (reason unclear). Waiting times of around 25 minutes at the drive-in are more normal than unusual. The food suffers accordingly... Full, yes, one star for that. Bravo...
Update May 2025: It's crazy that the McDonald's logo is still allowed to hang there. As always, the order is incomplete, I know I shouldn't eat there anymore, it was late and a mistake. A mini bunk was used for the Royal, the toilets or the functioning rest of them drive the spit directly into the daylight via the feeding hatch. If the shops are actually inspected, you have to send the health department over. I've now bought canned pea soup in advance. Then you can do this
deal with misfortune. Thanks.
No, not anymore, the citizens have become so small that they become poor when they are full. The bigmac is as big as a hamburger 4 years ago. This was the last time I was there and I will never visit this store again in my life. If everyone did that, we would have old prices or old size of citizens. For the money I can eat better somewhere else.
The order was paid at the terminal at 9:04 p.m. and a whopping 27 minutes! Later received our order. 3 menus for 3 people, so it wasn't an earth-shattering effort...it was pretty full, yes, but the store is still a long way from the concept of system catering. You could see that the staff was completely annoyed by the non-functioning internal processes. Just like the waiting customers. However, in favor of the staff, it must also be said that some customers are obviously too lazy or too stupid to leave their pickup/order number. To read on the displays and to pick up their corresponding order and apparently have the expectation of being personally invited to receive their order...well. All in all, nothing to do with fast food. But at least the order was as ordered and hot.
Fine. If the streetlights aren't working, you could report this to the city of Laatzen. I just did that. The entrance to McDonald's was difficult to see in the dark. But: you were supposed to order on an oversized touchscreen, which unfortunately kept freezing. There were still enough staff there - they just didn't seem to want to serve me. I stood at the counter and was ignored. If McDonald's has installed video cameras, please check. Saturday around 7 p.m. There I was with my planned order of 24 Big Macs, cheeseburgers, etc. Therefore, the mandatory points above are nonsense. Ambience: see lighting. Service: see the attention and food: zero. As all three categories should be rated. Thank goodness the competition never sleeps; I got rid of my order at a burger chain in Wülfel without any problems. Addendum: It's not this place's fault that I don't go there anymore. The McDonald's app is so poorly programmed, and the screens in the lobby don't work properly, that I had no desire to buy anything there. It can't be true, but it's true: I first have to update, then authorize location requests, and then—still—can't order anything. Access to purchased goodies was also blocked. As you can see from the video camera recordings, we turned around and drove away. Perhaps we should boycott McDonald's until they offer satisfactory solutions. This also applies to other losers in the area of app-based controls (ceiling lights!).
Caves bad. Waiting for a beer and the swimming pool isn't particularly full? Rather empty. Over 10 minutes. The guy behind the counter looks like he's sleeping. And card payment, not possible in a "swimming pool".
