The new system is just... You just wait. And this isn't the first time. There is nothing going on and you have to wait 20 minutes for your food. There are 4 in service and everyone does something except order... That was definitely the last time here.

Waited over 30 minutes for a simple menu, there were not 8 guests there..

I would give a 0 star rating if it were possible. Employees there are unfriendly and really incompetent. Incredible...

I found the food horrible, but only because I had hair in the food and the waiter had bad breath.

The food wasn't hot, the fries were soggy, the terrace was dirty with napkins and butts. Tables dirty, we were passing through and wouldn't stop here again

Rarely seen such a bad Macdonalds branch. I was the only guest here that afternoon. Air conditioning system defective. Monitor above the cash register that shows when the food is ready is broken. Ice cream machine broken. Only one sign on the order terminal. The employee brings us the food and takes the small white sign with him and presses the sign that the next customer will touch. Garbage in the garbage can. All tables outside were dirty. Super rude and absolutely not recommended. Next time I'll eat somewhere else.

Really one of the worst McDonald's I know. Constantly overwhelmed, you are always sent through on mc drive and then you wait for your food with 20 people behind you Burgers are rarely on top of each other, the leaning tower of Pisa does it well, which is quite an art with a cheese burger, the patty and the top bun don't exactly fit on the bottom one. 7 out of 10 orders are missing something or are wrong, if you weren't the only McDonald's within 30 minutes I would honestly never go there again, branch manager: listen to the reviews, finally get your store under control. 2.9 stars Google rating is a 5- in school grades

Good evening I was at MC.Donalds's in OHZ earlier. The food wasn't good, the fries weren't salted so they were poor. The staff didn't speak the language unfortunately. I wanted to have something served and got 20 pieces straight away 👎.

My points of criticism: I was driving through mc Drive, three rats came towards me and went into the fenced area to the trash cans where two employees were sitting to smoke. When I got my food I told the employee that there were rats and they should get a professional. He just laughed, grinned and asked if I had everything. I repeated it again in clearer German (apparently no one there speaks fluently..) he laughed again and walked away. Apparently he didn't understand me. But the colleagues who were smoking there noticed the rats. I have seen that… A week later the same game... 2. the food tastes like it has been warmed up three times. 3. you are treated like someone who is not wanted. They chat with their lance people for minutes and even create the order for them at the terminal. 4. the floor sticks 5. Glue the tables. So I'm going to Bremervörde now...

Here the parking lot is also designed as a one-way street. So after the drive in I had to drive around the block to get back to the parking lot. But I noticed that the system doesn't really appeal to everyone. The parking spaces are designed specifically for this purpose. So it doesn't matter whether you drive forward or backward into the parking space. There is space for maneuvering. The ground wool at the beginning of the parking lot is unduly high. 4 citizens were ordered, and "only" one of them had a dry roll, which had probably been lying around for a while. I can't say anything negative about it.

I ordered the menu with ice cream. Every item on the menu was wrong; Cola instead of Fanta, nuggets forgot cheeseburger instead, ice cream was also forgotten, fries instead of salad, wrong sauce. So you can't go wrong anymore. Simply incompetent and incompetent staff.

At least it was fun for the waiting child because he could slide around in the grease in front of the counter like he was ice skating. We won't be driving to McDonaldsd any time soon.

And it happened again! It's slowly enough! Several times a part of my order was missing. Today it was the specially ordered McRip on the Cheeseburger Smart Menu! Unfortunately - I had ordered take away - I only noticed it when I got home. So why drive back 15 kilometers?? I paid by card, the money is gone. Next time again to Mecces in Oslebshausen. Never again in OHZ!!!

Ordered a burger without onions and there were still onions on the burger. 3 sauces were ordered with the food and no sauces were available. The curly fries we ordered were 70% fries and only 30% curly fries. Staff talked more among themselves instead of concentrating on packing up their things. You have to say that there wasn't really much going on, so you shouldn't mess up that much.

The non-existent curly fries and fries were particularly tasty. The nuggets tasted like cardboard. The Big Mac was half cold. So if you order something to take away there, you should check it on site. Otherwise everything is good there.

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut. Die Bestellterminals sind leider etwas unglücklich angeordnet, da sie mitten im Eingangsbereich stehen. Leider war auch ein Terminal defekt, aber nicht als defekt ausgewiesen oder ausgeschaltet. Das Ambiente bekommt nur 1 Punkt. Es war sehr dreckig. Überall lagen Essens- und Müllreste. Die gerade neu am Terminal zur Verfügung gestellten Aufsteller mit den Bestellnummern waren ebenfalls sehr dreckig. Auch der Service bekommt nur 1 Punkt, bei dem Servieren des Essens gab es keinerlei Ansprache. Das Tablet wurde einfach auf den Tisch geschoben. Schade, es könnte deutlich besser sein, auch in einem Fast Food Restaurant.

Sehr voll, was ja für diesen McDonald spricht.. Allerdings jede Menge Menschen hinter dem counter die sich gegenseitig fast behindern. Einrichtung ist ok aber an der Sauberkeit sollte gearbeitet werden

Personal recht freundlich. Ansonsten die Bestellungen immer gut kontrollieren. Es fehlen gerne mal Pommes, Soßen oder ganze Burger. Auch wäre es nett, wenn die Pommes gesalzen werden würden. Alles in allem selbst für einen McDonald's eher unterdurchschnittlich.

Es war voll durch viele Schüler, darum hat es sich an den Terminals gestaut. Essen und Getränke waren gut. Was jedoch nicht geht, ist die Tatsache dass im Winter nur die Fahrbahn und noch nicht die Fußwege gestreut sind. Man musste im Pinguinschritt laufen um sicher das Restaurant zu betreten

Mittlerweile besser geworden. Wurde eigentlich bei uns lange nichts falsch gemacht oder das was fehlte.

An und für sich, ein guter MC Donalds mit tollen Stammmitarbeiter/innen 😊👍. Leider sind zu Hauptzeiten, manchmal zu wenig Mitarbeiter da, um dem Kundenansturm gerecht zu werden und es kommt dann leider zu langen Wartezeiten (Erfahrung Hauptsächlich aus dem MC Drive) oder das Essen wird vertauscht oder etwas vergessen. Aber im großen und ganzen, geben sich alle Mitarbeiter immer die größte Mühe um alles schnell, freundlich und zügig hinzubekommen. 👍

Ich hab noch nie so ein schlechtes McDonald's Geschäft betreten Müll ohne Ende, Mitarbeiter völlig genervt und leider nur noch Ausländer die kaum deutsch sprechen und nichts verstehen. Nie wieder

Immer Recht chaotisch und mindestens 1 Bürger wird vergessen

Leider kein Vergleich mehr zu früher. McDonald's ist nicht mehr bunt und lustig, sondern nur noch trist und anonym. Die Bestellautomaten funktionieren öfter mal nicht und eine Bestellung an der Kasse ist an und für sich nicht mehr gewünscht.

Rappelvolle Drive-In Anlage, aber super vom Management und Personal gehandelt. Die Wartezeit war absolut akzeptabel und alle Burger wurden offensichtlich a la minute zubereitet. Hatte schon schlechtere Tage bei MCes OHZ.
