Terrible staff.There's always something missing when ordering takeaway.This time there were no children's toys included in the package either, but this time I decided to write a negative review.It's also unclear why I didn't find a chicken burger in the bag .I am very dissatisfied with the service.

2 out of 4 machines are defective. All the tables are very dirty, it makes you sick when you eat!

Today, March 28th, 2024, we were at MC D again after ages. We had ordered to take away and when we got home we noticed that half of it was missing. The non-existent curly fries and fries were particularly tasty. The nuggets tasted like cardboard. The Big Mac was half cold. So if you order something to take away there, you should check it on site. Otherwise everything is good there.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I ordered a normal Mc Donald's menu with coffee and there was iron in the food. Recommend because don't load any further if you want to eat in a good McDonald's. You should eat in Bremen

The branch has declined significantly. For a long time now, the preparation time has been very, very long compared to other branches. The pick-up screens are deliberately not used in the store (statistics fake?). In McDrive you are asked to drive up and wait there. You can't get more at the window. It's easy to wait 15-25 minutes in the car. Fast food? None...

One of the dirtiest McDonald's there is. The entire floor in the store is slippery/full of grease, so normal walking is no longer possible. Look into the kitchen, just disgusting. Leftover food lies on the floor in the kitchen - from fries to rolls. Nobody there thinks hygiene is important. The health department should take a look. You completely lose your appetite when you look at it.

We had to wait forever until we got to McDrive even though there were only a few cars in front of us. The sauce was missing for the Chicken McNuggets. Never again!

Ordered to take away for 40 euros. Waited 20 minutes for the order. 7 order numbers processed after me.. Fries cold, soggy, non-carbonated drink, now without ice. Burger cold. Several people were handling our order, it really looked like a mess and I was surprised that the order was complete, despite the poor quality. In between packing up the goods, an employee worked with tools and repaired a lamp. The food was packed up underneath. That's about hygiene.

Wir haben uns eine Kekstasche als Nachtisch bestellt. Diese war beim öffnen, bereits halb aufgegessen! Wir sind völlig entsetzt und enttäuscht! Wer weiß, wie oft die anderen Lebensmittel schon mal in Umlauf waren. Dieser Mc Donalds wird uns nie wieder sehen
