Food and service very good. Ambience is like this - music is a bit too loud for my taste and here and there could use some repairs (see photo). Cell phone charging sockets and power points on the wall next to some tables are great. It's right next to the main train station and therefore very busy and sometimes has a strange clientele - but I wouldn't say that it feels unsafe or that it's very run down. Sometimes a lot of Talahons hang around there and should be driven away if they don't order anything and just stupidly block places and chat loudly. Cleanliness is usually good. There are enough seats outside, although the folding chairs are not very comfortable there - the woven armchairs with seat cushions at many other McDonald's are better (the disadvantage is that they invite you to stay even longer). I often eat there when waiting for the bus/train and have always been satisfied to very satisfied with the service and food.
Every time it's the same thing, the desired menu is "sold out" or "we don't have it" even with current special offers...it's annoying. Unfortunately, people often don't understand each other well. I'd rather go somewhere else.
Yesterday, after about 10 years, I was there again (Saturday). Waited over 45 minutes for our food. Then our number simply disappeared from the display, hardly anyone had a plan. Burgers were also cold.
Sorry, no
I would like to describe the following.
On a Saturday lunchtime we were with the family, i.e. my two children, eleven and nine years old. Oh my wife in Hanover city center and thought we'd grab a snack on hand.
My two children wanted a mini cold zone. My daughter took a mini calzone Magaritta sun my son mot veal .
And I also took a mini calzone with veal. The staff was very nice and funny after we finished the medication and bought some water there too.
My daughter and son complained of stomach pain after about 2 hours and 3 hours.
After about three or four hours, my daughter stopped taking all of the medication after severe stomach pain.
And as an adult, I also had diarrhea.
Please work on your hygiene.
It wasn't already for us.
After waiting 22 minutes and with no possibility of placing an order in sight, I (as well as another potential customer who also wanted to buy for 4 people) left this "fast food restaurant" and went to other providers!
And the food at BURGER KING isn't sooooo great and tasty that you'd possibly put up with 45-60 minutes (including queuing, ordering, picking up) for it!
Not by any stretch of the imagination!
There's too much competition for that in the fast food sector in Celle.
In addition.......... there was no sign of cleanliness anywhere. Overfilled return trolleys (a lot of things were already on the floor) and the tables...... I won't say anything about that. I definitely wouldn't have eaten anything there!
I'd like to preempt the issue of "staff shortages" straight away. I personally saw 4 employees.
Now I'm a 63-year-old man.
Maybe I'm no longer the target group for such fast food chains.
I'll explain this too:
3 young men who were in line before me took 12 minutes to order. Background: the cashier knew these guests and they joked and fooled around. OF COURSE NOT IN GERMAN!! No words!
For me personally, the following has become clear: respect cannot be learned; respect must be earned!
For me personally, this place is so over!!!
It's probably the worst McDonald's I've been to in a long time. The ambience was terrible, everything was dirty on the floor/tables/sitting, leftover food and thick coverings of dirt everywhere. There was also a strong smell of urine in the far corner even though the toilet was far away.
The food was tasty but even there I wondered what was wrong with the shop.
I ordered an M Burger with 2x extra burger patties and 2x extra cheese but that was probably too much for the staff so they simply put 3 slices of cheese on top of each other on the first patty...
Will not visit this McDonald's in the future.
