We were there today at 6:30 p.m. and ordered two menus, waited for about 20 minutes and ate on the upper floor. The menus were cold. I wonder if you wait that long, the menus must be cold like the top floor you had to leave your jackets on to avoid freezing to death, the tables weren't clean and the toilets also had paper towels were not on site. I can only say that the hygiene and the food have deteriorated significantly, it no longer has anything to do with McDonald's according to the advertising to do. We don't come here anymore. Just a shame for the money.

Finally a Burger King where you don't have to order from the machine. Otherwise: When I was there, there were no other customers there. No waiting time, burger was freshly made. Toilet only available for a fee. And even then only with cash. Otherwise everything is a bit old-fashioned. But I also want to eat at a BurgerKing and not move in.

If you are a Muslim who wants to eat some halal protein with fries and vegetables in the centre of Hannover, try out this place and thank me later. The operators speak English too, so don't worry if you don't understand and speak Deutsche like me. The challenge is that their inner dinning area is small and can contain just a few people

Clean, food fresh, staff friendly and incredibly fast

Milkshake or ice cream? Definitely not here, because the ice cream machine is always broken!!! Funny . And things are often missing from the order.

This one star is not directed at the friendly employees but actually at the branch manager. Not that the children's teaching area has been swept for years, but then to close the area because it doesn't want to get "dirty" there, I think it's an impertinence. An absolute disaster with children. Last time we waited about 45 minutes for our order. Some of the staff are very friendly, everything else leaves a lot to be desired.

Burger King is back as usual with its classic burgers and fries. The Whoppers are tasty and well topped, but the quality sometimes varies. Service was quick but cleanliness could be better. A solid place for a quick snack, but nothing special.

It's just a snack in a fun pool. We were served very friendly (so I can't understand some of the criticism here) and we also liked our food (both rice pudding) and it was reasonable in terms of price-performance ratio. It would be great if there was a slightly healthier alternative to fries and rice pudding, but I suspect that there wouldn't be enough demand for this (the salad is available in the bistro in the sauna area). The ambience is okay - you're just sitting in the large swimming pool and it's correspondingly noisy. If there were a few more staff, you could also wipe the tables again (French fries and mayorest on the neighboring table), but with a lot of people it's understandable that this would take a moment...

Waited 32 minutes for the food after ordering. Haphazard employees who, instead of processing orders, only move receipts. The trash can behind the café counter was completely overflowing without the counter being occupied. It's questionable how old the garbage was there.

The crispy chicken burger and cheeseburger were delicious. You could also order at the counter and the burgers were brought to the table. All very good for a fast food temple. Ambience like everywhere else......

They forgot the nuggets. We called and they packed 30 nuggets and 2 apple turnovers. 😊
