I can't say anything bad about this Burger King branch… The food was always warm and tasty and the staff was friendly. Whether Whopper, Big King, X-tra Long Chili Cheese or King Nuggets: I've tried all of the Burger King classics here and everything was always fine with them 👌🏼 At most, you could pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant and the toilets, but that is a fundamental problem with fast food restaurants. That's also the catch: They are fast food restaurants and not 5-star restaurants 😅 What I also find a bit questionable is the need for a parking disc in the parking lot, where you can only stand for a maximum of 2 hours 🤔 In any case, I always like to grab something here for lunch or dinner after university, or when I'm in the mood with the family 👍🏼

There is an employee here; a dark-skinned, bearded man wearing a black T-shirt. I think he's the boss. He is definitely very rude and stressed. If you want to order something or ask something, don't contact him. He is disrespectful. I'm never coming here again. I don't recommend this place. Both rude and disrespectful.

It wasn't very busy. Dirty tables, littered clearing station, sticky floor. For a fast food restaurant, 15 minutes of waiting time with 1 guest in front of you is too long!!!

My comment is based on several visits to the same BK. -Mini citizens are made hot in the microwave (rock hard after 10 minutes). -When ordering at the drive-thru, citizens who have ordered are often missing. -Gastrointestinal problems after eating purchased citizens. The health department should urgently shut down the store. My guess: spoiled food is being served to the customer.

I wouldn't have thought that you would have to wait almost 30 minutes to place your order. For 6 burgers and 4 fries. 1 out of 4 people basically “worked” (girl), the rest did a bit of work at a snail’s pace. The store wasn't really full. Well, the food was delicious but the waiting time was a disaster. Next time go to the drive in, maybe it will be quicker then

My car broke down and had to use the parking lot. The staff was super friendly and initially gave me the address for the breakdown service. Then I ordered something to eat and drink for my son and something to drink for myself. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating. When we sat down to eat, a guest gave me a long chicken that I had ordered too much. I am very positively surprised by the branch, overall it was a pleasant stay despite the circumstances. Food was delicious! Thank you to the team ❤️

Tuesday is whopper day, order 1 and get 2 free! There was only one in my bag, and when I asked, the answer was that I would have had to order the whopper differently! I wanted to try Burger King, but no thanks!

I was there yesterday around lunchtime. After about 25 minutes of waiting, I received my order. After asking several times whether my extras had been taken into account, the answer was yes. At home I discovered the opposite. Extra cheese and extra patty were missing. Burger King wants an extra €3 for this. But I didn't get anything for my money. In addition, my nuggets and chicken patties were not normal chicken meat but plant.. After trying to call the store several times, no one answered.. No one called back either.

Nothing has changed. Takeaway menu. Unfortunately Whopper without cheese. It even says this on the packaging. There's always something...😡

One star is still too many. Ordered a bacon lover menu at the drive-thru. At home I could only throw the burger away. Absolutely inedible, meat smelled and looked like it had been lying in old fat for hours. The rest and the fries were cold. It has truly become the worst Burger King I know. You can also be happy if the employees even talk to you. Absolutely not recommended!!

The food is warm but not hot. If you eat more like a burger, the second one is usually cold. Toilets could get scented machines, they smell horrible.

This has happened for the second time now: Food ordered at 8:30 p.m. (10 minutes from where I live) and delivery time given as 9:15 p.m. Canceled at 9:55 p.m. via Lieferando. Why don't you just say that nothing will happen today and let people wait at home hungry! I find it a disgrace!!!!!! 👎

The food was ok, but not more than that. However, everything surrounding it was underwhelming on our last visit. We sat outside and everything was completely dirty. Chairs were broken, tables were stuck together, there was leftover food everywhere on the floor, empty cups, deposit bottles and weeds were growing. The toilets dirty and disgusting. And to top it all off, a little deputy sheriff also made his rounds in the parking lot, checking parking times and happily writing tickets of €25 each. Even went to the table of people eating to tell them that parking time was about to expire. Truly unbelievable! Has become a terrible Burger King that has seen us for the last time.

I went through the drive-thru at around 7 p.m. because I was craving a quick burger. Unfortunately, nothing came of it quickly. Although there were only two cars waiting in front of the order intercom (there were more behind them in front of the pick-up window. Can't see it from where I am), nothing was moving forward. After listening to a few songs on the radio, I simply activated the stopwatch on my cell phone. After 27 minutes (not including the minutes until I pressed it) I had my burger. Warm and tasty. But wait over half an hour in the drive for a burger? Never again!

The burgers are usually always appropriate for the BK .. unfortunately I ordered two burgers with extra cheese today ... but the cheese was forgotten ... unfortunately I only noticed that when I got home ..

Ordered in drive in food, an MC Crispy menu the Crispy should be without anything just the meat as a side dish. I explained this twice when taking the order. The result was 🎉 everything was on it 🙃. That was a sentence with X.

They already introduce that the plant based nuggets have parsley or something similar for identification in the parade and we still get the animal ones. Unfortunately we only noticed it on the highway so we didn't even bother to complain about it 🥲 Note: check the bag first, then drive off. Or not to BK again? 👎🏻

Ordering went smoothly, menu was prepared just in time. Everything was well tempered. All tables were clean. Toilets were fine too. The descent from the site is a bit semi-simple as you are only allowed to exit to the right. But you have the opportunity to turn around relatively quickly.

Unfriendly staff, don't want to redeem the coupons even though the goods were in stock. Never again in this branch.

This BK is hard to beat in terms of audacity and incompetence! The drive-in has been closed for weeks, old salad and only limited communication with the staff. The highlight now is the monitoring of the parking lot by a private company. If you forget your parking disc, even as a BK customer you will have to pay a “contractual penalty” of €25. Absolute impudence!

Went there in the morning right after it opened to have 2 burgers and a shake for breakfast before an appointment. The lady who served me was totally motivated and in a good mood, the food was prepared quickly and was delicious. Points are deducted for the ambience because here and there some things looked a little battered, there were bamboo halves attached to part of the wall, but one of them was missing. Looked a little strange.

One of the worst BK'S we've ever been to. Slow service. Unclean. Burger not fresh at all, but rather soggy. No trace of fresh preparation after ordering.

Buns need to be toasted, they are like construction foam, burgers are too cold even though they are freshly made, fries are fresh, hot but very floury. You can only do it if you are hungry more than 100 km from home. The ingredients are generally so bad that nothing can be saved by preparing them. I see black for the brand because it's like that everywhere and you can see that there are fewer and fewer customers and the opening times are being restricted more and more. Ich war seit langem mal wieder in der Filiale in Osterholz am Weserpark und die Burger haben mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Sie wurden frisch und heiß zubereitet. Die Pommes waren sehr schnell kalt und ich habe sie dann nicht mehr gegessen. Der Erdbeer Shake war lecker. Das Service Personal war sehr freundlich und hat meine Bestellung persönlich entgegen genommen, da ich am Terminal nicht zurecht kam. Es war sehr sauber und ich komme gerne wieder

Essen ging fix und war gut. Das Ambiente war modern und ordentlich.

Da muss ich ganz klar sagen, es ist nicht meins. Die Kollegen da vor Ort geben ihr Bestes sind freundlich und kompetent. Das macht die Speisen aber nicht besser. Dort ist Essen auch nicht günstig. Für mich keine Alternative zu einem Restaurant.

Absolut unfähiges Personal, von 10 Bestellungen fehlen mindestens bei 8 Bestellungen etwas. Das muss man erstmal schaffen.

Wir haben mit der Firma eine riesen Bestellung gehabt. Die Dame am Tresen war genial. Fit, schnell, witzig und alles top.

ich liebe burger king. auch wenn es einige filialen gibt, die es mit bestimmten punkten nicht so genau nehmen. aber dieser BK ist einfach nur gut. essen ist schnell fertig und auch sehr lecker. bisher noch keinen grund für beanstandungen gefunden. ausser vielleicht die schwulen strom-zapf-säulen. der dreck kostetparkplätze ohne ende. aber das ist ja bei den anderen auch so ...

Leider funktioniert hier nur selten etwas gut. Essen kalt und unvollständig. Nur zwei von vier Bestellautomaten funktionieren. Getränkeautomat ging bis jetzt noch nie, wenn wir dort essen waren. Tische schmutzig, Müll/ Tablettrückgabe überfüllt.... Personal allerdings stets freundlich.

Das ist der größte drecksrestauraunt Hälfte Inder die kein Wort deutsch können und immer wieder Bestellungen verkacken bin der jenige der mit der blauen flexfit und die Meinung kommt aus dem Herzen

Das Essen, wie gewohnt und frisch zubereitet. Whopper Cheese war eine ordentliche Portion. Der Laden ist halt direkt an der Straße, bzw Autobahnzubringer gelegen. Nicht so toll. Aber sauber, und schnell.

Hier scheint das Personal unmotiviert und zudem unterbesetzt zu sein. Deutsch wird auch eher schlecht verstanden. Der Laden ist nicht sauber, der Drive-in mit einer hingeworfen Bank "gesperrt". Es dauert ewig bis man sein essen bekommt. Das ist nun alles auch kein neues Problem, sondern leider ein Dauerzustand. Alle Leute austauschen und neu VERNÜNFTIG anfangen - sonst hilft hier nichts.

Essen ist ok! Viel zu lange Wartezeiten. Total unorganisiert.

Inkompetente Bedienung Auf das Essen 30 Minuten gewartet

Was für ein chaotischer Laden. 2 von 4 Terminals kaputt, aber alle müssen am Terminal bestellen. Drive-In haben sie gleich schon geschlossen gelassen. Anti-Motivation ist ins Mitarbeitern ins Gesicht geschrieben. Ergänzung nach dem Essen: Pommes und Burger kalt. Bei dieser Arbeitsweise der Mitarbeiter/innen und Geschwindigkeit mit der die Bestellungen von den Personen vorne abgewickelt wurden kein Wunder.

Katastrophaler laden! Ständig werden Sachen falsch rausgegeben, der Drive gesperrt, Terminals defekt. Ich bin der letzte der meckert aber Chaos ist dort an der Tagesordnung, frage mich wieso da niemand eingreift.. Wenn man sein Essen dann mal bekommen hat, ist das Brot leider steinhart und ungenießbar

Drive war gesperrt, die Terminals außer Betrieb... Essen zum Mitnehmen war komplett kalt. Hab mir den whopper aufgewärmt.. das erste Mal.... Null Geschmack. 🤷‍♂️🤐

Anzeige und Info an das Gesundheitsamt und BK Deutschland sind raus! Servietten und Co werden auf dem Boden verteilt, verpackt und mit einem Lächeln dem Kunden zum Verzehr überreicht. Von Einsicht keine Spur, kann nur froh sein, dass Sie Schichtleiterin dazwischen gegangen ist... Ich erwarte vom Betreiber eine ORDENTLICHE HYGIENE-SCHULUNG für alle Mitarbeiter.

Essen war gut, aber wenn ich die lebensgefährliche offene Installation auf der Toilette sehe, frage ich mich, warum der Laden überhaupt noch geöffnet hat.

Wenn man wenig Zeit hat und am drive in Schalter steht und die Bestellung 4 Cheeseburger beträgt und man 15 Minuten warten muss ist das für ein drive in einfach unmöglich und traurig 😢

Diese eine Mitarbeiterin mit den langen blonden Haare ist sehr respektlos und will mir nicht einen neuen Burger machen obwohl sie es nicht so gemacht hat wie ich ihn bestellt hat und da kommen dann so Kommentare wie „wer ist den kein Ketchup“ ich esse kein Ketchup was soll das bitte das ist sehr Respektlos von ihr

Man wartet jedes mal ewig auf sein Essen. Jedes mal fehlt was oder ist falsch rausgegeben worden. Sauberkeit fremdwort. Im Sommer Wespenplage und kein Mülleimer draußen
