McDonald's in Dannenberg (Elbe)

Rarely visited such a pleasant McDonalds. Very nice staff, clean toilets and charging facilities for the car in front of the door.

I got a cold burger and was taken seriously when I gave the decision. And then as a replacement I got a lukewarm burger where the meat was already really dry. impudence

Staff apparently completely overwhelmed. Burger and fries cold. If the outside temperature is 11°, the air conditioning definitely no longer needs to be running. Trash can outside completely overflowing.

Orders were wrong, food almost cold. And it took forever too

The tip for eating out cheaply and getting full if you know how to do it.

We had a small problem yesterday, which was solved positively for us by the employee. I just wanted to mention that in a positive way, because otherwise it's easy to complain. Thank you again.

Top service and very friendly young waitress who brought the menus to the table for us! Fries 🍟 perfect: hot, salty and crunchy, MC RIP super cool, 9 nuggets great and the cola with lots of ice! Thank you very much 🙏... that's a very good McDonald's!

Like all Mäckes, there are dirty tables and dirty toilets... and the rest tastes the same everywhere...

Unfortunately the tables are not always clean, you have to ask the staff if they have a cloth to wipe the table then someone comes and cleans the table!

I placed the order and right after receiving the order, a service lady came up to me with a dirty cloth and some liquid, ostentatiously pointing out to me that I would dirty the seat with my foot because I had my legs crossed. I explained that while sitting in this way, I did not keep my legs on the seat and I did not I have the opportunity to get them dirty. Unfortunately, the lady couldn't understand it. The situation was so irritating that when she saw that I was talking to a friend in Polish, she did not ask about the order in my native language, but instead sent it to the machine speaking in German, not wanting to take the order at the cash register, and when she didn't like the way I was sitting, she was able to speak in Polish. rudely waving a dirty cloth in front of my food. A tragedy.... In Poland we have freedom, linguistic and conservative culture. , she clearly missed this lady. I don't recommend it

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. Things are constantly missing from the orders. Often eat cold food. The burgers are often not even remotely recognizable as such because they are simply thrown into the package (at least that's what it looks like) After a visit to this store, hospital treatment was even necessary because an ingredient that had been canceled due to an allergy was still on the burger, even though the package said it did not contain this ingredient. Long waiting times, the longest waiting time there for me personally was 46 minutes. And then you'll get insulted if you ask after 30 minutes. Really one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Decreased significantly after the change of operator. My BigMäcs were barely edible. With the chicken burger, the chicken was barely bigger than a nugget. Not a clean nice environment to eat.

Unfortunately, the MA seemed overwhelmed at lunchtime. The man at the "dispensing desk" swallowed the numbers when announcing the finished orders so that hardly anything could be understood. I wish the lady at the counter had a little more self-confidence.

Very crowded, long waiting time

Well-stocked McDonalds on the main street, the food is familiar and the burger was a bit too dry for me, which I notice more often in various McDonalds, including here, that the service trolley is full and is not taught in a timely manner, customers then no longer receive the tray at the end can put back.

34 minutes from payment to delivery...Cola wasn't full to the calibration mark, but the whole cup was stuck. Cheeseburger cold, cheese basically still raw... Complaint definitely goes to McDonald's Germany

Something was missing from three Happymeals, we only received one of the three ice creams. After she only came with a tray and I said that something was missing, she was absolutely rude. We were then allowed to go in again to get the missing things that were still missing. They were completely cheeky again and acted as if we were crazy. A very, very nice employee then helped us. Unfortunately, even then everything still wasn't right and my sister still had to get two missing things. Normally I shouldn't give any stars for the service and there's no need to even start talking about the cleanliness

Das war mein erster und letzter Besuch dort. Im Innenbereich war es sehr voll also wollte ich mich nach draußen setzen, dort waren aber alle freien Tische zugemüllt und ich musste erstmal noch "den Dreck" von den anderen Gästen auf die Sitzbank nebenan stellen. Die Dame die das Essen brachte stellte mir das Tablett dann auf den vollgeschmierten Tisch statt diesen vorher 1x mit einem feuchten Tuch sauber zu wischen. Obwohl die Dame den "Schweinestall" draußen ja gesehen hat sah es 30min später (als ich gegangen bin) weiterhin so aus, da kommt offenbar niemand und säubert mal den Außenbereich. Einfach nur ekelig dieser McDonald, NIE WIEDER. (mein Code "b3al-03ou-01mc" vom 28.10.2022 funktioniert leider nicht mehr)

Dort kann man gut Pause machen und was essen und trinken die Bedienung geht schnell von statten und es gibt genügend Parkplätze für PKW und es gibt dort auch eine Ladestation für die elektronische Autos die Toilette ist sauber und ordentlich

Es hat alles super funktioniert mit der Bestellung.

Keine Ahnung ob die Tiere erst geschlachtet werden, bevor man sein Essen bekommt...anders kann ich mir die Wartezeit von knapp 30 Minuten für 3 Burger und 2x Pommes am DRIVE IN, nicht erklären ...und das war nicht das erste Mal ... Personal ist dort völlig überfordert.... also mal schnell essen holen ist nicht. Dann lieber nach SAW....

Ein Schnellrestaurant mit zuviel Auswahl ist leider kein Schnellrestaurant mehr. Durch die Riesenhandys beim Bestellen leider auch kalt und unpersönlich und kein Duchkommen an der Tür aufgrund der Platzierung

Ich kann dem Service keine Sterne Geben, weil er heute echt schlecht war. Wir waren zu Zweit und ich rechne auch nicht mit was ich bestelle. Mir wurde gesagt, ich muss 17.14 bezahlen also schwups 17.15 gegeben, darauf kam "ich bekomme 27.14" aber in was für einem Ton. Mein Fahrer und ich schauen sie an und sagen sie haben aber 17.14 gesagt und sie wieder sehr unfreundlich "ich bekomme trotzdem 27.14, kein Entschuldigung nichts, nur unfreundlich. Kann ja passieren aber eine Entschuldigung tut nicht weh. Ich war sehr enttäuscht 😞

Erstmal 5 Minuten an der Kasse gestanden, bevor ein Mitarbeiter kam, ok es war Sonntags Abends, aber kein "es kommt gleich jemand" "Hallo" oder irgendwas.... Dann 2 Menüs bestellt und anstatt Veggi Nuggets wurden Chicken Nuggets eingepackt... Nachdem ich Zuhause (15 Minuten Fahrweg) war und dies gemerkt hatten, direkt Mail an Mc Donalds geschrieben, welche zum Franchisenehmer geschickt wurde. Hier kam nur als Antwort "sorry, Fehler passieren" und sieht mehr nach Copy Paste Antwort aus. Auf meine Bitte eventuell für die Nuggets ein Gutschein zu bekommen, kam keine Reaktion mehr. und bei 30€ für 2 Personen, dann geb ich lieber das nächste mal 5 Euro mehr aus und geh richtig Essen...

Schnell und sehr voll. Der Parkplatz ist die letzte Dreckschleuder. Der ganze Hof zur Ausfahrt hinter dem Gebäude voller Scherben.

Es war sehr voll, wahrscheinlich war auch viel zu wenig Personal eingeplant. Der Tischservice war eingestellt und die Tische dreckig und mit vollen Tabletts zugestellt.

Der McDonald's ist immer wieder ein Besuch Wert. Sehr nettes Personal 👍

Essen war für einen MacDonald's sehr lecker. Alles war sehr sauber und schön das Essen wurde auch sehr schnell gemacht

Diese Filiale hat mir gut gefallen. Freundlicher Service, wirklich warme Speisen, guter Kaffee und schnelles Service. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber und gepflegt. Ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. McDrive ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Beim Ambiente kann ich bei McDonald's leider keine 5 Sterne geben.

Total überfordert. Tische schmutzig und überall liegt Müll rum.

Toiletten ekelhaft verdreckt! Keine Möglichkeit seine Hände zu trocknen! Habe Mir dort nur die Hände gewaschen, wollte mir nix einfangen!

Guter Zwischenstopp wenn man Laden möchte, ansonsten halt ein McDonalds von sehr vielen.

McDonald’s Danneberg ist sehr cool da zu chillen Personal auch sehr nett hab zwar Hausverbot aber egal ich gehe trotzdem da essen

Es liegt gar nicht am Personal vorort, allerdings gibt es nur eine und dann noch viel zu kleine Parkbucht im Drive. So haben wir für ein paar Nuggets fast eine halbe Stunde gewartet. Dann lieber keinen Drive anbieten…

Lange Wartezeiten und sehr voll mit nur Cola trinkenden Gästen. Tische nicht sauber und Tabletablage voll.
