Great! In the evening sun, Bauer's was literally illuminated and already offered a tempting sight. The outdoor seating is beautifully located because the market square has a very special charm and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the time-honored buildings. The service was very attentive and courteous, so we felt comfortable throughout. The food - pork chop with potato and parmesan mash and lemon risotto with sea bream and vegetables - was also excellent and gave us wonderful strength and inspiration after a long bike ride. Thank you for the lovely evening in Dannenberg!

We met there for the class reunion. High quality food, excellently prepared by the chef and landlord. A real culinary delight. Service extremely fast and friendly. Always keep your eyes and ears close to your guests. Recommended location for smaller celebrations. If I lived there, I would always like to just have a beer there. Nice, somewhat outdated atmosphere with an ambitious menu. The prices quoted are what you would expect in a first-class restaurant, unfortunately they did not correspond to the reality experienced. The assessment only refers to the distorted dishes. The mixed salad with chicken breast would have been ok for 1/3 of the price at a kebab stand. An ensemble of grated carrots, cabbage, tasteless tomatoes and a handful of green lettuce, it was bland and boring. But the crowning glory was the “oven-fresh duck”. Although, just to be on the safe side, I asked in advance whether the duck was really freshly roasted, something warmed up was served, dry and of course without the crispy skin of a fresh duck. The dumplings are mushy, the gravy is thickened, reddish and slimy in consistency. It's a shame, there's another way.

I work as a temporary worker in the local hospital - after the Zigarrenbörrek's were not available, I was recommended the Sucuk-Pide over the phone, which was incredibly tasty!! The dough perfect & fresh, crispy, not too thick, not too thin & the garlic sausage with perfect seasoning 🤌🏻 Better than any Italian in the area ☝🏻

Numerous unsuccessful attempts to order takeaway food. Today again no one is answering the phone. As has often been experienced. Most of the time no one answers the phone or you are given a waiting time of 2 hours. Slowly more staff could be hired because there isn't really much going on in the restaurant. Even in the restaurant you wait forever for your food, so you don't feel like eating any more courses. The food is averagely good, but for the unqualified staff who don't even know the dishes, have to constantly ask and the long waiting times are simply not enjoyable. Ingredients that were supposed to be included according to the list and specifically asked whether they were included were also missing. When you order 5 main courses, soy sauce is included and everything is in one box. You can ask beforehand how many people eat it. Nevertheless, every dish needs sauce. Austerity measure negative. It's a shame, sushi in Dannenberg would have been too nice.

The food tastes good. It's just a shame they don't offer half portions. So you then have to throw away food. Sure you could warm it up the next day, but I don't like that. Maybe think about offering small portions

The tables are no longer cleaned by the staff or are apparently only cleaned poorly. You look in vain for a clean place where there are no leftover sauces and food. Too bad.
