⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely top-notch! The shop is super clean, tidy, and inviting. You can immediately tell that they put their heart and soul into it. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional – just like the owners, who also take the time to personally attend to customers. Even the restrooms are spotless, which is really not something you can take for granted these days. I'm definitely giving it 5 out of 5 stars – if I could give 10, I would. I'll definitely be back!

Waited 40 minutes for two small burgers, and then the employees get rude and reply, "Well, then you'll have to work here yourself, then we'll have more staff," even though the place is empty and there are only four employees standing there. Very rude, not recommended. Chilling on your cell phone and making calls while leaving guests waiting.

I'm speechless at how dirty a restaurant can be. I couldn't use the restroom. It looked like it was never cleaned. The dining room is also very dirty. If the kitchen looks like that, it's almost a miracle if you leave safe and sound.

It was really bad back then, but even then. I thought things would have changed. Unfortunately not, but it's the perfect place for young professionals.

No. Is it normal for the burgers to be prepared without gloves? Add to that the clogged toilets, the dirty outside area, and the food doesn't taste good either!

To start with something positive: the employees here seem to love their work, because everyone was in a good mood the whole time... Even though the people waiting inside, outside, and in the drive-thru were piled up! We waited over 30 minutes for our order, as did the entire store, which was full of people staring at the kitchen and counter with annoyed, hungry looks, and every few minutes someone was complaining. The display board couldn't possibly show as many orders being prepared as were piling up. I don't understand what could take so long. And this was very late on a Friday evening; I don't even want to know what goes on there at peak times. If no finished burgers have come out of the kitchen for ages, the counter staff could have used their time more usefully by cleaning the completely filthy toilets or refilling soap and toilet paper. But unfortunately, that didn't happen either. Very frustrating, I wouldn't stop here.

The food was Burger King, as always. You know what you're getting. But... Completely filthy restrooms... The urinal overflowed and everything was dirty. They ran out of toilet paper, and when I asked, they said, "The holders are broken." Outside, everything was full of trash and garbage, no tray cart... I won't stop here again... There was trash everywhere around us because all the carts were completely overflowing. Where have the good old days gone, when fast food was still fast and good? Simply overpriced and disgusting.

The staff would benefit from a course in decency and respect for customers. Food is forgotten, grudgingly discussed, and the food that is left behind is only poorly replaced. That's a great way to ruin your customers. Also, there was no soap in the restrooms, and one urinal was about to overflow...

I had trouble with my order, but Marko helped me immediately. He solved the problem without a long wait. You can tell he cares about his guests.

I go to this branch often, and almost every time I see Markos. He's always cheerful and patient. I especially like that he takes a few seconds of his time, even for regular customers. That makes all the difference. Highly recommended!

You wait forever for your food!!! This is by no means "fast" food

We always eat at Burger King, it's okay. Service is super nice. Not for kids at all. The pictures are outdated, which is a shame, but that's misleading. There's nothing to play outside, and nothing inside either. I would never come here again with children.

It was a mixture of burnt and half-raw cheese (chilli cheese). Orders are immediately rejected, so you have no idea what's going on with your order.

The order was marked "ready for pickup" shortly after placing the order at the terminal, although it wasn't ready until about 20 minutes later.

My order was marked "ready for pickup" almost immediately, but I still had to wait 15 minutes even though it wasn't busy. This happened to all customers. My brother had to wait over 25 minutes, even though it was "ready for pickup" after 3 minutes.

The employee, Markos, provided excellent service during my visit. He was friendly, attentive, and processed my order quickly and accurately. His positive attitude and smile immediately appealed to me. I was very satisfied with my visit. The food was fresh and delicious; I will definitely be back!

This is the first time I've been to a clean Burger King, and you can't smell the grease in the air, and the kitchen looks really great and very clean. And the hygiene is top-notch. Orders take forever, even when there are only 2-3 guests. Orders don't go out for minutes. Unfortunately, the people there seem to be clueless. We regularly have wait times of 15-20 minutes. This should be improved. The staff are friendly.

Overall everything is OK. The food tastes good and everything looks relatively clean. When there's a lot going on, the tables aren't always clean, but the toilets and the rest are. There are, however, two major points of criticism. If you order more than one menu you have to wait forever. 2 menus and a kids box about 20-30 minutes waiting time. And then it has never happened to me that the order was correct. Sometimes all the sauces were forgotten, sometimes a burger or fries were missing, or yesterday a double beef burger was put in the bag instead of chicken. But they also put in chili cheese nuggets that weren't even ordered. When you wait at the front you often see other customers coming and complaining that something is missing or wrong. After all, the employees have always been friendly.

I know that BK doesn’t have the best or healthiest fast food burgers, but every once in a while I love to come here and get a Whopper w/cheese combo … there is something about it which I just cannot explain, it’s like nothing else! Just grabbed a Whopper at Burger King. It was... a Burger King Whopper. Exactly as expected: the flame-broiled taste, the standard toppings. Nothing particularly exciting, but it hit the spot and satisfied the hunger. A solid, dependable fast-food experience. You know what you're getting.

The team is still very new and unfortunately something was always missing from the order. After the renovation and reopening, the store is barely recognizable. Everything will definitely work out. Never again – disappointing experience across the board Unfortunately, my visit to the Burger King Peine branch (Heinrich-Hertz-Str. 27) on April 12, 2025 was a bitter disappointment. The taste of the burgers was absolutely inedible - dry, carelessly prepared and the bite felt like you were biting into a cardboard box. The onion rings were soft and mushy, completely lacking in bite or freshness. The waiting time was particularly frustrating: despite only one order for four people, the staff seemed overwhelmed and it took far too long for us to receive our food. Overall, I had the impression that neither quality nor customer service was a priority here. This was definitely the last visit to this branch for me. It's a shame about the time and money.

Unfortunately, this Burger King is an absolute failure. Waited 30 minutes for warm food, forgotten parts... Then waited 45 minutes for two ice creams, a milkshake, churros and a coffee... and then the coffee was missing. Staff only speak shaky German and don't understand complaints. The shift manager does not have his team under control. Garbage piles up in the return area and is not emptied. Anyone who eats here has themselves to blame.
