A simple order took half an hour. A burger was missing and instead of Cola without ice cubes there were some inside. The nuggets were only lukewarm and the staff was extremely slow. No air conditioning, no air in there. Never this branch again, the yellow M is just around the corner.

We waited 32 minutes for our order. After 20 minutes and after most of those who ordered after us had already had their food, I asked: the order had "slipped back in the system". No apology or offer of a small drink or anything similar. Really bad service.

You make bad food for expensive prices. The deal with this is that it is quick and convenient. If you have to wait 45 minutes at well over 30°C to get an incorrect (!) order, then this is no longer the case and it's just bad. And judging by the other reviews, that's not uncommon. I was there two days in a row and had to wait in the car for a whopping 40 minutes for my food after ordering, which was a complete disaster. The shop was full one day and only three people had to make the food and also serve the people and the next day we drove again and nothing was going on and still waited 40 minutes for the food and only two people were working. It was holiday time but it wasn't possible that everyone in the car had to wait so long for their food.

Despite the reopening, nothing has changed. The staff is unfriendly and overwhelmed. Of the 6 ordering terminals, only 2 work... Ordering at the checkout is not possible! Was my first and last visit👍

We had to wait a full 45 minutes for our ordered menu (burger + fries + drink)! It feels like 35 degrees inside. The restaurant apparently doesn't have air conditioning. The trolleys for the used trays were overfull even though the team wasn't exactly stressed. There was no paper in the toilets. I have never encountered anything like this in a fast food restaurant.

You should eat something before ordering there, otherwise you could end up starving. The place doesn't deserve to be called a fast food restaurant. When you ask me to get the fries fresh, the answer is always fresh. Unfortunately, that's always a lie. If the things sit there for 5 minutes, they will be trash in the 3 minute drive home. The McDonald's also has a lot of construction sites, but if you wish, they will leave the fries in the deep fryer longer and fresh. Unfortunately, the staff at BK are all amateurs.

We stood in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. During the entire time, 1 car was served in front of us. When ordering, an item was placed on the invoice that was not ordered. Unfortunately, you cannot give 0 stars for the service and motivation of the employees in the Peine restaurant. Order placed at 12:10, 1 cheeseburger, 1 large fries and 2 coffees. 3 people in front of us. 1 person after us. Everyone, including the person arriving later, will receive their order within the next 10 minutes. After that, nothing happens. Upon request, after another 5 minutes, fries and burgers are packed together and placed on the warming plate. Nothing happens again. Another 5 minutes later we asked again, with puzzled service as if we were new customers... Checking the open order on the display. 1 coffee is made, the 2nd takes another 5 minutes. Incredibly bad service. 0 stars for Peine.....

I have never experienced such pathetic service in a “fast” restaurant: waiting times, even for small orders, are rarely less than 25 minutes! An absolute disgrace. The food sits under the heat lamps for minutes, the nuggets are soggy, the salad is pale and the staff is poorly coordinated. You could re-sole the shoes of the staff when they walk. Never Burger King again, prefer to go to the golden M three streets away

The worst experience in my life. The burger we ordered was cold and not edible. I wanted to complain about it, but the employee said I wouldn't get a new burger. Fast food takes on a whole new meaning. 👎🏻 We waited a full 25 minutes for a standard order, two menus with Recup cups and then the order was also incorrect. When I pointed out the waiting time, the staff said, “If we had more staff, we would be faster.” Really a joke, there were seven (!!) people behind the counter in the rather small branch. It was obviously not due to the quantity but rather the quality of the staff.

First visit after reopening, on Easter Monday. According to the receipt, my order was at 2:52 p.m. and I received the food at 3:28 p.m. It's not possible to wait more than half an hour at a fast food chain and the store wasn't that full. Unfortunately, the food could still be improved. The salt that was missing on the Whopper was on the fries three times. The chicken burger was also completely unseasoned. You would like the employees to try out what they are grilling every now and then. The new BK still needs a lot of practice and observation by those responsible and the staff is probably not yet well-trained. A completely unsalted patty plus the unsalted tomato and cheap mayo is extremely lazy. Unfortunately, the completely over-salted fries couldn't compensate for that. Please pay attention to this, unfortunately there was no soap in the disabled toilet where the door is extremely difficult to open

Very unfriendly shift manager, she could hardly speak properly, only answered the question about cold food with anger and said if I didn't like it, I should go eat somewhere else!! Never experienced such impudence before, I couldn't remember her name but she was small with crooked eyes and half-popped eyes! That's a shame after almost two years and Peine was happy about reopening, but you'll never miss something like that!!

There is no fast food here. We waited 50 minutes for 4 meals. Nothing special, including 1 salad. My burger 🍔 was only lukewarm, there were a lot of normal fries in my fries. Of course something was missing. The staff seems completely overwhelmed. There are 15 people scurrying around behind the counter, walking around mindlessly or standing around. We actually wanted to go to the Italian restaurant, but because we were short on time, we decided on Burger King. Never again!
