Burger King Peine in Peine

Overall everything is OK. The food tastes good and everything looks relatively clean. When there's a lot going on, the tables aren't always clean, but the toilets and the rest are. There are, however, two major points of criticism. If you order more than one menu you have to wait forever. 2 menus and a kids box about 20-30 minutes waiting time. And then it has never happened to me that the order was correct. Sometimes all the sauces were forgotten, sometimes a burger or fries were missing, or yesterday a double beef burger was put in the bag instead of chicken. But they also put in chili cheese nuggets that weren't even ordered. When you wait at the front you often see other customers coming and complaining that something is missing or wrong. After all, the employees have always been friendly.

I know that BK doesn’t have the best or healthiest fast food burgers, but every once in a while I love to come here and get a Whopper w/cheese combo … there is something about it which I just cannot explain, it’s like nothing else! The staff here also always seem very friendly and welcoming and very quick too Today they had a free pack of Doritos with the meal 😁👍

Unfortunately, my visit to Burger King was disappointing. Even though there were hardly any customers there, my burger took a long time to prepare. When I finally got it, the bun was already cold - that shouldn't happen with a freshly made burger. Overall it seemed a bit disorganized and it seemed like the staff was overwhelmed or understaffed. It's a shame, I expected more. Unfortunately not recommended at the moment

After waiting 55 minutes, I had my money returned. I can also go to a real restaurant and eat there. Never again

Since reopening, the restaurant has been significantly better than before. There is now air conditioning and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious 😋

Just grabbed a Whopper at Burger King. It was... a Burger King Whopper. Exactly as expected: the flame-broiled taste, the standard toppings. Nothing particularly exciting, but it hit the spot and satisfied the hunger. A solid, dependable fast-food experience. You know what you're getting.

The team is still very new and unfortunately something was always missing from the order. After the renovation and reopening, the store is barely recognizable. Everything will definitely work out. So sorry, but you can't say it in a nice way anymore. You arrive and the store and the drive are empty. You're happy that you don't have to wait long. Puppy cake. The burgers are slowly wrapped up and not even kept warm. Empty drive and waiting 20 minutes for food, which is also cold? Burger King you should act slowly otherwise you will unfortunately be able to close Peine again soon

The burgers were okay, only the fries were very limp. The tables in the restaurant weren't wiped down, the table carts were full and the toilet deserved to be cleaned. This place is not very appealing 😔

The food is delicious, but the wait is extremely long. especially in the drive in (even though there was no vehicle in front of me). Employees at the terminal seem very insecure. Didn't order much and had to wait over 30 minutes, I thought this was a FAST food restaurant. Edit: got two burgers for free, best shop!!!

It may look very nice but the waiting time here is simply unbelievable. If you look at the process, it doesn't surprise me that you have to wait 45 minutes for your food. I'll never come here to eat again.

Never again – disappointing experience across the board Unfortunately, my visit to the Burger King Peine branch (Heinrich-Hertz-Str. 27) on April 12, 2025 was a bitter disappointment. The taste of the burgers was absolutely inedible - dry, carelessly prepared and the bite felt like you were biting into a cardboard box. The onion rings were soft and mushy, completely lacking in bite or freshness. The waiting time was particularly frustrating: despite only one order for four people, the staff seemed overwhelmed and it took far too long for us to receive our food. Overall, I had the impression that neither quality nor customer service was a priority here. This was definitely the last visit to this branch for me. It's a shame about the time and money.

Unfortunately, this Burger King is an absolute failure. Waited 30 minutes for warm food, forgotten parts... Then waited 45 minutes for two ice creams, a milkshake, churros and a coffee... and then the coffee was missing. Staff only speak shaky German and don't understand complaints. The shift manager does not have his team under control. Garbage piles up in the return area and is not emptied. Anyone who eats here has themselves to blame.

I waited a full 40 minutes for my order. There can no longer be any question of fast food - every restaurant is faster. In particular, the staff that put the burgers together had a sense of calm. A few more people in the kitchen would also make sense.

Very well located on the Peine bypass with a large, sunny terrace. The interior design is not the most modern style, but it is very well maintained and clean. I was particularly pleased about the very nice contact with the restaurant manager, who served me very friendly and courteously. The food I ordered was freshly prepared and was therefore really hot. I would love to come back here.

The ugliest and most horrible burger I've ever had at Burger King... Nothing about any of my burgers was fresh, they were both really old and just plain ugly. I would love to puke it all up in the square. Had a Big XXL The salad was 20 minutes ago and stuck to the paper. The patty puffed up and touched the grill 20 minutes ago. I don't know what's so difficult about it, there are definitely guidelines for preparing burgers like this, it's not 0000 or any other time, it's around 1330, it's unbelievable that something like that is still being served, and that they work in the service sector.. unbelievable staff like that. I definitely can't recommend it

Very grumpy male waitress. You're just an older man and not a pretty young woman. This time I received the order relatively quickly. But as always in this branch, something was missing. King Junior box with nuggets and of course the nuggets were missing. And that even though the waitress took another look into the box because of the toy she wanted. A clear 6 for the staff. It's not the first time it's been noticeable there.

I ordered 2 burgers from the menu and had to wait half an hour, that's not possible. Burgers are very hot and fresh. The staff comes across as a bit unmotivated. We gave this Burger King another chance, now everything is running smoothly, everything is clean and tidy, friendly employees. The burger menu tasted good and made me want to visit again. I would have liked people to ask about the size of the drink and not just assume the 0.5 liter bucket in the menu. It's a shame if you return half a cup. Maybe next time I'll think about whether there are smaller drink sizes

Completely overwhelmed staff who don't work proactively at all. 2 burgers, 1 kids menu and churros 40 minutes waiting time. We were really annoyed. The burgers lay under the warming lamp for 10 minutes. Is frying churros so complicated? On average, there were always 16 orders in progress, but only two were worked on at the same time. We wanted to grab something quick to eat on the way… Never again

I really enjoyed my visit for today. The free Wi-Fi was a great benefit and the seating and guest toilet were incredibly clean. It's nice to have a place on the highway where you can enjoy a meal in peace and get some work done. Staff very friendly, especially the employee, Markos, was always polite and very helpful when ordering at the kiosk.

You have to expect half an hour if you want to eat at Burger King, that's too long. McDonald's is much, much better

Unfortunately there was no visit as this branch only opens at 12pm! 12 noon?! I was there at 11:45 a.m. and didn't want to wait. At 12 p.m. I was already in Braunschweig, whose branch opens at 9 a.m.

Today, January 19th, at 5:40 p.m. I was at the Burger King drive-thru and just wanted to order a Hot Blondie. I was second in line and thought it would be quick. But after 15 minutes of waiting I was still there. Since I found this quite long, I decided to go to the window and ask if my blondie was ready yet. I also spoke briefly to the people in the car in front of me and jokingly asked them how much they had ordered that it was taking so long. They told me that they only ordered two menu items. When I asked the employee at the window if she could give me my Blondie, she was completely condescending and acted as if that was an impossible request. The people in front of me had even offered to make room so I could drive out when I got my blondie. Her response was that the people before me had ordered a lot. When we told her that wasn't true, she changed her story and then said that the people behind me had ordered a lot. That didn't make any sense to me at all. Why should I wait for my food just because someone behind me ordered a lot? It's logical that you process the people's orders first. The whole situation was frustrating, and the employee's behavior only made it worse. Their rude tone and reactions were simply unacceptable. I was willing to vacate the place if only I could get my hot blondie. Instead, I was stalled and fobbed off with flimsy excuses. This kind of behavior shouldn't happen in customer service. It would be nice if customers' wishes were better addressed in the future.

But it was really bad back then. I thought it would have changed. Unfortunately no, but it's exactly the right shed for young professionals.

Hello, One wonderful day I wanted to eat something relaxed with my friend, it was 7:50 p.m., but I was still able to place the order, and at around 8:20 p.m. our hard-earned food was ALREADY READY. We now picked up the food and were NOT even allowed to eat it on site, but at least we both got free ice cream. We live in Vöhrum, which is why we could hardly enjoy the free ice cream. You have to know.

I feel compelled to write a Google review about my values. I entered the Burger King very hungry (only had breakfast that day) at about 5 minutes before 8 p.m., without knowing that it closes at 8 p.m. I was sent out 2 minutes later with the explanation that the cash register was already closed. Now hold pizza from a friendly local fast-food pizzeria in your hand!

I'm speechless. 3x menu And 2 citizens individually 74€!!!!!!! Plus 45 minutes waiting time. We wanted to eat in the restaurant... and then the food is packed to take away because the place closes at 8 p.m. Guys, you should ask yourself whether the customer is king. We were here for the last time!

We won't come back. The burgers and fries were beyond cold. And as soon as we walked in we saw dirty tables, the floor was sticky and the clearance carts were full of rubbish. There was little motivation and little interest among the employees! Our order took a long time. But we got honest and asked ourselves why? The price-performance ratio and the quality simply no longer match! Once and NEVER again!

You can only eat here if you have a lot of time. Orders in the drive-thru take 15 minutes to be handed over - if there is no car there beforehand. Otherwise it can easily take half an hour or longer. You should also check EVERY order carefully. It is 99% guaranteed that something is missing. Fast food works differently.

I'll never go there again! The cola and apple spritzer we ordered were still water with a hint of flavor, the “chocolate milkshake” was vanilla, the medium fries were small and one large frie was completely missing. When we went in to say this we were given a medium fries and on the way out we heard the discussion that one employee had put fries in and the other couldn't just hand out fries, so really just cheeky. All the employees were completely emotionless, no friendly service, no smile, no good service.

Super slow! It took forever... 20 minutes for a plant based long chili cheese...fast food? It's almost not.

For weeks the food was freshly prepared, hot and really good, even if it took a while. But better this way than today, old fries and the burger not fully cooked. Bacon half raw, cheese not melted, meat not freshly prepared. Very quick, but it's no use if it doesn't taste good.

Unfortunately, we were not at all satisfied with our experience at BK. Despite the low occupancy, we had to wait almost half an hour for our food. The portion appeared to be significantly smaller than on the order display. In the end we left unsatisfied and hungry.
