I think that at Citizen King the food is prepared quickly and there is always something new. Personally, I like Burger King, the food is great and the employees are super friendly ☺️

I'll never go there again! The cola and apple spritzer we ordered were still water with a hint of flavor, the “chocolate milkshake” was vanilla, the medium fries were small and one large frie was completely missing. When we went in to say this we were given a medium fries and on the way out we heard the discussion that one employee had put fries in and the other couldn't just hand out fries, so really just cheeky. All the employees were completely emotionless, no friendly service, no smile, no good service.

You can only eat here if you have a lot of time. Orders in the drive-thru take 15 minutes to be handed over - if there is no car there beforehand. Otherwise it can easily take half an hour or longer. You should also check EVERY order carefully. It is 99% guaranteed that something is missing. Fast food works differently.

Super slow! It took forever... 20 minutes for a plant based long chili cheese...fast food? It's almost not.

For weeks the food was freshly prepared, hot and really good, even if it took a while. But better this way than today, old fries and the burger not fully cooked. Bacon half raw, cheese not melted, meat not freshly prepared. Very quick, but it's no use if it doesn't taste good.

I have nothing against waiting, but seriously if you can see that customers are waiting for their orders then the five good ladies should try to do their work and not stand at the front of the checkout and chat the whole time even though they are customers stand there and wait And a big thank you to the gentleman who then decided to get our last burger because the ladies were busy chatting

Unfortunately, we were not at all satisfied with our experience at BK. Despite the low occupancy, we had to wait almost half an hour for our food. The portion appeared to be significantly smaller than on the order display. In the end we left unsatisfied and hungry.

A simple order took half an hour. A burger was missing and instead of Cola without ice cubes there were some inside. The nuggets were only lukewarm and the staff was extremely slow. No air conditioning, no air in there. Never this branch again, the yellow M is just around the corner.

You make bad food for expensive prices. The deal with this is that it is quick and convenient. The trolleys for the used trays were overfull even though the team wasn't exactly stressed. There was no paper in the toilets. I have never encountered anything like this in a fast food restaurant.

You should eat something before ordering there, otherwise you could end up starving. The place doesn't deserve to be called a fast food restaurant. Order placed at 12:10, 1 cheeseburger, 1 large fries and 2 coffees. 3 people in front of us. 1 person after us. Everyone, including the person arriving later, will receive their order within the next 10 minutes. After that, nothing happens. Upon request, after another 5 minutes, fries and burgers are packed together and placed on the warming plate. Nothing happens again. Another 5 minutes later we asked again, with puzzled service as if we were new customers... Checking the open order on the display. 1 coffee is made, the 2nd takes another 5 minutes. Incredibly bad service. 0 stars for Peine.....
