If you want to go bowling in Peine, you should do so in the Keglerheim. Friendly hospitality, good selection of food and drinks. We had the schnitzel buffet with different types of schnitzel, three sauces, fries, croquettes and salad. Very good, plentiful and tasty. The bowling alleys are very clean. Always a room for two lanes at a really very low rental price.

When we got there early, we were "taught" by the boss in a very unfriendly, grumpy manner that reservations were only possible by telephone during opening hours and given a flyer that said so. After an unwilling back and forth and our statement that we wouldn't stay unnecessarily long, we were assigned a table in a harsh tone. The starter we ordered, "small portion of sheep's cheese", was served with the cheapest, pre-sliced ​​supermarket gray bread and was charged €7.30 instead of €5 as stated in the menu! Perhaps the boss would say that the information on the Internet is not relevant here either!? Due to our lack of time, we had already made our selection there and didn't take a closer look at the bill until later... A good innkeeper would have reacted more flexibly and, above all, more friendly! I won't visit the restaurant again!
