Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Das Essen war sehr lecker, der Preis war der Qualität entsprechend. Das Ambiente im Lokal fand ich auch sehr ansprechend. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder einmal einkehren.

Sehr lecker hier und es wird schnell und zuvorkommend bedient. Das Essen kommt sehr schnell. Danke für die Ouzos. Wir werden immer wieder hier Essen kommen.

Leckeres griechisches Essen im Herzen von Peine. Immer wieder gerne dort!

Waren Mitte Februar mit sechs Personen dort, eine einmalige Angelegenheit. Das Personal ist völlig überfordert, falls ein Gästeansturm entsteht, Essen war lauwarm, nach Besteck mußte nachgefragt werden - sorry, keinen positiven Eindruck bei den Gästen hinterlassen!

Sorry aber mehr als Mittelklasse ist es definitiv nicht. Man sitzt 15 Min. bestellt Getränke geht dann zum Salatbuffet was aus Tütensalat und Krautsalat aus dem Eimer besteht. Nicht mal Oliven und Pepperonis bei einem Griechen??? sorry NoGo! Dann geht man zurück zum Tisch und muss 3 mal nachfragen ob man mal bitte Besteck bekommen könnte. Das Essen war okay mehr aber auch nicht das Bifteki wässerig und ohne Geachmack konnte mein Freund absolut bestätigen. Soßen sucht man vergeblich und das auf einem Grillteller??? Naja wahrscheinlich soll es den Getränkeverkauf anregen. Verabschiedet wurde wir auch nicht obwohl mehrere Personen hinter dem Tresen standen. Für uns 6 Personen das letzte Mal naja für Peine reicht es halt in Braunschweig oder Hannover wären die Türen schon zu. Schade !!!

Wir waren heute im Restaurant und wurden von Anfang an sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Bedienung ist ausgesprochen nett und herzlich. Besonders empfehlen kann ich das Gyros – das hat mir am besten geschmeckt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall häufiger vorbeikommen. 20/10.

Ich war heute mit meinen ehemaligen Kolleginnen hier essen Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend, der Service ist sehr freundlich( und die mini Assistentin der Bedienung , war sehr niedlich ) Hier merkt man dass es ein Familienbetrieb mit Herz ist. Das Essen war super lecker, und wir mussten nicht lange auf unsere Speisen warten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist Tipi top. Der Service war aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. Sehr angenehm. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Danke für einen schönen Abend in ihrem Lokal.

Sehr lecker authentisch Familienbetrieb

Wir waren spontan zum Mittagessen dort und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt und war schnell fertig, das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und präsent. Den Salat für die Vorspeise konnten wir uns nach Geschmack selbst zusammenstellen, was ich sehr praktisch finde! Die Sitznischen waren auch gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

The drink prices at Syrtaki are outrageous. A 0.5-liter non-alcoholic wheat beer now costs €6.40 (as of September 22, 2025). At the Olympiade in Peine, it costs €5.40. The food at Syrtaki has become increasingly expensive, but the quantities have become smaller and the quality has declined. That's why I don't go there anymore.

With reserved seats, we had excellent food, excellent drinks, and very friendly and quick service. The salad buffet was self-service.... Fingers crossed that the restaurant can maintain this standard for a long time to come...

My daughter celebrated her 50th birthday there. I/we were so impressed by the warm hospitality and service. The food was delicious and plentiful, as was the delicious salad. And the ouzo was fantastic, perfect for finishing off the meal and in between meals. Thank you so much. We'll be back, even though we're from Braunschweig. Best wishes.

Ordered food to pick up. Unfortunately, instead of tzatziki with flatbread, we only got tzatziki with a roll. Then what should we do with a huge pot of tzatziki? Here it would be better for the restaurant to say directly that they don't have any bread in stock and can't sell it. We only noticed this impudence when we got home. The taste of the rest of the food wasn't a 4.5 either. Definitely the worst Greek in the Peine district and no recommendation.

Ordered Cretan potatoes and received: potato cubes in cream sauce. Taste: non-existent. Pricing outrageous. 10€ is a disgrace. Then ordered the same thing at Restaurant Olympiade. 6.50€, larger portion, taste 5 stars.

Service was fast and friendly, a salad bar was included, and the food was plentiful and delicious. BUT, at this price point, things like tzatziki should at least be included in a normal amount with a more expensive grill plate, and not have to be reordered for a relatively high surcharge.

Very nice, discreet but attentive staff. Cozy seating areas with benches or chairs. Food very fresh and tasty and served quickly. Toilets very clean, take-away food €0.50 extra. Card payment not always possible. It's better to plan for it, but many people do it today... Gladly again!!!

Were there again on a Monday after umpteen years. As we all know, everything is closed on Mondays. It's open there and it was super worth it. The staff were all super nice, the food was delicious and plentiful. It was really fun, the service was relaxed and the atmosphere was great.

You will be warmly welcomed and shown to the place. The ambience is well coordinated and not intrusive. The starter salad consists of a salad buffet and everything is fresh and delicious. Starters, main courses and desserts are fine. The meat is well seasoned and not dry. Sanitary facilities are getting old but kept relatively clean. Definitely worth a visit.

We spontaneously went to Syrtaki for the first time without a reservation. Everything was fine. After the friendly greeting, we were taken to a free table. We received the menus immediately. The food was served freshly prepared after a short time. Def grill plate can be highly recommended to someone who is very hungry. The price/performance ratio is very good. A visit to Syrtaki can be highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

Fast and good service. But if you have something packed, it should be in there. Out of 5 pieces of chicken, there were 1.5 pieces. It does not work.

Friendly but not intrusive service. The interior decoration is tasteful and appropriate. The menu is varied and the food is really delicious. It should be emphasized that the food was served just a few minutes after ordering. I've never had an order in front of me so quickly. Only the salad buffet could be optimized a bit. Here you could see some of the ingredients that came from a can, which isn't a bad thing in general, but fresh ingredients would have been even nicer. The plus point is the ouzo on the house. Anyone who likes Greek food has come to the right place!

The staff is very friendly, it was nice to sit outside, everything was nicely set up. The food was simply great, it hasn't been this good for a long time and there was plenty of food. Highly recommended.

The ambience is good, it's cozy. Unfortunately, my gratinated gyros and fries were only lukewarm. It came arranged on a plate. I actually only know it served in a small casserole dish or pan, which is of course very hot. That was very disappointing and the taste suffered as a result. I'd rather go back to the competition next time.

The food was very good, the price was great, the service was very pleasant, I kept checking and asking in a friendly manner if everything was OK. There is still room for improvement in the ambience, I think it will get better with time. We would be happy to come back again, definitely highly recommended.

The food is nothing to complain about. It tasted good and is good Greek average. The facility is new, but the quality is average at best. The chairs are not overly padded to sit on. The service is nice, but pure cash payment is simply not possible in 2024. A business visit is unthinkable and I no longer go to such restaurants for private purposes.

We were there with the family and were very disappointed. All guests received a drink before and after ordering, but we didn't! Everyone who came after us got their food before us! The guests are probably treated differently! We won't come again and won't recommend the store. Food wasn't particularly good either, everything was very dry and in my opinion not fresh. That's really a pity

Wir war hier essen. Die Bedienungen waren alle sehr nett. Ambiente und das Essen waren auch gut. Portionen für uns völlig ausreichen. Den Salat kann man sich an einem kleinen Buffett selbst zusammenstellen. Leider kann man hier nicht mit Karte zahlen. Nur Bargeld. So musste einer von uns noch mal in die Stadt gehen um Geld zu holen.

Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht. Wir hatten nicht reserviert, bekamen dennoch einen Tisch zugewiesen. Fragen die wir zu den Gerichten hatten, wurden uns freundlich beantwortet. Einen Ouzo aufs Haus, bekamen wir zu den Getränken. Wir wurden aufgefordert, uns an der Salatbar einen Salat zusammen zu stellen. Obwohl das Restaurant gut besucht war, kam das Essen recht schnell und schmeckte uns sehr gut. Auch Gerichte, die wir von anderen Gästen gesehen haben, sahen lecker aus
