Service unfriendly and annoyed! Tables dirty. Food old and cold. Half of the order was missing

Unfortunately, a burger was missing from our order. It has happened several times now that we found out at home that something was missing again. Pretty annoying. Mistakes happen, but so often there is no excuse anymore. As soon as a larger order is placed, a few things seem to be overlooked

6:00 p.m. on site and ordered via app. 6:28 p.m. at the serving window, waited there for 10 minutes and then heard them please drive to the front to get the food at 6:43 p.m. Sorry, this has nothing to do with a fast restaurant. But, I think this is a leadership problem. Sorry McDonald's, put six.

Very very dirty. Never again!!!

Super, First of all, 2 of the 4 machines run very slowly, and secondly, the preparation took an unusually long time. The icing on the cake is that a burger was missing and the rest of the food was cold.

After I ate the M Burger yesterday afternoon, I vomited several times during the night. Great birthday present for me today! We immediately noticed the hygiene in the store, but our hunger kept us sitting there. A big mistake! We'll avoid this McDonald's in the future. By the way, there were also two dogs IN THE restaurant. A no go for me!

We ordered food and picked it up via the drive. People were super unfriendly at Mc Drive. When we got home we noticed that our 20 nuggets were missing... I checked the bag superficially and saw that the sweet and sour ones were there. We attacked again in the restaurant and they just bullied us. Wouldn't go here again.

Just stop with this place, you can wait forever because it's just too much to prepare 3 burgers and then the crap is either cold or wrong... And on top of that you have to let the guy in the window say stupid things to you, I wouldn't lean so far out of the window! Even by McDonald's standards the very last resort closes the place or replaces the owner!

When we visited, the McDonald's was very busy (weekend) and there were no free tables. Unfortunately there was also a very long wait for the food. There was no running water at the hand basin in the men's toilets. Overall, the branch was very unkempt (tables, floor, toilets). If you're starving it's ok, otherwise please keep driving!

The young woman at the Mc Drive was very unfriendly, made up, long brown curly hair.

Waited 12 minutes for two hot drinks. The restaurant was empty. The employees literally worked in slow motion. The tables were mostly littered and dirty. We didn't feel like eating because the employees touched salads, nuggets, etc. without tongs or gloves.

After several visits (always McDrive) you can claim without a guilty conscience that you have found the worst location in the region. Out of 10 orders, 8 were always missing something or requests were not fulfilled (e.g. children's fries without salt, no cucumber, etc.). When it rains, it drips from the roof straight into the forced-open window. Depending on the amount of rain, the inside of the door is correspondingly wet. A little roof over the hatches would be so easy... And the third thing, which everyone admits affects Mc D., is the lack of hygiene when closing the cups. In all branches, 99% of the time the lid is pressed onto the cup with a flat hand. Next, you “suck” on it and try to drink without spilling. Where the hand was before, what it last touched, when it was last washed... it is impossible to trace. Hygiene = 0 out of 10 points!

Ordered vegan nuggets, received chicken nuggets. Ordered a vegan burger, received a burger with meat patty and cheese in plant-based packaging.

We were here today for the first and probably last time. We waited about 20 minutes for the order (2 small menus and 2 happy meals). Only to gradually discover that 4 items were missing. Reordering at the counter went smoothly and without any words from the staff. We then gave up a portion of fries and the missing toys. The quality of the food was okay. Cleanliness in the restaurant and in the sanitary area was extremely poor. Lettuce leaves on the benches, the tables smeared and the paper to dry your hands spilled out of the full wastebasket right up to the door.

Already waited for over a quarter of an hour for the second time despite the snack bar being almost empty. Food almost got cold.

It's been a long time since it was a disaster. Double chees COLD 1 1/2 meat cheese (as it was) thrown not even melted. Rösti (7.90) cold. Complained 2 Rösti lukewarm old packaging then the wrong one. The screamer complains, the staff laughs, the citizens make them. An impudence. The job there is associated with a lot of stress, but the choice and training of staff should be reconsidered.

Nuggets and the cheeseburger were cold at the traffic lights. And the cheeseburger was wrapped so well that it was lying loose in the bag. If that's service then I can't recommend this place........

Just ordered takeaway food. The Cola 0.4 only tastes like water. I can throw it away now. Do I have to check the drinks before I go home?

The ordering terminals were a bit hesitant to respond, which was a bit annoying. The order was prepared quickly and was of good quality. The restaurant seemed clean and well-kept.

Unfortunately, my experience at this McDonald's was very disappointing. The takeaway food I ordered was delivered one at a time and in an uncoordinated manner, so everything was cold before I had finished it. The fries were old, burnt and inedible. The food also left a lot to be desired in terms of taste. The service was also poor - my request was only fulfilled after asking three times, and the staff seemed uninterested. Overall a disappointing visit.

Waiting times of 20-30 minutes don't seem to be uncommon here. The employees are very motivated but absolutely understaffed!

It tasted good to me for the first time. I was really amazed by the Big Tasty Bacon MM hamburger, I would eat it again. The coffee has always been very good 😊 Just a lot of rubbish but everything made of paper except for the coffee milk

Mc Donald's in Peine is absolutely not recommended. Extremely bad service, even the line is not available if there are problems and - even though she noticed the problem - simply disappeared to the back. Mc Café was not occupied and when asked they said that no one had time. Everyone behind the counter is running around hectically, getting in their own way and no one is there for the customer. Something like that doesn't work at all!!!

Ordered food today and waited for 2.5 hours... we don't have a problem with the waiting time, but you can call and let us know... but the fact that it arrives cold as hell after 2.5 hours makes it even sadder. You should worry about that Think about it.

We were very surprised by the external appearance, most of the branches are very simple, this one had ambient lighting on the outside and an "archway". Inside it is very spacious, there is a second quiet floor with a play area. When we visited it was moderately busy, it was very spread out due to the large amount of space on two floors and outside. Everything was great with the order, as was the cleanliness.

Unfortunately, this McDonald's has made things so bad. You wait forever for the food, then something in your order is wrong or not there at all. If you ask, the staff is often unfriendly. Although I believe that the unfriendliness comes from the fact that the staff is overwhelmed or often only speaks German poorly. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. We had to clean our table ourselves today and let's not even talk about the toilets. Things were completely different 1 or 2 years ago.

I waited over 30 minutes for my food, I had only ordered 2 chicken broilers and 1 cheeseburger, I would find the waiting time quite outrageous for a fast food restaurant. All the tables are smeared and there is still a lot of food lying around from the previous person, maybe you should clean the tables more often, and the toilets are an absolute disaster, that's just arousing, I know exactly why I haven't been here for over 2 years, never again!

People don't think it's necessary to take orders at the drive-thru because they can't do magic. Apparently you can't even talk, otherwise you could at least have noticed that customers were standing on the drive. Is this the new McDonald's policy that you use entrances/exits as parking spaces and the driver mumbles something in your beard when you drive out and wait for you to get going? Everything was free on the main street, you could have stood there... Train your employees where it is allowed to park and where it is not so desirable.

A normal McDonald's. By using the app you can look for a seat after paying and food is brought to the table. Clean toilets surprised us. Overfull tray returns are also a thing of the past here.

I come from near Hamburg. And I have to say that what I experienced there was amazing. You wait almost an hour for your order. I can go out to eat in the right restaurant next time. I'll wait just as long. So not recommended for parents with children. Once and never again.

Not recommended Delivery service takes over 3 hours. When I asked, they always said it would be there in 15 minutes. Just plain unfriendly. And the food is still cold

Hopelessness. We haven't eaten a worse McDonald's in a long time. The fries were scarce... Salty and cold and half a package... we didn't get any sugar with our coffee. We took takeaway, so we won't be able to return from the highway.

What sets this McDonalds apart from others is the special play tower. Just right for a break from a long car journey.
