You have to wait forever, we waited over three quarters of an hour😨😭😖 until the food came. And unfortunately not for the first time...

Strong downward trend visible! First, card payments don't work for weeks, then the cash registers are out of order and cash payments are not possible. Only 1 of 4 order terminals usable... In addition, parts of the order are now regularly missing. You definitely have to control everything! You have to keep in mind that it takes an extraordinarily long time on site. Enough time to take a closer look at the goings-on on site. You have to realize that everything seems chaotic and disorganized. It continues with side dishes that you will soon no longer need to order. Some of the fries are raw and special side dishes like lattice potatoes are totally limp! They used to be nice and crispy, but that is now the absolute exception. Given the prices you pay, it's an absolute disgrace!

Some food was cold. Can't be recommended, redeemed coupons twice today and found out at home that the normal price wasn't deducted according to the coupon. Something like that doesn't work at all.

manager at Mcdonald on tuesday 18th around 8pm was very rude to my friend (who is slightly autistic and anxious) when he showed one of the employees a picture of the item he wanted he did not recive the item he displayed in the photo so went back to the tills to order again and the manager said "its your fault you dont speak german" thankfully a german woman translated this to us and was quite shocked at how they treated us. She was swearing and was very angry. Very rude and unprofessional food wasn't very good either. Won't go there again.

Seriously now 😉, I was back today and ordered a Double bic mac Bacon TS in the app. When I asked, I really had bacon when I picked it up, yes.... When I got home I only had a double bic mac.... All these little things add up, not just Burger King, but also McDonald's in Gifhorn due to this unfocused employee. ..... I'm sorry ... I now have no understanding of what works there ....

We waited ages for our food even though there was absolutely nothing going on. In that time you could have gone to a real restaurant and at least made it to dessert. Probably would have been a better option. Horrible service!

People always forget something at Mc Drive! Last month a Big Taste bacon and fries with it. Today it was in there, I checked, you wouldn't believe it without meat.

Super fast service. No long waiting times at the drive in. Ordered, paid at the next counter and ready to take away the next. Super Service. The orders are usually complete. It's still worth checking, because the new colleagues in particular are a bit scatterbrained. Ordering is even easier using the app. Sometimes the order does not arrive complete. This can then be quickly remedied at the switch.

We sat outside and had our order with table service. Our order was presumably delivered to another table. On that day, unfortunately totally overcrowded. Almost 50 minutes waiting time with 6 children. General: cramped location and parking lot too small. 200m line of cars on Braunschweiger Str, at the entrance.

Damn it was dirty, the toilet smelled bad, no soap. Tables are dirty, one looks freshly wiped, but was only evenly distributed. I don't know how you can spill on the chairs, but that also made it difficult to find a place because there was something on most of the chairs and benches, even though there was nothing going on inside at 6:40 p.m. But the food was hot. It's a shame we didn't order it to take away.

Unfortunately everything is very bad, constantly, something is always missing from the order. The fries are half raw, the nuggets are almost burnt and hard as bricks. Some of the burgers are just thrown into the package and look unappetizing. It's a shame that the standard is so neglected here... All in all, one of the worst McDonald's in the area.

OK, but unfortunately they apparently forgot to put the sauce we ordered with the nuggets in the bag, so we had to eat them quite dry.

But as luck would have it, it wasn't until you got home that you realized something was missing. However, it is common for something to be missing. In addition, the staff is extremely and consistently unfriendly. Never had anyone who was genuinely friendly. Neither in the drive-in nor in the restaurant. The unfriendliness is hard to beat. Then the food is almost always cold. Even right after the issue. A pity.

It used to be much better... Like many others, we only drive and eat here because of the children. In the last 4 visits, 3 times something was wrong. or missing. Just today again... 4 menus for 4 people, a Big Mac was missing... Unfortunately, the staff is hard to understand! Sticky floors, dirty toilets, broken cash register in the coffee shop. Once and not again. There are enough staff behind the counter, but they don't get anything away.

Food came quickly. Food was appropriately warm (burger + fries), shake was well chilled. Everything else, like any other MCD.

I have rarely experienced such attentive, motivated and good-humored employees in a McDonald's restaurant. The food was freshly prepared and was still warm and edible even after an hour's drive home. Big praise to this branch 👍👍👍

Very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The toilets are very clean. The food tastes good. You can take the food with you or eat it on site. I can highly recommend it.

Service after ordering is quick and friendly. Ambiance is standard McDonald's but the hygiene is okay - tables stick, fries on the benches and the sanitary facilities are to be ignored. The floors are slippery, the walls and doors are super greasy and in the women's area there are remains running down the toilet bowl. Absolutely not recommended.

In contrast to BK Gifhorn, always fast, fresh and hot. Staff is also more capable and friendly than at BK.

3 people are working, 7 people are standing around and talking and then when my food was ready, I forgot something again, unfortunately I only noticed it at home, it happened again and again

Food is okay. Organization sometimes good, sometimes bad. Opening times have changed more often recently.

Biggest joke, the employees don't make any effort. Opening hours until 2 a.m. However, they close the shop at half past two so that the lazy ones don't have to do anything. And you are also ignored in the drive-in. The employees have greasy hair and smell strong. You don't get the feeling that these employees want to support their employer, but rather intentionally put him in a bad light. Furthermore, the excuse that the ice cream machine is broken always comes up, even though it is functional. The employees are just too lazy to clean them afterwards. Preferably 0 stars!

Drive-in counter works very well even at peak times. Staff always nice. Of course, food always varies greatly. But I don't expect anything different.

Freundliches Personal, schneller Service.

Visited you today and ate a Mc Rib again after a long time. After ordering on the screen, we looked for a place and found it. It didn't take long before a woman from MC came and wiped the table clean, I thought it was really great, and Dan the food arrived exactly as I had wanted to have. We will come back, no question .

Super schnell und nettes Personal

Always tasty but just like a normal MCess

Wenn man zu Mc geht, weiß man, was man bekommt. Die Burger sind gut, vorallem der Big Tasty Bacon, und die Coupons nutzt meine Familie sehr gerne. Klar, die Tische sind nicht immer sauber und das Personal ist oft gestresst, aber meist sehr freundlich. Mc ist eine Fast-Food-Kette und nicht ohne Grund erfolgreich. Wir gehen gerne ab und zu hin.

Mit Kind echt nicht schön. Im Sommer haben wir es mehrmals erlebt, dass die Rutsche draußen nicht geöffnet hatte. Auf Nachfrage hieß es jedes Mal, sie muss gereinigt werden. Der Innenbereich für Kinder ist einfach nur armselig. Im Winter wirklich arschkalt, im Sommer eine Sauna. Dazu ist die Musik manchmal so laut, dass man sich nicht unterhalten kann. Auch da nachgefragt. Es heißt, es wird leiser gemacht. Aber der Typ hats wohl 10 Sekunden später einfach vergessen. Auf mich wirkt hier alles sehr resigniert.

3 mal da gewesene 3 mal hat was gefehlt. Wenn man hier essen will ,sollte man sich rein setzen. Damit man alles sofort sieht was man bekommt. Leider hat sich in den letzten Jahren nichts geändert.

Dreckige Tische. Dünner Kaffee. Viel Stress am Tresen. Keine gute Teamarbeit. Mitarbeiter aufmerksam machen bitte Tisch zu wischen.

Für 4 Personen knapp 35€ investiert und folgendes Erhalten: - Restaurant mit ca. 6 Gästen belegt. - Tische klebrig - Portionen sparsam (siehe Foto) - Bei Abholung wurden Getränke kommentarlos ohne Aktionssticker ausgegeben, da Pfandbecher. Extrasticker dafür nicht verfügbar. Kein Sorry oder irgendwas. Wir kommen so schnell nicht wieder.

Sehr unhöfliches Personal, lange Wartezeit bis das Essen kam. Das Essen kam etappenweise serviert und wurde förmlich mit Tablett und herausgefallenen Pommes auf den Tisch geschmissen. Bei Nachfrage nach einem Strohhalm für einen Shake, bekamen wir die Antwort es gibt keine Strohhalme mehr. Sehr unfreundlich!!!

Super Service und das Essen ist immer heiß

Hab den Maincharacter meines Lebens getroffen. Weinachtsmusik war bombenmäßig. (Fallersleben war besser)

Bei uns das gleiche...fehlte zum wiederholten mal ein Burger... Wenn jedem Kunden ständig etwas fehlt spart MCD ja ordentlich ...ist ja nicht so das ein Burger nur 99 Cent kostet....also ich ärger mich gerade richtig! Normalerweise kontrolliere ich sofort....heute war es nicht möglich da ein riesen Chaos in der Autoschlüssel war....

Ich habe im Mc drive bestellt und extra geschaut ob alles da ist, was auch erfreulicherweise der fall war. Leider musste ich beim auspacken zu Hause feststellen, dass mein CHEESEBURGER, ohne KÄSE war. Vielleicht war es ja meine Schuld, weil ich nicht noch jedes einzelne Produkt AUSGEPACKT habe, aber naja. Müsst ihr wissen. 😑

Das Essen war mega schnell fertig, frisch hergestellt und in bester Mc Donalds Qualität. Keine Wartezeit und freundliches Personal, welches das Essen an den Tisch gebracht hat.

Leider etwas dreckig die Plätze. Ansonsten okay.

Das Restaurant wirkte ziemlich dreckig. Verschmierte Tische und zerrissene Polster auf den Bänken sind eher unnötig. Service war gut und das Essen eben wie üblich.

Est waren die Pommes kalt aber dann gab's sofort neue, guter Service.

Bis vor wenigen Monaten war das Gifhorner McDonalds ein gut organisierter und sauberes Fastfoodrestaurant. Leider hat sich das komplett geändert: viele neue Mitarbeiter, die nicht mehr so freundlich sind. Auch die Pommesschalen sind meist nur noch halb voll und oftmals fehlt etwas im Drive-In. Hier wird zu lasten der Qualität Profit geschäffelt. Wir fahren ab jetzt nach Wolfsburg.

Natürlich ist es MCD aber dafür hier in Gifhorn sehr gut

Massenware mit Self-Service. Leider seit Jahren immer wieder Fehler beim Einpacken für Take-Away.

MEGA freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter! Ganz toller Service! Essen wie immer gut! HIER GAB ES TATSÄCHLICH MILCHSHAKE!! ABER die Sauberkeit der Toiletten ist NICHT GUT! Und leider sind die Sitzgelegenheiten im Restaurant SEHR in die Jahre gekommen und ziemlich KAPUTT!

Trotz Stress schnell im Drive In bedient. Das Essen wirkte Frisch und nicht total durchgeschüttelt. Allerdings falsche Beilagen (3x Majo und 1x Süß sauer statt 1x Ketchup und 2 x Barbecue) und ein Mineralwasser statt der Sprite. Das versaut es echt bei entsprechend Hunger und vorfreude.

Eigentlich ein Restaurant, wie alle.

Ich war heute gegen 10 Uhr bei ihnen und wollte zwei Cheeseburger und eine Portion Pommes haben. Die Dame sagte mir dass dies nicht möglich sei Status Frühstück schon vorbei? Es ist also nicht möglich sowas bei ihnen zwischendurch zu kaufen na danke das war mein letzter Besuch bei euch!!!!!

Es dauert sehr lange, bis man an der Kasse bedient wird, obwohl die Mitarbeiter dastehen und einen untätig ansehen Oft wird nicht alles in der Bestellung angegeben Als ich es eilig hatte und die Bestellung ins Haus brachte, wurden drei Soßen und ein Cheeseburger nicht gemeldet, ich war verärgert, aber es hat keinen Sinn, etwas zu beweisen In einem Restaurant erzähle ich den Mitarbeitern oft, dass ich nicht über einen Burger oder eine Soße informiert war. Service und Kommissionierung lassen zu wünschen übrig...

Essen wie immer, schnelle Zubereitung und netter, schneller Service. Inzwischen ja nicht mehr so selbstverständlich beim goldenen M.

I was a regular visitor here. They have a fast service. Food not so good bit what exactly should we expect from a fast food chain ? However, I have to give them one star because of the incredibly rude staff at drive through. Last time I visited, there was a lady at drive through. And she started shouting at me for pressing my bank card too hard on the card machine (while paying). So so humiliating. She said I am pressing it too hard and causing pain to her arm (she was holding the card machine with one hand). All I was trying to do is to make my card work. It's just the sudden, abrupt and starved beast like shouting for me. She could have been decent about it to say the least. Million rooms for improvement there. I don't think I will be visiting again.

So oft wie wir jetzt schon da waren, hat sich nie nicht wirklich was geändert. Jedes mal liegen Essensreste unter den Tischen. Die Tische und die Sitzbänke werden kaum abgewischt. Auf Maskenpflicht achtet kaum ein Mitarbeiter. Keine Empfehlung für die, die es sauber unterm und vor allem auf den Tischen mögen.

War spontan mit meinem Sohn am Muttertag im Drive in. Beim bezahlen bekam jede Frau eine Rose geschenkt. Fand ich eine sehr nette Geste

Das Schnellrestaurant McD. in Gifhorn ist sauber und hell. Das Verkaufspersonal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der neue Bio Burger von McD. ist super lecker und sehr zu empfehlen.

Kein nettes Personal...... Pommes waren kalt. Kein candlelight- Dinger. Kein Essen an den Tisch Keine nette Beratung.

Ich wollte am Sonntag was abholen, war wahnsinnig voll, Gott sei dank war alles so drinnen wie ich es bestellt hatte, geschmeckt hat es auch, na ja hoffe Mc Donalds bleibt uns weiterhin erhalten...
