I ordered food this evening, including remoulade and two other dipping sauces. The driver arrived, was very friendly, and I even gave him a tip. Shortly after, I noticed that the two sauces were missing. I called the company, and they contacted the driver. It turned out that, in addition to the missing sauces, I also received mayo instead of remoulade, which I always like to have with my baguette because it's a bit dry otherwise. The driver then called me back and said he had already given it to the other customer and that he could give me a refund. I called the company again, and they told me they had nothing to do with it if the driver delivered the wrong food. All they could do was give me a €5 voucher, which is completely useless to me now since I had to eat everything without the sauces. I won't be ordering from them again, especially since this has happened several times before. We had already taken a break once, and tried again today, which unfortunately didn't work. You'll never see us again!!!!!

I used to love eating at Happy Chicken. Then a new owner came along, and I felt the quality of the food declined significantly. So, for many years, I didn't order or eat there. Now I've tried it again and I'm thrilled. The dishes are back to how they used to be, and there's a huge selection of pizzas, pasta, and more. What I really love is that you can choose your own ingredients, and they even offer ingredients that many other restaurants don't, so you can get some unusual dishes here. The building was completely renovated not too long ago and now has a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The staff are very nice and friendly. I can highly recommend this place!

Ordered 18 pieces but delivered 9 burnt pieces. The second time sent back 9 more pieces and they were still burnt, smelled black, burnt, bitter. Don't order from this restaurant, too bad!

We had the Mega Burger, the BBQ Burger, a gyro baguette, and the chili cheese fries. The burgers were good value for money and tasted good, the baguette was excellent, and the fries were very crispy, but unfortunately, we didn't like the chili cheese sauce at all (it was very artificial). As a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend that the owner use grated cheese (perhaps medium-aged Gouda or Cheddar) and fresh, finely chopped chilies, and briefly gratinate the whole thing. Just give it a try and get feedback from your customers! Nevertheless, I'd be happy to come back. I really liked the service and the atmosphere in the shop.

I ordered two cheeseburgers today, and none of them had any cheese on them. I also don't know why they put such thick pickles and onions on the burgers. The schnitzel is quite good, but the salad that comes with it is always really bad and not fresh. The woman on the phone was very friendly.

Friendly staff and the chicken was first-class. However, the gyro tastes tough and chews like a shoe sole, and the portion is only so-so for the price. And the sweet and sour sauce tastes like overly sweetened plum and cinnamon jam. What a shame.

I had the tagliatelle with scampi – cooked to perfection! I also had the pinsa with salmon fillet, which according to the menu is a kind of pizza, only better and oval – and it's absolutely true: incredibly delicious! We finished off with an espresso and soft-serve ice cream, both top-quality. We went there with the whole family, had plenty of space, and everyone loved their dish. In conclusion: An all-around successful visit – we'll definitely be back and highly recommend Happy Chicken!

Ordered food, it was said 45 - 60 minutes, ok. But it only arrived after over 1 hour 30 minutes and that in the city area, fries were cold, curry sausage was totally shriveled and dried out, a disgrace, never again.

I ordered and called after 70 minutes to ask when the food would arrive. Then I was told that the driver was there, but no one was there, and they weren't answering my calls. I didn't get a call, and there was no one on the security camera. 😂. I was then called a liar and insulted on the phone.

Don't be fooled by the unassuming appearance when driving past; just stop by. You'll be greeted by a very appealing ambiance and extremely friendly service. This place is absolutely terrible!!! One star is too much. I sprained my foot outside because there were so many large holes in the decking. I wanted to order a kofte plate, but they didn't have any. So I opted for a gyro plate instead. I also wonder how they can keep the 100 items on the menu reasonably fresh. The gyro was dry and cold, and the portion of fries was very meager and also lukewarm. My friend ordered a hamburger and salad. The salad didn't arrive at all, but we just wanted to leave quickly. I wouldn't recommend it, never again!

Also 1,5std warten auf Lieferung für 1 x Essen und 1 Getränk ist schon der Wahnsinn. Und das bei einer Luftlinie von 500m. Da will man mal zur Arbeit bestellen und dann sowas, also sorry das geht garnicht. Muss dazu sagen, 1,5std vergangen und essen noch nicht angekommen. Angerufen und man teilte mir mit: Essen ist unterwegs, dauert ca. 10-15min. Versteh ich wenn der zu Fuß kommt! Unmöglich wirklich.

Since the renovation in 2025, the pizza has been back to a very good standard. Delivery was as advertised. The price, toppings, and size were all top-notch. The pizza is juicy and simply generously topped. Very tasty if you like chunky pizza.

When I go to a store, what does happy chicken mean, I assume that when I order chicken wings, I will get reasonable and, above all, homemade chicken wings. But no, I get almost burnt chicken wings that are super similar to those from the supermarket (frozen). For that money I could have picked up two or three packs from the supermarket and therefore had no idea about 50 chicken wings and perhaps not burned them because I was careful. Store owners like this should be ashamed of themselves. Especially when they renovate the place in such a pompous way to cover up how blind they are to the business.

We ate there for the first time after the renovation - 2 x pizza and 1 x chicken breast with fries and salad, plus pizza rolls. There was nothing bland, everything was well seasoned, served on great plates, well-chilled Cola with lemon (which you don't have at Toni's, for example!) All the dishes were ultra tasty, hot, and the price-performance ratio was also completely fine. The only drawback: no card payment! People are happy to do this, but out of fairness to other stores, card payments should be possible. Failure can happen, but rarely these days. We can only recommend the Happy Chicken Gifhorn!

Unfortunately, homemade chilli cheese sauce is not made only from the tube, and the jalapeño is much too big, please make it smaller and in the sauce it would be great, especially for your chilli cheese fries. is a great resi and for the delivery. Well, I know Happy Chicken from a time when they were in a gas station near the "Lady Devorgilla" wedding mill. The new building in the south next to Bürger King was great. But this color scheme black and purple or red... Well, as we all know, you can't argue with taste. But contrary to the development at BK and McD, where the lounge areas are more like train station halls (ambienceless, loveless and loud), the conversion here has now been more than successful. The rooms are decorated with style and invite you to linger. The outdoor area is now set up as a closed winter garden in winter, and heating is also to be added. The staff is mostly friendly (forest and call-in, etc.) and tries to fulfill your wishes. The food meets expectations. The preparation of the one-legged farm animal is their strength, but so far I have also enjoyed a pizza or a casserole and there are really worse delivery services with a restaurant. In terms of food, I still feel full here. But after the renovation... I'll probably stop by more often, especially in the summer, because sipping a beer there in the evening won't be the worst idea. I'm very impressed and would even add another star to Ambiente.

I ordered totellini in cream sauce, baked chicken and veal and a schnitzel Viennese style. Travel time from HC to us is about 2 minutes. The schnitzel was limp. The baked chicken and veal were completely oversalted, but the fries were very neutral. The baked tortellini was pretty tasteless. But the pile of cheese on the pasta was very dominant and made you forget that there was also pasta. All in all, almost €40 worth of food went half eaten into the bin. Failed in 3 out of 3 dishes

It's been a long time since we've ordered from Happy Chicken again after the quality unfortunately really deteriorated some time ago. The delivery was really quick, the food was well packaged and hot. We ordered baguette, simple pizza bread, burger and fries. Everything was well processed and looked really tasty. The burger (Happy Mega Cheese) was super tasty, the fries were nice and crispy, the best fries I've had from a delivery service in a long time! The simple pizza bread was very seasoned, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The baguette was properly toasted on the cut sides, crispy on the outside and just right. The topping was OK and fresh. All in all really great, Happy Chicken has improved significantly here! We would be happy to order from there again!

Service was absolutely unfriendly. Blonde hair, I would say a slight red tint. We once exchanged a drink because she brought it wrong. Afterwards we ordered dips, which she also brought incorrectly. Afterwards she said “Well, but a complaint isn’t possible” and just laughed. While we were still eating, she was already clearing away from the other two people. I was still eating and while she was clearing up, she took my plate and took it away without asking. Super dissatisfied, won't come here again.

DISAPPOINTED ! We ate in the shop with 13 people. We liked the decor and the food too. After dinner we each ordered latte macchiato and iced coffee. The iced coffees were literally served warm to us. I didn't drink it and told the service. My girlfriend too. The waitress took her away again. The boss came over to pay, spoke in a bad, unfriendly tone and was of the opinion that we had to pay for the warm iced coffees we didn't drink. Instead of making it up to us or offering us something else, she argued for 3 minutes and told us how she made the iced coffee. So I definitely don't drink my iced coffee warm. We left at least €180 with 13 people and then we discussed two warm iced coffees. That's not possible, I'm sorry.

The curry chicken baguette is totally recommended! After the renovation, the menu was expanded. However, some of the chicken dishes only consist of ready-made products, which is a disappointment for a “chicken” business. Nevertheless, you should definitely eat the baguette! 🙂 But don’t forget; only cash payment is possible.

1 star is 1 star too many. We used to enjoy ordering there, but now it's a matter for the health department. The staff is unfriendly and lying, the pasta is soggy, the pizza is sticky and for me the salads are not salads but vegetables mixed together. Tomatoes totally mushy and watery. Flesh burnt and dry. We lay in bed for 2 days with stomach problems. Ordered food is forgotten and complaints are responded to by hanging up. But they want to collect money. This is a rip off! The fact that this store still exists is truly a miracle (in a negative sense)! NEVER HAPPY CHICKEN AGAIN.

Went there spontaneously and it was actually much better than expected. Location was newly remodeled and renovated. Even starters were unexpectedly huge and really reasonably priced (see huge portion of chilli cheese fries for €4.50). The rest of the dishes were also great, the salad was very fresh and everything was beautifully presented. Chicken and the chicken strips were delicious and crispy :) Can only recommend this store!

I don't know the store from before, unrenovated and smelling of old grease. They made the outpatient really cool. There is also a closed smoking area. We had a casserole and a gyros plate. Both were very tasty and not too greasy. The tzatziki was a little runny but otherwise good. The staff are friendly there too.

Wenn es gehen würde, würden wir keine Sterne vergeben. Wir haben über 2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet.. als wir angerufen haben um nachzufragen wo das Essen bleibt, würden wir noch dreist angelogen. Der Fahrer stand angeblich 30 Minuten vor der Tür, was nicht stimmt. Kein Anruf, kein Klingeln oder Klopfen an der Tür, nichts! Essen muss angeblich nochmal gemacht werden weil es ja natürlich unsere Schuld ist dass das Personal unfähig ist. Danke für nichts! Unfreundlich am Telefon, man wird dann noch angepampt und bekommt die Schuld zugeschoben. Nie wieder!!!!
