Actually, we've always been happy here, but today we were taught otherwise: my friend's long chicken burger tasted very artificially charred, even though we couldn't find anything visually wrong. Since this is actually her favorite burger, she will know that for sure and I could definitely taste it too. So we went to the counter with well over half of the burger and she explained the situation very politely and calmly. When it became clear to the employees that we wanted something other than just ordering a straw, all the young women gradually gathered around the first one and started whispering. One of the ladies explained to us rather stubbornly that there could be nothing wrong with the burger, as they had adhered to the prescribed times. And although at the beginning we were asked whether we would like a replacement (which my friend said yes), this was apparently forgotten once the group had fully assembled. There was too much of the burger gone (as I said, bitten off twice: once to determine that something was wrong and again to confirm it, over half was still there) so there was no replacement. This, together with the siege of the young ladies who could not leave it to one person to deal with the problem, but preferred to talk each other over and at the same time ask different questions while those who were not talking to us whispered, was an extremely unpleasant experience. Especially for my friend who just wanted to point out a problem to the restaurant without initially even expecting a replacement.

It hasn't changed for years (apart from the staff) but unfortunately it hasn't gotten any better. Moderate knowledge of German, excessive demands, wrong or cold food, often loud-snouted and eager to discuss in order to cover up my own incompetence when the customer makes demands or complains, tables and floors are usually dirty. I regularly get my food with coupons. There hasn't been a visit in years where I didn't have to complain about something. But I also have fun, I have to admit. The customer is king and you work as a service provider. I always order everything without “spicy” because I can’t tolerate it. I almost died the other day when I bit into my burger 🤬 Even though the order slip says *out of home or *takeaway, you are still asked every time 🙈. Maybe it's just in the wrong language!? #here you get your food faster when you go in than in the drive in🤣 Here is some brief information for future applicants: Service (service, provision of space) product service (production of drinks and food) trading service (purchase and sale of finished products). Burger King delivers in some cities. What do you think would happen in Gifhorn? Does the driver perhaps notice in Hamburg that he has gotten lost or will a missing persons report be placed at the end of the shift? 🤣

Stopped here briefly while passing through. Food not complete. One thing was wrong. Everything around was dirty and completely covered in rubbish with BurgerKing packaging.

It's clean, even if there are a lot of people there is no feeling of queuing. Practical control panels. The facility has toilets, a large parking lot, the ability to order from your car, the staff is very friendly and the food is always fresh and hot... I can recommend it with a clear conscience

Was quite busy had to wait about 20 minutes for food when we got it chip,s were fresh but burger,s were not that hot, a shame as would of liked fresh cooked burger,s too !!

It is always clean, even when there are many people, there is no feeling of a queue. Convenient order boards. The facility has toilets, a large parking lot, the possibility to order from a car.

Slow, overwhelmed and unfriendly. Update 06/2024: Employees unmotivated and unfriendly, long waiting times, process impersonal, if you want to pay with cash you are first ignored and then looked at stupidly. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. As a customer, you can clearly see that everything is being done to save staff.

Ideally 0 stars but Google forces you to give out stars. We were at the drive-in and ordered 2 menus and a single vegetarian citizen, we were the only car there and we still had to wait 30 minutes for our food, and the service at the counter was unfriendly and unmotivated and on the " VEGETARIAN BURGER" had a chicken patty on it, no trace of tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. When we were finished I went to the toilet and was really annoyed because there was toilet paper lying around on the floor and the mirrors were dirty. Absolutely not recommended, I'd rather go to McDonald's because it's more hygienic and the service is friendlier. You will hear from me and the health department.

I don't know why I even went there again. Burger King Gifhorn is really not good at all anymore. It was such a disappointment the last few times. You get the feeling that no employee is making an effort. A few times the lettuce on the burger was already brown. Or the burger is cold. There's no friendliness there either. The branch seems to take anyone, regardless of whether they're any good or not. I'll never go there again. Can they close the place?

This store was really dirty and couldn't empty the garbage containers because the employees were talking to customers at work and at the tables and that's why it has a very bad rating of.😡

Today was my last day at work and I actually wanted to celebrate with a small meal. Employees can hardly speak German. Eating wrong and bad. Feedback on a complaint email is just a pre-written email in which even the one word that you have to insert was spelled incorrectly. It was the last time, thanks for nothing!

Disaster, to be honest. A minimum of around 15 employees are completely lost if there are 10 guests in the store. 1st walk to the women's toilet. No paper, nothing cleaned. Hand dryer defective. Waiting 20 minutes with maybe 3/4 more open orders? And then you forgot an entire menu?! So probably excessive demands and unwillingness. But now it also explains why there is overcrowding at McDonalds and there are 3 cars in the parking lot at Burger King.

Really bad...it couldn't be worse...bought 2 big kings... Burger ice cold and the cheese not even melted... And for these prices... Never again....I'd rather get a kebab....it's cheaper and at least it's called. ..are not worth any stars in the rating💩🤮

Bin zwar nicht son Fastfood Fan aber was macht man nicht alles für ein kindergeburstag mit. Kids waren glücklich und es alles geschmeckt. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Seit über 1 Jahr immer alles sauber und alle Bestellungen vollständig !! Top

Das Laden war sehr sauber, das Essen war frisch und sehr lecker

Es soll alles frisch zubereitet werden, trotz alle dem waren mein Big King XXL und die Pommes leider kalt. Für die Preise die mittlerweile aufgerufen werden ist das absolut nicht akzeptabel. Der Burger King an sich ist hübsch renoviert und der Automat hat die Bestellung zuverlässig aufgenommen. Service gibt es ja in "Fast" Food Restaurants nicht mehr.
