Food ok...but otherwise...my impression was that they have to save money. There is toilet paper in the women's toilet, there is no toilet paper in the disabled toilet either, and there is no soap, the rubbish bin is overflowing and it is extremely cold. I wouldn't want to change my baby here. Dining area also cold, doesn't invite you to linger. Food OK.

Burger was cold, and so was the cheese on the burger. Fries ok. Staff totally unfriendly. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time I've had this experience. We won't eat there anymore.

Already twice in the drive in not all the things that were ordered and paid for were received. The first time I drove back (20km!) and didn't even get an apology. This time I'll save myself the return trip. Please work on your quality processes and train your employees to be friendly 3 years later: nothing has improved. Things are still forgotten, staff are still unfriendly. Therefore 1 star deducted because of resistance to learning

Employees are in the kitchen in private clothes, sitting on the boxes and screaming across the store. Food was simply thrown on the tray. Here you can find the typical Burger King offer and also all special burgers. Everything is tasty and fresh, the ambience is also typical Burger King, but good. It is clean and the tables are cleaned regularly and customer inquiries or problems are helped quickly and in a friendly manner. All in all very good and we would like to come back.

You come in and the store gives you no reason to stay there or eat something. The store lacks everything. No ambience, no TV, no music. The food is okay. Had a Long Chilli Cheese and it was just warm. The meat, well, the cheese just started and the bun was wobbly. For us it was the first and last time.

I've never experienced anything like it every time and a lot of things are forgotten when taking away - it's now not just sauces but entire menus

The reason for this review is that we have often stopped at this branch on the way back from Braunschweig to Uelzen in the past and the impression has now been confirmed five times in two years. When ordering for 3 adults and a child, the food, which was delivered after over 25 minutes, was consistently cold, not lukewarm but really cold. In two menus the main course and some of the sauces were missing, so these had to be reordered. Unfortunately, this impression has been confirmed again and again on recent visits, that dishes were forgotten and that the food was cold. The waiting time for food is also very long on average at over 20 minutes for 4 people. There are actually restaurants that don't have Schnell in their name that are faster. It can't be due to any special features of the food, as these are regularly forgotten. For the reasons mentioned, we are very dissatisfied with this branch and will refrain from further visits.

I've been to Burger King again for years...but also for the last time...the food was super disgusting, the fries were wobbly...only the cola was edible.

Went there today at 11am. When we arrived and wanted to go in, the shop was closed, even though it was open from 10 a.m. We also had to rush to the toilet. Loaded the car and opened 10 minutes later at 11.10am. There was only one person in there, he had just turned on the deep fryer. Cheeseburgers were nothing, less than lukewarm. Something like that doesn't work at all.

I ordered a king menu with cola 0.5l and a large vanilla shake 0.5l to take away. The cola and the milkshake were finished first and stood at 33°c for 25 minutes until the rest of the order was ready and when I insisted on a new cola and shake because they were already warm and the shake was vanilla milk, both were served Took the cola, which was already watered down by the ice cream, made new ice cream and just a little more milkshake was added to the warm vanilla shake but none of it was made new. PS I threw away the shake because I'm not into salmonella.

It's always very clean here and things go quickly. I was only allowed to wait 20 minutes for the order to be ready. BK Gifhorn no longer sees me.

As always and everywhere, the meat in the Whopper was cold, so I'm slowly becoming disappointed with Burger King Germany, but to consolation I had to realize that the competition isn't much better because the heating ovens are probably all on the low burner

Actually, we've always been happy here, but today we were taught otherwise: my friend's long chicken burger tasted very artificially charred, even though we couldn't find anything visually wrong. Since this is actually her favorite burger, she will know that for sure and I could definitely taste it too. So we went to the counter with well over half of the burger and she explained the situation very politely and calmly. When it became clear to the employees that we wanted something other than just ordering a straw, all the young women gradually gathered around the first one and started whispering. One of the ladies explained to us rather stubbornly that there could be nothing wrong with the burger, as they had adhered to the prescribed times. And although at the beginning we were asked whether we would like a replacement (which my friend said yes), this was apparently forgotten once the group had fully assembled. There was too much of the burger gone (as I said, bitten off twice: once to determine that something was wrong and again to confirm it, over half was still there) so there was no replacement. This, together with the siege of the young ladies who could not leave it to one person to deal with the problem, but preferred to talk each other over and at the same time ask different questions while those who were not talking to us whispered, was an extremely unpleasant experience. Especially for my friend who just wanted to point out a problem to the restaurant without initially even expecting a replacement.

Moderate knowledge of German, excessive demands, wrong or cold food, often loud-snouted and eager to discuss in order to cover up my own incompetence when the customer makes demands or complains, tables and floors are usually dirty. I regularly get my food with coupons. There hasn't been a visit in years where I didn't have to complain about something. But I also have fun, I have to admit. The customer is king and you work as a service provider. I always order everything without “spicy” because I can’t tolerate it. I almost died the other day when I bit into my burger 🤬 Even though the order slip says *out of home or *takeaway, you are still asked every time 🙈. Maybe it's just in the wrong language!? #here you get your food faster when you go in than in the drive in🤣 Here is some brief information for future applicants: Service (service, provision of space) product service (production of drinks and food) trading service (purchase and sale of finished products). Burger King delivers in some cities. What do you think would happen in Gifhorn? Does the driver perhaps notice in Hamburg that he has gotten lost or will a missing persons report be placed at the end of the shift? 🤣

It is always clean, even when there are many people, there is no feeling of a queue. Convenient order boards. The facility has toilets, a large parking lot, the possibility to order from a car.

Update 06/2024: Employees unmotivated and unfriendly, long waiting times, process impersonal, if you want to pay with cash you are first ignored and then looked at stupidly. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. As a customer, you can clearly see that everything is being done to save staff.

Ideally 0 stars but Google forces you to give out stars. We were at the drive-in and ordered 2 menus and a single vegetarian citizen, we were the only car there and we still had to wait 30 minutes for our food, and the service at the counter was unfriendly and unmotivated and on the " VEGETARIAN BURGER" had a chicken patty on it, no trace of tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. When we were finished I went to the toilet and was really annoyed because there was toilet paper lying around on the floor and the mirrors were dirty. Absolutely not recommended, I'd rather go to McDonald's because it's more hygienic and the service is friendlier. You will hear from me and the health department.
