McDonald's in Uelzen

I was there with my grandchild on May 14, 2025 and was completely appalled by the desolate condition! Completely filthy and deteriorating! I'm going to notify the health department!

Not as terrible as everyone writes, but ugh... the queue to order is something new. Out of 4 self-service systems, only one was working. There were 8 people in front of it, and the queue to order at the cash register was the same.

Not exactly the cleanest McDonald's.

The toilet is really NOT clean.

Mega friendly employees on site! Never experienced such great service at McDonalds! Top!

Good McDonalds, you didn't have to wait that long and the food was relatively good.

I think it's really bad that there hasn't been a McWrap Mozzarella Balsamic for over a week. This is particularly disappointing because the franchise company is currently actively promoting it - and then the product is not available. That doesn't leave a good impression.

There is nothing wrong with the food. You know McDonalds, almost the same thing. But what doesn't work at all, and that's why I'm writing this review, is the cleanliness of the toilets. The urinals looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for at least a week. Stuck dust doesn't come from one day. Just disgusting and questionable whether hygiene is paid such attention everywhere.

Already visited claim several times. Food is always brought to the table whole and hot. Good parking and charging options for electric cars. Interior quite worn. Outdoor area well maintained with lots of places and play equipment for the children.

Ordered food multiple times in different months. Cold burgers. Service, well... Ordered drinks without ice today. Ice in it. Burger was good. Nuggets fried so well that my son said, Mom, they were burnt. There is no hygiene either, employees touch their faces and then prepare the food. DISGUSTING. The best for last. Apple turnover ordered, apple turnover is missing. You go to the employee and describe the situation. He explains that they aren't there and opens the cupboard and offers a fruit bag. No apology, no money back. Fraud on the customer is a very excellent thing!!! Sprite is poured from the bottle into the cup, which was left nice and warm on the work surface. Great performance. Seats partially torn. Glue tables.

Drive in and the lady gave me my pack and said goodbye. I had to make them aware that I could still get my Coke. I got that too. When I was on the road again I realized that she had also forgotten a burger... she literally only gave me half an order. And I was allowed to pay for everything.

Today seems to be a bad day, unfriendly staff not customer-oriented, rude, tables sticking, crumbs, no toilet paper, polished tastes better when set up again, burgers not tasty, buns also set up, too bad...

I'm disappointed... I had ordered more, unfortunately it wasn't included, that's not possible, next time we'll check what's included...

McDonald's what's going on? The phone is always busy or you can't order online because the employees apparently turn off the ordering function at Lieferando. Does the managing director know that overloads regularly occur here? This is a catastrophe for your business and for us customers. If that finally changes, 5 stars. Been going to MC Donald's for over 20 years. To a Hamburger Royal TS. It tasted very good. Staff very friendly. The place is very well maintained. I'll definitely come back. 👋

If you fancy surprises, you should definitely stop by here. You never know what you're going to get. Sometimes the ordering terminals simply don't work (one of them has been broken for 6 months), other days you wait 20 minutes for your order or war crimes have been committed in the toilets again. The managers there are completely overwhelmed and have sometimes forgotten half of the order. But always go into the store anyway, because you really don't want to stand in the drive-thru. You are given instructions that you should drive further up so that you are too far away from the voice system, then you are only noticed after several minutes and after taking the order you wait another 5 minutes at the first window because all 5 cars behind you have to take the order before I can pay. We were even almost thrown out of the store once because a colleague was wearing a carnival costume and one of the employees thought he was from the health department. So if you're really really hungry and don't want to sit down in a restaurant in the city, that's okay with me, the food itself is pretty much the same everywhere, although here it's often already cold. If you want to get a little more for your money, you should go to the city center.

I ordered the wrong burger and called straight away. I was told the other burger would be delivered later. After waiting three and a half hours, I called again to be told that they no longer had any suppliers, Lieferando was closed and the only thing I was offered was to pick up my burger myself after work. I also didn't find her particularly friendly on the phone

Limited parking spaces. MC Drive isn't that great.

So even one star is too much. It's sad that when I send my husband, who can't read or write, with a note to boost his self-confidence, he gets so discriminated against. Sayings like, "They're kidding me" or "Where's the hidden camera?" So anyone with a disability probably shouldn't go there.

Mc Drive was great, funny and friendly.

The service was friendly but very difficult to understand, loud music and mediocre language skills. The food wasn't even lukewarm, old frying fat, indigestible. Really bummer, every other snack bar is better in terms of price and taste. I was surprised that it was so bad... The food was ready quickly, but the specially prepared burger was the worst. Astonishing.

I'm really angry and disappointed. I only eat at McDonald's once a year and then you fall for it too. I ordered the MC Crispy Curry. I got the normal MC Crispy no bacon no cheese. But on the bill it is listed as McCrispy Curry What a failure!! I'm done with this store for this year

The food is to be expected. The cleanliness definitely needs to be improved... The speed is appropriate. The young man at the counter did his best and was friendly. Maybe things will get better after the renovation

Quite okay. Longer waiting time than usual. It may have depended on the day, but there wasn't too much going on. A quick charging station with two places is positive, although it is installed quite tightly. The toilets weren't very well maintained either.

I'm usually very partial to the places I visit, but this McDonald's is rated too high even with one star. The food may simply be up to McDonald's standards. A burger with an extra request, which should then be freshly prepared, comes with a cold patty. The matron behind the counter also seems a bit racist. A light-skinned customer is crawled in the... dark-skinned customer is literally put down. She apparently hasn't heard anything about hygiene. Cleanliness and furniture are subpar. We won't eat there anymore. And if anyone from this shop reads it: take the A7, Bordesholm exit, then eat there. This is how it tastes freshly prepared. And THIS is what a well-kept ambience looks like. In short: the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Even Berlin was better.

Construction work has been going on for a long time, service for McDonald's is rather slow

The McDonald's in Uelzen is increasingly becoming a ruin. Nothing has been done or improved on the ambience for ages. It gives the impression that the staff is constantly changing and unfortunately has little or no training. The food is always lukewarm to cold. It should be freshly prepared. The staff should also be urgently explained how to use the deep fryer - the fries are usually soft, wobbly and sometimes raw (!!!). And if it occurs to the staff, the interior area is simply closed with the statement “we have a staff shortage”. It's just stupid that customers can see through to the kitchen and see that there are around 10 employees there. After we drove through the drive and ate the food in the parking lot, the indoor area reopened. It had the impression that the main crowd was moved to the drive.

McDonald's in Uelzen, The food is so-so... it should meet the needs of small children. Unfortunately, you always have to check your order because otherwise something is missing. The service is ok. The staff is very friendly, but unfortunately also very overwhelmed. The tables are often dirty. Honestly, it might just be McDonald's, but when you go to a real restaurant you pay less and get more bang for your buck. Finally: The toilets are unreasonable. Cabins are far too small, equipment is very old, worn and dirty. Disgusting! A few things could be done differently here.

Now this McDonald's is really okay. The only thing that bothers you is the constant construction site at the main entrance.

They're so stupid, they can't handle a simple fucking order of ice cream with two toppings. I didn't have anything else.

The restaurant was very neglected. The furnishings appear to have been worn out for a long time. Many benches and sockets broken like in the picture. The service staff apparently doesn't sweep under the tables.

The mecces are very bad, the garbage cans are in front of the mcdrive, very appetizing. The employees don't even really understand German, then there's the long standing time in the Madrid restaurant, you sometimes stand there for over 30 minutes, it's not clear at all and that's supposed to be a fast restaurant, it's just ridiculous, the food inside is worn out, the seats are broken.

You have to wait forever for your burgers at the train station. For a shop at the train station it simply has to be quicker - you know that the guests who want to get there quickly don't have much time. Because the shop was open, my food was cold. Because half of it was finished and standing there in the freezing cold and the other half wasn't finished. This made it cold.

It's not like it used to be... Fries are weak, sometimes too salty... Potatoes taste like fries... Burgers are more lukewarm and just slapped on... You can't eat the burger without three to four napkins anymore, because when you open the box / paper, the burger either swims in tons of ketchup and cheese or in sauce and salad. Even if I order without pickles, you can tell if the pickles were just taken from a finished burger.

Actually no star. Ask someone who has no idea about MC drive. Then we would have to wait forever for the change because the system failed. Can happen. Then there's always this begging for a cup holder. Should I put the cups between my legs or something? And the icing on the cake...eat cold, half on fries and taste like you've eaten it before. And the staff...without words. It's unbelievable what McDonald's has become.

Furniture very worn, large cracks in several covers of the benches inside the restaurant. Some tables were very dirty. The shift was obviously well staffed. Calling the employees to pick up the order was sometimes difficult to understand. Sanitary facilities very dirty. Cheese on the burger not melted, cold.

I left my food behind. Of course, cleanliness and so on is one thing. But another thing is that if you haven't had your food delivered after 15 minutes, the blonde waitress in a fast food restaurant brings the tray to your table, which I definitely didn't want, so I picked it up myself and put the tray down with my food the words before they get out of here. Sorry, but you can really forget that. Forgot a cheeseburger when ordering. The burger and fries are cold and the cheese looks like it hasn't even been in the oven... Staff is annoyed, when you ask if you can take a cup holder with you because you are alone with your child, you are looked at stupidly and the MA still groans. I've been dissatisfied there several times now. The staff should be trained in dealing with customers, customer satisfaction and friendliness.

Very well located McDonald's, we rarely get such hot fries here. Citizens also fresh & very warm and not almost completely cold like other branches. Even when it was busy, the staff remained calm, were always friendly and processed the orders quickly.

Service could be a little nicer. I was there for breakfast on Sunday and the breakfast was carelessly thrown on the table. No good morning, no good appetite, etc. The iced coffee didn't taste like anything because there was too much ice. Everything else was great as usual. The toilets are terrible. You don't like to go there. Addendum: Tried to have breakfast there again on December 3rd, 2014. And again it was the men's room! The first look when you come in is full of disgust! A full... toilet. Either it was broken or no one cleaned it. A sign would have been appropriate (broken)! Really not nice.

Yesterday for lunch I got two mc-ribs and some fries.....I specifically said....with LESS SAUCE..... The two mc-ribnitz were swimming with sauce.....such a mess.. ...never again McDonald's. POINT

Sorry, but that on Friday (November 1st, 2024) was really the last one. It felt like I had to pass on the order 10 times because nothing was done at the end of the line. Only to end up with completely cold and mashed burgers. NOTHING of what was ordered and (paid for!) was taken into account. Unfortunately we had already driven further, so I didn't turn around to complain about it. Never again McDonald's Uelzen!

Placed an order for delivery extra early (at least 1 hour before delivery time) so that it is there on time. 30 minutes after the delivery time, the food had not yet arrived. When the "restaurant" was called, an unfriendly lady said that it would take a while today. According to the app, the food was supposed to arrive an hour late, we're excited. Leaving aside the unfriendly staff, such a delay is absolutely not acceptable. I am diabetic and therefore rely on the order arriving at the specified time. Such a delay is actively harming my health. We won't order here again, the food is worth a maximum wait of 15 minutes anyway.

Employees always tickle me, I don't understand what that means, they're really unfriendly!!! You're not allowed to smoke inside; earlier during the war I was even allowed to smoke in the trenches. The employees only speak Chinese!!! After my cigarette I wanted to drink a delicious iced tea, but it tasted like a cigarette, impossible!!!! Never again!!!!

The restaurant is in need of renovation... some of the seat cushions are pretty broken... service was friendly and quick and the food was also okay...

I bought citizens there at 12 p.m. They were really cold and more edible. It's a shame I didn't go back and complain. This McDonald's should be closed for such quality.

On the way to vacation for breakfast at McDonald's. At 9:30 a.m. it was probably too early for good and nice service!!!! No greeting, the young woman at the counter seemed to be quite new and still very, very unsure. Probably too inexperienced for the counter! Despite ordering correctly in advance on the screen, 3 x sugar and 4 x milk were missing for our coffee. When we asked, another employee (branch manager) grumpily gave us this. The only employee who seemed competent was a young man (headset) at the pickup window. You didn't get the feeling, even though there was hardly anything going on, that there were motivated employees here. The branch is pretty run down, but is probably currently being renovated. The food and coffee were perfect and hot, but probably thanks to the machines and not the employees…..!!!

I'm a little speechless! I haven't been to this Meckes for a long time. The place is totally run down! You are welcomed by an entrance in the shell of the building. The seating is totally worn out. A urinal was broken, the faucet wobbled and the soap dispenser was pointing upwards. Even though the store was full and apparently doing well, nothing was invested in it. After half an eternity of waiting and a query, I was informed that our order had probably been thrown out of the system. Oh well. The food was as expected and so was the service. After all, they made big ones out of the two small milkshakes.

I thought for a long time whether I should write and if so, what, but after a little thought I came to the following words. We're talking about a McD here. In a small town with big crowds. At certain times of the day, MC Drive had lines lining up to the entrance to the parking lot. Operation on the drive is actually always friendly, although sometimes not so easy to understand because the speakers don't have the best reproduction. Unfortunately, in the drive and also in the restaurant to take away something is often missing, sometimes the fries, sometimes a burger and sometimes just the sauces. In the restaurant, the terminals are clean and easy to use. Depending on the rush, waiting times are all within the “normal” range. What is absurd to me is the tone behind the counter. How the employees communicate with each other, my partner and I were there waiting for our order when the lady at the cash register suddenly called loudly to the back "Dude, can you move your ass or have you grown?" And those were still friendly words that were heard throughout the day. Furthermore, it has to be said that the burgers in the packaging often look like they were thrown in from a distance, often no longer completely in their packaging. But overall Clean, friendly (towards the guest) and usually served quickly.

The service is super unfriendly, they yell at you because you ask for a lid for the cola. Food completely cold, tables dirty even though the shop is almost empty. The toilets topped it all off.

Unfortunately the service has deteriorated very much... Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, the trays are dirty and you can tell they haven't been cleaned for a while. The tables are sticky and often not cleaned even at times when there are not many customers. Staff should be trained again in terms of service and customer satisfaction!! After asking for a new straw (because the child's first one got soggy in the drink) you first get a lecture... and you get the feeling that you have asked for a new drink... The hygiene of the toilets is terrible. No paper...no toilet paper or paper towels...floor is wet and dirty...the door handles are sticky and dirty. This wasn't a single case, it's been like this for a long time. The smell in the ladies room is terrible. Soap is not replenished. I was always happy because we are often passing through and it is a perfect location. But lately it's not acceptable... service and hygiene!!!

Thanks to the nice employee today with the yellow jacket and glasses. Unfortunately we couldn't thank him personally because he left quickly.

The staff always seemed cheerful and ready to provide each guest with an individual and warm service experience. The cleanliness of the restaurant was excellent. Everything from the table area to the restrooms was immaculately maintained. It's obvious that great care is taken here about hygiene and order, which I really appreciate. The food itself was, as usual, of McDonald’s excellent quality. The burgers were freshly prepared, juicy and tasted perfect. I would particularly like to highlight the quick and precise preparation of the order, even during peak times. The fries were also crispy and perfectly seasoned, just as you would expect from McDonald’s. I also found the selection of drinks and side dishes very appealing. The opportunity to take advantage of various seasonal offers and special promotions made the visit even more attractive. Overall, McDonald's in Uelzen offers an all-round successful fast food experience that impresses with excellent service and high quality standards. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling in the area and wanting to enjoy a quick, tasty and enjoyable meal.

Complete catastrophe. Unhygienic, unsightly food, moderately warm and only served after 15 minutes. I also somehow had the feeling that we were on the verge of a strike. The fact that you could only pay in cash may have been a technical problem.
