McDonald's in Uelzen

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 16 people in the operating area, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Orders are forgotten or skipped You can immediately forget about hygiene, no gloves, fumbling with your nose and with the goods Everything was cold and just thrown together, inedible It's really not worth the money

Service underground, aggressive employees!

Are you seriously uncomfortable letting your guests drive past the overflowing garbage cans before ordering? Is this how you imagine gastronomy? What is still wrong with you?

Unfortunately no longer recommended in Uelzen. Dirty, although it wasn't full and the staff wasn't as nice as you'd expect at McDonald's.

I would be happy if Detective Conan Bürger were also available in Germany! The restaurant is just a typical MC's like everywhere else. Recently you have to wait a long time, but that's understandable.

Fast service. Clean. Unfortunately half of the toilets are out of order due to defects.

Something is always missing from the orders, always check! Today for example (for the third time) the toy from the Happy Meal. When I mentioned it, something was fetched. Some rubbish but not the Smurfs, when I mentioned this they reacted annoyed and told me that there were no more Smurfs since yesterday. It's stupid that I saw the full shelf in the first window in McDrive. Lying so blatantly to your face is not cool at all.

Very busy but quick service. The wrap was carelessly wrapped and half the dough stuck to the paper. The toilets are built for hobbits. Half is closed, with more than 2 people it became cramped and immobile.

Unfortunately it was very dirty outside at 11 p.m. and the tables were sticky.

Employees work without gloves and touch all of the food and everything is lost. Nobody speaks German and it takes forever.

Worse drive in the world, two days in a raw it doesn’t work.

On Google and on the official McDonald's website it says that the drive in is open until 1. At 10:39 p.m. everything was closed and a construction fence was put up in front of the entrance. Incredibly bad. There are still next to me. Three people drove up and 2 came on foot. Didn't get anything to eat anymore.

Well, I personally was there last time. Firstly the store looks. Then you have to wait 45 minutes for the food (it wasn't full). And then something gets forgotten, well that can happen sometimes, not that bad. But the food was also cold.

We should actually be happy that we have an MC, but I was shocked! Benches and chairs were broken and the trash cans outside were overflowing! Eating didn't take long this time but once again something was missing from the citizen, well it was bigger, the sauce wasn't on it but in the cardboard and the salad wasn't on it but next to it! And then the worst thing was I had to go to the toilet and they say that the way the toilets look, that's what the kitchen looks like too! No toilet paper, no paper towels, so the sink was clogged and was all over the floor! The toilet was disgustingly dirty inside and out as if it was never cleaned and I don't even want to talk about the floor, only the middle of it has been wiped for months and there is dirt in the corners that you would have to remove with a spatula ! It's a shame because it was very beautiful at the beginning!

I was traveling with my two nephews and got involved. Was surprised by the friendly service. But not necessarily again.

McDonald's was actually good, but the climate wasn't good when it was 30 degrees outside and the toilet was unreasonable.

So far I've only ever eaten there when I haven't had time to cook and are already very hungry after, for example, a long day at work. The typical things for 2 years or longer, burgers not even really finished, some of the cheese was raw, not even melted. Things are ALWAYS missing from the order, which is actually a disgrace that you have to check everything before you go home. But today it was finally enough. I understand that when business is running, the windows are open at the drive in, and the occasional fly comes in. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures now because I didn't want to film or take photos of employees or guests. But as soon as you stood at the checkout, flies flew in and sat down comfortably... everywhere in the kitchen, without exaggerating, there were AT LEAST around 50 flies alone in the kitchen, on the ceiling, on the walls, when eating, with drinks, storage areas are all full. They were rather well distributed in the rest of the store...when I saw that, I completely lost my appetite (the food isn't of high quality anyway...) and I will never visit this snack bar again. I canceled the order and left. You should ask yourself which rotten corner the flies come from, maybe they were born in the same store..and then nice about all the food..Enjoy your hunger!

The food had to be ordered with a little more waiting time at the terminal because the cash register was not staffed. What we ordered was brought to the table relatively quickly and was freshly prepared. The operation was very quick and, above all, quiet. Unfortunately there is a very poor network here and no open WiFi, so the app could not be used. If possible, you should open this before entering the restaurant, or better yet, a few kilometers beforehand, otherwise even scanning the code for bonus points won't work.

Somehow the whole shop came down and everything outside hasn't been cleaned for a long time.

We ordered with our cell phone at the table. Unfortunately I confused the 6 and the 9. So we sat at table 9 and waited and waited for our food. At some point (and yes, that was exactly the tone) an employee asked us from a distance whether we had ordered food at table 6? When we confirmed, the answer was: You are sitting at table 9, the food is at table 6. And with that she turned around and disappeared. In fact, the tray was on table 6 with the now pretty cold food. Why you would just put the food on an unoccupied empty table in an almost empty shop is a mystery to both of us. If she had asked directly, we could have had our food warm.

Very good McDonald's branch had fresh and hot prepared menus... Friendly staff and everything was very clean, thank you for that

Fast is different, 14 minutes waiting time TO ORDER. NEVER AGAIN

The food was very tasty, only the waiting time was a bit long, but it was also busy.

70% of the orders are wrong, either something is missing or you get something wrong. So check quickly. Cleanliness in the seating area, well, but the food is tasty and hot. The employees are always nice and friendly. However, I would never order there online again, the food only arrives after almost 2 hours and is cold.

Hollo first of all, this McDonald's is by far the worst and weirdest I have ever seen with my eyes, the service is rubbish and they are reorganized and the parking lot is very small and the store is very full and also very small, not recommended, you know +You don't wear a head net

Very friendly and attentive staff. Eat as you are used to. Always delicious every now and then. Unfortunately, the parking lot is far too small and confusing.

Waiting time is endless with work, watching, doing nothing

Food is just mäcces, drive waiting time is rather long! Edit: been there again after a long time: it's crazy that this is still called fast food. It's really expensive, the waiting time inside is about 30 minutes. The drive is exactly the same. Absolutely no longer recommended. Fries are also limp, app doesn't work properly. It's better to look for parking somewhere else on a Sunday at 8 p.m.

The food is partly cold, salad and sauce remains in the box, not enough flowers and nature. Ambience is partly damaged. Terrace is not good for eating. Table is too small. Coke and drinks are much too small Do you have to know

It really is better. Eating takes far too long even though it wasn't even rush hour.

Service was good. Ambiance... I don't really like it. Well, MC Donald's Still. Anyone who likes it. But it confirms to us again and again; My wife and even my son say that BK tastes tastier. Unfortunately we don't have a BK here in the region. Toilet was clean. Ordering was quite quick.

It's just McDonald's. Just like this fast food chain has been known for years. The annoying thing here is the waiting time! Whether at the checkout or at McDrive. Update June 4, 2024 Nothing has improved. In my case, my food was ready minutes before it was supposed to be checked out and just got cold. The service employee seemed completely overwhelmed. You can see this much better at other branches. The temperature of the food was just OK for me. Sorry, I would have liked to rate you better.

Everything was clean, friendly service, what was a bit annoying was the construction work, but it certainly won't last forever.

The dishes were all good. Construction site outside is annoying.

Very quick dispatch. The food we eat is always not like the pictures in the brochures. The chili sauce for the Chicken McNugets was changed and it doesn't taste good. The old sauce recipe was significantly better.

You have to wait a lot until it's your turn (McDrive)..lack of staff...currently also a construction site in the parking lot, so it's not that easy to find a parking space..

Order and pay at the terminal, the food comes quickly enough for "fast food", tables and chairs were clean, the employees were friendly. Otherwise it just looks and smells like McDonald's. Paul Bocuse cooks elsewhere.

Unfortunately there are no more scrambled eggs. Very unfortunate. Otherwise, the new products are very tasty.

There are simply far too few parking spaces for a McDonald's. Simply catastrophic. You're not hungry anymore😖 Service is ok so far. Unfortunately the food was cold, so the fries just didn't taste good anymore. The prices are now simply too high. I'll rather go to a restaurant soon for the menus, even if it costs a little more. Too bad😢

Not even worth a star. The floor is very dirty, the employees don't speak German and the fries and burgers are tasteless like cardboard.

Those ungodly dogs gave me a laxative coke.

It's not like it used to be... Fries are weak, sometimes too salty... Potatoes taste like fries... Burgers are more lukewarm and just slapped on... You can't eat the burger without three to four napkins anymore, because when you open the box / paper, the burger either swims in tons of ketchup and cheese or in sauce and salad. Even if I order without pickles, you can tell if the pickles were just taken from a finished burger.

Food quite ok. but the service is ok but a bit too slow .Sometimes they forget to spend something . And the most important: No straws for cola!!!

Entrance was poorly signposted because renovation was taking place. Self-order terminal didn't work properly and the tables were full of empty packaging. Furthermore, the food was cold and the benches were broken. Was the last visit!

Ordered on site at 9 p.m., well staffed, but unfortunately we waited a long time for the food. What's more, there wasn't really much going on at the drive-in or even in the store. Nevertheless, our order was mixed up and things were still missing afterwards. We gave up because we didn't feel like it anymore. We had burger menus, cherry turnovers, fries and iced tea. The burgers were cold, some were simply thrown into the box, but nothing was left on top of each other. Fries hard and cold and sticky. Actually everything was cold except the iced tea, which I have to say was warm and really disgusting. How can you sell something like that? I have to be honest, we don't go there often but for 50 euros we'd rather go ahead and order our pizza. I spend less there, I'm happy, the staff are always friendly and I'm full too. It's really a shame how this fast food chain has faded after all these years.

Es herrscht ein unmöglicher Umgangston gegenüber Mitarbeiter und explizit gegenüber Kunden. Dies geht von einer Dame dort aus. Sie schreit die Kunden an , schmeißt mit Tablets , kann nicht danke und noch die normalen Worte sagen. Geht unmöglich mit den Mitarbeitern um. Diese Dame ist absolut fehl am Platz. Und nein ich bin keine frustrierte Kundin der das Essen nicht geschmeckt. Nicht nur mir ist das aufgefallen. Ganz viele Gäste haben mit dem Kopf geschüttelt und fanden es so wie ich ein absolutes No-Go .

I was just there and waited at the Mac Drive for a good twenty minutes, which is unfortunately normal in Uelzen. Instead of two hamburgers, we got cheeseburgers. I went to the counter and complained. I was offered a replacement. I waited another ten minutes for this replacement, the rest ( French fries and Big Mac have become cold over time). Catastrophe,!!! I took a look at the store at that time and there were four of the staff there. No wonder you have to wait so long for your order

The food is just typical McDonald's where everyone can think of what they want, but you should always check the orders here after they have been received. Often things are missing or there are things instead that you didn't order, especially if you order to go.

Ordered food multiple times in different months. Cold burgers. Service, well... Ordered drinks without ice today. Ice in it. Burger was good. Nuggets fried so well that my son said, Mom, they were burnt. There is no hygiene either, employees touch their faces and then prepare the food. DISGUSTING. The best for last. Apple turnover ordered, apple turnover is missing. You go to the employee and describe the situation. He explains that they aren't there and opens the cupboard and offers a fruit bag. No apology, no money back. Fraud on the customer is a very excellent thing!!! Sprite is poured from the bottle into the cup, which was left nice and warm on the work surface. Super performance .

Drive in. We ordered two Mc Flurry. After paying I was told they had no more chocolate buttons. Then I had to decide on a new topping. 20 minutes later we were told the ice cream machine was broken. He should then give us the money back. Waited another 10 minutes and nothing happened. So I waited a total of 40 minutes and at the end there was no ice cream and I couldn't be in a bad mood

It can't be true... After half an hour we were allowed to place our order (2x McFlurry). After we paid, 15 minutes later the employee informed us that the toppings we wanted were no longer available. That can happen, we thought and decided on other toppings. Half an hour later the employee informed us that the ice cream was sold out. I immediately told him to pay my paid bill as quickly as possible. 15 minutes later, only after several honks and discussion with the branch manager did they finally manage to refund the €5.98. Really rude. I hope you take note of this criticism and change your incredibly poor service.

The delivery service was quick and that's why we get the only star. But the food was a complete disaster, everything was cold - whether it was the fries, cheeseburgers, Big Mac, curly fries or nuggets. Among other things, we ordered 2 Hamburger Royal Cheese and we received 2 cheeseburgers. Called, delivered later - the driver should be given the 2 incorrectly delivered cheeseburgers. Then the burgers came, again they weren't 2 Royal Cheeses, but at first glance they were 2 Royal TS. Okay, better than nothing. Wrong thought. After the first bite it was clear that they were 2 MC Plants, two ice-cold MC Plants. No apology, just nothing. Terrible.

The employees seem to be incapable of making burgers, everything is crooked and falling apart, putting an ice-cold Sprite in the same bag as the burgers sucks.

I don't like the store at all, everything is in absolutely dirty condition, even though there are 10 service staff running around. Benches in worn condition, and that at the prices.

Food OK...but some sauce is almost always forgotten. Waiting time in the evening at MC Drive has been an absolute disgrace...for years!!

I've experienced a lot of things at mc's but I've never had this before. Plastic cups are all well and good, but if you get used cups, herpes is inevitable. Rinsed the cup several times and still the snot got stuck in it.

Nach 45 Minuten war das Essen immer noch nicht fertig. Nach 3 facher Nachfrage ist dann jemanden aufgefallen, dass die Bestellung aus dem System geflogen ist, da die Zeit überschritten war. Eine Frechheit für ein FAST FOOD. NIE NIE WIEDER.

McDonald's ist und bleibt McDonald's. Egal in welchem Bundesland, egal in welcher Stadt. Im Prinzip kann man nichts verkehrt machen. Allerdings hat die Freundlichkeit des Personals zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Ansonsten alles okay.

Bestellungen meist unvollständig, Lieferzeit lässt zu wünschen übrig und die letzen oaar bic macs die ich hatte hatten entweder verdorbene or falsche burger soße

Das Essen ist meistens ziemlich gut zubereitet. Leider lange Wartezeiten beim Drive in und teilweise falsches Essen dabei, weshalb man immer kontrollieren sollte, ob alles richtig reingepackt wurde. Großes Lob für den Big Rösti Raclette, der ist echt der Hammer!😋

Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin diesmal gehabt. Wir haben an der Kasse bezahlt, nicht mal ein Hallo hat die Dame raus bekommen. Bei Ausgabe des Essens ein sehr rauer Ton zur Kollegin. Es war Neujahr kurz nach 11 Uhr, es wurde kurz vorher erst aufgemacht. Schade wenn man so unfreundlich gleich im neuen Jahr empfangen wird, von einer Stammmitarbeiterin.

Will jetzt seit drei Jahren schon bewerten und hab immer gedacht :"... neee so bisse nicht vielleicht hatte die Küche n schlechten Tag ...",aber jetzt reicht es!!!! Es ist egal an welchem Tag/oder welche Uhrzeit! Letzte mal war am 1.1.2023 Bei den bestellten Bürgern und Saucen ect. im Drive In , muss man nicht nur nachzählen, sondern auch gucken ,ob auf den älteren trockenen Bürgern auch noch ein bisschen Sauce vorhanden ist und nicht ,dass alles wenige ins Brot gezogen ist. Erstickungsgefahr, sollte draufstehen Da fährt man lieber 400m weiter ,zur Aral am Kreisel und bekommt bomben Essen für weniger Geld. Das tut dem ,der inner Küche steht , nicht weh auf die Saucenflasche zu drücken . Bekommt man auch nicht mehr o weniger Lohn. Bin echt geladen und vor allem richtig enttäuscht.
