Wir hatten eine Falafelrolle und Pommes, auf die uns sogar noch Röstzwiebeln gemacht wurden.😍 Super nett und lecker wars! Können wir alle nur empfehlen. ✨️

Zunächst einmal bin ich nicht verpflichtet, einen negativen oder positiven Kommentar ohne Grund zu schreiben. Wenn ich meine Erfahrung geschildert habe, dann deshalb, weil ich von einem Ihrer Mitarbeiter unangemessen behandelt wurde. Anstatt Kunden zu unterstellen, sie würden mehrere Konten benutzen oder falsche Informationen verbreiten, wäre es sinnvoller, auf die Kritik einzugehen und zu verstehen, warum ein Kunde unzufrieden ist. Nicht jede Kritik ist ein Angriff auf Ihr Unternehmen, sondern kann auch eine Gelegenheit sein, Ihren Service zu verbessern. Ich respektiere Ihr Recht auf eine Stellungnahme. Gleichzeitig erwarte ich, dass die Meinung eines Kunden respektiert wird und man ihm ohne Beweise keine Vorwürfe macht. Mein Kommentar spiegelt lediglich meine persönliche Erfahrung wider und hatte nicht das Ziel, jemanden zu beleidigen oder zu schaden.

Meine Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant war sehr enttäuschend. Das Personal war aus meiner Sicht unhöflich und der Hygienestandard ließ zu wünschen übrig. Besonders schlimm war, dass ich im Restaurant körperlich angegriffen wurde. Daraufhin habe ich die Polizei gerufen. Im Zusammenhang mit dem Vorfall wurde behauptet, dass die Überwachungskameras nicht funktionieren würden. Dadurch hatte ich das Gefühl, dass der Vorfall nicht richtig aufgeklärt werden konnte und ich ungerecht behandelt wurde. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich das Restaurant nicht empfehlen. Ich hoffe, dass der Umgang mit Gästen, die Sauberkeit und die Sicherheit in Zukunft verbessert werden.

Wurde vor einiger Zeit renoviert und schaut gut aus. Es ist immer ein Hähnchen Spieß vorhanden. Döner sind super lecker und gut gefüllt. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Mit Abstand der beste Dönerladen der Stadt. Hier steht Qualität, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit im Vordergrund. Der Laden wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert gute Sitzmöglichkeiten saubere Toiletten. Hier wird hochwertiges Dönerfleisch verwendet nicht Püriertes wie in Uelzen sonst üblich.Lieferservice zu bestimmtenZeiten ist auch möglich.

Meine Erfahrung mit diesem Restaurant war sehr schlecht. Das Verhalten einiger Mitarbeiter war unprofessionell und respektlos. Während meines Besuchs wurde ich von einem Mitarbeiter körperlich angegriffen, was völlig inakzeptabel ist. Ich fühlte mich unsicher und war von dem Umgang mit der Situation sehr enttäuscht. Ich hoffe, dass die Restaurantleitung den Vorfall untersucht und den Umgang mit den Kunden verbessert, damit sich so etwas nicht wiederholt.

Das Essen war super lecker , der Laden ist sehr sauber und das Personal so wie auch der Chef ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Immer wieder gerne 😊

Freundliches Personal und leckere Speisen

Bisher war Atila Grill immer unsere Nummer 1 in Sachen Döner, zum bestellen oder vor Ort essen. Gestern das erste Mal nach der Neueröffnung bestellt. Der Döner war kalt, das Fladenbrot kaum getoastet und von außen total aufgeweicht. Die Anteile von Fleisch und Salat standen in keinem Verhältnis, hätte glattweg als "Veggie-Döner" durchgehen können. Für den Preis absolut unter der Gürtellinie. Bleibt die Hoffnung, das sich das Blatt wieder zum Guten wendet.

Hatte eine Pommdöner den ich vor einigen Jahren gerne gegessen habe. War nach langer Zeit wieder in Uelzen und wollte ihn der alte Zeiten wegen nochmal bestellen. Zunächst waren alle unfreundlich und man hatte den Eindruck man müsse dankbar sein um überhaupt bestellen zu können. Der Schock kam mit dem Pommdöner - die Portion hat sich ungefähr halbiert und wird mittlerweile auf einem kleinen Teller statt einen großen rausgegeben. Der Preis hat sich seit meinem letzten Besuch verdoppelt. Es handelt sich um billiges Hackfleisch und nicht um hochwertiges Schichtfleisch und dafür 10 Euro zu verlangen ist absolut bodenlos. In Lüneburg gibt es hochwertiges Fleisch für den gleichen Preis. Ambiente ist neu und sieht gut aus.

Wir haben vor dem Umbau einmal bestellt gehabt und waren traurig, das dieser wegen Umbaumaßnahmen schließt, da das Essen wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt hat.🥲 Nach der Neueröffnung haben wir wieder dort gegessen und ich kann nur sagen, das es einer der besten Dönerläden in Uelzen ist. Die Inneneinrichtung schaut nach dem Umbau super aus, das Essen war und ist immer sehr lecker und das Personal freundlich. 👍 Kann diesen Laden empfehlen. Wir kommen öfters 😉

Nach der längeren Umbauphase wirkt der Laden etwas moderner. Anwesend war leider aber auch komplett neues Personal!? Döner selber war nahezu unverändert gut, aber die die Größe der Portionen für die Kids (Nuggets u Pommes) ggueber vor dem Umbau etwa halbiert bei gleichem Preis. Zumindest mit den Kindern werden wir wohl nicht mehr hingehen, schade.

Gestern neu eröffnet, leider war der erste Eindruck enttäuschend. Die Atmosphäre war nur deshalb angenehm, weil wir außer Haus gegessen haben. Der Ablauf war chaotisch: Beim ersten Versuch kam der Mitarbeiter mit einem komplett falschen Döner. Er meinte dann, wir könnten diesen behalten, er sei kostenlos. Beim zweiten Versuch brachte er zwei Döner, allerdings fehlte immer noch der eigentlich bestellte erste Döner. Beim dritten Versuch kam dann endlich der letzte Döner. Fazit: Für drei bestellte Döner brauchte es drei Versuche. Respekt für die Ausdauer – aber so sollte ein Start nach der Neueröffnung wirklich nicht laufen.

Geschlossen, ohne irgendwelche Infos

Die Kebabs hier sind wirklich lecker, ebenso wie die Pommes. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Laden ist schön und sauber, man kann drinnen sitzen oder bei schönem Wetter auch draußen. 10/10 The kebabs here are really tasty, as are the chips. The staff are always friendly and attentive. Ein Grillimbiss vom Herzen Seit Jahren, seit meiner Jugend, regelmäßiger Kunde. Bin beruflich deutschlandweit unterwegs, jedoch bin ich nirgens einen besseren, kundenfreundlicheren Döner/Grillimbiss begegnet - wirklich - Lange Öffnungszeiten, schnelle Lieferzeiten, sehr leckere Soßen und super Personal, welches auch bei einer sehr hohen Anzahl an Kunden stets bemüht und professionell bleibt. Der Döner um 02:45 aufm Weg zum Komma bleibt legendär 10/10

Hi, unfortunately, I ordered a baked doner kebab plate today based on a recommendation for €15. The seller was very nice and added tzatziki. I paid €16, but unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home. My question: Why? If a different price is listed on the menu, you should point it out when something is getting more expensive. I'm totally disappointed and will share this with my friends. I would have preferred an apology rather than a sugarcoating... I went straight to the snack bar, and the prices should have been right. No problem, never again!!!

One of the best kebab shops in Uelzen. I definitely recommend it to everyone! Everyone should stop by at least once. The workers are very friendly and the food is delicious.

Simply an institution in Uelzen for ages. Top-notch kebabs, classic. The American salad is amazing, and my insider tip is the kebab plate with rice. If something doesn't work out, they respond with exceptional customer service! That's what gastronomy is all about, thanks guys.

Very friendly staff, delicious food: what more could you want? Most customers order and pick up their food. It was quite busy during our visit, so the good food in Uelzen is well known. If you like an authentic Turkish atmosphere, this is the place for you. We received a free raki (perhaps because our son-in-law is named Atila?).

Ordered 2 jumbo doner kebabs online today, one chicken, one veal. Cucumbers were missing, tomatoes were missing, iceberg lettuce was also missing. With one of the 2 doner kebabs to choose from online it says that you can have tomatoes, cucumbers and iceberg lettuce taken off for free. In a review from a year ago it was written that they only do it without cucumber, tomato and etc. But you shouldn't state that online. You should perhaps put on what is offered. You can't even have it put on extra. Again, not very disappointed, sad.

We were there at night, purely by chance. In short: we were very impressed and pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I've been a bit disappointed a few times. Once, the bread somehow didn't even touch the contact grill, which wasn't tasty. And what I don't like at all is that the meat is often grilled on the hotplate, which is incredibly greasy because of the extra oil from the bottle. When you take it home, you end up with soggy bread that's completely cracked on the bottom. And I understand why they do it when it's very busy, but I'd rather wait five minutes longer and have a delicious meal than a quickly processed meal that unfortunately doesn't taste good at all...

We ordered two doner kebabs and a Turkish pizza yesterday and were very satisfied. The food was delicious and the delivery person was friendly. It was supposed to take 45 minutes, but 20 minutes later the food arrived. Absolutely top-notch. We'd be happy to come again.

The last 3 times I had a strange feeling in my stomach after the kebab. Usually there is so much sauce that the bread gets soggy and tears. Flesh mostly cartilaginous. Salad also tastes good...well, not to me anyway... If someone here claims it's the best kebab in the city, no. That was 10 years ago when it was really great. But little by little it has gotten worse and worse. I don't feel like ordering a kebab there again. It shouldn't be like that. The shop is doing well because all the drunk people on the weekend get something there at night.

It used to always be the best kebab. Now we just have problems. Either the kebab is cold, something is missing, the meat is raw or there is hair in the kebab. We finally ordered to give them another chance. But there were feathers in the flesh, real feathers. When we called, they said we were lying and weren't very nice. We then received three kebabs as compensation and they weren't the best either. We sent the boss an email with photos and then asked what order it was and there was no response.

Doner kebab in Hanover costs 5 euros. If you take a menu of kebab / fries / cola it costs 8 euros completely. The whole thing for real kebab. Here you don't get a real kebab but a cheap rotisserie for over 7 euros. Cheap, fatty meat mass, often with mechanically separated meat.

Good morning, After the wine market, having a Döni to go with it is always worth a visit. We came in on a sweet Wednesday and wanted to eat a kebab, it was great. Service straight to the table, better than any artist on social media. I recommend everyone who is out and about in Uelzen's nightlife a bread bag with sauce and onions, worth its weight in gold!!! All in all, come here, snack and party on! Love to the young.
