Unfortunately, we had another very disappointing experience at this branch. Our order was simply forgotten. After repeatedly asking where our food was, we were repeatedly told it was "in the works." It took a long time to realize that the order slip had been lost. What particularly annoyed us was that there was no apology from the staff. No "sorry," no effort to rectify the mistake—nothing. Furthermore, we ended up waiting 35 minutes, and even though it was clear that we wanted to eat in, this was ignored. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time something like this has happened to us here. Poor service and a lack of organization seem to be no exception here. Very disappointing!

Absolutely disappointing and a disgrace. We ordered there and the food was soggy and not tasty. The whole order didn't arrive and a whole menu was missing. We tried to call for over an hour and no one answered. €30 wasted and spent unjustifiably. There should be consequences.

At the drive-in. I haven't had everything packed up several times now... nope and there isn't a word of regret from the staff... bad service

It really couldn't be worse, they make you wait 20 minutes and then tell you, 'Oh no, we've deleted your order.' Sure, those guys are totally overwhelmed and no one has time for the cash register. Orders get totally mixed up, but ignoring someone at the cash register, making them wait 20 minutes and then when you ask, 'No, we've deleted it' is the answer you get. You want to be fast food, this is how you treat other people over time. Shame on you.

Only one other person was waiting with me for our order. We both had fries and a burger. That's it. The order took 15 minutes. The burgers were ready in no time, but the wait staff were unbearably slow and preferred to chat among themselves. The fries were served cold. So I waited another 10 minutes until new ones were ready. The tables were also incredibly dirty and greasy. Given the empty store, there would have been plenty of time to clean them. I would avoid this branch. If you work like this and don't take care of the store, you can't do a good job in the kitchen either.

The food was excellent, but the baby chairs were all broken or incomplete. Unfortunately, the dining room was very cold.

The tastes very good but it is way too small! In the add it looks like it would be pretty large and it is, the patties of the burger is also very SMALL! The service is completely bad my friend was screamed at by a old lady for asking why his number isn’t on the screen I was really mad at her but we stayed quite because we were not trying to start a commotion, but as I said the service is just too bad :/ The atmosphere is pretty mid but the tables! Don’t get me started with the Tables they are just too dirty! And this is the end of the review, I please any employee or even the owner everyone wants a good service some employees are completely disrespectful!
