An absolute disaster. It's not busy and we've been waiting for standard burgers for 30 minutes. The staff is untrained and unfriendly.

Very tasty currywurst & fries. Mulled wine for €4 is also really tasty. We'll be back!

We wanted to buy several MC Smart menus with children, but the drinks machine was broken. Instead of being offered to give the children apple juice or another drink from the fridge, we say “Then the children should just drink water”. She actually meant tap water with ice cubes. Not really customer friendly and uncooperative. Devices can break...everything is ok, but that's not how you handle seconds. No thanks.

One of the worst Burger King branches!!! Aktionsburger none because shirts for the campaign are not available. Really now because shirts are not available? If I want to buy clothes, I don't go to Burger King! I ordered burgers 🍔 and snacks to take away. All burgers were cold, not even the cheese managed to melt. And we are only 3-4 minutes away by car. Lattice fries have nothing to do with fries. Apparently fried several times. (see pictures) No potato taste! Every amateur cook can do it better.

So it was horrible, my friends and I had terrible stomach cramps half the night, I don't recommend going out to eat there, it's a randy place.

Veg burger is awesome as compare to McDonald

I wanted to get cheeseburgers and saw that the employees were preparing the citizens without gloves. They didn't put the cheese etc. on top. Went straight back and didn't even look at the customer, with a good day.

We were there on Friday evening around midnight after a concert. Had to wait forever for our food. BUT Mr. Rekisch tried very hard to keep us happy. Because of the waiting time, we got free fries as compensation. Great. I have the highest respect for maintaining such calm in such a working environment and also for dealing with difficult, drunk customers. The employee in question is also quite young, but carries out his job very professionally. I'm giving it five stars just because of him. The ambience and shop furnishings are awesome. Food was ok, as you would expect.

Unfortunately no German speaking staff! Neither the order in MC Drive nor in the restaurant produced any results. I have been a guest for over 20 years....

There is a very strong smell of urine in the branch and you can't eat like that, it's not possible at all

Food, well, but the cleanliness is terrible, nobody cleans anything, you can tell it's just about selling and that's it, thanks for the not clean stay in Berlin Ostbahnhof at MCD

Terminal does not take coupons. Don't eat hot. There's something wrong with the drinks.

Everything was good. Fries were fresh and tasty. Credit card payment no problem.
