I had nothing against this shop a year ago the shop was very good but 6 monsters ago the shop is a disaster. My mother had already ordered the second time, once spicy and once without and they apparently had something with the ogres and the worst is you I can't even call the place, it's worse than a star restaurant

The cheeseburger was tried in normal and big plus fries. Both good, although the paddy on the Big could be a little bigger. The fries had spiced ketchup on them, which doesn't really go with it (a matter of perspective). Very friendly staff. Next time I'll try the kebab.

Doner kebabs and humus kebabs are delicious but overpriced, like in all of Berlin

The kebab actually tastes good, but while ordering you use your cell phone and place your cell phone directly on the work surface. Unhygienic and just not nice.

I was recently at the Döner Factory in the halls at Borsigturm and ordered a normal kebab. It was really tasty! The meat was nice and juicy and well seasoned, and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy - just as you want them to be. The size was also great, you get full without it being too much. The service was friendly and quick. If you are in the area and are looking for a good kebab, I can only recommend the Döner Factory!

Employees make jokes that aren't really funny. As a woman, you feel really uncomfortable ordering there and waiting for your order. One colleague also made fun of not enough tips (never experienced that before😅) It has become more expensive and tastes ok but nothing special anymore I can recommend Doner XL!

Sauce doesn't taste like garlic at all and at these prices I expect better quality and better taste.
