Unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly unaffordable, and there are also good alternatives. The prices for the "species" have almost doubled in three years. The restaurant used to be packed, but now it's practically empty. What a shame ☹️

The food tastes okay... I never usually write reviews, but this has happened three times now... There's absolutely no heating in the place. You literally freeze to death even if you keep your jacket on. The toilets are disgusting, and the water is ice cold. You just want to get out of there as quickly as possible. It's all about saving money. That was the last time.

We had the medium-sized special platter. The fries were crispy, the salad was crisp, there was plenty of meat, and the sauces were delicious. The service at the counter was top-notch. Nice people who also accommodated special requests. Tables were also cleaned after each guest. The decor is more reminiscent of a burger joint, but still relatively cozy. The price/performance ratio is definitely good here. I'd be happy to go back anytime.

Unfortunately, the food doesn't taste that good; it's just enough to fill you up, but it's definitely not enjoyable. The bread is a complete disaster, old and fragile. The restrooms are very unhygienic and clogged, and the premises aren't hygienic enough for a restaurant. The Species plate here is truly unique. The kebab was juicy and delicious and the fries were nicely seasoned. There are also delicious vegetarian versions, which I definitely think are great. “More than kebab, more than delicious” 😋 is 100% true.

Two days ago my husband got his kebab as usual in the evening and it was a disaster. We have been regular guests for 3 years and this is the second time we have received such an inedible kebab. Way too much sauce, little meat and too much salad and the new employee has absolutely no idea how to fill the kebab. After a few bites, it tears at the bottom and everything falls apart and this sauce, which also tastes strange, runs out. We've had something like this in the last 3 years experienced for the first time at Species. You stop eating and regret every cent you left with Species. I can't believe that there are people who PREPARE FOOD WITHOUT LOVE. Where is the respect and respect for food and especially for the people who pay for it to satisfy their hunger????? I am more than disappointed and hope that the owner reads my comment and makes sure that his kebab is one of the best again. I will avoid this store for a while. Very, very unfortunate!

I ordered through Wolt, normally when you order special plates they are soaked and not so tasty but there is nothing to complain about here 😍

It tastes good, a species plate like this is a nice thing. We were also surprised at what else there was to choose from, the portion size and menu selection. At least every time and not that expensive either.

Everything was top. Can only be recommended!!! What I really like is that you are not limited to a specific size, but can decide for yourself how hungry you are and order a plate in four different sizes. Very nice staff always helpful.

It was a long time ago yesterday, but unfortunately you've worn off a lot. The large kebab plate felt small and there was a maximum of 100 grams of lettuce on it and 80 grams of that was iceberg lettuce. Employees are nice!

I had two XXL Ordered a plate, but unfortunately the amount on the plate did not correspond to what I had received from previous visits and it can be seen in the pictures. Instead of serving it as usual, they just put a little bit of everything on the plate. It's understandable that the restaurant wants to prepare something for every guest, but it would have been fair to point out in advance that portions might be smaller due to the high volume of people. Then I wouldn't have paid 28 euros for two menus. All in all, my visit was a complete disappointment. I realized today that it's a rip off.

It's a, id say, mid sized place and can seat about 40 people. The service id say is fast but there also wasn't much going on at the moment so there is that. What i got was small Kebapplate and even then it was very filling and a good sized portion. Tables and seats were clean.

Abgesehen vom schlechten Service (30 Minuten Wartezeit obwohl der Laden leer war) war mir nach dem Essen 2 Tage schlecht. Ein weiteres Mal tue ich mir das nicht an.

Der Species Teller ist sowas von gut. Das Fleisch, die Pommes, die Soßen und das Brot sind sehr lecker. Die Portionen sind sehr groß, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nettes Personal und saubere Tische. Freie Parkplätze vor Species zu finden gestaltet sich manchmal etwas schwierig. Für mich einer der besten türkischen Imbisse Berlins.
