After standing at the counter for five minutes, completely ignored by the six people behind it, we ordered a dürüm and a lahmacun with salad. The bread on the dürüm apparently ripped while they were wrapping it, so they wrapped another piece of bread around it. I honestly haven't had such a bad döner in a long time. The hot sauce was sour and tasted more like watered-down hot ketchup, and the other sauces were unpleasantly thick. The salad was tasteless, and the meat was sticky. Because of the double layer of dough on the outside, it felt more like I was chewing on dough. My girlfriend's lahmacun was also completely tasteless.

The bread could be better – otherwise really good! Very friendly service!

My halloumi today simply had NOTHING in it: barely any lettuce, no cucumber, no sauce, and even after the third bite, still no cheese. Unfortunately, I'm already gone and only just noticed it now 😢 What a joke! But the main thing is to pay first. Never again and not recommended at all!

WARNING: RISK OF POISONING! Yesterday, September 30, 2025, I wanted to treat myself to a small kebab box. However, when I finally received my meal, it was already lukewarm, the sauce wasn't evenly distributed, and the fries lacked seasoning. On top of that, the meat wasn't cooked all the way through in some places, which caused me to suffer from a stomach bug the next day.

The meat itself was delicious but it was sliced so thin and there was so little of it I could barely taste it in the döner.

I used to love XL Döner! I never normally write reviews, but I think if you bite into your dürüm and suddenly find yourself chewing on a piece of glass, you have to say something! Unfortunately, that's completely unacceptable for me (it's life-threatening!!!) and I won't be going back for that reason... Unfortunately, the dürüm didn't taste very good either, and was rather below average.

We ate there yesterday and were very disappointed. The football on TV was more important than the customer. The food wasn't impressive, which is a shame. The prices were ridiculously high. Over €40 for two adults and two children. We wouldn't eat there again.

I can't find anything to celebrate in such a shop, the guy who acts like a boss is looking somewhere else the whole time while he prepares food, unpleasant enough, one of them makes some jokes in the corner and the kebab is as big as a sandwich, the sauces taste miserable, only the meat is okay, the rest can be rejected

Absolutely delicious — best Turkish döner I’ve ever had! I came here with my parents and we ordered three different dishes: a kebab wrap, a kebab sandwich, and kebab with rice. Every single one was so good! The people here are incredibly friendly, and at the end, the owner even treated us to Turkish tea — such a lovely gesture! The kebab sandwich was the best I’ve ever had, and the rice was amazing — salty, fragrant, and full of flavor. Who would have thought we’d be completely won over by Turkish food in Berlin? Absolutely delicious — highly recommend!

The kebab is delicious. You can sit outside, and it's quieter than at other snack bars because the street isn't as busy. The staff is very chaotic but friendly. Around 6:30 p.m., it was naturally busy, but everyone could order in peace and wasn't rushed. I would go back again anytime.

Are there a little earlier today. Went with my mom who can sometimes be critical, she loved it. I loved it. We had just come into Berlin and were ready for some non German food. Food was good and the price was right. Two meals with fries and soda for 25 euros, can’t go wrong. Several locals coming and going the moment it opened up is always a good sign. No complaints and I will go back as it’s across the street basically from the B&B hotel.

I wanted to enjoy a mussel bag, but was given a pressed piece of dirt in my hand! When I ordered a kebab there last night, I was initially insulted because I said "normal kebab" and I don't speak the Muslim language to correctly pronounce the name of their traitor triangle, an impudence. Then the other employee who filled my bag with meat and salad only packed a little of everything and let me grab it from the salad bar, where the salad had been rotting for a long time and there was hardly any sauce on it and it was all out of a tube, a cheek. Solid standard kebab. The special sauce is awesome. Unfortunately, the Abi meant something well. Overall it was a bit too much sauce for me. The meat is a little over-seasoned, but nice, thin and long strips. Heidi Klum likes this. You can sniff the kebab easily. But it's no longer the big tennis here. You have to be that honest.

Had a kebab with all sauces, no red cabbage and no tomatoes. Unfortunately I don't like the sauces at all. The kebab tastes quite salty. The bread is okay, that's okay. But nothing more. There is plenty of seating inside and outside, but the tables could be wiped down more often and the chairs moved to the tables. Overall, I don't think the kebabs are particularly good.

I have rarely felt so unwelcome. Before, when the kebab cost 4€, the bread was still good, now it's become paper thin, the employees are very, very rude when you go in, they all look at you so badly, the kebab now costs 7€ and they make you twice as much less meat than before. Real cheek, the day before yesterday I paid €9.50 even though he didn't even fry my meat well. Worst kebab shop, seriously please never go there!

Best shop and my absolute favorite for over 10 years. Doner kebab always perfectly prepared, reasonable portion = mega! The staff sometimes look serious, but they are nice, very accommodating and often up for a quick chat. Ambience with toilet and table very fine! Please open a shop in Potsdam ;-)

We had a Haolumi kebab. There was only some Haolumi in the kebab in the lower third and it was very poorly filled. However, the taste was good. We paid a total of €6.50 per kebab. I think the price is too high for what you get. I wouldn't eat here again because the price-performance ratio isn't right.

The meat was super juicy and delicious. Directly opposite is a park where the feeling of eating this kebab is even better.

Followed my taxi driver’s suggestion I came here for the döner kebab and I was very satisfied. Crispy but not dry meat and bread, tasty, full of flavours - this size for €7. Friendly guys.

Doner kebab with herbs garlic, iceberg tomato cucumber. I was missing a bit of pizzazz here and the garlic sauce wasn't good. In total 5/10. And an Ayran that had too little salt.

Children's portions, dirty glasses / rusty aluminum cups.. & pressed meat kebab for 7€ / dürum 8€.. Sauces taste just as strange as the pressed meat and the homemade ayran.. especially the hot one tastes like pasta tomato sauces without heat.. both Salespeople don't say hello, thank you, please or goodbye... definitely won't eat here again.
