Ich bestelle immer bei Wolt. Döner ist so lecker! Mir schmeckt der Original-Döner besser als der Dürüm, weil man da die Soßen besser schmecken kann.

Das war mit Abstand der beste Döner, den ich während meines Aufenthalts in Berlin gegessen habe! Absolut empfehlenswert! Außerdem waren sie sehr freundlich, selbst als ich dramatisch eine Bank umgeworfen habe (lol)!

War Sonntag den 14.06 dort mit meiner Familie essen und war richtig enttäuscht! Schon allein die Hygiene in diesen Imbiss ist das letzte hätte mir da schon das Essen ersparen können… Überall waren Fett Reste zu sehen … Die Service Kraft war total genervt und das Essen war auch nicht das Geld wert .. Wir werden hier nicht mehr essen kommen schade

Haci Baba in Kreuzberg ist einfach lecker. Preis-Leistung stimmt und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich. Ich esse hier gern und unsere Kinder lieben die Pizza!

Bin eigentlich oft da gewesen aber am Samstag den 06.06.2026 wars anders. Mitarbeiter beide unfreundlich gewesen. Hatte mehrere döner, alle waren mit zu viel soße und fleisch zu Salat Verhältnis hat auch nicht gestimmt. Meine ganze familie meinte dass der döner heute anders sei als sonst. Waren der vermutung dass es an dem außergewöhnlichen geschmack der soßen lag. Wegen der vielen soße ist auch noch mein brot zerissen. Und hab miese dünnschiss.

Wir waren bei Haci Baba Pasta und hatten die Rigatoni Pollo – richtig lecker! Die Pasta war perfekt gekocht, die Sauce schön cremig und das Hähnchen saftig und gut gewürzt. Man merkt, dass frisch zubereitet wird. Dazu super freundlicher Service und entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Jungs hier bereiten den Döner einfach perfekt zu, mit reichlich Soße und Zutaten, und das zu einem fairen Preis. Du wirst pappsatt sein und ihn gar nicht aufessen können! 🤯😂 Döner essen in Deutschland ist wirklich ein besonderes Erlebnis, dieser Laden ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Hab grad bei Hacı Baba Rigatoni Pollo bestellt und gefragt, ob sie vielleicht noch etwas extra Parmesan rein tun könnten, obwohl ich das gar nicht bezahlt habe. Gerade ist meine Bestellung angekommen und ich bin echt glücklich 😄 Die haben mir ungefähr 30 g Parmesan extra mitgegeben – einfach so! Dazu noch Brot. So eine liebe Geste und richtig gastfreundlich. Heutzutage bekommt man so etwas wirklich selten. Vielen Dank! 🙏 Wenn ihr überlegt, dort zu bestellen: Macht es ruhig. So ein netter Service verdient wirklich Unterstützung. 💛

Wir fanden Haare in unserem Hartweizengrieß und haben unser Geld nicht zurückbekommen. Geht hier bloß nicht essen, es ist unhygienisch.

Ich esse hier immer Halloumi und es ist der leckerste, den ich je in der Stadt gegessen habe. Viele meiner Freunde bestellen hier Shawarma und sind ebenfalls total begeistert. Das einzige Problem ist, dass es nicht viele Sitzplätze gibt, was im Sommer kein Problem ist, im Winter aber schwierig. Wir hatten aber immer die Möglichkeit, uns hinzusetzen, da viele Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen sind.

Enttäuschendes Erlebnis – unfair behandelt! Wir waren am 24. Oktober bei Hacibaba Döner in Berlin und haben 6 Döner bestellt. Während wir gewartet haben, hörten wir, wie die Mitarbeiter auf Türkisch miteinander sprachen und sagten, man solle weniger Fleisch pregnant, weil sie offenbar dachten, wir würden es nicht verstehen. Das hat uns wirklich getroffen. Nicht nur, weil wir als Kunden betrogen wurden – sondern weil es traurig ist, von Menschen aus der eigenen Kultur so behandelt zu werden. Man erwartet Ehrlichkeit, Respekt und Gastfreundschaft. The state of the world has been destroyed, and the locals have been destroyed. So, it's a hint of bitterness, and you have to deal with the locals. We definitely don't know how to use it, and we don't know how to handle it. You should be ashamed for deceiving your own people. On October 24th, we went to Hacibaba Döner in Berlin and ordered six döner kebabs. While waiting, we heard the staff speaking Turkish among themselves, probably thinking we didn't speak the language, and asking for less meat and lamb. This situation truly upset us. As customers, knowingly being treated unfairly is disappointing and saddening—especially when we expect respect and honesty from people with whom we share the same culture. Instead of hospitality, we felt exploited. We left the restaurant with a bittersweet feeling. For us: never again. Unfortunately, we do not recommend this establishment.

Unfortunately, Haci Baba has declined drastically – both in the taste of the doner kebab and the service. The place doesn't seem as clean as it used to, and the staff clearly didn't want to work, which is a real shame. I hope things change soon!

Hacı Baba is simply fantastic! 🍕🍝 The food is incredibly delicious and always fresh. The people there are incredibly welcoming, super friendly, and always have a smile on their faces. Orders arrive quickly, and everything runs smoothly. You feel like you're at home—my favorite place! ❤️

Food was nothing special, you can eat a better döner in to many other places but still no the worst. The particularity in this place is the service, I never see face to face the incompetence as in this place. The staff was rude and ironic. I asked for a menu (which come with a coke), a box and a coke and they never give the extra coke because I should tell them and they start to speak in a ironic way between each other. Worst experience ever.

Very tasty old school Döner. When I say old school I mean: going back to the essentials. Fladenbrot, three sauces, onions, cabbage and tomatoes. The perfect mix for a perfect dish. Only thing that makes it even better is adding feta cheese. And of course you can do that at Haci Baba as well.

It was really delicious döner. Take the sauces from all of them. I wanted onion, red cabbage, iceberg and tomato as vegetables, it suits you very well. The bread was also thin and warm. You can eat without thinking. Teşekkürler.

I visited the restaurant and found the ambiance pleasant. The food was also good. However, there was a significant downside regarding the pricing. The menu listed a significantly lower price for the pizza I ordered than what I was charged. I alerted the staff to this misleading pricing and suggested they correct it.

I had found Haci Baba online and thought the food looked good. It was not only extremely delicious, it was a taste experience I will never forget! Every bite was a pleasure. Def. a hidden gem. Can definitely recommend the place. It is a bit small, but they have a few benches outside, which is perfect for summer. They also have the restaurant open, so one part is for döner etc. and the other for dishes (where I sat). I took no. 19 (Rigatoni Pollo), if I remember correctly!

Yesterday, I made a bold note in my order: "Cutlery please!" They delivered a doner kebab plate without any cutlery. There was some sauce stuck to my Red Bull can. Disgusting!!!

Ordered 2x Dürüm and delivered very quickly. However, the Dürüm was definitely not freshly prepared. The meat was very cold (not even a hint of heat), the bread was limp and anything but fresh. That was our last order after a good 8 years.

This store is a disaster, you ordered at 4 p.m. it should arrive at 5-6 p.m. it doesn't arrive, you go to sleep at 7 p.m. hoping it will arrive, now it's 9 p.m. and it still says 1 hour

They cut the meat doner hot and serve it with fresh side dishes. They have a delicious meat doner kebab. The opportunity to eat at the restaurant is limited. The place is small. The service is fast and good. As of 2025, döner is 7 Euros. Thanks

Have been there three times now and have been treated strangely each time. Sometimes you are simply sent away because the employees don't feel like serving you if it's too late (within opening hours) or they look at you disparagingly. Really uncomfortable.

Not sure why they have several bad reviews. The kebab is super tasty. The bread they use tastes super fresh and crunchy, and the meat was really juicy. I'll be back!

My experience at haci baba was extremely disappointing. The staff were not only rude but also seemed unprofessional and uneducated, with no regard for how to properly treat customers. To make matters worse, I witnessed the delivery guy being mistreated as well, which just added to the overall negative atmosphere. The food was bland and lacked any real flavor, certainly not worth the price. Given the poor service and subpar food, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at haci baba. From the moment I walked in, the staff were unwelcoming and rude. It felt like they couldn’t be bothered to make us feel comfortable or valued as customers. To make matters worse, the food was far from what I expected. The overall quality of the meal did not justify the price. I understand that things can get busy, but poor customer service and subpar food are hard to overlook. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this place.

We ordered two kebabs and they were very tasty. Be careful, there is very little meat in the normal kebab and you pay 8 euros for it - so you are forced to get a BIG kebab. Luckily we weren't particularly hungry, so we didn't think it was too dramatic. However, I would like to point this out here for other customers. Delivery was very quick!

Never again Haci Baba Kreuzberg! (doner kebab shop) I have had problems with employees twice in the past few months and now for the third time. Twice I asked him to cut me fresh meat that was a little more grilled because I didn't want half-finished meat. He argued with me and when I wanted to leave the store he suddenly wanted to do it. And this time I went into the store, had two euros in my hand and asked politely “if they have any wet wipes” without letting me finish, he then asked in a really cheeky and unsympathetic manner in Turkish if I had eaten there! ? We would like to see the old employees who are currently working in Neukölln back! I have been a regular at Haci Baba since 2015 but as I said because of the NEVER AGAIN Haci Baba kebab shop in Kreuzberg!

Service food top lots of space clean

I used to think it was okay for the price, but last night I had such a bad stomach ache that I couldn't sleep. I'll never buy here again!

It is a horrible place to eat. It doesn't taste—terrible service—sad smell. The meat is raw, and the sauce is tasteless. The service person was impolite. I tried at least to address their disrespectful, misogynistic behavior, but it got much worse-- so entitled. Don't eat there at any cost.

Doner kebab was pretty stanni, but bad burnt meat. Employees are extremely unfriendly and one of them simply munches the fries that a customer has ordered from the fryer basket and throws a cucumber that was on the counter into the rest with his fingers and mixes the whole thing up. 💀

The kebab skewer was excellent, the salad was very fresh and the bread was perfect. The pizza also tasted very tasty. The prices were absolutely fine for Berlin. The situation was rather restless and unpleasant for the family, service at the pizzeria was very nice and good, at the kebab the men could be a bit more friendly and professional (they were watching football the whole time)!

I have never seen a kebab shop in my life like Haci Baba Adabelstrasse, who is stingy with sauces. I don't recommend the kebab shop to anyone. I say a thousand times with sauce and he doesn't put any sauce in it. I also had stress with the employees there and wanted to beat the guys there because I don't give money for something like that. The guys in front of the checkout are unfriendly and ask 20 times what I ordered even though I told them loudly and clearly more than once what I ordered. They're also in a bad mood and there's only a garbage bucket next to the dining table. He also has me and 3 other customers Raw kebab meat was sold, I took a bite and threw it away in the trash. I will never eat there again, let alone order it or recommend it to anyone. I will only recommend it to people I don't like

It was quite busy when we visited but we ordered and were served in less than ten minutes. Very good doner that were definitely worth the trip there.

To this day I have enjoyed eating there very much and have always recommended it with a clear conscience. I ordered exactly at 5:30 p.m. and I'm still waiting for my food to arrive. It's now been 2.5 hours (I'm pregnant). If I hadn't called, no one would have told me that my food was delayed after 1.5 hours. I was told on the phone that a driver was down and they were only working with one driver. After a good 2 hours I realized that the order was no longer going well and wrote this review. All of a sudden I received a confirmation email that my order would arrive in 45 minutes but then after 20 seconds the second email where they simply canceled my order without any apology or notice whatsoever. I am very disappointed with this store and will not recommend it to anyone or avoid it. Unfortunately you have to give them one star in order to write a review, they don't even deserve that anymore.

I think it's one of the best kebab shops in Berlin. In all the locations I've eaten, they were all top quality, be it in the main branch in Neukölln or on Johannishtaler Chaussee. I really can't understand the reviews here, the delivery service through Lieferando is problematic and passing that on to the store isn't so nice

Whenever I'm in Berlin, this shop is a must 🤗. For me one of the best kebab shops🥙. Despite inflation, you still get enough for €7.
