A disrespectful restaurant. You deal with rude customers. My friend and I went there. There is someone who waits every once in a while. He goes and annoys him. For my part, I don’t want to go to this restaurant and I advise no one to go there.

Ordered 2x Dürüm and delivered very quickly. However, the Dürüm was definitely not freshly prepared. The meat was very cold (not even a hint of heat), the bread was limp and anything but fresh. That was our last order after a good 8 years.

This store is a disaster, you ordered at 4 p.m. it should arrive at 5-6 p.m. it doesn't arrive, you go to sleep at 7 p.m. hoping it will arrive, now it's 9 p.m. and it still says 1 hour

They cut the meat doner hot and serve it with fresh side dishes. They have a delicious meat doner kebab. The opportunity to eat at the restaurant is limited. The place is small. The service is fast and good. As of 2025, döner is 7 Euros. Thanks

Have been there three times now and have been treated strangely each time. Sometimes you are simply sent away because the employees don't feel like serving you if it's too late (within opening hours) or they look at you disparagingly. Really uncomfortable.

Not sure why they have several bad reviews. The kebab is super tasty. The bread they use tastes super fresh and crunchy, and the meat was really juicy. I'll be back!

My experience at haci baba was extremely disappointing. The staff were not only rude but also seemed unprofessional and uneducated, with no regard for how to properly treat customers. To make matters worse, I witnessed the delivery guy being mistreated as well, which just added to the overall negative atmosphere. The food was bland and lacked any real flavor, certainly not worth the price. Given the poor service and subpar food, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at haci baba. From the moment I walked in, the staff were unwelcoming and rude. It felt like they couldn’t be bothered to make us feel comfortable or valued as customers. To make matters worse, the food was far from what I expected. The overall quality of the meal did not justify the price. I understand that things can get busy, but poor customer service and subpar food are hard to overlook. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this place.

We ordered two kebabs and they were very tasty. Be careful, there is very little meat in the normal kebab and you pay 8 euros for it - so you are forced to get a BIG kebab. Luckily we weren't particularly hungry, so we didn't think it was too dramatic. However, I would like to point this out here for other customers. Delivery was very quick!

Never again Haci Baba Kreuzberg! (doner kebab shop) I have had problems with employees twice in the past few months and now for the third time. Twice I asked him to cut me fresh meat that was a little more grilled because I didn't want half-finished meat. He argued with me and when I wanted to leave the store he suddenly wanted to do it. And this time I went into the store, had two euros in my hand and asked politely “if they have any wet wipes” without letting me finish, he then asked in a really cheeky and unsympathetic manner in Turkish if I had eaten there! ? We would like to see the old employees who are currently working in Neukölln back! I have been a regular at Haci Baba since 2015 but as I said because of the NEVER AGAIN Haci Baba kebab shop in Kreuzberg!

Service food top lots of space clean

I used to think it was okay for the price, but last night I had such a bad stomach ache that I couldn't sleep. I'll never buy here again!

It is a horrible place to eat. It doesn't taste—terrible service—sad smell. The meat is raw, and the sauce is tasteless. The service person was impolite. I tried at least to address their disrespectful, misogynistic behavior, but it got much worse-- so entitled. Don't eat there at any cost.

Doner kebab was pretty stanni, but bad burnt meat. Employees are extremely unfriendly and one of them simply munches the fries that a customer has ordered from the fryer basket and throws a cucumber that was on the counter into the rest with his fingers and mixes the whole thing up. 💀

The kebab skewer was excellent, the salad was very fresh and the bread was perfect. The pizza also tasted very tasty. The prices were absolutely fine for Berlin. The situation was rather restless and unpleasant for the family, service at the pizzeria was very nice and good, at the kebab the men could be a bit more friendly and professional (they were watching football the whole time)!

I have never seen a kebab shop in my life like Haci Baba Adabelstrasse, who is stingy with sauces. I don't recommend the kebab shop to anyone. I say a thousand times with sauce and he doesn't put any sauce in it. I also had stress with the employees there and wanted to beat the guys there because I don't give money for something like that. The guys in front of the checkout are unfriendly and ask 20 times what I ordered even though I told them loudly and clearly more than once what I ordered. They're also in a bad mood and there's only a garbage bucket next to the dining table. He also has me and 3 other customers Raw kebab meat was sold, I took a bite and threw it away in the trash. I will never eat there again, let alone order it or recommend it to anyone. I will only recommend it to people I don't like

It was quite busy when we visited but we ordered and were served in less than ten minutes. Very good doner that were definitely worth the trip there.

To this day I have enjoyed eating there very much and have always recommended it with a clear conscience. I ordered exactly at 5:30 p.m. and I'm still waiting for my food to arrive. It's now been 2.5 hours (I'm pregnant). If I hadn't called, no one would have told me that my food was delayed after 1.5 hours. I was told on the phone that a driver was down and they were only working with one driver. After a good 2 hours I realized that the order was no longer going well and wrote this review. All of a sudden I received a confirmation email that my order would arrive in 45 minutes but then after 20 seconds the second email where they simply canceled my order without any apology or notice whatsoever. I am very disappointed with this store and will not recommend it to anyone or avoid it. Unfortunately you have to give them one star in order to write a review, they don't even deserve that anymore.

I think it's one of the best kebab shops in Berlin. In all the locations I've eaten, they were all top quality, be it in the main branch in Neukölln or on Johannishtaler Chaussee. I really can't understand the reviews here, the delivery service through Lieferando is problematic and passing that on to the store isn't so nice

Order food online via Lieferando with cash payment details. No food arrived so I called them. The guy on the phone said he hadn't provided anything because I hadn't paid online beforehand. He also said that he tried to reach my number (note: I didn't give a number) (Side note: I had often ordered food from there with cash payment details - I had never called before and everything went smoothly) I don't know now whether it was due to the incompetent employee. Waited over an hour for nothing! What a shame!

Ich habe über Lieferando bestellt. Mein Essen hat 1,5 Stunden gedauert. Es war kalt. Eine Lasagne. Kann mit bitte einer erklären wie man das hin bekommt? Wie man sich vorstellen kann schmeckt eine kalte Lasagne gar nicht. Der Lieferant, der das Essen gebracht hatte sprach nicht ein Wort Englisch oder Deutsch. Es war keine Kommunikation möglich. Die 0800er Telefonnummer die bei Lieferando angegeben war war nicht erreichbar. Ich musste die echte Nummer googeln. Der Servicemitarbeiter konnte mein Anliegen nicht lösen. Er war dabei weder höflich noch respektvoll. Kaltes und damit ungenießbares Essen und bemerkenswert schlechter Service. Das ist schon eine echt erstaunliche Kombination.

War bisher immer zufrieden. Wird teurer kann ich nachvollziehen, aber immer weniger drin, kann ich nur Mogelpackung nennen. Ich war einziger Kunde, aber Dürümbrot fast noch „roh“ und kaum Salat. Sehr enttäuscht Schade nächstes mal suche ich einen anderen auf.

Der Typ sagt uns, dass wir in 15 Minuten unseren Döner bekommen und fragen erneuert nach 20 Minuten nach und uns wird gesagt wir sollen später nochmal kommen. 😂 Inzwischen hat man schon anderen nach uns einen Döner gemacht. 😂😂😂

Normal guter Standard Döner. Schmeckt an sich aber ist leider extrem dünn und klein, es ist fast nichts drin. Eher eine Kinderportion, war ziemlich enttäuschend, konnte ohne drücken mit einer Hand mit wenigen Bissen gegessen werden. Man müsste eigentlich zwei nehmen. Werde nicht wiederkommen.

Döner wie er sein soll, Standard Saucen. Nicht zu teuer, vernünftige Portion und das Fleisch schön dünn, knusprig aber gleichzeitig zart geschnitten. Nur der Käse war etwas sus.

Gerade vorbeigelaufen und von einem rauchendem Mitarbeiter vollgepöbelt worden. Er stand im Weg rum und meine Begleitung hat ihn gestreift. Daraufhin sehr aggressiv reagiert und als ich fragte was das soll rief er "halt die fresse und vergiss dich!" Er trug ein Shirt vom Restaurant und hatte eine halbglatze.

The halal legend from Kreuzberg, not a lot more to say. Everyone is very friendly, and the prices are convenient. Perfect place to have a quick eat before of after drinks in O-Strasse.

Best doner kebab I had yet in Berlin..

Was ist mit eurer Lasagne passiert? Die war mal so lecker. Jetzt sind es viel zu weiche Nudelplatten,Sauce so flüssig und sehr wenig Hackfleisch. Irgendwie so matschig. Geschmacklich ganz ok und schön heiss wars auch. Aber Lasagne geht anders,Jungs! Vieleicht mal in nen gutes Italienisches Kochbuch kucken.....

Der Imbiss an sich ist gut gelegen und sehr gut besucht. Viel frequenz und viele Stammkunden offensichtlich. Daher gingen wir davon aus, dass es ein guter döner sein müsste. Das Fleisch war gut (nicht sehr gut aber gut!). Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken ist in Berlin generell ein Problem aber hier extrem anstrengend gewesen etwas zu finden. Essen wurde schnell zubereitet. Preis Leistung war in Ordnung. Fleisch frisch geschnitten und direkt ins Brot bzw in die döner Box. Saucen waren gut. Salat frisch und knackig wie es sein muß. Nicht zu sehr gewürzt. Bei scharfe sauce evtl etwas vorsichtig sein. Scheint was fertiges zu sein und nicht hausgemacht oder evtl fertige Saucen wie Tabasco oder so rein gemischt und daher evtl etwas unerträglich bei einigen Menschen wie bei mir auch leider. Also im großen und ganzen würden wir definitiv weiter empfehlen! Für den kleinen Hunger alle Male in Ordnung! P. S. Die lolipop s für unsere beiden Jungs waren sehr aufmerksam von der Bedienung! Das kleine Etwas zum wiederkommen quasi schon mit gegeben 😉
