Ordered to take away. Burgers were bone dry and what I ordered wasn't in the bag, but something completely different. Once you're a long way away, you can't go back. You don't want to assume any intention, but something like that is completely wrong.

Dikka, I've been waiting for 2 hours??!! What do you do, do you pick up the food from Poland and then bring it? Or do you slaughter the animals on site and still have to process it???? Unbelievable Update food is now here after 3 hours and half forgotten you should really be ashamed or ashamed

Very disappointed with the vegetarian burger. The breading was not worked and the sauce lacked taste. Damage !

Ordered for delivery, took super long in the middle of the week. On top of that, one item was missing.

The food was simply a disgrace. It was the first and last time for me at KFC. Disgusting, cold and inedible. Had a large and a small menu, which didn't differ from each other except for the significant difference in price. Everything slapped down and just disgusting. The prices, on the other hand, are enormous. Impudence! Never again!

No burgers supposedly frozen. Only bic mac and nuggets totally dirty staff unfriendly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to

Horrible customer service, very rude and unwelcoming staff. The burger was poorly prepared. Definitely not the best KFC I’ve been to.

When I ordered breakfast this morning, December 16, 2024, the employee with blonde hair looked at me strangely, not just once but a few times. That wasn't a kind expression

Ordered food, nothing there after 2 hours. Called, woman there only speaks English and screams something incomprehensible. Hung up in shock. 30 minutes later Volt arrives with half (!) of the paid order, the rest inedible. Complained, no response, no refund, no apology. I've never experienced anything so outrageous. This is a really disgusting, disgusting shop. Totally horrified!!
