Food: I can't judge. I needed help with the order, which was too much for the waitress. So nothing ordered. Well, it was a stupid decision for the branch because 3 hungry people were waiting in the car for food. Service: see above Ambiance: furnished like any branch; However, these on the 1st floor were dirty and the toilet was also dirty

Very disappointing! I waited over 90 minutes. Food was cold - there was a piece of plastic packaging in the burger?!?! Nice supplier but the rest is just miserable!

For being so old and rundown and trying to serve the poor income segment its done pretty well. The food is good, especially the vegan options. The employees are usually nice. The toilets are big. I think it's missing okugs to recharge phones.

If it were possible, I would give the rating a 0/5 stars, the service is all unfriendly, you can tell from the workers that they don't feel like doing their work and feel like they're intentionally making the food bad!! And on the page it says it's open at 1:00 a.m. It used to be closed at 12:05 a.m. or something like that. Everyone would rather go to McDonalds

I love McDonald's, but I probably won't go to that one again. I have never seen such an employee there. Two young gentlemen stood in front of us, otherwise it was pretty empty. One of the two said that the burger he just got was cold. Then the employee was very rude: it can't be. Him: It's so cold, the cheese hasn't even melted. Then she said: Let's see how fresh it is. He was completely perplexed and just muttered to his friend whether she was kidding him. She: "Now you want something new, right? He: no - and the two left the branch shaking their heads. When a colleague apparently asked the nice lady about it, she said: Sorry, I was stressed (with four customers, two of whom had already gotten everything). End of the story: our burger wasn't fresh because the cheese was melted ;-) (I hope you understand the joke behind it)

Unfortunately, this was the worst burger I've ever had at KFC. A little more sauce would have made it mediocre.

Friendly staff, very clean, contrary to other reviews

It tasted better than at other McDonald's. Everything was freshly made and very appetizing.

This place gets very expensive for fast food because it doesn't support the app coupons, the service fine though.

I ordered through Uber Eats today. The milkshakes were delivered in the wrong flavor. I forgot to bring straws. I simply replaced a Sprite with a Coke. I didn't get any glasses with the ordered meals. Packed with my eyes closed? So many mistakes in one order. I'll never order from there again!

Ordered food, nothing there after 2 hours. Called, woman there only speaks English and screams something incomprehensible. Hung up in shock. 30 minutes later Volt arrives with half (!) of the paid order, the rest inedible. Complained, no response, no refund, no apology. I've never experienced anything so outrageous. This is a really disgusting, disgusting shop. Totally horrified!!
