I understand that you are a limited small trading point and it is not very profitable to send some ingredients there, for example, they do not make all burgers. I have no complaints, let it be a real McDonald's promo, but the only sauces are mayonnaise and ketchup. And also colas from a bottle, not from a machine. I get it, but the lack of sweet curry and mustard really bothered me. Sauces are the basis, they can cover many disadvantages.

I got some with meat instead of vegan nuggets, but instead of getting an apology I was scolded by the staff.

Normally, the customer receives a code on the receipt, but here you need coins to pay for the toilet, because, of course, contactless payments are still a novelty in Germany, even in the country's capital. What's worse, the information about the lack of a code on the receipt is hidden and you only find out about it after finalizing the order. I consider this a very poor and unfair practice towards customers.

The Burger King branch is certainly not worthy of a Michelin star, but that's not my claim at all. I have never been disappointed here so far. I always order on site from the screens and the orders were always put together correctly, nothing was ever missing. The burgers taste good and I always found the burgers from the King's Selection to be good, even visually. Maybe I've just been lucky so far, but every time there were correct people working and waiting times were less than 5 minutes. Cleanliness in the restaurant is ok, but here and there there is something on and under the tables. I can't comment on the toilets.
