The employees are very nice, there are no complaints about the service, but! I understand that you are a limited small trading point and it is not very profitable to send some ingredients there, for example, they do not make all burgers. I have no complaints, let it be a real McDonald's promo, but the only sauces are mayonnaise and ketchup. And also colas from a bottle, not from a machine. I get it, but the lack of sweet curry and mustard really bothered me. Sauces are the basis, they can cover many disadvantages.

I got some with meat instead of vegan nuggets, but instead of getting an apology I was scolded by the staff.

The bratwurst was probably from yesterday and then fried again. Completely tasteless. Plus limp fries with almost no taste. When I ordered I got a scolding because I didn't mention quickly enough that I wanted fries. I would have liked to support this small neighborhood shop, but: NEVER AGAIN.

Things seem to have improved. In any case, there are no longer any missing items from my orders.

Unmögliche Bedienung in meinen Strohhalm war ein Ohrenkneifer den ich noch fast verschluckt hätte . Es wurde noch darüber gelacht dann war es nicht möglich eine Kinderportion herzurichten. Wir sind dann gegangen und sind in ein anderes Restaurant gegangen. Nie wieder absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

It's a shame. It's a shame that a branch like this damages the reputation of an entire chain. I'm used to better food from another branch. There, the food arrives warm and looks just like the pictures. Not here. The wait was actually 21 minutes. During that time, one of the burgers was completely cold and was replaced with a grumpy face from the staff. The cheesy onion fries were unfortunately chili cheese and were also a complaint. They said they didn't have any cheese sauce. After arguing that we did have cheese sauce on the burgers, they remade the fries. This delivery did have the correct sauce, but the fries were ice-cold. We didn't complain again, but that was our last visit.

The BingKingXXL (prescribed by my family doctor) was quite dry, and the chicken burger was very good. However, you have to pay to wash your hands because the restrooms aren't free, and you won't find any extra paper towels either. It's better to go 100 meters over to Fiveguys for proper burgers, better and more fries, and a restroom.

The worst service you can get. Almost nobody speaks German. There are no toys for the children's menu.
