Die besten Restaurants mit Fast food-restaurant Essen in Berlin

I got some with meat instead of vegan nuggets, but instead of getting an apology I was insulted by the staff.

The bratwurst was probably from yesterday and then fried again. Completely tasteless. Plus limp fries with almost no taste. When I ordered I got a scolding because I didn't mention quickly enough that I wanted fries. I would have liked to support this small neighborhood shop, but: NEVER AGAIN.

Worst branch. Employees are rude. You wait almost 10 minutes for a burger. Then you get it either cold or thrown together like garbage. It's a miracle this place has survived for so many years.

You're used to the fact that perfection is the standard at McDonald's. But here you get an extra cozy feeling.

Avoid. Ordered food, got a bathroom pass code (standard Mac thing), as I was entering my code, a woman snapped at me like I was committing a crime..of using my code? She pointed like a maniac at a 0.50€ sign - which is normal for public restrooms, not gastronomy! I paid for food, I got the code and wanted to wash my hands before eating, makes sense? No. Now they scare and harass tired customers for spare change. Didn’t have coins, was told to leave🤷‍♀️ Go anywhere else at the station—literally anywhere is better.

A small coffee only half filled. No milk available. This must be a joke.

The only issue is that the place is very small other than that everything is fine. Nice and friendly staff, good food they can speak English very well which is nice to have in any store in Germany

Doner meat sauce and vegetables are no longer fresh and have no taste had. Can't recommend it

Unmögliche Bedienung in meinen Strohhalm war ein Ohrenkneifer den ich noch fast verschluckt hätte . Es wurde noch darüber gelacht dann war es nicht möglich eine Kinderportion herzurichten. Wir sind dann gegangen und sind in ein anderes Restaurant gegangen. Nie wieder absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. The employees can't even speak English to communicate properly, they laugh at you in Indian, and the food was disgusting and cold to boot. I'll go to McCes, I say.

Untrained, unprofessional and above all very rude staff!!!! Never again at Alexander Platz and in the city's hotspot.

Food is not good, you have to wait for what feels like 2 hours for food and the staff is also far too lazy to clean the lobby.

McDonald's im Europa Center Berlin Die Burger-Brötchen sind labbrig und das Fleisch lauwarm. Störend ist die übermäßige Menge an Ketchup, Mayonnaise und Senf in den Burgern. Das Brötchen wird zusätzlich durch die vorbereiteten, fertig liegenden Burger feucht und weich, da sich in der Papierfolien-Verpackung Kondenswasser bildet und das Brot aufweicht Auch die Pommes sind enttäuschend: weder knusprig noch warm, stattdessen schlaff, zu salzig und trocken. Ein schlecht geführtes McDonald's-Restaurant, das von einem Franchise-Unternehmer betrieben wird, der offenbar keinerlei Expertise im Gastronomiebereich besitzt. Erschreckend ist insbesondere die Vielzahl negativer Rezensionen. Offenbar scheint dies die McDonald's-Unternehmenszentrale nicht zu interessieren?

I can only recommend the Long Chicken, they are really the best (in terms of feel and crunch), they mess up every now and then, but that doesn't happen often. The shop is usually clean and spacious inside and I think you can eat well there. The shop also has an outdoor area, but that's not my cup of tea. That's why I give it 4 out of 5 stars, otherwise, move on
