Excellent service, fries cooking on point

The food is typical McDonald's. The atmosphere is a bit strange due to all the construction work at the train station. And it's certainly not getting any better due to staff shortages.

We ordered McNuggets, a cheeseburger, and fries to go. I've never had such old and soggy nuggets and fries. The cheeseburger was inedible. We saw them pulling the very last fries out of the corner. Everything had clearly been sitting there for a very long time. In the end, we had to throw away our €20 order.

For the long time this place is just best of all McDonald's I've seen. Very friendly stuff, they double checked my order and helped with choosing one of six friends figures they have. I can absolutely recommend this place. As a bonus this place is pretty quiet in the morning!

I tried to redeem a coupon, they scanned it, and then said it didn't work, even though it was scanned and used in the app.

They don't refill the toys or food we ordered. There's no toilet 🚾 👎!!! The location is great.

The staff was nice and friendly but the burgers were very dry and no pickles or sauce on the buns. Only cheese and burger . This was probably one of the worst burgers I've ever tried so far. One of the soda machines wasnt even working.

Great location, but: no app connection, no breakfast options, no special burgers, only a very limited selection. This isn't going to work.

I recently ordered an MC Smart Meal with two chicken burgers and realized at home that they were two cheeseburgers. What can we learn from this? These days, you have to check everything. Plus, the employee, who was of foreign origin, had dirty fingernails! That's an absolute no-go!

Responsive staff keep the cozy hall clean at all times. I like to stop by here whenever I have a spare minute in the hustle and bustle.

There are no outlets at any of the tables, and the food is served cold. The staff is completely indifferent and uninterested. You'll regret your money.

One of the best places I’ve ever visited! I bought a perfume and some clothes, and I absolutely loved them. The fragrance is amazing and the quality of the clothes is excellent. The staff were so kind and welcoming .. I felt really comfortable from the moment I walked in. Definitely not my last visit.. Highly recommended. Thank you so much ❤️

Large fries to go with ketchup, but unfortunately, they were fries without ketchup. I paid for both and then went back to pick them up, but unfortunately, it was also strange. Worst McDonald's ever / Unfriendly employees and old burgers. Employees are unmotivated. One star is still too many.

After reading several complaints, I tested it myself today. Coupons from the app aren't accepted, and then suddenly they're unavailable or another branch is used. Employees are poorly trained, don't know their own menu/offers, and are sometimes snippy and unfriendly. They only refer to the notice board. The fries were only half full. Unfortunately, all the complaints are true. I wouldn't recommend it.

7,80€ for just 2 medium bad quality fries? What is that scam? McDonald’s is going crazy with the prices. I can get myself a big dürum for 6€. We are in Berlin come on. Is just fries.

Normal McDonald's, I just didn't like that teenagers regularly sit there and yell and the management does nothing about the food, they gave it to you very quickly, the food is delicious, but the atmosphere is terrible. If you go to McDonald's in the center of Berlin, the atmosphere will be much better.

Avoid. Ordered food, got a bathroom pass code (standard Mac thing), as I was entering my code, a woman snapped at me like I was committing a crime..of using my code? She pointed like a maniac at a 0.50€ sign - which is normal for public restrooms, not gastronomy! I paid for food, I got the code and wanted to wash my hands before eating, makes sense? No. Now they scare and harass tired customers for spare change. Didn’t have coins, was told to leave🤷‍♀️ Go anywhere else at the station—literally anywhere is better.

Ask at an external drinks station what you want to drink and all in English. You should be able to understand what the guest wants to order... Branch management was quite disinterested. At 11:30 p.m. the lights went out, even though there were still customers in the store, and you were suddenly reminded that it would be closing in 15 minutes. CONCLUSION: Personnel = conspicuous disaster Food = Warm burgers and watery cola

Broken ice cream machine, we waited forever

Food is kept warm and is no longer produced fresh, meaning it will be cold again in just under 2 minutes, some of the employees are very rude, I was shouted at because of a voucher and I was told whether I even spoke German and unmotivated, some of the employees were also at the checkout sometimes on the cell phone the restaurant doesn't give a good impression.

Other MCd in Berlin provides, Spicy Sauce and Mc Crispy Chicken Burger. Its been two months, Since they're saying its not available in this location. Please do something on this!

This is the worst McDonald's in Berlin. The terms and conditions cannot speak English or German properly. I felt extremely sorry for the staff today! I don't think they work there voluntarily. I stood at the door at 9 a.m. but no one opened. 3 people were visible, but no one gave a sign. After 10 minutes we were shown 5 fingers. When we were then allowed in, we were greeted in an unfriendly/annoyed manner. I turned around and went to the bakery on the other side.

We ordered food for two people, but waiter listened only to my boyfriend. As a result, I've got the same meal as his, and even not BBQ sauce that tried to order. Fries were dry, and I left hungry. There are no toilets, but atmosphere is okay to wait for a train.

Unfortunately, the team wasn't able to produce my burger in a contemporary way even though there were hardly any customers there. (Waiting time about 8 minutes for a hamburger) I even had to leave the restaurant early because otherwise I would have missed my train.

I was at the Südkreuz branch this evening. The branch was very clean and guests were served very quickly. I was served in a very friendly manner by a Pakistani employee (unfortunately I don't know his name). His nice and empathetic manner made my rather mediocre day end on a pleasant note. I would definitely like to take this opportunity to thank you for that!

Everything at the drive-in was great: quick preparation, friendly staff and ingredients looked fresh.

The only time I threw up was after visiting McDonald's. They gave me a cheeseburger that was fried in some kind of black oil. After ordering we did not receive any bonuses. The worst McDonald's in Berlin.

It seems dangerous to go into 3 star mcdonalds, but in Berlin its average. Heighest rating mcdonald is 4 stars in Berlin so we werent that much afraid of this franchize. They dont take Mcdonalds points from phone app and also the sortiment is smaller then in bigger Mc restaurants I got it. For me it was average visit of any other Mcdonalds restaurant in Europe. Stuff was very friendly and free to help. Burgers were just a classic burgers, havent seen something strange. Yeah we liked it

Even if the staff was nice, the Royal cheese Hamburger was dry and I’m talking not only about meet but the bun was crispy and it shouldn’t. On top of that we were told that they don’t sell some of burgers that are in the standard McDonald’s menus, for example filet-o-fish and even if the position that you want is in “their” menu you can’t be sure if it’s available. Do not recommend that restaurant. :(

⚠️ Food inedible! Had a very unpleasant, disgusting and very questionable aftertaste! There was something very wrong with the food! Yesterday, April 12, 24 between 4 and 5 p.m., ordered takeaway food, cheeseburgers were "freshly" prepared. There may be something wrong with the staff responsible for the preparation. I can imagine it was done deliberately. It's a shame the previous times it was always tasty and fresh, but there were other staff there too! It was definitely the last time here!

Dirt stable, definitely not a second time

Ordered 2 mc flurrys. One was as requested. Unfortunately the other one was with magic stars instead of Milka chocolate. It's a shame that you really have to check everything!!!

Cashier only spoke English and there were no curly fries. The fries I had to pick up were soggy and the burger didn't taste good due to the heat there. Not recommended as it caused stomach cramps after eating.

Leider war die Bestellung etwas schwierig, da man mich auf deutsch nicht verstanden hat und die Bedienung sehr unerfahren und unsicher war. Essen war ok für McDonald's aber mehr auch nicht. Toilette nur im Bahnhof und dann mit Bezahlung
