Guys, I understand that there is a lot going on when there are always 2 for 1 Whoppers on Tuesdays... but preparing the burgers only half warm and sometimes incorrectly is not the right way. Today I probably got the most sloppily assembled Burger King burgers I've ever had. I probably won't visit your restaurant again and will also avoid Burger King in general for the time being.

The saleswoman, Ms. KUMARI, refused to help her buy the menu from the vending machine.

Food was ok, tables were all dirty, toilets extremely dirty, with everything on the glasses that shouldn't be there. 35 minutes waiting time for one fries, a Whopper Jr and 9 nuggets 😳. No excuse for the wait, the staff don't give a damn about the customers. There are five people joking behind the counter, sometimes three people looking at the order monitor (without doing anything with the information). Total chaos, inefficient and unfriendly. Never here again for me!

The worst Burger King branch in the world. Extremely long waiting times, even for the simplest orders. It takes forever, not a single customer is served, really poor division of labor. Some unfriendly staff who don't speak German or English. Drive in is always said to be broken or understaffed. But then there isn't even a sign on the counter. Often no card payment possible.

I enjoyed going there for years. But after switching to the ordering machines, you sometimes wait an hour for your “fast food”. Every restaurant is faster. Purely in terms of ordering, this is a disaster... Food is good, otherwise I wouldn't be here Cleanliness, well that's how it works

We wanted to eat something quickly...... big mistake 🙈 ordered, then I sat down while my girlfriend waited for the food. I was bored so I read reviews…….oh dear……. 5 reviews in the last 60 minutes and all just one star……. rightly so...... tables dirty as hell, food took 40 minutes, some burgers weren't filled properly and were also cold. Waited half an hour for the order. That doesn't work at all. Someone who stands behind the counter and can't keep up with the orders, who stands behind the production output and makes burgers, can't do it. What's going on that he's standing behind the counter, making a missing burger himself and the counter is empty at that time, doesn't work either. There were 15 people waiting for their order.

Unfortunately, this branch is a rather negative experience for me. The staff definitely tries hard, but unfortunately they are not experienced and there are often big language barriers. Unfortunately there is room for improvement in terms of understanding, speed and taste.

Unfortunately I had to wait 20 minutes for my order and I was very hungry. The large orders after me were sent out first. I ordered "in house" and received it in a bag with 2 full cups. The staff was also extremely slow in packing the orders. The tables were dirty and all the terminals were out of order, which meant you had to wait an extremely long time to place your order. I have to say, it was an extreme disaster. I'm really angry about the situation. They didn't even apologize. This is not how you treat guests/customers.

Ich bzw wir waren geschockt so ein dreckiger laden.... Die Tische Stühle Fussboden wurden den ganzen Tag bestimmt nicht mal abgewischt. Wir waren 20.30 h da. Wollten auf WC Hænde waschen...ging nicht alles verstopft und so Keimig ungelogen. Haette ich nicht schon bestellt waere ich gegangen. Mich sieht der Laden nicht mehr... Profitieren eher von Touristen...was ja auch peinlich ist. Waere mal Zeit für eine Hygiene Kontrolle. So ein Drecks Laden wirklich... Ach in die Küche kann man auch rein sehen....ohne Worte was da auf der Erde rum liegt.... Wo gearbeitet wird fallen Spânne aber bitte nicht so. Hàtte mal Fotos machen sollen .. Und ich kenne andere Gute Burger King Sauber und es schmeckt. Zb Prenz. Promenade

Dirty satchel shop with completely incompetent staff. How can it take almost 45 minutes for two normal menus in an almost empty store at 11 p.m.? And then laugh stupidly when you no longer find it funny. And can't you get two identical burgers together with the same toppings?! Maybe you should select your staff based on their competence. Never again!

Worst branch ever! Of course there's a lot to do, but it takes over 30 minutes for two menus. You can watch as part of it gets cold on the counter at the front, while three employees stand giggling in front of the burger shelf and wait for a burger to roll down. Instead of just going back and helping! In the toilets you caught everything from gonorrhea to scabies, and it was generally unclean. Never again 🤢

Food was good but the order was wrong and the wait was long

One star is still too many. I could have saved myself the trip today. Opening times don't work. According to Google, app & info on the door it should be open until 3 a.m. At 1 a.m. people are already standing hungry in front of closed doors. ☹️ So on to the M. 🤷‍♂️

Relatively clean (I still had to ask for napkins to clean the table). I waited 27 minutes for the food and half of the order was almost cold. Staff overwhelmed and therefore no customer friendliness.

Worst location I have ever been to. The food wasn’t great but it is what it is. The service however was horrible waited over an hour for 1 burgers. Absolutely ridiculous. Management was horrible and whole staff looked like they couldn’t be bothered to work.

Worst burger king ive ever been to.. 55 minutes for 6 onion rings abd whooper is criminal in the fast food industry.. Service was more than horrible.. not a single competent person who works at that location.

Terrible place. Never seen anything like this before. It is fast food place but we were waiting 50 min for our order to come. Looking around we were not the only ones. We could feel that food preparation was rushed and not adequate. Delivery poeple have priority. They were served much quicker then regular dinners. If I knew I would just use drive through on foot :) Never again. Avoid if you need sth quick and don't have an hour to spare.

You should order at the order terminals, they don't work, but when you asked the employees you were told you should still order at them. They work. Employees with a lack of enthusiasm and a bad mood. An order was taken then 10 minutes later none at all.

Drive in cannot be used. The burgers no longer look anything like the pictures and are getting smaller and more expensive Pure nonsense

Shocking service - don't ever go there!

You can't make the mistake of going there and thinking you'll have your food in 10 minutes. This branch is an experience! If you keep in mind that you won't get the food for 45 to 60 minutes anyway, you'll have a nice evening. You can have a conversation with dissatisfied customers, make fun of the staff's lack of planning, or just watch as the order screens get busier and busier until they reach their maximum. But don't make fun of it too loudly, the manager usually stands at the front of the corner and looks around. If he notices this, you will get the look of death. I've had a few fun evenings there, you just have to get involved. I really hope it never changes! It's been like this for years and it's just funny. Expressing criticism is of no use, German or English is not understood. Ordering from the staff isn't possible either. They will keep referring you to the iPads using sign language. At the beginning I actually lost my temper 3 times and became extremely aggressive, something no shop could do before. Never visited such a bad branch. Waiting forever, when you ask where your order is, you are ignored. Absolutely impossible and disrespectful!!!!!!! How can you employ such staff at all, no communication, no apology, but they turn their backs on you. It doesn't work at all!!!!!! And then there are two employees standing at the deep fryer, ticking away on their cell phones and chatting. Nope never again. Really keep it up 🤮. Oh and it's great when half of it is missing and the rest is cold and not even cooked through. Could be in the beam 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Honestly never seen such unfriendly and disrespectful staff. Apart from the fact that you wait over 45 minutes for your food and then get mushy and unfriendly answers from two ladies (both black-haired, one with glasses and the other a bit stronger). You should honestly think about what kind of employees are being hired and whether they are even capable of doing such a job. Very unfortunate. Worst branch ever. You wait for hours and then half of the food is missing. When you say something, none of the staff understands you. During the time when you're so upset, you can go home and cook for yourself.

Very very long waiting times of 25 minutes. for: 2x Chrispy Chicken, 1x Cheeseburger and 1x Double Cheeseburger Cheese not runny, but reasonably warm. The store lacks efficiency. Everyone does something but nothing to the young. The store becomes more and more crowded, more and more orders appear on the display and no one gets their food. As always, the store is pretty dirty, there's trash and tablets everywhere. Oh well!

I can only confirm all the bad reviews. Long waiting times, I withdrew from the purchase contract after I still had no food after 40 minutes. The refund hasn't happened yet, I went there again and was told it would take at least 2 weeks. The restaurant manager didn't wear a name tag or have a business card for me. When asked what his name was, he said he didn't have to answer it for data protection reasons. I, on the other hand, have to provide all the data for the refund (which has not yet been received). I'll probably have to file a criminal complaint then I can't rate the food as I didn't get any

Very dirty restaurant. The service is also totally unfriendly and rude. Tables are very dirty, there are leftover food and empty drinks lying around from the previous person. I pointed out to the staff that they please clean the tables so I can eat on site. There was an impudent answer that I should do it myself or just sit somewhere else where it was clean.

Worst Burger King I've been to in my life today, June 27, 2024, around 5:00 p.m. Wait for my order for more than half an hour. I was surprised that the workers did not know the ingredients or differences of the products. On the other hand, the place was decadent, dirty both on the tables and on the floor. I found it unusual that the manager was smoking in the children's play area and that she threw her cigarette on the floor next to the children. After the long wait we received our burgers and it was also a size I had never seen, too small to be the largest option they offer, in short a complete disaster and my mistake when going to that place.

Ordered, 2 of 4 burgers not delivered. The other two just looked carelessly thrown away (see picture) was the last time!!

This has got to be the worst Burger King I’ve ever set foot in. Trust me, I’m not easily disappointed, but they managed to pull it off. ‘Fast’ food? More like lost in translation. Waited 25 minutes for food in the store on a Wednesday evening. This can also be done by a restaurant that doesn't write fast food on their lid and the fries would probably be good too. Can't recommend it and won't go there again.

Only multi-cultural behind the cash register and in the kitchen, ordering in German is sometimes too difficult. As in any fast food shop, the ambience is fine. Food is actually always okay.

Katastrophe! Und das bereits zum 2. Mal. Gegen 22h, nach einem langen Arbeitstag versuche ich schnell im DRIVE-in einen Burger zu erstehen. Vor mir sind keine anderen Autos. Ich stehe 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vor dem Bestellschalter, aber niemand meldet sich und nimmt meine Bestellung auf. Ich hupe, keine Antwort. Nach drei Minuten hupe ich erneut. Wieder keine Reaktion. Dann fahre ich weg. Bei der Fahrt am Ausgabeschalter vorbei sehe ich zwei Mitarbeiter, die sich angeregt unterhalten. Das Lokal ist leer. Sie sehen nicht einmal, dass ich vorbei fahre. Dieselbe Erfahrung habe ich bereits vor einem halben Jahr gemacht. Angeblich ist das Drive-In bis 3h nachts geöffnet, was super für mich wäre. Aber so nicht!

Just bad, in my opinion far too busy people that get in each other's way. This means that orders also get messed up due to moderately long waiting times. Waited over 45 minutes for a menu, a burger and one chilli fries, and despite my allergy's suggestion, there were onions on the burger. I really can't recommend this BK to anyone.

Update opening hours. The ones on the entrance door are crossed out in pen. It was closed at 12:30 on Saturday.

So ordered at the store around 1:00 a.m. Got the food quickly too. But the hygiene in the store is pure chaos. To eat here and you don't get any trays, you are offered paper documents that are usually on the tray. Tables dirty fries on the floor. There were used napkins on the next table that had been taken away but the table hadn't even been cleaned, let alone anything in the shop tidied up. The food was not hot, not warm and not even lukewarm. Out of 5 burgers, one breath was warm. And that is very sad. It felt like the patties had been in their warming box for more than 45 minutes. The bun wasn't toasted properly so I have to honestly say this is the worst Burgerking branch I know. The manager should change something very quickly. I won't eat here again. I was more than dissatisfied after my visit!?

If you picking to go Burger King or McDonald's, choose McDonald's. In Burger King the food taste is awful and not fresh. When eating burger you can taste old oil! It's more expensive than McDonald's and not worth. 🤢🤮

Worst branch ever. Employees don't understand a word of German and the shop is dirty as hell. There are no towels in the changing room and the sink is completely dirty. And there are the waiting times...That was the last time I was there with my family. By the way, 4-5 years ago everything was ok...

Waited almost half an hour for food. Then discovered that some chilli cheese fries were missing. It then had to be discussed first. Unfortunately there are hardly any German speaking staff in the service. Then realized the sauces were missing. Then discovered that disposable cups were used instead of the €2 reusable cups. Then discuss again and wait to get the money back. Burger only one sided... Won't come back.

Ive always loved burger king and my experience at other locations which is why im writing about this one because I feel like i got scammed. the worker refused to give us a tray only a to go bag, the burgers were completely cold the cheese felt like it came out of the fridge it wasn’t even melted. The fries were old and tasted like it , no crunch and it tasted sandy even. Im disappointed that we paid for a meal that we didnt want to finish and the table next to us were having a similar experience!! The cashier i asked for a tray was called Brinda or Bindra.

05/09/24 7:31 p.m. After 40 minutes of waiting, the order was canceled, amount 17.58€ Refund would not be possible, would have to be made by bank transfer. A form had to be filled out and the original invoice was confiscated. A copy was only made upon request. What a miracle the money isn't there to this day! Worst Burger King branch ever. They just don't know what they're doing. Dirty. Work processes visibly disorganized. Never again.

20 minutes before the end of the day, no employee here feels like doing their work anymore and the systems are simply switched off so that you can no longer order anything.

Hamburgers good, BUT they definitely should look at KPI measure of “burgers produced per minute” and improve a lot. They are always slow as hell ⏱️

The service was very slow. I ordered a kids' meal and waited for 40 minutes. When I went to the counter to ask, they only started preparing my food then. Meanwhile, they were serving many people who ordered after me. The staff worked slowly and seemed confused. They couldn't communicate with the customers.
