Worst Burger King I've ever been to. The employees can't even speak English to communicate properly, they laugh at you in Indian, and the food was disgusting and cold to boot. I'll go to McCes, I say.

Disorganized place, staff seem puzzled by their own systems. Over 10 minutes to get an ordinary meal, chips were cold. Don’t bother.

Unfortunately not so great. The employees are very slow and confused. Waiting time approx. 15-20 minutes. My number was ready to be picked up but there is nothing on the counter to be picked up. When I asked questions, an employee started looking or asking other people. And dip is still missing from the box.

You have to order at the terminal, which is confusing for someone who has never been there before and then instead of a double burger for 5.99 you get a cheeseburger for 3 euros, unfortunately only discovered at home, without me, thanks

A German-speaking, annoyed shift manager instructs pseudo-English-speaking assistants. Do you want to pay cash? Get in line and be lucky to get noticed! During the waiting time, part of the order will already be cold. The rule outside normal business hours, I tested it several times. In other words: enough and goodbye.

The ice cream is almost as liquid as a milkshake, the burgers are no longer quite warm, the tables are dirty and sticky and the cheese on the burgers is hard and last but not least, the orders usually take a long time, so I wouldn't necessarily go there again 👎😑

Chips and cheese nuggets to take away once: it takes almost half an hour and then it turns into chicken nuggets. Everything without a bag on a tray. Next time it's better to go to the nearest kebab shop!

Oldest Burger King ever...in the end two dishes were served with the wrong stuff

Cappuccino too small, too much milk, no measuring line. For €2.99 The bakery across the street offers much better value for money.

Well, if it absolutely has to be! But you should skip the toilets! Nobody has really worked there for a long time. I went in and the whole place was stuck to the floor. The staff is often overwhelmed because there are not enough!

Worst Burger King in Berlin. Card payments at the drive-thru are constantly not working. You're only informed of this at the order counter. By then, of course, there are already cars in front of and behind you, so you can't move forward or backward, and you're forced to wait 10 minutes. If you raise the issue with the shift manager, the only response you get is that there's nothing they can do. He's not allowed to put up a sign at the drive-through entrance. If you write to Burger King directly, you get a hold email, and then you never hear from them again.

I've been sitting here again for, no joke, 25 minutes and I'm still waiting for ONE Big King and ONE chilli cheese burger.. 😂😂😂 People are standing around in the kitchen, laughing and cackling, there really isn't a worse BK in the whole world

If you take your order out of the house, unpack it again to check whether what you ordered was actually packed. That wasn't the case for us yesterday. The receipt was correct, but the contents were not😬

This is the height of audacity. I ordered this, a beef tortilla, and it's full of jalapeños that have no business being in there. I have a terrible stomach ache. I'm going to give this to the food authorities. There's even more crap in there that I'd rather not know about. Now I'm firing back. The staff is a disgrace to our economy. I own a restaurant myself. When I get back, you'll definitely understand. Just because I said this staff is lazy and plays on their phones? Never annoy those who annoy you. Have you ever thought that you could kill someone with a stomach ulcer with this kind of heat? You're crazy. And I know who's been working and misbehaving. Have fun, see you tomorrow.

It's a shame. It's a shame that a branch like this damages the reputation of an entire chain. I'm used to better food from another branch. There, the food arrives warm and looks just like the pictures. Not here. The wait was actually 21 minutes. During that time, one of the burgers was completely cold and was replaced with a grumpy face from the staff. The cheesy onion fries were unfortunately chili cheese and were also a complaint. They said they didn't have cheese sauce. After arguing that we did have cheese sauce on the burgers, they remade the fries. This delivery did have the correct sauce, but the fries were ice-cold. We didn't complain again, but that was our last visit.

Yes, it was ok. Unfortunately the order was incorrect. The food was good. Cleanliness was also ok. Fits throughout the picture.

If THE kitchen looks like the toilet, then I hope that the health department will find something soon (the report is out). I have NEVER, so I can't remember, seen a toilet like this... dirty, empty of soap, etc. A closure of the GA for at least 3 weeks would be perfect! During this time the store and the parking lot could be cleaned. But the quality of the food fits perfectly with the general picture. If this report is deleted, it will be created again until the defect is corrected.

I can't recommend it any further. I ordered 2 burgers and nuggets. Waiting time too long for a fast food restaurant, both burgers were cold. Ambiance leaves a lot to be desired, all tables were dirty and many tables were not tidy. Food from previous guests. There is a disgust factor. Thank you and never again. Unfortunately nothing is improving.

Employee at the drive through with ponytail and red lipstick on March 17th. Around 6:00 p.m. Simply scratch your face (chin area) and play with the imperfections on your face between your fingers. All of this in front of the guests. Discreetly speechless, especially since none of the employees present told her to please refrain from doing so or to wash her hands.

Waited 35 minutes for 5 drinks, a burger and fries. Train your staff. This was terrifyinly pathetic. Staff working on random parts of random dockets. No organisation, apparently nobody in control

Actually the store doesn't even deserve one star. Staff unfriendly, if you ask when you can expect your food, you are ignored. Fries sticky, burger cold.....all in all - I'll NEVER go here AGAIN!!!

Just horrible. We waited 45 minutes for our food and it was really cold. We asked and were coldly ignored by the waitress. Just a horror, never again, thank you.

Everything is just done with vending machines and not organized

I can't understand how they can be so slow because they really don't do anything. If only they would at least serve and the waiting time would be justified. It's really absurd.

We were here on March 11, 2025 and we haven't seen anything like this in a long time!! Eating everywhere from Bifen to the kitchen!! Rental worker constantly on her cell phone instead of serving guests!! The rental worker doesn't keep the door open during the drive, there's constant loud banging that makes you zig. Even the glass panes almost flew out! All tables occupied with empty food/tables very dirty!!! This should be cleaned first!

We celebrated our children's birthday here. The food was fresh, the service was friendly and nice. Everything in one is simply great.

There are several order and payment terminals in the branch, but all of them can only be operated via app. Ordering without a smartphone, i.e. in person at the checkout, seems to be a problem for the branch, which simply overwhelms the employees. Payment at the checkout by card was not possible; the order was entered after several attempts, but half of it was incorrect. Even though it was ordered “to take away”, it wasn’t handed out appropriately packaged. It was quite inconvenient because there was no seating available outside and we didn't want to sit in there with our dog. Overall it wasn't a nice experience. Will probably be our last visit there.

Have been there and gone three times within 2 weeks now. Because no one pays attention or notices it. If you do get to it, the meal takes between 30 and 60 minutes. It really is the worst store I know. We then drove to Kaufpark Eiche to eat at Bürger King. I've managed businesses myself and if I were in charge there, things would be different.

I ordered a whopper with cheese and a King Jr Meal with a Fanta for the child to eat on site, and I received everything to take away. Apparently there were no trays left, but there was no one with a tray at the table and there were only three in the return trolley. Fanta and, as a replacement, Sprite for the child were out, without asking I was given Cola as a replacement. When I asked about juice in a tetra pack, I was told that I should order exactly what I wanted. My answer, how am I supposed to guess that there is no Fanta or Sprite? The boss replied obliquely over the employee: then you have to choose juice and not Coke?! Great service!!!! Instead of the chosen ice cream for the child, they gave the Quetschi, so they went back to the counter. All in all, great shop… cold food and a mix of things you didn't order. Definitely won't come back.

The restaurant itself looks well maintained, but unfortunately the toilets are not clean and tidy at all. You should pay more attention to this. Unfortunately the waiting time here is also very long but no worse than the toilets. Unfortunately I had to think twice about whether to enter this toilet or not. Otherwise everything is great.

Slowest Burger King I've ever been to. Has little to do with “fast” food. Half of the food was almost cold.

I was just there and accidentally bought the wrong burger and then went back and they gave me a new one with no problem. Super nice service :)

Do you want fast food? Well then go to a restaurant and order there. Because that will definitely be faster than this branch. If you get your food within 15 minutes, you're in luck because you usually have to wait an average of 30 minutes, even if you only order a pack of 6 nuggets. And unfortunately this hasn't only happened once so far. But they are reliable. So my order was correct every time but with such a waiting time that should be the minimum.

Already the second time the food is old, papy, cold. Cold fries. Honestly, something has to do with the quality.

I wish I could give 0 stars, we order our food and were given our receipt with a number. When the number was called, we took it and realized that it didn't correspond to our order at all. After a lot of persuasion to the salespeople and even the branch manager, we didn't get a replacement. Definitely not recommended.

We ordered as normal at the terminal. However, when the employee called up my number, a completely different order came. When I looked at the bon, I noticed that it wasn't my order. We spoke to the employees and they refused to submit our food. A bottomless impudence I wish I could give 0 stars.

Had to wait 25 minutes until we asked about the order. Was this prepared? The employee in the kitchen made aggressive comments towards two colleagues. I was really sorry about the waitress, she was very polite. As always, the store was dirty and the atmosphere was cold. So we'll never go to this branch again 😔

I came with my elderly mother and wanted to buy a cheeseburger and a Milk Shake, but they didn’t want to serve us at the checkout, citing the fact that you couldn’t place an order here, but only through a special online board. I couldn’t place an order through it because it offered a bunch of things I didn’t need. Absolutely disrespectful attitude, and a very unpleasant woman at the checkout.

Well, the food tastes good, but the workers themselves don't seem to know what they're doing, people usually don't understand the numbers and have to wait too long for their order!

To be honest, what I experienced yesterday didn't work at all! Firstly, you had to wait a long time before you got your order. 2. If the shop was cold so you couldn't warm yourself, you could have eaten outside if you had seats there. 3. The food was a really lukewarm, almost cold menu for me and my companion. I'm also a coffee drinker but the coffee they offer there, well you could have ordered a tea and then you didn't even have sugar or milk, you had to beg for it. Sorry people at Burger King, but didn't you learn anything from the scandal back then? I'm not one to normally post anything, but what happened yesterday still annoys me because I've never experienced anything like this before.

I've never given a bad review, but there was just nothing right here. We waited at least 20-30 minutes, then the burgers and side dish were cold. Absolutely cold rooms. At the end I just ordered a coffee again, also waiting time. Tables were wiped down, but that was it. Sanitary facilities dirty. I have never experienced a restaurant or a fast food restaurant like this in my life. I wouldn't even give it one star, but otherwise you can't write a review.

I didn’t order anything, so I cant say things about the horrible waiting times. My friends and I decided to go “stacking” (shiting on the same toilet but not flushing) the toilets weren’t too dirty so we could all do our deed neatly. The next day this BK was closed for no apparent reason. As of now (4 days later) the fast food restaurant is mysteriously still closed.

Can't you at least update the opening times if you close the store during the day? Wasted time for the second time. Thanks

Got really bad... no more fast food, we had to wait half an hour for 2 cheeseburgers. So that's just ridiculous. Quality was as expected, below average, the rolls were very sweet, everything else was dry.

Worst Burger King in Germany. Ordering system does not issue receipts. So if you didn't remember your number by chance, you're playing guessing games. I had to wait 10 minutes for my food and the burger was still cold. This time it was almost decent. At least compared to usual. Garbage bin full. There is often old stuff still lying around on the tables. Tables are not cleaned either. Completely overwhelmed staff. System catering without a system...

Nice and friendly employees. Very busy place. Cleanliness is very important here. Toilet facilities top, inside + outside area top. Parking spaces available.

I have honestly NEVER been to a BurgerKing as BAD as this one. The waiting time is beyond everything. You only see 2-3 employees strolling around leisurely at lunchtime, even though there are over 15 orders open! NEVER AGAIN

The food was okay, but the waiting time (45 minutes) was incredibly long. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case; there seems to be a general lack of staff. If you have a lot of time, it might work, but this is definitely not the best choice for a quick snack. It's a shame, because the food was actually okay.

Absolutely sickening. Both online and on the store door it says open until 4:00 a.m. Right now at 3:11 a.m. everything is finished and the employees inside say. It's closed. Just disgusting. Then we'd better go to McDonald's.

Here you wait at least half an hour for your food. The quality should actually correspond to the BK standard, but the rolls are untoasted and cold and the fries are old. The staff cannot cope with the simplest orders and seem overwhelmed

Super nice employees. Food varies, but when it's not crowded it's quite good.

With a moderate number of customers, we waited three quarters of an hour for our food, even though there were a lot of staff there. Salad only consisted of stalks, patties were not cooked properly. The toilets were super dirty and smelly. There was no response to inquiries - some of the staff spoke no German and only poor English.

It takes forever, even if only 3 orders (including mine) are currently displayed; unfriendly and even almost aggressive, even though I wait in silence. By the time the order was ready, the citizen was already lukewarm and bland. And then the sauce we ordered was missing. I sincerely regretted my decision to eat here.

I waited a whopping 40 minutes for my order. The burgers were wrong and had to be complained about and were almost cold the first time. The fries were cold. Even though we ate in house, everything came in bags. 6 employees don't have their shop under control.

I ordered a cheeseburger and a plant cheeseburger from Burger King. The food was a disaster! Both were ice cold, the cheese didn't even have time to melt. The burgers tasted like they had been in the fridge for days. An absolute disappointment. I will definitely never order here again.

Full of anticipation of eating something like this once every few months, I drove here with my wife. I don't need to tell you much other than the waiting time on a Sunday at 5 p.m. it was just 40 minutes. That doesn't work at all. For this money I could rather go to a burger shop or to another restaurant with little extra charge. It's not far from us but we'll never visit this juice shop again.
