The bad burger king in all of Berlin! It starts with the employees and ends with the food! Staff very unfriendly and the food is cold! The waiting time is sometimes around 30 minutes Wouldn't recommend anyone to go!

How a Burger King manages to undercut expectations by such a huge margin is a mystery to me. If you forget one of the four ingredients in a burger and use one incorrectly... you will be served absolutely worn-out old food that is sometimes barely chewable. So disgusting! I hope I don't get food poisoning.

We had to wait far too long for our food (4 burgers), even though it wasn't particularly busy. After 20 minutes we gave away our shopping list (with the order number) to other customers because we had to move on. A fast food restaurant that shines neither in terms of price/performance nor in terms of “delivery time” is absolutely unacceptable.

The employees at this branch were obviously not prepared for the fact that several people could come by at the same time on a Thursday evening. We waited a good half hour for the food. At least it was still somewhat warm, but compared to other branches it was quite soggy and not well prepared. But okay, I mean, it's Burger King, so I don't expect high quality food made with love. But what I can expect is a tray. Apparently there weren't any left, or maybe there never were, because I didn't see anyone else with a tray. The tables were extremely dirty, many guests simply left their leftovers there and the employees were either too busy to clean up or simply didn't care. For your benefit, I'll just assume the former. All in all, truly the worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King branch.

Terrible experience, over 30 min to get ‘fast food’

There is no one in front of me at the drive in and I wait 25 minutes because the gentleman said please wait. I asked three times when we were going to continue, and the gentleman always said the same thing... next thing he said, he was going to continue immediately, habibi. I find the speech extremely inappropriate. Of course I'm also filing a complaint with Burger King - the word "FastFood" contains almost... Time 11/16/24 9:58 p.m. So that Burger King knows which colleagues were on the shift.

The burgers are always served cold or lukewarm. Edit 11/15/24 We were there again today to see if anything had improved. Unfortunately no, burgers were cold, practically like they were fresh from the fridge - I don't want to know how long the meat was lying there. Service is really poor, the employees are overwhelmed on a Sunday evening. Customers sometimes wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for their order. The store is getting more and more crowded and the trouble doesn't go away. The employees can't keep up with the orders and sometimes walk around mindlessly, even to pay in cash you have to wait forever. The leader runs away as soon as he is called upon. Unfortunately, Burger King is getting worse and worse in general, it has nothing to do with "fast food" anymore...

It's amazing that this store still exists. I haven't been in it for over 10 years because even back then it was just a nuisance as a customer. At the time, around 11 p.m., I was standing at an empty counter in a dimly lit store as the only customer far and wide. In the illuminated kitchen, a young drive-thru headset-wearing woman flirted with the guy at the fryer rather than serving me. Other kitchen staff with stained and dirty gray coats shuffled around the kitchen unmotivated, not offering a meaningful handshake and consistently ignoring me for at least 6 minutes. No greeting, no “sorry, it’s taking a moment”, nothing. There were no ordering terminals back then. After what felt like an eternity, a rushed-looking man appeared behind the counter, who didn't really greet me or even apologize, just rambled about "delivery arrived." I then told the “master” that I would never set foot in this mess again and have stuck to it to this day. I never received an answer to my written complaint to Burger King Germany at the time. I wouldn't be surprised if the franchisors and franchisors are in a legal dispute and are therefore intentionally trying to alienate customers and damage BK's reputation.

I love Burger King but the "drive in" here is an imposition. 15 minutes waiting time until you can order and then another 15 minutes waiting until the food is ready. Definitely not “fast food”! Strange clientele right near the train station. The store can't do anything about that, but unfortunately that's how it is. The staff does what they can and is friendly, the service is too long for fast food because of the waiting time. It was not possible to pay in advance but the staff said so when ordering and were absolutely attentive and extremely friendly.

32 minutes for an order of 3 burgers. One was on display for 20 minutes until the rest came. The whole thing was then given out in a torn bag. You order at the restaurant and then wait almost an hour to get your food. No wonder, the staff prefer to just stand around and chat with each other instead of serving customers. The restaurant was also completely dirty because it wasn't cleaned. When you finally received your order (there were also customers who waited over an hour) various items were missing, others were wrong (requests for changes were not taken into account) or were already cold. If you then complained about it, the staff reprimanded you in an extremely unfriendly way and sometimes even threatened you. On my last two visits I was at the drive-in counter and was charged for incorrect items (the screen was taped off, so it was impossible to understand). When approached, the staff reacted extremely unfriendly and claimed that they had ordered something wrong. Customers appear to be being deliberately defrauded here. This branch won't see me again.

Ordered 2x BigKing on the drive. Both cold, really COLD. The cheese wasn't even melted. In the store I would have thrown it back in the kitchen!! At least the fries were hot.

I tried again to get better quality, but it was even worse than last time, first I took my food to go and I got a dry "Sorry" in response, then I wanted ice cubes (because that's what I ordered) and had that no. Unfortunately it was very full and the few employees were completely overwhelmed and the food was also cold and there was a long wait until the food was ready and the tables weren't clean either which is due to the lack of staff.

The food was as good as it can be for a fast food chain, so limited, but you know what you're getting into. After a concert nearby, the restaurant was completely overcrowded and it was pure chaos. The preparation took over an hour. The whole store was very dirty (tables, floors, return cart) and the pickup monitors didn't work or were operated incorrectly. Sometimes the same number was queued for minutes, but the finished dishes were called out. Otherwise the restaurant actually seems relatively new and modern. Unfortunately, even on normal days it is rather unclean and when we ordered vegan we have also received burgers with meat. Unfortunately not recommended. We wanted to go to the concert at the velodrome and were there almost 60 minutes before doors opened and thought we would eat something beforehand... We waited 30 minutes for 4 cheeseburgers and a cola and the burgers were still cold. Many other orders were missing a lot of things... After the concert, friends were there and had to wait 40 minutes for their order. My impression is that they are very disorganized and overwhelmed and really have no bearings. Since it's right next door, unfortunately it's always been the same for a year. Very long waits, sometimes over 20 minutes, and then unfriendly staff. At least they understand German. Some of the staff are more interested in chatting privately than in serving. Almost fall asleep while working.

When the branch opened it was a flagship branch, they take all coupons and all promotions are available. But unfortunately the waiting times there are so long that you can order food from McDonald's or somewhere else while you're waiting for your food and get it beforehand than from this Burger King.

Staff are friendly but they are overwhelmed. And orders are very very slow.
