We waited for almost an hour, the food was cold. The condition of the shop was devastating, dirty tables everywhere and the waitress, after asking, wiped the table in a bad mood and wiped the crumbs on our jackets. I've never experienced anything like that.

We actually wanted to eat in the restaurant but got everything in the bag. Because the store was pretty crappy, we even saw that as an advantage. We started eating in the car and the burgers were already cold. No wonder after waiting over 30 minutes. Paid for a cheeseburger but forgot it. Ordered 2 crispy chicken without tomatoes, got one with tomato and a nugget burger. The lady first rummaged around in the cupboards and then sprinkled the jalapenos over the fries with her hand. Unfortunately not a snapshot but experienced several times. This restaurant has gone down a lot. In service, hygiene & cleanliness and quality of the food

Well, everything looks delicious in the product pictures but what you actually get is something different. It starts with the order, there was no Bonn at the terminal (probably happens often - just fix it) so an employee had to help us, so many employees but no one came to help. Minutes later, finally relief. After what felt like an eternity the food came (it has nothing to do with fast food) and the fries were cold. The ambience is rejoicing! The tables were dirty and the rubbish deposit points had not been emptied. There were hardly any customers on site so it should have been clean. After we were finished, an employee came and sorted things out. Well, I don't want to go there anymore.

I ordered food to eat in the restaurant but received the food in the paper bag like all other customers. Why are you giving me my food in a paper bag like I'm taking it with me?!!! The ketchup was missing and the burger was cold. The employee with an Indian background was unfriendly. Really dissatisfied with the service from the employee. Looks like they're hiding the pills so they don't wash them later. Very disappointing and unfriendly service.

That's called fast food...waited almost 30 minutes for two cheeseburgers and then got them almost cold...I rarely criticize, but I think that's pretty cheeky...not recommended!!!!

We had ordered crispy chicken burgers, the quality is poor, it didn't taste good at all and the chicken wasn't completely cooked through, after 20 minutes of waiting I received the order and it wasn't complete either, a portion of chilli chesse nuggets and chilli were missing Cheese fries have very little cheese sauce, we called the restaurant several times and no one answered. No good service , I won't recommend , just wasting money.

I should have read the reviews earlier and asked myself why the shed is always empty (good insight from the hotel room). I can agree so much, dirty to no end, disgusting. Well, had churros with Oreo and chili cheese nuggets,... Ate churros, tasteless, and I know what churros taste like. Chilli cheese nuggets, as if they had been reheated for the 5th time, disgusting. Well, less than 5 minutes later after eating, I also had to throw up and then also had diarrhea. Stay away from this store. Deserves zero stars

The employees had a lot to do. But you shouldn't lose track of things. We ate there and our food was cold. The trolleys used to place the trays were emptied too slowly. The toilets, HORRIBLE! 👎👎👎👎👎

It was dry, not tasty at all. The 3 of us have never eaten so terribly and not finished despite being hungry. Has extremely weakened this finale. The chocolate milkshake tasted like vanilla.

Could someone please train these people properly. I'm forced to be there every 14 days. On average I wait 40 minutes for 6 nuggets, a cheeseburger, fries and a shake. Some of the finished burgers have been stacked in the warming rack for over 20 minutes. Today a bag that was started stood on the burgers for 10 minutes. It's dirty everywhere, the service staff run around like frightened chickens and get in each other's way. Wrong orders are given to customers, and when they come they are ignored or the question is asked “What do you need?” I also have the impression that my knowledge of German is rudimentary. Today there was an avalanche of orders for over 20 paid for bags. It was incredibly shameful.

One star is still too much, we had to wait 40 minutes to order 2 Whoppers, and then they were cold. The waitress couldn't communicate in German, the toilet was very dirty, and there was no soap for washing hands. Absolutely not recommended, waste of money, in my opinion.

Totally overwhelmed. It has nothing to do with a fast food restaurant if I have to wait longer for my food than in a restaurant.

So this Burger King makes me a real angry citizen. What is going on with them?! I've experienced quite a few unpleasant situations there. Especially in the drive-in (we only go there when we're really hungry and the McDonald's is too far away). But two days ago they really shot the bird there. My daughter had broken her finger while doing gymnastics. Since I had to take her to the emergency room because of it and she hadn't eaten for a long time, I asked her if we should quickly get a burger for her because we know that under certain circumstances in the evening You can't get food so quickly in the emergency room. She joined in, she was already very hungry (me with a raponed finger). So we drove to the drive in (should be quick) and were there straight away. I ordered a (!!!!) burger. Totally normal plant based whopper. Driven up Driven up and serviced and serviced and serviced. The next customer behind me came to us and said what was wrong that was taking so long. I couldn't understand it either. The clock already showed 15 minutes. After all, it was only 1 burger. We then spoke to the employee at the counter and then it happened. She said it was the customers' turn in the restaurant first, they were ultimately the "more important ones". The woman behind me and I thought we couldn't hear properly. At Burger King you are seen as an inferior guest if you are only in the drive-thru. Even though it should happen particularly quickly there?!?! Unfortunately I had to wait there too because I had already paid had. The customer behind me canceled her order and drove on. It wouldn't have been so bad if the employee hadn't said such stupid things and if she had simply communicated with us beforehand that it would unfortunately take longer due to xy. Employee-unfriendly store!!! I just wanted to pay with a €200 note. The lady at the counter explained to me very kindly that such notes are not allowed to be accepted (the branch manager doesn't want to, it could be counterfeit money. But there is a money scanner at the checkout...). Another employee casually said that it had already been noted that this should be noted somewhere visible to the customer. There were probably warnings from the managing director for this, and the corresponding sign at the entrance is still not there today. Today the display is broken and 30 people are waiting close together. In between delivery services. No indication when the food is ready. Zero ambience just stress.

This place is simply a joke. Went there on a Friday night, understandably was a bit busier than during the week days, which should be expected by the manager of the place who decided to schedule only 3 people to work that day - 3 including the kitchen staff. I ordered the food at 0:08, and then had over an hour to watch the comedy of that place. Multiple orders that were ready ended up not even being picked up, because people simply gave up on waiting for their food and seeing the situation, didn’t even bother asking for a refund. After 1h and 10mins i finally got my FAST FOOD order🥰. Considering this amount of time wasted of my night i kindly asked for a refund, which I personally don’t think was UNREASONABLE. Both of the staff members gave me nothing but attitude, without even a stupid sorry, acted like the long waiting time was not out of order in any way. Eventually they agreed to give me a refund, after wasting another 15mins of my night. I understand this is not a fancy restaurant so my expectations should be low, but to wait for a burger and fries for over 1h is crazy. I feel sorry for every employee who has to work in this ridiculous place and for all the hungry people who just wanted to grab something quick to eat before going home after their night out.

By the time the food is ready, you can hardly express your thirst because of hunger. There are tons of ready-made burgers lying around, but only one employee at the serving point.

They seem understaffed. Despite the staff working fast and not taking a break, there is a backlog of 30+ orders. The staff looks tired and stressed. They deserve better.

Everything full of rubbish. There are no trays. Where you actually put it, everything is so full, you don't know where to put anything anymore. Some guests don't even clear up, so the trash ends up on the table. They sat down next to us and drank wine, but of course everything stopped ❗

Maybe the person who cleans the toilets (women's in this case) should be taught that they can lift trash cans to mop under them. It was wiped around. But not just since today... Otherwise, the Burger King is, on the whole, better than the one in my hometown in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Unfortunately, this uniquely good store has become pure chaos! There is an absolute lack of staff there and no support/cooperation! I'm so glad I placed my order with cash at the checkout and was able to just leave after not being charged after 20 minutes!!! There were a number of customers in front of me who had been waiting for over 30 minutes for their food that they had already paid for, thank God I haven't paid yet! Customers at the cash register are completely ignored and eye contact is avoided, orders are not made and the citizens have been lying there for 30 minutes, certainly hard and cold *choke*. Employee well-being is apparently very important there, as only one young lady had to manage the entire customer volume and at the same time had to babysit the new employee who couldn't do anything!!! Who can allocate bad shifts like this? The employees there can feel sorry for you!!!

We had to wait far too long for our food (4 burgers), even though it wasn't particularly busy. After 20 minutes we gave away our shopping list (with the order number) to other customers because we had to move on. A fast food restaurant that shines neither in terms of price/performance nor in terms of “delivery time” is absolutely unacceptable.

How a Burger King manages to undercut expectations by such a huge margin is a mystery to me. If you forget one of the four ingredients in a burger and use one incorrectly... you will be served absolutely worn-out old food that is sometimes barely chewable. So disgusting! I hope I don't get food poisoning.

Too few staff, they can't keep up, more than 30 open orders and therefore don't serve customers at the checkout who want to pay in cash. I often left because after more than 10 minutes there was no staff at the checkout. Based on the review below, you can see that it is a problem that exists every evening. The employees at this branch were obviously not prepared for the fact that several people could come by at the same time on a Thursday evening. We waited a good half hour for the food. At least it was still somewhat warm, but compared to other branches it was quite soggy and not well prepared. But okay, I mean, it's Burger King, so I don't expect high quality food made with love. But what I can expect is a tray. Apparently there weren't any left, or maybe there never were, because I didn't see anyone else with a tray. The tables were extremely dirty, many guests simply left their leftovers there and the employees were either too busy to clean up or simply didn't care. For your benefit, I'll just assume the former. All in all, truly the worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King branch.

There is no one in front of me at the drive in and I wait 25 minutes because the gentleman said please wait. I asked three times when we were going to continue, and the gentleman always said the same thing... next thing he said, he was going to continue immediately, habibi. I find the speech extremely inappropriate. Of course I'm also filing a complaint with Burger King - the word "FastFood" contains almost... The burgers are always served cold or lukewarm. Edit 11/15/24 We were there again today to see if anything had improved. It's amazing that this store still exists. I haven't been in it for over 10 years because even back then it was just a nuisance as a customer. At the time, around 11 p.m., I was standing at an empty counter in a dimly lit store as the only customer far and wide. In the illuminated kitchen, a young drive-thru headset-wearing woman flirted with the guy at the fryer rather than serving me. Other kitchen staff with stained and dirty gray coats shuffled around the kitchen unmotivated, not offering a meaningful handshake and consistently ignoring me for at least 6 minutes. No greeting, no “sorry, it’s taking a moment”, nothing. There were no ordering terminals back then. After what felt like an eternity, a rushed-looking man appeared behind the counter, who didn't really greet me or even apologize, just rambled about "delivery arrived." I then told the “master” that I would never set foot in this mess again and have stuck to it to this day. I never received an answer to my written complaint to Burger King Germany at the time. I wouldn't be surprised if the franchisors and franchisors are in a legal dispute and are therefore intentionally trying to alienate customers and damage BK's reputation.

Strange clientele right near the train station. The store can't do anything about that, but unfortunately that's how it is. The staff does what they can and is friendly, the service is too long for fast food because of the waiting time. It was not possible to pay in advance but the staff said so when ordering and were absolutely attentive and extremely friendly.

32 minutes for an order of 3 burgers. One was on display for 20 minutes until the rest came. The whole thing was then given out in a torn bag.
