BURGER KING Deutschland GmbH in Berlin

This is absolutely the worst Burger King and burger joint in Berlin. I've been living nearby for almost 15 years and have been there every now and then. The first time I was dissatisfied was in 2012 because our burgers were completely cold. Added to this, which is still a serious problem (in my opinion), the employees couldn't speak or understand almost a word of German. Be that as it may, every time I went there for a quick bite, everything was either "out of order" (vending machine), the coupon* wasn't recognized, or I had to specifically request that I wanted the burgers extra warm. ... And so on... The last time, the system didn't recognize the coupons for two days in a row. Since I'd already been able to redeem a winning coupon there three times without any problems, I was irritated and had to spend ages communicating with the staff. After several conversations with employees who spoke a variety of languages, English/Indian, and then eventually completely German, I was given alternative help after repeatedly asking what was different about the coupon this time. But what I got didn't taste anything like a "Long Chicken Burger," let alone look like one! I will definitely avoid this place. There's nothing worse than being really hungry and not wanting to even finish half of your food! *(most recently through daily prizes via a wheel spin, where you can win a coupon, such as a "Crispy Chicken Tortilla" reduced to €4.99, which can be purchased within 24 hours)

I stood at the checkout line for 20 minutes and was ignored. I went home after waiting 25 minutes. The food there, after two attempts, tasted dry and sour. The service was terrible every time. I don't go to fast-food restaurants often, but this one. I've never had any problems with any other fast-food restaurant. I will avoid this location. Update: My next and final visit to this place was simply disappointing. I was ignored again, even after three calls to finally take my order. I will never visit this place again. I'm furious and think this is a disgrace to all fast-food restaurants. To the manager of this branch: Please hire new workers!

It is impossible to place an order in cash because the staff simply ignore it.

Definitely the slowest fast food I've ever had, but the usual good quality.

It's a bit bland when burgers are served without salad, because it's apparently sold out. Then you wouldn't understand anything the first time, but only after repeating the order three times!

Nothing worked. There was no salad, which meant there were no burgers either. It felt like there was nothing to get. We left the store empty-handed and empty-stomached. Oh yeah, the drive-thru didn't work either.

Unfortunately, I have to echo what other users have already written. I waited 20 minutes for a menu, even though there were only four customers in front of me. The burger was also of the worst quality. The Kebab Style Lover is by far the worst thing I've ever eaten at a fast food chain like this. The burger patty must have been sitting in a warming box for 12 hours. The sauce tastes absolutely nothing. They should have the quality management department inspect this branch. Conclusion: Never again Burger King.

The employees constantly forget items on orders. Nuggets meant for 9 become 6, sauces that are ordered separately aren't included in the order, and instead of Coke Zero, they serve Coke with sugar. I'm lost for words. Very poor management.

Both of us had stomach upsets after eating, something I've never experienced at Burger King before. The food tasted decent, but something wasn't quite right. Items were shoved carelessly into the bag. The store wasn't particularly clean either.

I've never had food poisoning from a meal before. But after eating there, everything was ripping apart for a few hours. Thanks for that.

This place doesn’t even deserve the name fast food/restaurant. The opening times are like playing a lottery. And so will be your order. It’s like pure luck if you get what you’ve ordered and what you pay for. Today I ordered three different items. The restaurant was almost empty (for reasons I guess) and but they took 30 minutes to finish it. Terrible experience since years. Add: 1 out of 3 was the false burger

Where should I start? The cashier didn't know what to press when a customer wanted to pay in cash. When we received our order (we wanted to eat in and had indicated this), we were handed everything in a to-go bag, as they don't provide trays for in-house meals (for whatever reason). Instead, there were only large blue garbage bags at both "trash" drop-off stations. As for the food. They didn't use the regular buns for the cheeseburgers. Additionally, everything except the nuggets was lukewarm at best, even though they had to be made fresh due to adjustments... The only thing they had to give them credit for was that the milkshake machine worked... The tables weren't cleaned either, after some guests left them looking like battlefields. All in all, at that price, I'd rather go straight to a restaurant next time...

No kids' menu, no toys... In short, it's a shame. Maybe it would be better to go to a competitor. The only option was a more expensive menu that wasn't suitable for children. To top it off, you can't even go to the bathroom. This place isn't really my thing. No soap. A real shame. Now my daughter wanted to go on the slide... the slide was closed.

No. Unfriendly staff. Service was okay. Didn't receive the requested order. You should check immediately upon receiving the order to see if what you want is included.

We ordered two meals as usual. Unfortunately, we had to wait almost 35 minutes for our order, even though there were very few people in the store. The employees were all standing behind the counter, chatting. I can't say if anyone else was actually working at the time. When we asked where our food was, we weren't told anything because, unfortunately, no one spoke German. The food we finally received was initially incomplete and anything but tasty. Everything was cold and soggy. Additionally, there was trash lying around the entire store.

Dirty, no tray anymore, every table dirty, curly fries got replaced because they didn't have them anymore.

The cleanliness of the tables and restrooms was lacking. You can clearly see that the corners aren't being wiped at all, and the walls are completely filthy. The service and food were okay :)

Disastrous, everyone is haphazard, orders are simply skipped. Probably one of the most miserable branches BK has to offer.

For some reason, ordering takes FOREVER; we waited 30 minutes for two burgers. Many other people did the same. For some unknown reason, the restaurant is extremely poorly organized.

Listen, you can be skillfully ignored by staff at an empty checkout for 10 minutes when you order very little, wait another 15 minutes for nuggets and onion rings, and then still be served such greasy shoe soles that you immediately send them back and start the whole process over again... Then go to mces or just go to the refrigerated counter at Rewe. 1 star

I ordered a burger And I couldn't eat it. Besides the ketchup and burger sauce, there was some unidentifiable liquid on it, and it smelled weird.

Extremely disappointing experience. My takeaway order took a total of 40 minutes from completion to collection. I was initially given the wrong order, despite the staff calling my number which matched the display board. When I questioned it, I was told I had picked up the wrong food. To make matters worse, after I checked the contents, the same incorrectly handled food was rewrapped and passed on to another customer. When I finally received my correct order, the quality was very poor—quite possibly the worst Burger King I’ve ever had. Overall, not worth the time or frustration. You’d be better off visiting a nearby restaurant where you can dine in and enjoy a proper meal in the time it takes just to collect a takeaway here. Avoid!!!!!

Waiting 30 minutes for your burger with only two other people in front of you is an art that only this branch can pull off. The long chicken patty was cold 🥶 If Burger King franchisees don't like this location, they should close it. Then it's the end of the day, and there's room for another 🍔 chain.

The burger they gave me was ready in less than half minute and tasted like it was left there for hours and served it to me.

Pure chaos, 4 of 6 terminals were out of service, order placed at 9:16 PM and didn't receive the order until 9:42 PM (26 minutes later!!!) - unacceptable! This branch is getting worse every year! But apparently no one cares, as there are hundreds of negative reviews and nothing is changing! 3 employees are smoking outside the entrance with what appear to be friends - in the restaurant, a cashier or woman at the front isn't even able to handle the people, no organization, no structure, just all over the place, and above all, very, very slow! Very bad. If you don't speak German, no problem, but can't even understand a €5 bill or a nugget burger, then it's really difficult, and you simply can't assume Grandma Hildegard speaks English. (A scene that played out while I was waiting at the checkout) - While I was waiting, 4 Lieferando/Uber drivers gathered, and they weren't even noticed, no wonder the reviews aren't good either. Of the orders before me, two were incomplete; mine was just missing a dip. But the food was lukewarm to cold, despite the wait. Terrible, unfortunately! This wouldn't have happened in my day 20 years ago (a different branch), but even then, this branch already had a negative reputation and was well-known. People would quickly help out with the burger making in the back, even if they were standing in the front, and didn't just stare and wait. I also filled out the BK feedback form this time, even though probably nothing will happen anyway.

I entered the restaurant at 4:50 a.m., and there was a customer in front of me whose order was being taken. I waited for 10 minutes, then the employee came over and simply told me the restaurant was closed! He could have told me 10 minutes ago, then I would have saved myself the wait! And the customer in front of me had already ordered. I find this behavior rude. I can't recommend going there.

Omg...we had to wait a hell of a long time, 1.75 hours for two burgers. A grandma in a retirement home would have made and eaten the sandwiches faster.

A very disappointing visit on August 2, 2025. A 40-minute wait. Several ordered items were missing (including a cheeseburger, sauces, and straws) – and there was a fly in the milkshake! When we got a replacement, which we then had to wait for again because we were initially ignored and the employee didn't understand anything, they also withheld the receipt. That's no way to treat customers. I certainly won't be coming back to this store.

The less effective "fast" restaurant ever. I even considered they just served the last meal for the cow which from my beefburger has made. It was so slow that almost my burger become healthy food. It was so slow I just watched 1 whole one piece epidode (no joke). It was so slow I read the whole receipt (however I even don't speak german). It was so slow I almost took the order 455, but mine was 445 ...

That was very tasty for us. Burger King is our favorite.

I've lived exactly 2 minutes away from this BK for over 10 years. I've been wondering for a few years why my food is ALWAYS room temperature when I get home... Today I saw it because the employee was handling the rolls like in a street food video from India, holding and fondling them for 2 minutes while talking to her colleagues. AND NOW I'M STANDING IN THE KITCHEN LIKE AN IDIOT, HOLDING THE ROLLS OVER THE TOASTER BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT TOASTED... 2 MINUTES AFTER I RECEIVED MY FOOD! It's such a good location, but what you guys are doing there is just a joke these days...

The three of us waited 30 minutes for our food and then they put it in a takeaway bag even though we wanted to eat there. They threw fries and burgers in the bag and then gave it to us. I'm a bit disappointed because the other places are definitely better than Burger King.

Quite a nice restaurant, I come here often, but you need to pay more attention to the restrooms – there's urine all over the floor and the hand dryer doesn't work either. But overall, everything's fine. 👌

The food itself was okay, but the cashier miscalculated the change, gave me the wrong receipt, and forgot my sauces.

This branch is every business student's wet dream. It's a perfect place to observe bad management in action. While the shift manager bleats and loudly drives his employees, who are barely able to keep up with the workload of the Volt delivery drivers, the average in-house customer waits an inordinately long time for their burger. Two standard, uncustomized burgers, without fries, drinks, or any other extras, took a whopping 28 minutes to arrive. It makes you wonder if you couldn't have gone to an Italian restaurant for the same price in that time. Thanks for this lesson in bad management.

We waited 40 minutes (!!) for our order, 50 minutes for the wings, and then half the burgers were wrong. Fail.

Unfortunately, customer service and focus are not well known here. Orders are forgotten, and employees prefer to argue rather than lend a hand. Given these prices, this is unacceptable.

We used to enjoy this place. Unfortunately, it's gotten really bad. The staff doesn't understand DRIVE orders; it takes forever to pour two Cokes into cups. The end result: a sloppy, piping-hot Coke, handed over in a very unfriendly manner. Absolutely unacceptable. We'll never be back.

The guardian ask us to order anything or leave. The place was half or 30% busy. We did not disturb anyone. We took cola and later on i came back and ordered meal jus because i wanted a burger. But having that kind of conversation with a guard is kinda weird

Update: See photo. A Whopper Junior rip-off. In my opinion, it's a scam. Why is it twice as big in the advertisement? It's a shame. What is Burger King Germany trying to achieve here? The food used to be quick, but you'd normally wait 20 minutes for three customers. The burgers were lukewarm and bone dry, as always. I ordered a meal at the restaurant and received a bag. When I asked, they said, "It's not possible?" There were a lot of non-locals in the restaurant who ordered a coffee for 6 and then stayed for an hour. Sad 😢

If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Service is absolutely nonexistent because you don't get served at the counter. I was about to jump over and pay myself. The process took so long that they could have cooked 10 times and fed 30 people.

Something urgently needs to change here. There were two employees at the front who apparently had very poor training. The burgers piled up, and people were randomly taken from the order list. They were also pretty confused and argued the whole time. We finally got our food after 35 minutes when another employee came over. When we ate there (which, by the way, was two small burgers with fries and a Coke), you could really tell how stressed the employees were. The food was still good for fast food, but the long wait made the atmosphere unpleasant, as both customers and employees were very irritable. Despite this, the employees remained friendly. Until that changes, I won't be coming here again.

The quality of the food is okay, but it's easy to see that this place is understaffed. Orders are usually processed with considerable delays. As for the atmosphere, for several years now, this place has been full of young people who never order, and there's no room on the seats for real customers.

It's pretty cool, waiting a good 30-45 minutes for two nugget burgers at 12:30 a.m. Another plus point is that they use Hohe C soap in the restrooms. I highly don't recommend it. Oh, and the drive-through is supposed to be open until 2 a.m., but it isn't. The burgers were okay.

Aside from the friendly staff, the wait times here are pure hell. It feels like one person is working while the rest are twiddling their thumbs.

So far, I've waited at least half an hour for a cheeseburger every time, even though there's hardly anything going on. It's so annoying, I'm sick of going to that junk shop anymore.

Ordered 25 minutes ago, and now the order is just being processed. Six people who came after us were served first. Of course, I'd rather go to McDonald's. The coupon was for two chicken crunchies, but the bill suddenly said "Long Chicken."

Simply terrible: an unbelievable 25-minute wait for two standard burgers, which they can't speed up even upon request... The atmosphere is uninviting, with trash piling up on the tables and terrace. It's hard to imagine what it must be like here when there's a concert or other event at the nearby Velodrome...

We've been sitting since 11:50 PM, waiting for a burger (it's 12:21 AM). Leftovers are scattered on the tables, and the place is packed with increasingly desperate customers who were already waiting when we arrived. The real Berlin nightlife happens here 🤣

You always need to wait at least 20 minutes. Doesn't look like a quick service

I waited 17 minutes for two individual burgers. For ten minutes, nothing happened. The employees just kept looking at the monitor but didn't issue a single order. Then customers who arrived after me received their orders. My number was already flashing red on the monitor. After 17 minutes, I approached the employee and told them I didn't want to wait any longer. She then started arguing with the colleague in the back. This whole thing was too much for me. I left without receiving an order. The complaint has been sent to Burger King headquarters.
