Untrained, unprofessional and above all very rude staff!!!! Never again at Alexander Platz and in the city's hotspot.

Unfortunately you have to give one star. Toilets stink and are dirty. Coffee is cold. Tables if not cleaned. Not recommended and paper cups, although I drink the coffee there. Take McDonald's as an example

I went to eat, decent service. But you have to pay for the toilets (50 cents) you pay for the toilets in a restaurant when you have already paid for your menu and in some toilets you can't close the door, the toilets are disgusting and dirty and to top it off you can't wash your hands there is only disinfectant that sticks, it's horrible

The BingKingXXL (which my family doctor prescribed for me) was quite dry, while the chicken burger was very good. But you have to pay to wash your hands because the toilets are not accessible for free and you won't find extra paper towels. You can go 100m over to Fiveguys and get real burgers, better and more fries and a toilet.

It's okay and probably normal given the flow of tourists.

The kiosks are extremely slow at the checkout step, it usually takes up to 5 minutes to have the payment screen loaded. It causes a lot of confusion, people usually just switch kiosk, and then run into the same issue again. The situation has been known for months, but no improvement has been made.

The place is a joke. There are huge lines in front of self-serving order machines. A couple of months ago the glitch lasted around 1 minute when you complete the order, now it’s several minutes. And at the counter they only take cash. I was fine either place, but the fact that they can’t fix the system for MONTHS tells a story.

The employee Günes Isigi was extremely disrespectful towards me and showed no understanding of my situation as a customer. I had a very bad experience at this Burger King. Susan and Stanglu treated me poorly, and I had to ask multiple times (for a onion rings and ketchup) just to get the items that were listed on the menu. I expect much better service from a brand like Burger King. Unfortunately, I can’t give less than one star—what a shame!

Very bad service. I barely understood the lady. I told her that I wanted to redeem the coupons on my phone. She said it couldn't be done, even though the other man managed it. The bill was too high even though the coupon said otherwise.

Weee 50 cents to go to the toilet when you paid 13 bucks for a menu is slightly stupid especially since the toilets are dirty and in poor condition. The lady at the bottom obviously only serves to collect the money.

I am not a frequent customer of Burger King, but I thought that if I took one of the sets, which, by the way, are not the cheapest, I would rent. After leaving, I was still hungry. Dear Burger King team, my sisters and I wanted to have a little snack. We first checked that it wasn't that busy so we wouldn't have to wait too long for the order. The food at this restaurant was impeccable - tasty and as expected, as befits a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, I really don't like the practice of paid toilets. Normally, the customer receives a code on the receipt, but here you need coins to pay for the toilet, because, of course, contactless payments are still a novelty in Germany, even in the country's capital. What's worse, the information about the lack of a code on the receipt is hidden and you only find out about it after finalizing the order. I consider this a very poor and unfair practice towards customers.

Mi hermano gemelo y yo decidimos pasar por este punto de venta Burger King, la visita estaba bien. Un gran punto de venta Burger King, el interior es luminoso y ventilado, decoración y mobiliario típico de Burger King y un montón de opciones de asientos. Order took 30 minutes. Then you can have a small menu instead of a large one. Fries sauce tasted fishy. Until then, I won't need that again anytime soon

The dark curly haired woman handing in the orders was suuuuper rude, she needs some sort of training about how to interact with customers. We gave our order at the kiosk and went outside to wait for our order as there were at least 15 orders before us and it was packed with people and there was zero air inside. When we realized that our order was ready, I handed my number and she said “Good morning! I rang the bell for 20 times” super aggressively and shoved the number in a box - again super aggressively. I know that a rude server is not rare in Berlin yet this is an international brand, so I expected more I guess.

With the worst Burger King in Berlin. Getting warm, let alone hot, fries is a gamble here. With the burgers it's almost more difficult to get something warm. I've been here several times and every time I think it's the last time. Hunger then drives you back again. 80 percent of the time you only get lukewarm to almost cold food here. Incredible. At the order terminal there is a price of €2.99 under “Promotions”. If you go for it, however, the standard price for €6.99 is below the total. Why advertise offers under promotions that don't exist??? I've eaten fast food many times but this was the best Burger King I've been to with nice staff and excellent food. Everything was clean and the employees didn't seem stressed at all. only to be recommended!!!

Food ok. But toilet costs €0.50. They can then be used at Burger King. If you otherwise have an appetite left. The toilets are filthy. Washing doesn't work and there is nothing to dry your fingers with.

I was at Burger King on Alexanderplatz and was really pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the order was prepared in a flash. The ability to place the order at a kiosk is a great solution to save time. The food was delicious and served hot. The burgers were juicy and the fries were crispy. The prices are affordable and the quality of the products is really good. The place was clean and pleasant and the atmosphere was relaxed. If you're looking for a quick and tasty meal in central Berlin, I highly recommend Burger King at Alexanderplatz!

It's dirty and disgusting! Cleanliness and hygiene are out of place in both the restaurant and the sanitary facilities. Food is on the floor, the tables are dirty and the hand basins in the toilets are broken so the women have to wash their hands. Large fast food chains are expected to meet a certain standard that all stores meet, no matter where they are. It's rather below average here: quite a long wait (even though it wasn't very busy), cleanliness was good, ... Positive: lots of order screens, which you'll definitely need if the store is full.

It's a good restaurant where you can get reasonable food at a low price. If you sit outside you should take good care of your things as sometimes a few pushy people come by.

The food was freshly prepared and tasty, the staff were friendly and accommodating. 🪑 The atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant was clean 🚮 and well maintained. I can fully recommend this Burger King 🍔 and therefore give it 5 stars for the great service and the quality of the food.

Before the german manager was indien and all was good. the manager that day just ruined everyone's mood, I left upset and angry. he humiliated me and humiliated others, I saw it.
