With the worst Burger King in Berlin. Getting warm, let alone hot, fries is a gamble here. With the burgers it's almost more difficult to get something warm. I've been here several times and every time I think it's the last time. Hunger then drives you back again. 80 percent of the time you only get lukewarm to almost cold food here. I was at Burger King on Alexanderplatz and was really pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the order was prepared in a flash. The ability to place the order at a kiosk is a great solution to save time. The food was delicious and served hot. The burgers were juicy and the fries were crispy. The prices are affordable and the quality of the products is really good. The place was clean and pleasant and the atmosphere was relaxed. If you're looking for a quick and tasty meal in central Berlin, I highly recommend Burger King at Alexanderplatz!

It's dirty and disgusting! Cleanliness and hygiene are out of place in both the restaurant and the sanitary facilities. Food is on the floor, the tables are dirty and the hand basins in the toilets are broken so the women have to wash their hands. Large fast food chains are expected to meet a certain standard that all stores meet, no matter where they are. It's rather below average here: quite a long wait (even though it wasn't very busy), cleanliness was good, ... Positive: lots of order screens, which you'll definitely need if the store is full.

It's a good restaurant where you can get reasonable food at a low price. If you sit outside you should take good care of your things as sometimes a few pushy people come by.

Wir haben nur etwas getrunken, um Handy aufladen zu können. Wllan gibts keins. Toilette schutzig, es stinkt. Türfallen sind defekt, lösen sich und man kann nicht mehr abschliessen. Die Toilettenfrau hat einen Kunden vor mir angeschrien. Zu mir war sie nett. Ich musste meinen Kassenbon zeigen, bezahlen und dann wieder auf einen Zettel warten, um oben das Geld zurückzubekommen. Ich habs dann gelassen. Macht keinen guten Eindruck von der deutschen Gastfreundschaft.

I was at Burger King at Alexanderplatz Berlin on September 1st, 2020 between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. and wanted to buy a menu. When I arrived at the counter, an employee pointed out my mask, which I wasn't wearing. I told her that I have a certificate and I can show the certificate. Nobody is allowed in without a mask. I explained to him that it was OK with the mask exemption and that I couldn't wear a mask for health reasons. I asked for his name and that I would like to speak to the manager. He then reacted even louder and very aggressively that I couldn't get his name and that he is the manager, he has the house rules and he decides whether someone is served or not. Then he asked me to go up again and told the staff that no one was allowed to serve me! I am shocked by such behavior because it is discrimination and coercion!!! Of course, people who do not comply with the obligation to wear a mouth and nose covering can be excluded from using the facilities. But such an exclusion can only apply if there is an obligation to wear a mouth and nose covering at all. There is no such obligation for people who cannot wear a mouth and nose covering for medical reasons. This means that shop owners cannot deny these people access or exclude them based on this regulation or their own house rules. Access can only be refused for an objective reason. 2 stars!!! Food itself is the same as always. On a long evening from Bremen to Poland then to Berlin, we just wanted to eat and there were so many problems. First of all, the machine didn't have any reasonable menus, and on top of that you couldn't redeem coupons at the machine or at the checkout. Then the machine wouldn't accept any cards no matter how you inserted it. The minus point was again that you have to pay for the toilets and the toilets weren't that clean. Unfortunately it was also very, very crowded but what do you expect.

The waitress who worked at the cashier on Tuesday 12th of March at 11:00 am is VERY RUDE. I have an IBS syndrome and needed to go to the restroom with the understanding I have to buy something and get a code (picture below). She’s unwilling to give the code and told me it is only 50 cents. I do not mind paying however it can only be done using coins which I did not have at that time. She told other customers the same thing, only coin and no card. Very inconsiderate.

I was accused of 6 errors. 1. The order was connected without pressing 2. The touch panels don't work well 3. You gave me the wrong order 4. Forgot Fanta/then straw/then cheeseburger 5. I even got the wrong burger instead of the cheeseburger 6. The stuff made my girlfriend and I sick!!!! Well practice makes perfect!! :)

The store was still almost empty at 9:20. I ordered a "large" fries and was disappointed by the size. I don't want to know what a small one looks like. Disappointing for the price.
