We went rather early on a Monday for dinner. The restaurant is a very typical cellar hole-in-the-wall place, with a nice vibe. The service wasn't amazing, and we got some attitude from the waiter who spend most of his idle time sitting in the back of the kitchen.
The dough is great. We had the fresh salmon one and the burrata salami one. The former is ok, they are not skimpy with the salmon, but the texture of the fish didn't really fit the rest of the pizza. Regarding the latter, the spicy salami is good and plentiful, but the added honey tasted cheap, and the burrata was not given time to get to room temperature before being added to the pizza, leading to a hard stringy texture and the release of a lot of humidity.
TL;DR: kind of overpriced, and sometimes amateurish. But not a bad experience.
Breakfast is now available! We traveled all the way from Rostock to experience the excellent cuisine, and we weren't disappointed. There's a lot of love and attention to detail. The breakfast tastes just as good as it looks. Since it was the first time they offered breakfast, there's still a little room for improvement, but ultimately it's better than you'd expect. Colorful, delicious, and with great, friendly service. The atmosphere is perfect. We'll be back. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
Our dining experience in NaNum was marvelous. Each course surprised us with wide range of taste profiles and extreme attention to details. The combinations of flavors in each plate provided us with a unique, and flowing culinary experience. Each component was cooked in excellence, and was combined beautifully. Lastly, the hand-made plates were absolute artworks and such a wonderful way to present well-crafted food.
Excellent food and a wide selection of teas (with detailed explanations of their effects), very attentive service in a lovingly designed restaurant and pleasant ambience.
