Kentucky Fried Chicken in Berlin

We went there to eat, and the food completely knocked us out. We had stomach aches, and my children did the same; they spent two days just on the toilet.

KFC Grenzallee… frequently changing staff… but otherwise tasty and friendly… I come back regularly… it has really improved in the last 12 months

The most important thing for me here at KFC is the peace and relaxed atmosphere, something I rarely find in Berlin.

The lady at the drive-thru window spoke poor German. My question about whether there was still a voucher promotion for a specific product was very difficult to answer. I had to explain the question to her three times in different ways. Is using first names part of the company philosophy? I was addressed with "What do you want?", very nice. Makes a good impression. I'm done with KFC...bye.

I ordered 12 hot wings, which included 10 wings and 2 small drumsticks, all for €17. Never again.

Well, I was very disappointed with the food. The chicken bites felt like they were full of fat, the pepper on the fries wasn't my thing, and I also didn't really like the cheese sauce. Apparently, my fellow diners agreed, since no one wanted the fries with cheese sauce and bacon. So, unfortunately, they're in the bin. Bacon is also difficult or not advisable for other religious groups in a chicken restaurant. The service was very helpful and fairly quick, but that doesn't make me want to come back again.

The special KFC chicken taste is not there at all, whether it was bought next door, very simply breaded fries were very oily and mushy, never again........please show your work, bite of leftover bacon

after eating I get severe stomach pain

I happened to be driving by here and spontaneously decided to stop for something to eat. The service was extremely friendly and professional. The food was served quickly. The restrooms were very clean. Overall, everything went smoothly, a thoroughly pleasant experience.

The food was average, like other fast-food chains, but the quality of the drinks was poor (perhaps due to the tap water in this area). The biggest problem, however, was the oppressive atmosphere: the music system was seriously defective. The music constantly played in very short loops (similar to a scratched CD), and although the staff ignored this, the volume was still turned up very high. Despite my warning that the system was defective, the music wasn't playing properly, and that this was a kind of psychological torture, no serious action was taken, and the problem persisted. It was a truly bad experience, with severe headaches, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The burger was actually sh*t and fries couldn’t even stand straight it was overall bad experience

They don't have all the offers, but they still had Korean chicken on offer. At 6 p.m. there were only 3 guests there.

I haven't been to such a dirty place in a long time. The floor is sticky, the vending machines are completely dirty, and the restrooms are dirty. The food was delicious.

Not good service. I ate there with my child the other day and we ordered a children's menu. Unfortunately, there weren't any toys included, as is normal. When I asked, the employee casually said they were all gone. He couldn't care less. My child was very upset. We definitely won't eat there again!

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. I wasted my money. I got a bad meal with hair. I am from Lutherstadt Wittenberg and I bought the food for my children and then everything is in the trash. Never again.

KFC in Germany is ver stingy. I ve ordered Kitchap but as usual they will charge you. Through the food and run away with missing items. NOT FIRST TIME

We are extremely disappointed with this branch... no more kids' menu... The little ones have to get a large menu. A money-making scheme??? The service was also rather abysmal: 1. When we asked if they could help us at the terminal, the only response was "...you have to press like this..." What would have been more helpful was to quickly enter the order there. (There were no other customers in the store.) 2.) When the food was ready and we checked that everything was on the tray and complained about the missing cups, they initially assumed we already had some... Very bad!!! First they chased the customer to the terminal to order and pay there, and then they made such an insinuation. We only had customer contact again when we got the food. And again: We were the only ones in the store, and the store wasn't full... The tables were all dirty and sticky, and the return stations were overcrowded. It wasn't inviting. But since we didn't notice this until we had finished ordering and paying, we looked for the cleanest table. Quite clearly: First, drive to another branch and the competitor McD a few meters further on in Neukölln-Carree.

Never again. After asking if the employee thought it was normal for the (3-pack) to look like that. The employee said: Yes! Then I wanted to speak to the CEO or manager. When the same employee came (he may also be the manager), I was told: That's the way it is and it won't be any different. I demanded my money back because I won't be fooled. The same person said he had already typed it in and collected the money. Then he said: I don't want to argue with him, I'll give you the money and you can leave. Great!!! Keep it up!!! The competition will be happy!!! This KFC is only for "to go" because they never see the customers and don't know how to handle them. Even 1 star is too many.

Sorry, it's just not my thing. Not bad, but not good either. I like to eat other things.

I have no idea why so many people here are giving this place such bad reviews; there might actually be a lot of problems. But everything was great for me. The place was clean, my order arrived in about 5 minutes (6 Zingers), and the service was good, too. The burgers were amazing, with plenty of sauce, huge chunks of fillet, and plenty of salad. In short, everything was great!

I don't know why, but KFC is so horrible in Germany. I ordered a Twister together with a few hot wings. The twister tastes like oil and nothing else....and the funny thing is that the hot wings tasted the same. Not even a little bit hot/spicy, but extremely oily. It's really horrible.

Today we went to this KFC. It was the worst situation. They offered chicken wings with feathers, not just one, but several. "Sometimes it's just like that and it's quite natural," the staff member said when we spoke with her.

The floor was dirty and sticky. The burger was a finger burger with buns... the people were very nice, but that's the only good thing.

Too germy for a place where they work with food. Tables and floor were sticky. I took a bucket of chicken parts home, and the next day it tasted sour. To management: I recommend checking my statements to prevent potential problems (hygiene control). I really like KFC, but I've never experienced this anywhere else.

It's no longer possible to order anything at the counter. Apparently, only via terminals. This has never happened before at this branch. The employee just grinned when I asked him how I was supposed to get food with my cash. Incomprehensible!

Terrible Experience – Oily and Undercooked Wings! I visited this KFC recently and ordered chicken wings. What I received was extremely disappointing — the wings were full of oil and clearly undercooked. When I complained, one of the staff (an Indian guy) told me this is the KFC standard. Seriously? Serving greasy, raw chicken is a standard now? It felt like they gave me leftovers just because it was close to closing time. That’s completely unacceptable, especially when you’re paying full price. I’ve had way better food at Risa Chicken Berlin – hot, crispy, and properly cooked. If you care about food quality and hygiene, I strongly recommend avoiding this KFC branch.

The employees are all not normal because they are not normal people and exist. An old man was there the day before yesterday because I don't know, he's the boss of this branch or he's an employee, he has no respect, nothing. He talks to people without respect

I ordered via UBER EATS and even paid for the priority bonus. The food arrived quickly and I immediately noticed that 2 portions of fries were missing (almost 8€), the toys, the drink, etc. I put everything in but not the fries... I then called and was brushed off with it. I should clarify this through Uber support and then I would get my fries. I tried it and couldn't clarify anything because the app didn't show a receipt number, let alone delivery... well... next time I'll order again via Lieferando (support works there at least...) and then it's no longer there Shop :D

Low lure prices that you won't be able to find quickly on site... fast food of inferior quality... poor burger buns... the only good thing is the nice employees...

Simply bad! Very small portion, If I order 3 parts of chicken, I don't need any wings or backs in my order. We also got 6 fillets that barely had any meat. How does KFC even find such small pieces?! Taste 2 out of 5. And very expensive! Never again

It really can't get any worse than that - they make you wait 20 minutes and then tell you. Oh no, we have now deleted your order. Sure, the few Hanseln are totally overwhelmed and no one has time for the cash register. Orders are totally mixed up, but ignoring someone at the checkout makes them wait 20 minutes. And if you then ask, no, we have now deleted it to get an answer. You want to be fast food that's how you treat other people over time. Shame on you.

Nice staff, quick service without much discussion. If something doesn't fit, there's an instant replacement. Good seating options. For my taste it could have been heated more in winter as I like to eat warm. But it doesn't change the quality of the food with the refill service.

I ate there yesterday on Friday February 7th, 2025 and then threw up all night and had diarrhea... I suspect that I got food poisoning from eating there... I will definitely never eat there again...

For a fast food chain, it's almost a stylish look in the dining room. You actually always get a seat. The DriveIn has also rarely been crowded.

The service is extremely poor. I came with my child who has diabetes and they have to have a scale to weigh the food but I found absolutely nothing from them.

I was traveling with my 5-year-old son, who has diabetes, and asked for a scale to weigh food and calculate his insulin dose. However, I received a very rude reply that there was no scale - even though the website states that one must be available. When I showed this information to employees, I continued to be treated dismissively, particularly by the department head. In addition, the employees didn't even know how much something had to weigh.

Here (if the store is empty) you can often wait 20-30 minutes for your order to be ready. The taste was ok, the burger was strange at one point, but people tend to forget something. Instead of 9 bites you only have 7 (because half bites are not a whole bite). The service seems a bit overwhelmed with the few orders, but at least it's always polite and nice. Unfortunately, something else is also comfortable. All in all, no more than 2 stars.

We were there yesterday and got something to take away. When we got home, we were really disappointed. My son ordered a chili cheese and it was a burger patti with a piece of meat on it. No sauce nothing. There is also only one sauce in the boxes. Just super disappointed. Definitely nothing more will be ordered. Maybe you should think about another (capable) staff

Creepy! Even during the day it's strange to get food there. You drive into a gray concrete underpass to order. The menu boards are not illuminated, so you can't read anything even during the day and therefore don't know what to order. No ice for drinks - of course you have to pay extra for the forgotten sauce. Never again - quickly to the golden M.

I ordered a burger menu with fries and cola...The bread from the burger was bigger than the contents. Inside there was a piece of chicken that was so small that you had to look for it and the fries were unsalted and tasted like cardboard. And I had to pay over 10 euros for that. Unfortunately I still left the store hungry even though I paid too much for nothing. Overall, the store is very overpriced. It's not worth it at all (especially with children) to eat there because the products are simply too expensive.

Best KFC so far, great service, good fresh food.

The staff is sparsely staffed and hopelessly overwhelmed (in my opinion this is certainly due to the lack of German language skills). In no way can it be compared with the service in the well-known burger chains. It's a shame actually, because the food is actually good.

The food was good, there was a lot to do for the staff. The food wouldn't give us complete at first. It was only noticeable after checking. But it was then passed on to us without further ado. However, the division was somewhat unclear. Since we ate on site, the children wanted to play. But that wasn't possible on the slide at first because it was still closed in the afternoon. That was stupid and quite late due to the many guests.

I ordered a 9 hot wings box (9 hot wings + large fries + coleslaw + drink 0.5L). Usually you get wings tops and bottoms well mixed. I had 8 pieces of very small wing tips and only 1 piece of clearly fleshy underparts. For €14.39 the price-performance ratio is clearly outrageous and disproportionate! I didn't complain at first and just accepted it. It really annoyed me, also because my complaint was completely indifferent and unimpressed. Unfortunately no longer recommended, KFC is done for me in the future 🙅‍♂️

I ordered a 24 fillet bites bucket from KFC and what I received was an absolute joke. I have no idea what's going on with KFC, but what's being sold there for that money is a joke. Other photos here also prove this. Better go to Risa straight away. You can easily get twice as much for the money and the seasoning is also very tasty.

I was at the drive in, unfriendly, dismissive service, no napkins and I had to explain 3 times which drink and whether I wanted ketchup or mayonnaise.

Chicken has no favor what happen to the special recipe of kfc. Chicken was not great at all and not finger licking good at all.

Was empty when we arrived at 8pm, free choice of parking which is good. My meal was okay, I had two burgers, but my double chicken classic was missing the additional cheese I wanted. So I had to go to the checkout again, where I was quickly given the correct burger with cheese. The only catch was that the second burger was cold after the first one. My girlfriend and my best friend's fries were cold and tasted old, very bad unfortunately at KFC. All in all, the worst visit to KFC that evening, I usually always enjoy going there when I go to KFC.
