Unfortunately, absolutely no recommendation. The coupons from the app cannot be redeemed here.. and unfortunately the ordering machines are also installed with Windows 95.. it took forever and there was no receipt.
The food took a long time to arrive... I would have preferred to skip it completely. The burger and fries were subpar, with the burger the entire salad (cucumber, lettuce, etc.) was simply “forgotten” and the fries were unfortunately in the deep fryer for a maximum of 5 seconds.
So @Nordsee, if you're looking for a location, make sure you come in here, it really can't get any worse than this store.
It's one of the best McDonald's because it's just great. There are lots of tables, there was a game with a screen and the room smells wonderfully of citizens. Unfortunately it was raining outside and my hair got wet, but that's why I deducted one star. Employees a little suspicious. The prices are just like McDonald's. otherwise everything was great.
Today at the drive in I was very positively surprised; for the first time in a long time I was greeted and served in a very friendly and courteous manner. The young man at the counter was so nice. As a service worker, that's exactly how I imagine good service. A big compliment!
Lately, both the fries and the chicken nuggets are often almost inedible. Often taste like stale fat.
There is an urgent need to work on quality here; other branches can do it much better.
Hello everyone, I ordered a big MC menu and wanted a strawberry shake with it. Unfortunately, as always, the ice cream machine was broken, so I had to be content with the big MC. Since the bun was super dry and the parties were cold and didn't taste like anything, I unfortunately had to realize that McDonald's no longer delivers the quality it once did... Can't recommend eating there.
So far, something has been missing from every order and when I complained by email there was only a cursory apology saying that there was nothing more that could be done afterwards.
So either the company only employs people who can't add 2 + 2 together, or the management is too stingy to hire more employees so that a single person doesn't have to handle the drive-in counter and the 50 customers in the queue at the same time.
In any case, it's an outrage and costs the customer a lot of money given the already expensive prices! 😡😡😡
This BurgerKing branch is the biggest failure.
In my opinion, the restaurant manager's strengths lie in customer dissatisfaction, slander, disrespect and homophobia.
As you can see, the wrong strengths.
In my opinion you should avoid this restaurant.
