Carelessly prepared burger, half of it was in the box, e.g. the bacon, it was completely missing from one burger. In terms of taste, I can't recommend the Crispy Burger at all. Like the netted potatoes, it doesn't taste like anything, it's only delicious with sauces. A lot of rubbish for no good taste experience.

The fries were subpar and the disgusting aftertaste of the salad still lingers in my mouth. What was remarkable was that the “nice” gentleman in the shirt couldn’t even read a receipt with the order (distinguishing a 2 from a 1 is also really challenging). Sure, it can happen, but the mood and attitude really doesn't work. It's a shame, the location looks really great ☹️

Staff is unfriendly and incompetent. Ordering took forever. A drink was forgotten and after asking for a drink, the answer was short and unfriendly: “There isn’t one”. With a McMenu there is of course a drink that I had previously selected and after further prompting and reference to the receipt I got my drink without a word. To top it off there was a really disgusting crispy burger and disgusting salad. Will never go there again!

Very clean and exactly what you would expect from McDonalds. However, it would be nice if the screens were repaired again as ordering there is easiest

Never again! Don't go there. I have had a very bad experience in the McDrive again, but definitely for the last time. "Yes?" (instead of "Welcome to McDonalds..."). Then: “Ancestors!”, i.e. barracks yard tone. Only two vehicles in front of me. 13 minutes waiting time! Good thing I had something to read with me. After all, the first person only gets one drink! The one right in front of me got a small package (immediately after the first one left) and I immediately got my three burgers (hamburger, cheeseburger, chicken burger). Hamburgers and chicken burgers totally cold, cheeseburgers still lukewarm. I tell the issuing force “it’s cold now”. He smiles at me and says "no", but shrugs his shoulders indifferently. After reading the reviews here about the lack of hygiene, two burgers almost come back to me - I threw the hamburger away because I've never gotten a hamburger at McD's that was only one centimeter high. Has anyone sat on it before?

Nice outside, but ugly inside. The dirtiest McDonald's in the area. The tables look like they are never wiped down, the floor sticks everywhere. Garbage containers are so full that you can't even put your tablet away. It's actually a shame because it's actually a nice branch. It would really make sense for an inspection to visit this McDonalds. With all my love, food is still served (even if it's fast food) so hygiene and cleanliness is a top priority.

Haben noch nie so schlecht beim Mc Donald gegessen wie in Gültstein. Haben 4 Menüs mitgenommen und schnell verzehrt. Hamburgerbrot war datschig und zusammengedrückt, Pommes latschig. Der Hunger hat etwas davon runtergetrieben. Wir haben beim warten noch gesehen, dass die Nachmittagsschicht die Essensausgabe als Eingang benutzten und direkt den meisten zur Begrüssung die Hände schüttelten. Das geht überhaupt nicht, weil die Arbeitskollegen bei der Essensvorbereitung waren.

The ordering terminal only works with a wall, the selected books at the Happy Meal were ignored, when I asked about it, the staff was totally listless and uncomprehending, then I ordered a cappucino, it was shoved in front of my kids' faces and it was gone

I actually like going to this McDonald's. However, we were unlucky that evening. Fries and hamburgers were lukewarm. And when I signaled to the waitress that two people at our table had their birthdays at 0.00 and that the manager had to ask the manager whether we might get a free coffee, the answer was no. Yes, the customer is definitely not king here.

First impression OK but while waiting etc. I realized how dirty and unhygienic it actually is. I don't even want to start with the toilets, someone must have vomited in front of the sinks and no one cared. In addition, a service worker sprayed a table with her spray bottle and hit a child in the face at the height of the table, which is not possible! The burgers we ordered were just somehow pressed together, lukewarm and felt like they were from the day before. The only thing that was ok were the fries, but you can't go wrong here.

Been here four or five times now, and twice something larger was missing from the order - always check the order when picking it up. ALWAYS CHECK IMMEDIATELY! The ordering terminals are positioned awkwardly one behind the other, so you can't immediately see which ones are still available. They are in a relatively separate area so that they do not disturb other guests. And there were enough even during rush hour (8 p.m.). The cash register is not signposted for cash payers - it is on the right next to the pick-up counter. The "waiting area" is simply a larger open area between the tables, you stand around a bit stupidly. Some seats without a table would be better - clearly for waiting, not for eating there. Especially if, like me today, you have a larger order that takes a while. The ambience is quite neutral, as always too narrow, impersonal; “appealing” is different. Pretty much every “döner kebab shop around the corner” is cozier. I feel like McDonald's is trying to tell me "go back soon" through the atmosphere. Is it so difficult to hang up something colorful, a few pictures or posters or something similar, or some other themed decoration? Thanksgiving, or alternatively Halloween, is just around the corner. “Autumn” would also be an idea... The food quality is quite good (for McDonald's), I've had much more carelessly cobbled together burgers (in other branches). Regarding the service: As a pick-up person at the counter, I hardly had any contact with the employees - one more because of the cash payment. Everything was professional and ok; but the order wasn't complete, and why isn't there a complete menu inside the restaurant, but only outside the door? It was 12 degrees cold there this evening! Oh yes, don't forget: ALWAYS CHECK IMMEDIATELY!

Food was cold to lukewarm at most. The entire outside area was littered. The return station is overcrowded. 1 toilet was blocked. The other one was missing toilet paper. Overall, a borderline condition. This isn't something you're used to at MacDonalds.

I absolutely cannot recommend MC Donalds. The employees park in the pick-up parking spaces and therefore occupy them. They probably don't feel like walking out, it's just a disaster! The food was cold and not edible. We will avoid this place.

Visually very beautiful. The food was downright disgusting. Cold, beige fries, cold burgers (whether the M or the veggie burgers), dry veggie nuggets and ancient cheese nachos. Toilets and sinks dirty, floor full of water. The visually great design doesn't help either. This is by far the worst McDonald's we have ever experienced. Never again

Clean and tidy McDonald's restaurant. Very friendly and courteous staff. The usual fast Wi-Fi from Telekom can be used free of charge for 3 hours. Unfortunately the EWE Go charging station was broken, but there is a Shell charging station next door, so it wasn't a problem.

The men's toilets apparently haven't been cleaned for a while and the floors are sticky. You can wait 20 minutes for 2 normal burgers and then get a burger that has already been churned on the tablet for 10 minutes. Anyone who has ever eaten a cold burger knows that the taste is not what you want. When you tell the employee that you don't want to eat the cold citizen, you just shrug your shoulders, you've already collected the money. To me it shows that there is no longer any sense of quality at McDonald's

Food came to the table lukewarm (table service), which significantly lowers the quality of fries, burger was like it came from a machine, there were no napkins. Toilet smells like urine, disgusting like a train station toilet, no disinfectant wipes! - Hot water comes out of the M tap! Water, hand dryer has a kind of patina on the inside, so you would want to wash your hands again after using it and so on and so forth - vicious circle... then you would rather block the door with your foot after the foreman had to touch it with his hands when opening it, then with napkins dry and get out.

The ice cream machine was switched off at 10 p.m. Every other day the machine is turned off 3 hours before closing time... such a cheek...

Four of us were eating at McDonalds on August 17th around 10:00 p.m. The next morning, all 4 of us had to throw up!... One thing is certain, that was definitely the last time we ate at McDonalds... In addition, all the empty table seats were dirty.

The first impression was good. Delivery was very quick. Unfortunately a drink was missing. The nice driver delivered it immediately, which was nice. Among other things, I ordered 2 salads. The first one was good and a reasonable portion, but the second one looked like leftovers. And for the same money, I thought that was pretty cool. Otherwise everything was ok. Not crowded during our stay. Nevertheless, the tables were not rubbed/clean. Burger carelessly put together and topped with salad. Absolutely not recommended fries. The food was brought to the table. Everything was already lukewarm and the fries were soggy. 2 people 27 euros. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR US!

Our favorite McDonald's, but on Saturday night we saw the hygiene conditions that the employees had. Touching the burgers and cheese without gloves was not so nice. Please introduce a requirement to wear gloves, otherwise you will lose me and my girlfriend as customers. UPDATE: no gloves! Food is on the floor in the kitchen! Unhygienic! Employees are picking!

Unfortunately, the pick-up parking spaces offered are often used for other purposes. Today the song vehicle was parked on one and the vehicle of a restaurant visitor or an employee was on the other, blocking both pick-up parking spaces for a long time. This is not customer friendly. We then ordered at parking lot 3 - the bike-in counter. But the service staff had problems finding us. Well, with the “high” volume of bicycles, that can be difficult.😞

Normally a visit to McDonald's isn't something you write a review about, but Herrenberg did so on August 7th. In the evening it stood out very negatively: The inside and outside areas were very dirty, all the return stations were completely overcrowded, which is why people were forced to leave their empty trays on the tables. No possibility of sitting down at a table that is even halfway clean. McRib with almost no sauce - I've never had it so bad. Rest of the food as always... A few doors to “non-public” areas were still open - it looked similar to the guest area. You don't want to know exactly...

Ordering food at the terminals takes forever. That's annoying. If you swipe and scratch the screens enough, you'll get a menu. These are dirty and smeared. Not nice. There are leftover food and paper everywhere in the restaurant. There was a puddle of old spilled coffee or something similar under the coffee machine... The staff at the counter weren't really friendly either... I think I won't go here anymore.

They should stop giving employees Valium before the start of their shift. This may have once been fast food. Today it is unfortunately just "fast food" but unfortunately that applies to all Mäcces stalls.

Worst Mecces in the area: Long waiting times, wrong products after ordering, unfriendly staff - just plain bad.

When there is a complaint about a bad (sour) tasting shake, only various employees (hardly German) understand that you don't want to drink the drink. Again, after a short discussion, we willingly got our money back (a little too little). Bad service, no quality and sour dairy products.

Ein McDonald's im Design der Kette. Hinter der Shell Tankstelle gibt es genug Parkplätze. Der Außenbereich ist recht nett. Das Essen ist wie in jedem McDonald's. Die Burger waren wie immer bei McDonald's, die Pommes okay. Mit der Bestell-app wird man komplett in das Standard Menü gedrängt. Ich habe es nicht hingekriegt beim Cola kein Eis dabei zu haben. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Sauberkeit hat mich überhaupt nicht überzeugt. Bei der tablettabgabe sollten die Fliegen herum. Auf der Herrentoilette waren von drei bis was nur noch eines benutzbar und für das Händewaschen fehlte Seife. Die Inflationsrate hat auch bei McDonald's zugeschlagen. War ich früher bei einem Big Mac Menü bei 7, 89 €,, werden jetzt mit abrabatt schon 10 € erreicht. Für mich habe ich gedacht eigentlich ist der Döner in der horberstraße oder am Bahnhof in Herrenberg deutlich lecker und das hochwertigere Essen. Oder das Restaurant Asia Gourmet in der Tübinger Straße.

The food was like in every McDonald's branch in Germany. Ordering via the McDonald's app isn't great, but you'll be tempted to use the ordering app because of the points. You can sit nicely in the outdoor area and everything is well designed. The sanitary area for men was very unkempt because one of the three urinals was still usable. Soap for washing hands was no longer available. I know this much better in other branches.

This was the first time I saw a car ordering counter, not a drive-in.

Just got my donut on the tray. Without plates, napkins or anything similar. Simply disgusting! The health department should know this. Coffee to be consumed in the restaurant in a cup, even though cups were available.

The sanitary facilities are an absolute disaster. 2 of 3 urinals blocked. The third dirty with feces. One of two toilets is missing the toilet paper holder.

Very disappointing if you wait 45 minutes because it's so busy and understaffed. And then our number is accidentally deleted, as well as two other customers. After 55 minutes we had the money refunded. Except for the lady who was in charge on Wednesday night, the staff was very unfriendly and the view into the kitchen was just disgusting. Everything was on the floor. Now we understand why the staff there wears black rubber boots. All in all: we had no food! Very unfriendly staff and the hygienic conditions are really catastrophic! You will definitely never see us in Gültstein again! It was very disappointing and just after midnight! Our family gives us 4x0 stars!!! Unfortunately, the rating must be given 1 star otherwise the publication will not work!!! Horb and Nagold can only be warmly recommended!

My experience at this McDonald's was an absolute disaster. We had to wait more than 45 minutes for our food which is unacceptable. The worst thing about it, however, was that our order number simply disappeared without a trace. It seemed like no one knew what had happened or cared to solve the problem. The staff were rude and seemed uninterested in our concerns. We felt completely ignored. In the end, after an hour, we canceled the order as did three others. This visit was the worst I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Absolutely not recommended!

Good and quick service, vegetarian burgers are nearly tasteless, crispy chichen burger comes with Senf sauce which is bit strange, the older burger with guacamole sauce was really good. Unfortunately, it's not in this McDonald's control. This is the menu for any McDonald's here. Spicy/hot sauce has been taken off the menu, too. However, it offers a good parking place and charging station for electric vehicles. Atmosphere inside and outside the restaurant is nice to have a good time with friends and family.

Getting the cappuccino in a paper cup in the café because there was no suitable cup available. A wait of around 20 minutes for drinks is impossible. If you like Mickey Dees you'll like this. Had McRib and Chicken nuggets with a chocolate Shake. Just too good! Had the Chicken Wrap it's good, but discovered I'm a burger guy and had a Royal TS to wash it down with.

We were there for Sunday breakfast. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, the toilets were accessible without a coupon (contrary to a previous review). Only the cups for the Cappuccino Regular seem to be small, so we would have gotten it in cups if we hadn't asked.

Drive in Herrenberg - never again ice cream, 1. melted because one was pushed in between, 2. new ice cream was put together completely wrong and the delivery team reacted VERY unfriendly

The toilet has been broken for a while and something else is clean in the toilet. Otherwise it is nicely decorated. And everyone was friendly When I sit at the table at the front of the counter and look towards the MC Cafe, there are a lot of water splashes on the cupboards. Communication difficult. Fries “smooth” with not enough salt. Burger that was specially ordered without tomato came with tomato. Some questions cannot be answered due to a lack of sufficient language skills.

We had to wait half an hour for our food. During the waiting time we saw the ladies behind the counter pushing a burger back and forth several times, opening it again and again and finally putting it in our bag / the remaining burgers only had the heat from the warming lamps. I've never seen such a dirty interior.... The entire floor was covered in dirt, the tables were completely dirty, one of them was full of coke, it spilled onto the seats and no one cared. Chaos and stress with the glow in the dark glasses. Ordered the right glasses using the app via the terminal and got one. After complaining, I was told that the glass I ordered was not there. Which wasn't true because one suddenly appeared at the next table. When we complained again, we received the glasses without checking the receipt.
