It's already furnished. The restrooms are clean. And the food arrived quickly. The food tastes like McDonald's everywhere.

For the second time, my order was not delivered in full or with too little content.

The restroom is darker than any club restroom, one of the sinks doesn't work at all, so I had to wash my hands at the children's sink. If you close the door to the toilet stall, it's pitch black. The drinks dispenser apparently doesn't work; there's a carbonation "problem." They just throw an iced tea at you without offering any alternatives like water or anything else. I waited half an hour for the food. I ordered a Big Mac with extra cheese, which arrived completely empty. Half of my order was also missing, so I had to chase after it. The only saving grace is that this place is located right next to the highway.

The kitchen floor was so dirty you could have fed a large family; I completely lost my appetite. Plus, my colleague had to wait an hour for his food, got nothing, and is now sitting in my car crying. NEVER AGAIN

I wanted to enjoy a delicious meal at this restaurant late in the evening. However, the trained staff were so incompetent and overwhelmed that my order couldn't be prepared within three-quarters of an hour. I've never experienced such rudeness on German highways. Now I'm driving home hungry and disappointed. Thanks for nothing!

We like eating at McDonald's, but they should really stop offering delivery! We ordered a large rösti (without any special requests) for pickup. We didn't realize they now have to check the burgers too. Both of our large rösti orders arrived without rösti, and of course, we only noticed when we got home. The burgers and other items were also cold. Unfortunately, the place is getting worse and worse.

One of the worst McDonald's experiences. There was simply no staff at the drive-thru to take my order, and when I went inside to ask if they could take it and why no one was at the intercom, I was given a quick glance and ignored. This is not only by far the worst service, but also incredibly disrespectful. Never again.

The toilets are dirty and smelly. There's no soap and, as is typical in Germany, no paper towels. When we asked at the checkout, they just waved us off. A sad example of chain restaurants.

Great location and very clean. Unfortunately, we keep experiencing situations where something is forgotten. It's annoying with salad dressing or dip, but you can overlook it. It's kind of like half of McDonald's. Half big, half digitalized, half heated. The surprisingly friendly staff, however, saves the atmosphere.

A nicely designed and inviting McDonald's. I prefer sitting at the slightly higher standing tables in the McCafé. It's always busy. The restaurant is open until 1 a.m. I often order the McFlurry. The ice cream machine isn't broken and works fine. However, I always order double Orea, but the staff only put one Orea on the McFlurry. Still, I recommend it.

Cold wraps, cold fries, my girlfriend got meat instead of vegetarian, and the employee is even more arrogant. When you complain about the cold fries, you get cold fries again. World's fastest drive-thru! We had to wait 20 minutes for two coffees and a Coke before we could order, two cars ahead of me. Then we stood in line for another 10 minutes before we got our drinks. When ordering coffee, disposable cups are always used without asking the customer if they want a proper cup. Furthermore, little attention is paid to hygiene.

The location and the service are great, that's it. Today I had the worst McDonald's experience of my life. We live no more than a five-minute drive from the location and ordered. The food was incredibly expensive (€33 for two meals) and arrived ice-cold. It must have been chilling for over half an hour. To top it all off, the order was wrong. They didn't have Coke Zero, I chose Diet Coke, and they delivered Coke with sugar. I can't drink it, so it went in the trash. Never, ever again; it really couldn't get any worse.

Be careful—there's a €45 fine if you park here for more than 150 minutes. Catastrophe!

We were on our way home and spontaneously stopped at this McDonald's. Our first impression was really positive: modern interior, plenty of parking, and really convenient – ​​you can order directly from your car at a terminal. I thought that was great, especially with children in the car. The charging station was also free, which is a plus. The second spot was blocked by an emergency vehicle, but that was perfectly fine – no big deal. What really bothered us, however, was the extremely long wait: a full 25 minutes! Far too long for a fast-food restaurant, especially if you're just taking a short break. It was clear that we weren't the only ones dissatisfied – other customers were also annoyed at the wait. The food was okay, no surprises, but nothing special either. Unfortunately, the tables weren't particularly clean, which somewhat dampened the overall experience. Overall, I had the impression that the restaurant was overwhelmed by the crowds. It's a shame – with a little better service and more attention to cleanliness, this place could be really good.

My daughter and her friend ate ice cream at McDonald's in Gültstein on September 4, 2025, at approximately midnight. Early that morning, around 6:00 a.m., she vomited for the first time. Her condition worsened hour by hour. She was vomiting constantly and developed a fever, so we were on the verge of going to the hospital. At the same time, we learned that her friend was also vomiting and had to be hospitalized due to her acute health condition. She received five IV drips. As a mother, I am certain that both girls have food poisoning. This is a complete mess.

Unfortunately, the employees are rarely able to pack a full order. When they pack the products in a bag, they always manage to place the burgers, which are only wrapped in paper, at the very bottom, so they get completely crushed.

Something's always wrong or missing. Today we ordered two TSs with beef added. It wasn't on either burger. But we paid extra for it. How are you supposed to check something like that on the fly?! The "+Beef" sticker was even on the packaging. If this wasn't the closest McDonald's, we wouldn't go back. The vegetarian selection is also poor, and the burger sits in the packaging as if it had been thrown in from 3 meters away.
