Disaster!!! Refusal to work Zero service! Arrogant and presumptuous. 1 star is still too much.

Very disappointing! I received the wrong order and also found a hair in my burger – absolutely unhygienic and unprofessional. This simply shouldn't happen. Unfortunately, a very bad impression; I'll never eat here again.

Absolutely not recommended. The selection is extremely limited. We wanted a veggie cheeseburger and a chili cheeseburger, but they only come in doubles. No idea why. So you're forced to spend more money? Cheeky. Coupons aren't accepted, of course. After the shopping cart was constantly being emptied because the terminal was acting up, we simply left. We're usually absolute fans of Burger King, but this one was a complete disappointment.

Great staff provide friendly service despite the crowds. It's clean and has outdoor seating. A fenced-in dog park is right next door.

Offers can't be used and points cannot be collected or spent. Only two ordering kiosks. Not recommended.

I was passing through there a few days ago – and I had very mixed feelings. It was a weekday, on July 15, 2025, around 4 p.m. The parking lot and building seemed clean. The building doesn't just have Burger King, but also Starbucks, etc. Burger King has the ordering kiosks, the large touchscreens. It was noticeable that the two ordering kiosks at the entrance were deactivated and partially covered. The other two kiosks to the left of the counter were also covered by tape, but even better: a screen had been rolled up in front of the kiosks. No idea why. The counter employee took orders at the speed of a sloth, and the food was prepared very slowly. I've visited many burger and fast-food restaurants, but the pace is simply awful. About the food: It was surprisingly good; there's nothing to complain about here. However, the branch doesn't accept coupons from the Burger King app (how could it, since the scanners are taped over the terminals). Anyone who wants or needs to use the restroom is also asked to pay (non-BK restroom), but these coupons can't be redeemed at Burger King either. So the franchisee takes the easy way out, charges full price, doesn't participate in any promotions, doesn't have coupons, doesn't accept restroom vouchers, has slow staff, and operates according to the "eat or die" motto. Oh, and the cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. The tray gate was full and not cleared, so many customers had no choice but to leave everything on the table.

No "small" vegan or plant-based burgers. No cheeseburgers, no nugget burgers, and no other small options like the Whopper Junior. Unfriendly service. To make matters worse, instead of a plant-based burger, we were given a burger with meat that was improperly packaged. Worst burger...

If it were possible, I'd give it 0 stars. It's rude, and you can't redeem coupons.

Burger King's food in general is excellent. These branches, highway rest stops, do not want to accept coupons - loyal customers with the Burger King app. This is not the first case on the highway. That's why I recommend visiting Autohof, the branch there always works as it should

Of course, I don't expect much from the Burger King ambience, but there were four of these digital ordering terminals. Two of them were almost in the area of ​​an adjacent kiosk. When I tried to order something, after the items were in the shopping cart and I clicked on to pay, there was an error when adding up the order total. At least according to the display, that was the last step and then an error message came up and we had to start all over again because the shopping cart was empty. The two employees at the counter were no help. They pointed to the machines and were often busy handing out the many orders. There was probably a lot of return traffic due to the holiday and that's why it was so busy. Far too few employees on site. There were so many people standing and waiting for their orders that many had to stand and wait in the neighboring business area. Several times an angry person came back with a receipt and complained that something was missing. Although this was promptly remedied, it was still annoying for everyone involved and further delayed the distribution of food.

Standard Essen von BK, serviert von einer miserabel gelaunten Mitarbeiterin. Essen entsprach nicht der Bestellung - Umtausch des Essens ohne Entschuldigung für den Fehler.... ihr war es einfach völlig egal.

Personal unfreundlich und unmotiviert. 01.01.24 - 17:38 uhr. Coupons werden nicht akzeptiert. Cheese nuggets kalt. Reklamation nicht möglich da wur bereits wieder auf der Autobahn waren.

Personal war sehr gestresst und unfreundlich. Nirgendwo steht, dass man nicht an der Theke persönlich zahlen und bestellen kann. Kunden sind daher gezwungen, an den Terminals zu bestellen. Weiß man das nicht, steht man lange an der Kasse und die Verkäufer sagen einem ewig nichts. An den Terminals funktionierte dann einiges nicht. Es werden auch keine Coupons angenommen. Burger war ok, Pommes lasch und Nuggets echt nicht gut. Weiß nicht, ob BK da die Rezeptur geändert hat. Insgesamt kein erholender Moment.

Man kann die Gutscheine aus der App nicht benutzen, da man an den Selfterminals bezahlen muss und kein King des Monats, und man muss ewig warten, obwohl nur 2 Leute davor dran waren

Waren auf der Durchreise zum Mittagessen hier. Die Mitarbeiter bei diesem Burger King sind super freundlich und bearbeiten alle Bestellungen so schnell sie können. Die Bestellung am Terminal klappt gut. Unsere Burger wurden frisch gemacht, was ich klasse finde. Nur das Rastplatzambiente etc. bleibt zu bemängeln.
