Actually a very modern Burger King but unfortunately it doesn't accept coupons. Seating outside was very good and parking was available right in front of the door.

No coupons and without information on the ordering machine. The machine also wouldn't sell a single cheeseburger. Then not.

Very disappointed. There you offer coupons and another station where they are not accepted. You can also lose customers this way.

Sorry but the way the burgers we got Bacon King, Long chilli cheese, cheese burger and chili cheese burger were very saggy, old bread, too much sauce. 😩🤮🤢 then the fries were too salty. Drinks during summer no ice 😒🙄. I hope they improve their food and services.

Coupons are not accepted, the scan function is taped on the terminals. You can't order directly from the employees either, but it doesn't say that anywhere and the employees don't tell you that straight away. They don't seem to be in the mood either. Seating is virtually non-existent. We drove on to Bruchsal and ate there

Two Whoppers for the price of one. You can't pass that up. Too bad you have to leave the trays outside. And can't return.

The tattooed employee who worked until the end yesterday should look for a new job if he doesn't want to work in the evenings. He was very unfriendly and rude. Next time I won't be so friendly. That was putting it nicely. Although I won't go there anymore anyway.

Definitely check directly in the store!!! I don't know how much money we've already given to the store because there's always something missing and we don't want to stop the line. Today alone 6€ for 2 burgers that are missing. This is now embarrassing even for a fast food chain.

Discussions from the kitchen were unfriendly and a very overwhelmed deputy manager asked for 2 cheeseburgers and nuggets, 2 cola and 2 fries. Waiting time 25 minutes.

Wanted to eat a burger. Unfortunately, they were more expensive as stated on the posters. I wasn't willing to pay more for it. Maybe first change the prices on the posters before suddenly asking for more at the checkout

Clean and well-kept place to eat. It was finished quickly and the employees were very friendly. The ambience is just a rest stop, that's why only 4 stars

Unfortunately I HAVE to give 1 star... I would prefer to give 0. Boss doesn't like coupons, so he just bans them... but advertising is running on the terminals... dirty shop... won't see us again!

Keine Coupon werden akzeptiert! Essen war kalt.

Personal unfreundlich und unmotiviert. 01.01.24 - 17:38 uhr. Coupons werden nicht akzeptiert. Cheese nuggets kalt. Reklamation nicht möglich da wur bereits wieder auf der Autobahn waren.

Der Service war gut, beim Essen weiß man ja was einen erwartet.Leider einen Punktabzug für das räudige Ambiente.War jetzt noch 4 Stunden auf der Autobahn unterwegs und kein Durchfall, von daher solide 4 Sterne

Standard Essen von BK, serviert von einer miserabel gelaunten Mitarbeiterin. Essen entsprach nicht der Bestellung - Umtausch des Essens ohne Entschuldigung für den Fehler.... ihr war es einfach völlig egal.

Warum soll ich das bewerten?? Halt ein Burger King....

Personal war sehr gestresst und unfreundlich. Nirgendwo steht, dass man nicht an der Theke persönlich zahlen und bestellen kann. Kunden sind daher gezwungen, an den Terminals zu bestellen. Weiß man das nicht, steht man lange an der Kasse und die Verkäufer sagen einem ewig nichts. An den Terminals funktionierte dann einiges nicht. Es werden auch keine Coupons angenommen. Burger war ok, Pommes lasch und Nuggets echt nicht gut. Weiß nicht, ob BK da die Rezeptur geändert hat. Insgesamt kein erholender Moment.

Man kann die Gutscheine aus der App nicht benutzen, da man an den Selfterminals bezahlen muss und kein King des Monats, und man muss ewig warten, obwohl nur 2 Leute davor dran waren

Great fast food restaurant. Food was delivered fast and was perfectly warm. Everything was great except for the fries that was a little undercooked.

Zwischenzeitlich hat es hier viel getan. Ambiente und Mitarbeiter. Läuft viel besser.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Angebot BK üblich, wird frisch zubereitet.

Waren auf der Durchreise zum Mittagessen hier. Die Mitarbeiter bei diesem Burger King sind super freundlich und bearbeiten alle Bestellungen so schnell sie können. Die Bestellung am Terminal klappt gut. Unsere Burger wurden frisch gemacht, was ich klasse finde. Nur das Rastplatzambiente etc. bleibt zu bemängeln.

Ein Burger King halt. Bekommen, was ich erwarte habe und geschmeckt hat es auch, wie ich es erwartet habe.

Burger war ok , für ab und zu gehts. Die Preise naja ..was ist noch billig.

Sieht nicht schön aus, wenn das Personal mit den Ellbogen abgestürzt auf dem Tresen verweilt auf dem Handy herum hämmert, während die Kunden warten das sie bedient werden.

Alles ok, ordentlich und sauber. Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig, da die LKWs die PKW-Plätze vollstellten.

Hat hier sehr sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Kinder waren begeistert und wir auch. Von den Burgern bis zu den Pommes war alles genau richtig. Sehr lecker. Hatten wir nicht mit gerechnet an der Autobahn. Hat besser geschmeckt als der BK bei uns in Sinsheim.

Très bien, un service rapide et sympathique

Nur eine Kasse besetz. 20 Minuten gewartet.

Die Arbeitsmotivation ist hier sehr besonders. Die Küche war schnell dafür die 3 Sterne, aber die Dame am Tresen hätte ich sofort gekündigt, bei der Arbeitsweise und Laune, vom Tempo brauchen wir garnicht sprechen.

Am Samstag 15.09.22 dort gewesen. Erstmal gelesen, dass die Friteusen defekt sind. Keine Chicken Burger nichts... Aber der Mitarbeiter (etwas älter, dunkles Aussehen), hat mit seinem tollen Spaß und Service alles wieder Wett gemacht! 👍🏻 Danke für deinen tollen Umgang mit jedem Kunden! Sowas habe ich (leider) bisher noch in keinem Fastfood Laden gesehen. Ganz toller Mitarbeiter! Danke!

Schöner kleiner Parkplatz wo mann alles hollen kann

Ein typisches Burger King Restaurant an einer deutschen Autobahn. Ich war zu einer untypischen Zeit dort, ca. 15.30h. Service war ok, nicht besonders freundlich aber zügig. Qualität des Burgers war ok. Eigenartig wenig Sitzplätze direkt bei BK - aber weiter vorne wären weitere Plätze gewesen. Alles in allem ok, halt ein BK - ich habe aber schon bessere gesehen...
