Is a rest stop of the usual kind

The rest stop is clean, but the disabled access to the restroom from outside is locked. You can't get in with the Euro key and have to pay for access. Inside, the disabled restroom is located on the right side, not visible from the front. When there are queues for the entrance, as there were today, it's unreasonable for disabled people.

Good for a short rest while in transit

We always stop here for cheap food. Bright restaurant, clean toilets and the food is always ok.

The child needed a break from the long journey and was looking forward to the playground. This was completely closed off because something needs to be repaired. It is not clear what exactly was broken and unfortunately there was no alternative play area inside :/

It was a short break... but looks okay so far. A bit chaotic but suitable for short stops

I stopped to go to the bathroom. I paid but the turnstile didn't work. Then the service staff came up to me and insulted me that I had to pay. But all of this in a language other than German. I tried to explain myself. The man didn't understand a word of German and just insulted me aggressively. Without words!

Nice clean place. Parking ok. The service at the reception is great. The shower is clean and fragrant. - €4. Fast food, souvenirs, coffee available. I felt very good here.

A standard rest stop without any special flair

Could it be that you can't get compressed air for your tires there, was the service station blocked by trucks or am you simply too blind to find the part?

That was a really nice experience 😍. Was traveling with 2 dogs 🐶🐕. There was an outdoor area for dogs here, great. Then I wanted to take a break in the restaurant, MC and Burger King, not my thing. So to Serways Restaurant to eat a curry sausage with fries. They were just about to close and yet the super nice service staff was ready to prepare me another meal. Since I was alone with the dogs, she even brought this to the table for me. Thank you very much, dear team, so I was able to continue my journey in a relaxed manner. The special operation is truly commendable.

Clean rest area that is well positioned. It's a good place to meet up to continue your journey, as the other rest area towards Frankfurt can be reached legally by road. Everything is even signposted and on the way back you can easily get back to your parked vehicle.

Such unfriendly staff, I just wanted to take a coffee with me but it didn't happen. It's better to talk to your colleague and if you ask for a coffee you are ignored

For me one of the worst motorway rest stops. Just wanted a bockwurst at Serways. Of course none are finished. They then sent us to the “kiosk”. Of course they didn't have any and sent it to Serways with a stupid comment. So I imagine customer-friendliness to be different. If there were zero stars, I would have taken it straight away.

There was a lot of rubbish lying around on the premises and everything looked very uncared for. That's only enough for 2 stars. June 2023 Update January 2025: Burger King closes at 10 PM.

Acceptable for a stop on the way, but nothing special. Café at Starbucks is good. Burger King as you know it, no better but no worse either. Unfortunately, the rest of the food on offer is not convincing. ✴️✴️✴️

Very good rest stop. Toilets and restaurant clean. There is a cool souvenir shop with stylish items. Staff also very friendly. We always stop there for a break when possible.

Very nice for a rest stop. After a renovation everything is very modern and clean. The variety of food and drinks here is also significantly better than at other rest stops. Starbucks in particular offers a great alternative to the usual hot drinks.

Stable average. I don’t know how it is on weekdays, but I arrived on Saturday at 7:30 - almost all the trees are occupied, some of them cannot be entered because of the cars behind them. After 9:00 it was packed. Shower 4 euros, ticket for the toilet was not accepted. And when I bought an expensive cola (5 euros per liter), they gave me a discount of not 1 euro, but only 50 cents.

People are trying. Internet, shower, toilet are free. There is a fenced parking lot and there is a restaurant. Washing and drying machines. Parking under the roof. Refrigerators are separate.

Needs renovation to bring into line with other German service stations

Very clean, enough parking spaces and very tasty food “Barbecue Schnitzel Box” with super friendly staff. The price is of course slightly higher than usual at rest areas.

Modern Fastned chargers at a gas station with restaurant just off the highway. Great place to charge your car before driving into Switzerland. Clean, coin-operated toilets.

There are clearly better rest stops, unfortunately everyone had a stomach ache after eating at BK...

I can't say anything negative. The toilet facilities were clean and everything worked. The restaurant staff was friendly, the food was brought to the table. We enjoyed the food and were satisfied. Unfortunately we couldn't find any Fanta without sugar.

Way too expensive... gas and food and drinks

Wenn die Ladestationen belegt sind, gibt es keinen Warteraum um mit dem E-Auto auf die freie Ladestation zu warten. Da bleibt einem nur übrig, weiter zu fahren, zur nächsten Lademöglichkeit an der Autobahn. Wenns dann noch reicht. Daneben stehen die Lastwagen. Es ist alles viel zu eng. Keine tolle Lademöglichkeit.

For one night, without reservation, for a fair price. Comfortable, simple, clean. And... silent. Just did what I needed. Leaving five o'clock in the morning, I was not able to enjoy breakfast.

Unfortunately not a good rest stop. Were there on a Sunday afternoon. The entrance from the highway is already parked with trucks. They are everywhere, even on the sidewalks. There are also many smaller trucks, which sometimes take up several car parking spaces. Overall, very poor parking space management. Feel free to avoid this rest stop and rather look for a place to rest a little away from the motorway. You won't see me here again. As I drove past, I also looked at the parking lot in the direction of Frankfurt and it looked just as full (on a weekday).
