I had 20 minutes to change and the “nice” lady couldn’t bring herself to give me a small fry. First one is there and then the second one takes off. She has no idea what's going on. But she's on her cell phone all the time and talking to friends instead of taking orders and doing her job. I just wanted some small fries. I didn't get any ketchup either. I missed my train because of it and my fries taste disgusting

Please reopen, Mr. Fehr. Nobody wants to go to Ehlerstrasse, it's too far. The people on the bank and at the train station need the McDonalds. Please think again. Thanks

I wouldn't recommend it because the wrong food was delivered to me, so I called and was told I would get the right one in 20 minutes. After 90 years I doubt that I will still get the right thing.

Morning breakfast was rich 👍. The facility has had better times. BENCHES were already broken. One bench had already collapsed.😒

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Takes forever, the terminals work poorly, the atmosphere is very unpleasant.

DISGUSTING,🤮!!A guy with greasy hair (no employee on duty) was at the front where the orders are being prepared, cleaned his nose with his finger, then an employee came from the kitchen, shook his hand and he went back to his work (without even cleaning his hands). I personally found it disgusting.! Never again

The worst McDonald ive ever visited. The McChicken was not good, but thats not the main cause. The fries were much worse - they tasted like the oil was not changed in months…

It's a disgrace to advertise opening hours until midnight but close at 11pm and stand inside drinking drinks and laughing at paying customers

So sometimes the staff is simply unreasonable. You get bullied because you order 3 sauces during your meal and use the table service available. Then comes the big deal: you specifically order the burger that doesn't have BBQ sauce and you get the one with BBQ sauce. Instead of taking it back and making a new one like it says on the bill, the person who told me about the sauces has to tell me that it doesn't matter whether it's BBQ or Big Tasty Bacon Sauce and rolls his eyes. I think that's definitely not the way to deal with customers, and she picked her nose and then didn't at least wash her hands afterwards as expected. Luckily, a competent employee came and resolved this situation and simply made me a new burger without much discussion.

This McDonald's branch has improved a lot recently. Coupons are finally being accepted now. And the food also looks better than before. Keep it up!

Food was good as expected at BK. Surroundings rather uncomfortable. We sat down in the wrong area or something and were shooed away. It was very quiet there and that wouldn't have been necessary. The restaurants should be able to share the space. If you don't feel like going there again...

We took a charging break at the Tesla Supercharger and used the time for lunch. The food was delicious.
