The most chaotic Mcs ever. The staff was totally overwhelmed and barely understood you. You could only redeem and pay for the coupons one at a time. Which of course took forever. In the end a large fries and burger were also forgotten. Then they stopped paying faster because customers would still be waiting... I've never experienced anything so outrageous.

I wouldn't recommend it because the wrong food was delivered to me, so I called and was told I would get the right one in 20 minutes. After 90 years I doubt that I will still get the right thing.

Neat and modern McDonalds, which is rather small. There is an indoor playground. We stopped here because it was close to the motorway on the way to Basel. As always, very good offers with coupons, especially the spicy nuggets with sweet chili sauce is a highlight, but various other offers with points are also perfectly fine. We also got a good cup of coffee from the Mc Cafe, absolutely solid. As is now usual, table service. The only thing that is a bit unfortunate is the route to the McDonald's at the back via Lidl.

As always, hunger doesn't drive it anymore

Had to wait 30 minutes at McDrive. We had already ordered in the app and paid via PayPal. At the counter we were told that it had not been paid, even though we had all the receipts from PayPal and McDonalds with payment confirmation online. The employee at the checkout (who, like most other employees in this branch) didn't understand a word of German, called his superior. He said we would only get the food if we paid again. He gave us a piece of paper that we should fill out and then send to McDonalds with all the receipts in order to get our money back. Now we had to pay twice for ours Pay for food. Then almost half of it was missing from the order, which we discovered at home. Despite contacting McDonalds several times, we have received no refund or response for our missing order. There was only an email from head office that it would be forwarded to the branch. To date she has not reported this. Of course you can also make sales this way. Simply let the customers pay and only give half of the order to the customer.

Everything is in perfect order, the serving time of the dishes is also great, there are no errors, so everything is a plus

Would nominate Burger King for the best in Germany. The food is always made fresh, the tables are wiped regularly and the staff are ALWAYS very friendly - which rarely happens these days. Everything in McDonalds just tastes like cardboard, which is why it's the only fast food restaurant I still go to every now and then and you're never disappointed! Big compliments to the team, please keep it up!

The worst McDonald ive ever visited. The McChicken was not good, but thats not the main cause. The fries were much worse - they tasted like the oil was not changed in months…

2 von 4 bestell terminal nur an,kaum Personal, lange Wartezeit, mein Tipp, burgerking schließen. Bin öfters da ,immer das gleiche Desaster. Um die Ecke ein mac Donalds! Bitte geht dort hin,schneller Service. Ich esse lieber bei burgerking, aber dort nicht mehr. Wer es nicht kann,sollte es lieber sein lassen.

Doing it way too early I don't know of any other fast food chain that closes so early...

DANGER !!! ALWAYS COUNT THE CHANGE. I've had the problem three times that I wasn't given enough money. Fluctuates between 5-10€!! And the employees are cheeky.

I was in Mac Donald today around 12.30 p.m., there was a Thai woman behind the counter who was shouting and treating the employees, something like that shouldn't happen, it's just bad, I wanted to leave, and a nice employee served me. If this woman doesn't feel like it, she should leave. I'll come again, if this happens again, I'll no longer be a good guest with you.

They said no to coupons. Service was bad. Response was not at all good to modify the final order before paying.

Worst McDonald's there is, the burger is old, as are the fries, the staff can't speak German and are simply too stupid for their job

Very nice service and hot, fresh fries. Unfortunately, the plant-based hamburger was only lukewarm.
