We ate burritos here, which are currently available, and they tasted pretty tasty! I just thought they were a bit expensive! For dessert I had a baklava style ice cream, which took some getting used to, but was still quite tasty and something different! One of the employees was very friendly and tried very hard to explain to us what was in each burrito! Otherwise, it's just a Burger King where you get exactly what you expect from a Burger King! It's nice that you don't have to wait long at the drive-thru! The restaurant itself was quite clean!

Burger King used to be better, unfortunately. The employees are nice, but my plant-based cheeseburger wasn't even lukewarm, and the patty looked like it had only been on the grill for a minute. It didn't really taste good, unfortunately. My partner's was perfectly normal. Maybe things will improve in the future.

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. And I've visited there more than once. Staff do not care, and the food is somehow always overcooked or stale.

I usually enjoy McDonald’s products and visit regularly, but I had a disappointing experience on May 9, 2025, at 00:10 at the McDonald’s in Balingen. I ordered a menu along with an extra Apple Pie. Unfortunately, when I got home, I noticed the Apple Pie was missing from the bag. I called the restaurant to report the issue, and a woman with a Ukrainian accent answered. I explained that I don’t speak German well, but instead of helping, she began shouting at me and possibly using inappropriate language before abruptly ending the call. I felt disrespected and frustrated by how the situation was handled. I hope the staff receives proper training on customer service and communication, especially when dealing with non-German speakers. Everyone deserves to be treated politely and fairly.

Eben mit meinem Sohn nach dem Kino kurz was gegessen. Boden versorgt, Tische versaut. Toilette auf Anfrage benutzbar ( Zustand ohne Worte). Erst nen Burger gegessen (nix zu beanstanden). Danach Pommes probiert. Eine gegessen, Urin geschmeckt, weggeworfen... Nie wieder...

The food was really delicious as always, the service was actually quite good but you could tell that the staff were stressed.

Visited here a few days ago and had to wait about 20 mins to get my order only to find half of it missing when I got home. Tried calling about the mistake and the worker just hung up the call😕

No KFC quality during our visit. The food was only partly fresh.
