For the fifth time now that my order is wrong, and every time the big tasty is confused with the Hamburger Royal TS. Just hire staff who can read. I screw it up again and again, no wonder Lieferando isn't used to it if you can't even manage that, and btw it's best to show your employees how to put cheese on burgers and not in the bowl next to it

The food was good, the staff was nice. The broken drinks machine and the lack of paper towels in the toilet were annoying.

Rude employees, I didn't want ice in the cola, but the employee didn't want to give me the cola I ordered, when I asked for a straw she gave me a lid and waved me away.

Friday evening around 9:30 p.m. Theoretically a nice restaurant in a central location. Unfortunately, the floor, the tables and the chairs are not clean, although there are many free seats and there is not that much going on. Otherwise the service is friendly. Price performance would be okay.

I ordered a meal with two sides and a Pepsi. The Pepsi and a side dish were missing. This isn't the first time - somehow this KFC always manages to forget something. I can't complain because no one answers the phone. You can really only order/pick up locally, otherwise you're out of luck. Sure, they might be busy, but I paid almost 30 euros, including 3 euros delivery costs! I expect to get at least a small order right!

In my opinion it has nothing to do with fast food. I would say it's quicker anywhere else at the station. And today there was a lot of staff there, but the coordination was apparently poor. I left the store without eating because I didn't expect to wait in line so long before my train left. Consider it a small donation to optimize processes.

There is hardly an order where something is not missing. The slide is broken and will not be repaired immediately. Otherwise quite okay.
