Worst McDonald's there is, the burger is old, as are the fries, the staff can't speak German and are simply too stupid for their job

Were there at 11:30 am. The whole floor was sticky, there were dried cucumbers and crumbs on the seats. There weren't many customers there so there would have been enough time to wipe it over. Toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned for the last few days (especially behind the doors). One of the dirtiest branches I've ever visited. Never again.

Die Mitarbeiter sind unhöflich. Die Mitarbeiter vergessen immer Sachen bei der Bestellung. Die Toiletten sind auch nicht besser der ganze Boden vollgepinkelt manchmal ist auch das große Geschäft neben den Toiletten.

I specifically ordered something that didn't have tomatoes in it (therefore no option to leave it out if I requested something extra) and they just put some in anyway, so I think it's really great that I can't even follow simple recipes.

Unfortunately, they don't make any effort to eat. Fries cold, Big Tasty slapped down like anything else. Bacon lies somewhere unmistakably beneath the meat. Three people ordered and received a napkin. Should we share? You can save table service and pick everything up yourself. You have to go back anyway. Sorry but that was my last visit here.

An average branch with friendly staff. The orders are prepared very quickly - the waiting times at Mc Drive are not too long. The restaurant itself could be a little cleaner - like everywhere else at McDonalds. I can't say whether it's because of the lack of staff or because of the customers.

Rude employee, You get up and want to go to the toilet and she thinks you want to run away with the garbage on the table, even though you could see that my jacket was still hanging on the chair and there was a whole menu on the tray.

It's a shame to spend so much money on a portion of ice cream 🍨.

McDonald's in the commercial area is fine. Fries are usually cold because they are always aimed at the tablet first, even though the burger or something similar is still being prepared. At my daughter's happy meal, something about the toys is always packed up, which is annoying because everyone who has children knows what's going to happen. Either “cry” or you have to get up and go back and exchange it or hope that the toy you want is still there. Afterwards the fries are ice cold. Burgers are delicious, there's nothing to say about that. Cleanliness is also okay depending on the rush. The drive always takes a long time, especially in the evening. You can no longer speak of “fast” food. Ambiance is fine, mostly sticky and crumbly. There's no comparison to KFC or Subway, they definitely do a much better job.

Everything went well on this visit. Ordered via app, served and eaten.

Cheeseburger meat is now half as thick as it was a few years ago. You almost have to look for onions. What MC Donalds now offers here is unbelievable and prices are beyond good and bad for bad food. I'm really surprised that the employees can still be so motivated.

Actually everything was okay, but the employee was completely overwhelmed, a real disaster.

We got two cokes that tasted like nothing and had almost no carbon dioxide. We complained about this as soon as we switched gears. The cashier was a bit helpless but remained friendly. The manager who was brought in, however, quickly became foul-mouthed. That's normal and if we want good cola we should buy one in the bottle. After that she left. The cashier apologized and then closed the window. Otherwise food was ok.

Ordered something to pick up again. I was hoping that things would be better now but unfortunately I was wrong! As is often the case, at least 2 parts are missing. I'd rather drive on now and hope that I at least get what I paid for. Also the filet-o-fish: no cheese, no tartar sauce. Simply pathetic!

Food came quickly and was hot or warm. Compared to other MC's, this one is really recommended!

20 nuggets fresh and delicious at the DriveIn just before two in the morning.

We wanted to order and waited at the checkout for a whole hour and were not served, the staff was very slow and overwhelmed. You get very strange looks from the staff and you don't feel wanted or welcome at all.

Personsl once again overwhelmed and rude, as always when there is a lot going on, no McCaffe products. If you don't have a Bog, it's simply no longer available. The branches in the SW-Baar district are simply terribly bad compared to other cities! Thanks for nothing!

Besuch am 31.08. Später Nachmittag Bestellt per App, Bedienung am Tisch. Da fing es schon an ...wir saßen oben und hörten auf einmal das jemand unten eine Nummer schreit.... obwohl wenig los. Musste ich essen unten abholen. Begründung zu viel los. Lächerlich Toilette völlig unsauber .. man sieht, seit Wochen nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht. Es hatte sich ja mal etwas verbessert. Aber seit ein paar Wochen herrscht wieder Chaos...

It was my daughter's birthday. I asked for a cake and to sing. Great service, all came with wishes, balloons and a gift. Thank you very much !!!!!!! I recommend it to everyone who wants to give their child a nice surprise. Greetings to the whole team.......

After my first and last visit today, I can say that no more can be done wrong than has been done wrong. My "big chocolate" shake was only half full and because that wasn't enough, it wasn't chocolate but vanilla. The waiting time was several minutes, which was incomprehensible to me because the rest of the table received their food after a very short time. All in all, I can say that this McDonalds can't expect me to be a paying guest anymore. Do you need to know if you want such a service?

Ordered a Happy Meal with extra hamburgers three times now and then realized at home that the hamburgers were missing. A real cheek but the main thing is to cash in.

If you could give 0 stars to the service, I would. How can it be that there are 5 employees in the kitchen and you wait 15 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers and a fries?! And you're the only one there!! Incomprehensible. Mc Donalds probably needs inspections more often 😉

Cheeseburgers are sold here without cheese. The store is even worse than the one in Donaueschingen and that is hardly possible!🤮🤮🤮

Cold burgers, fries that can't be called fried, mushy answers from the staff. Nowadays, when everything is so expensive, the quality of the goods has to be right. Just not what it used to be.

Very clean, the long waiting times are annoying. And occasionally forgetfulness... my tip: check straight away whether everything is there. After a long break, I placed an order for this McDonald's again via the app and MC Drive, made a mistake again... What a shame...

Unfortunately, the ice cream machine is permanent and there is no milkshake either. Everything is permanently broken every two weeks. I would prefer to give no star at all. I'm really pissed off.

Use yesterday's bread in the morning, be careful. I ordered muffins an hour ago and the bread was rock hard.

Fish o fillet was hard as chipboard and the fries were totally over salted! Cheeseburger & apple turnover was okay, but unfortunately only lukewarm! Not recommendable!

I was just there again. Especially to Bad Dürrheim. The Russian shift leader was on site today. I have often had a good experience when he is there. The man is friendly, very service-oriented and also has a solution for special requests. That's how I like it. I'll only stay when he's there. Thanks for the perfect service

Were in rooms in Rottweil this morning because they wanted coffee and the free part for breakfast. Firstly, the young man didn't understand us. He didn't know a word of German. Then we left again

We were there on Sunday and ordered food to take away. As always, the staff was very overwhelmed even though the restaurant was not full. The good red-haired lady who gave us our food had put it on a tray. We said we ordered take out. She then rolled her eyes and then put it in a bag. It was the last time we ate there. The staff is always unfriendly and always forgets to pack something even when there isn't much going on. Maybe you should really think about the staff and see if you want to hire new people so that the store runs better again.

We ordered takeaway. We found hair in our food. Disgusting.

Don't even go. You will find a worker who does not speak any language, you will receive cold fries that you will have to claim and your burger will surely be missing something... Luckily I go once or twice a year.

Coffee sold out in Mc Café...??!

Still open for 8 minutes, 4 cars got their order in front of us but strangely enough we were out of fries and then disrespectful

Unfortunately not great today, 3 cars in the drive but still waited almost 15 minutes until you could order. Thank God I pre-ordered in the app otherwise it would have taken longer. Maybe again next time.

I was here with my girlfriend when the 'Ketchup Shower Gel' campaign was on. We also ordered a salad and a happy meal. There were 5 cars in front of us and we had to wait for almost three quarters of an hour. Since the ‘ketchup shower gel’ was missing, we went through the drive-in again to complain and pick it up. We were asked to go to the second terminal. There I was describing the problem when an employee held out ketchup sauce and said: 'Here! Ketchup brother.’ When I asked him if he was kidding me, he said he got a ‘ketchup shower gel’ from his boss. There were two employees standing next to us who also seemed very unfriendly and laughed at us because of the employee's very unfriendly action. Please drive a few kilometers further if you would like to be served by professional, competent staff.

So it's mostly just in the drive in there, but there's always something missing. Another burger today. Because we had a lot in the bags, we didn't notice it during the first check. Only then at home. I'm absolutely not a fan anymore.

By far the worst staff I have ever encountered. I was there a total of 4 times and 4 times the SIMPLE orders were packed incorrectly... In my opinion, it's worth the walk (no matter how far it might be) to the nearest McDonald's.

Terrible, no one can speak German! They are completely overwhelmed, something was missing from my order “again” today. I'm not a fan of the store but if you have to get something quick out of necessity it's always a mess.

I was there this evening. There were enough staff there and, as almost always, they forgot to put an apple turnover that had been ordered and paid for in the bag. Unfortunately, I didn't check on site this time because I was in a hurry. The spiral potatoes weren't done properly! Very annoying! It always happens that something is missing!

Good burgers. Drive in is a bit slow

As of today I know the only MCD branch where you don't get served directly at the MC Café counter. I was rudely asked to stand in line at the counter. When I finally had my pickup number, the café area was directed. I stood there for ten minutes until one of the ladies standing around deigned to prepare my coffee "with great enthusiasm" for my cafe to go. Of course with the remaining milk from the customer in front of it, who knows when it was there. The three warnings that I didn't want a lid were also ignored.

The only branch in the area that I can recommend. We always go there from Villingen or Donaueschingen when we're hungry at McDonald's.

Staff would rather flirt than make food and then they serve cream bags instead of apple bags... juice shop

Fries not cooked through...portions are now a joke...expensive, MC Drive takes far too long...can't recommend MC in general...chemical cocktail to the power of ten...

Food had been sitting there for a long time, you could taste it and it was soaked. The hamburger tasted strange. Employee goes to the toilet and didn't wash his hands (I saw it myself). Toilets had not been cleaned since 8 p.m. and were blocked (as of 9:55 p.m.). We're not coming anymore!

Order goods and they were forgotten because no one wanted to do anything. Service is very poor.

If the word “incompetent” were to describe this store, I would describe it here. Waiting times at the drive-in for an order are over 30 minutes. The next car will only come when the one in front of the window is gone. Until then, everyone else has to wait at the back. And then you get the wrong order. So please. It couldn't be worse. The employees hardly understand any German at all when you try to explain something to them. Result: Never go there again.

Action week, well attended. A nice young lady (with blonde hair) at the checkout was super nice and polite and patient even though it was full and people were really stressed. Thank you very much

As always, something is missing: the order is handed out incorrectly, fries are either barely cooked or burnt. Today it was a blast: I ordered four 20-pack Mc Nuggets boxes and 8 shrimp per box. Unfortunately I didn't receive any of it; I only found 3 shrimps in each box and 10 nuggets. This only happens to me in this branch. I recommend you visit the McDonald's in Villingen. This is not a vituperative review, just my repeated experiences. Best regards

Typischer Großstadt MC's. Leider Personal unhöflich. Nimmt nicht an den Sammel Punkten und Aktionen wie Monopoly Teil.

1 Stern ist noch zu viel. Service unter aller Sau. Unfreundliche und inkompetente Mitarbeiter. Bedienung kann nicht einmal zahlen lesen. Personal spricht so gut wie kein deutsch. Armes Deutschland. Essen nur so hingematscht. Sauberkeit im Restaurant sehr verbesserungswürdig. Auf die Toiletten gehe ich hier grundsätzlich nicht. Es reicht wenn man den Zustand im Restaurant sieht.

Überdurchschnittliche Wartezeit beim Drive-In. Nur ein Gutschein pro Auto einlösbar (in anderen Filialen ist es kein Problem, mehrere Bestellungen pro Auto zu machen). Bestellungen müssen auf Vollständigkeit geprüft werden, da regelmäßig was vergessen wurde.

Besseres wlan als Essen. Schlechter Service ☆ Burger war nur lauwarm ☆ Bestellungs Tafel hatte falsche Nummern angezeigt ☆Nugget war abgelaufen ☆Bürger war versalzen ☆Bedingung hat das Essen an uns vorbei getragen Wenn man zu McDonalds geht und der Salat das beste ist 🤦‍♀️

Wir waren heute da aber was ich noch nie bei einem mc donalds erlebt hab ist zum einem das die Mitarbeiter so unfreundlich sind wenn man kein bock hat bleibt man zuhause (ich arbeite im Verkauf also ja) man bringt das Eis durcheinander leute das ist kein guter Service schade echt:(

Die Mitarbeiter am Mc drive Schalter sind der Wahnsinn. Es wird die Bestellung von einem Auto abgearbeitet bevor überhaupt die nächste Bestellung aufgenommen wird. Wer wirklich hunger hat kauft sich eier im Supermarkt und zieht die Hühner von Hand groß (geht deutlich schneller). Ich schreibe diese bewertung während ich im MC drive stehe und werde jetzt auch noch gebeten links auf die seite zu fahren, obwohl wir dass einzige Auto in der Schlange sind.

Cooler, kleiner Mäckes, bei dem nicht immer so viel los ist. Das Personal ist somit viel freundlicher.

Man muss lange warten. Früher hat es mal von den McDonalds geheißen: Wartezeit 90 Sekunden für die Mahlzeit. Es geht viel länger und die Portionen sind zu klein gegenüber Früher und teuer.

Essen zum mitnehmen, von 5 Sachen fehlten 3,richtig 3 Sachen. Dachte villingen wäre schon schlimm, aber das ist echt der Hammer. Burger wurde hochkant in die Tüte gelegt sodas ich erst den Burger wieder "zusammen bauen " durfte.

Einige Mitarbeiter an der Ausgabe können kein Deutsch und konnten somit die zubereiteten Bestellungen nicht aufrufen sondern nur die Zettel mit Nummern zeigen.

Es gab MCPizza.. sehr gesund und immer lecker 😋

Ich war diese Woche hier essen. Wirklich sehr schneller Service. Der Burger war lecker, und das Cola schön kühl wie es sein muss. Die Pommes waren leider noch nicht ganz durch. Sehr leckeres Essen. Ich habe mich in diesem MC Donalds nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt weil ein Komischer Kassierer glotzt einen an wenn man isst. Sehr ungemütlich. Ansonsten sehr tolles Restaurant mit Cafe. Bedienung freundlich. Alles Super!

Trotz FAST Food Restaurant, keine anderen Autos am Drive In Schalter, mussten wir ewig lang warten, bis das bestellte Essen ausgegeben wurde. Habe mal nachgefragt, als ich nach ca 5 min gebeten wurde, zur Seite zu fahren, wie lang es denn noch dauert, darauf kam ein völlig unfreundlich mürrisches "Es sind nur 2 Leute in der Küche"...aha, schön, war ned meine Frage...nach insgesamt 15 min waren wir dann endlich dort weg...

Gottlos schlecht das die Hälfte der Bestellung fehlte.

Mit dem Enkel besucht als Belohnung. Er war sehr glücklich und zufrieden. Ansonsten bevorzuge ich frisches selbst gekochtes gesundes Essen.

Habe mir Online in der App alles bestellt was ich wollte. Aber man merkt schon wenn viele vor Ort sind das nur ein offener Schalter zu wenig sind.

Chicken Nuggets waren viel zu dunkel und hart fast ungenießbar der Burger einfach nur matsche. Das beste war dass Eis. Aber nicht nur dass essen sondern die Mitarbeiter haben einen extremen kein Bock zu arbeiten Eindruck hinterlassen. Dazu kam dass ich nicht einen Mitarbeiter gesehen hab der mal nen Tisch säubert oder den Boden auf dem gefühlt 1000 Pommes verteilt waren. Leider gehöre ich zu den Menschen die sich vor Ort nicht getrauen dass Maul auf zu machen deswegen schreib ich eben hier.

Leider haben die Bestellautomaten nicht richtig funktioniert. Dann hatte ich einen Mc Flurry mit Hachhaltigkeitsbecher bestellt, der 4,99€ kostet und bekam dann Dich einen normalen Becher, was ich aber dann leider zu spät gemerkt hatte.

Seit langem waren wir mal wieder hier. Essen war gut nur etwas zu lange Wartezeit. Sonst ganz okay.

Personal reinigt Mülleimer, Aschenbecher und Tische mit dem selben Lappen - dazu noch ohne diesen zwischendurch mal wenigstens auzuwaschen. Verstörend. Der Boden sieht stets speckig und klebrig aus.

Schade aber fast keiner von dem Personal spricht noch deutsch daher reklamieren sehr schwer Essen war zum großen Teil kalt Bei unserem letzten Besuch war es leider sehr schmutzig schade dass man auf die Sauberkeit so wenig Wert legt

Also ich kam etwas genervt (privates Anliegen) und ging glücklich wieder raus. Der hauptsachlich von Ausländern zu stemmende Service war heut Abend der Wahnsinn. Gute Laune, trotz kleine Umstände direkt ne gute Lösung parat (für den Cappuccino gab es keine Milch, dafür größeren Kaffe bekommen) und auch von der Küche gab es eine sehr gute, mitreißende Stimmung. Selten so freundliche, motivierte Mitarbeiter getroffen 👍👍

Hoi, Bis jetzt hatten wir nur positive Erfahrungen. Das Essen ist zwar Fast Food, aber dafür ist es ziemlich gut 👍. Bedienung kommt ziemlich schnell und zuverlässig. Restaurant typisch für neue McDonald’s Filialen. Insgesamt positiver Gesamteindruck. 👌

Puh gestern dort gegessen leider hatte kein einziger Mitarbeiter in der Küche Handschuhe an mein Wrap wurde mind 3 mal neu gewickelt ... richtig lecker, zack den burger auch nochmal n paar mal so angefasst service ... eigentlich wird immer was vergessen sich dafür entschuldigen ist wohl nicht möglich Schilder waren falsch beim mc cafe schockokuchen war an dem Tag ein erdbeerkuchen ;)

Überfordertes Personal, eine Riesenschlange am Drive-in. Hat allerdings die Jungs nicht wirklich gejuckt, quatschen war wichtiger....

Sehr lange wartezeiten. Die automaten sind unpersönlich und sind dauernd kaputt. An der kasse wird man nach sehr langer wartezeit bedient. Bin das letzte mal gegangen, weil ich an der kasse nicht bedient worden bin.
