Typical McDonald's – you know what you're getting. The food was decent, freshly prepared, and tasted as expected. A particularly positive aspect was the friendly service, who brought the food to the table quickly. The ambiance is modern and clean, perfectly suited for a quick stop.

We had to wait about 20 minutes for our food. The restaurant felt unkempt. Sticky flooring everywhere, making a smear when you walk on it, smeared tabletops, and dirty seating. There were cobwebs in the corners of the flooring in the women's restroom. Not a pleasant dining experience.

Very mediocre McDonald's. Long wait times, and the food isn't that good either. We rarely go to McDonald's these days, and then you really notice how unhealthy it is. I immediately felt extremely full; there was something added to the sauce, something like MSG or something similar. Yet another reason not to go there anymore.

A clean and tidy place with good quality service!

So, I ordered ONE Happy Meal today! I thought that with an order like this, maybe for once I wouldn't have to check. All the sauces were missing... I can't remember the last time I actually got everything I ordered and paid for. The guy at the counter was still having private conversations with the woman in the car in front of me. He kept saying, "I want a smoke..." Incredibly honest.

Food is forgotten, receipt has to be shown and food is placed on another table because the numbers are mixed up.

I just can't get over this place! Today I got a burger that doesn't actually exist. It definitely wasn't the burger I ordered, and the hastily thrown-together bag had little to do with what I ordered. The wrong products, and to our surprise, there were way too many. Since the lady at the drive-thru counter's German was rather poor, I deliberately spoke slowly.

This review is purely a snapshot because we were just passing through. But it was still a real service disaster. First, you stand at the counter to order and aren't even looked at (by about three employees, mind you), then your order is taken in such an annoyed manner that you actually want to leave. We ordered a coffee and a cafe latte and then got a chai latte. When we reported that the order had been mixed up, we discovered that the employee preparing the coffee was completely overwhelmed, specifically because he didn't know how to make a cafe latte. Conclusion: A miserable atmosphere that is taken out on the customers, and poorly trained staff. It wasn't even enough for a "goodbye."

There was a problem with the bill because the machine wouldn't print it. We pointed this out to one of the employees there, who apologized several times. He asked what we ordered, looked for it, and when it was ready, he indicated that it was ours. However, that wouldn't have been his job. And it would have been useful to have the right person do the ribbon change!

The food was unfortunately cold, as expected, and the burgers were thrown into the box with force. The food looked just as unappetizing, and the fries were ice-cold; I had to return them. With such high prices, unfortunately, this is a complete no-go. I will avoid this place in the future. What must be mentioned, however, is the excellent table service and the extremely friendly staff.

Disappointing – unfortunately, not an isolated incident I've been to this McDonald's many times, but almost every time I have to wait far too long for my order. Even worse: I often simply get the wrong thing. The staff is usually unfriendly and unhelpful. After a visit, my mood is almost always worse than before. I would especially advise against the McDrive – it's extremely difficult to order anything correctly there. I've clearly stated my food several times, but the employees either made fun of it or deliberately misunderstood me. For example, I wanted to order a latte macchiato, and the employee asked me several times if I wanted sparkling water! That's simply absurd – how can you confuse a latte with water???

The wait times are unbearably long. It's even worse when you wait there for over 10 minutes, only to find out that the order hasn't been fully prepared for a total of nine guests. If I extrapolate that, that's 60 complaints per hour. An absolute disgrace for the customers.

Whenever management has changed over the course of the year, it's been the best thing that could have happened to this place. From sticky tables and floors to a pleasant atmosphere. The staff seems to have changed or magically gotten better. Nice

We ordered a vanilla milkshake, which was clearly stated on the display, but got one with strawberry.

I had to wait 10 minutes at the checkout until someone very rudely served me and took my money. After that, it took another 15 minutes for my food to be ready. On top of that, the food was cold and some of it was incorrect. I received the wrong burger and the wrong drink. Since I ordered it to go, I didn't notice until I got home. I won't be visiting this place again; it was simply a disaster.

A very long wait on July 23, 2025, around 7:30 PM. The counter staff was very unfriendly and didn't even smile. Ordered an iced matcha latte for €4. It only tasted like water and milk. And

You wait forever for four burgers, a side dish, and a drink. Other customers who came after were served earlier and didn't order less. No napkins were provided for takeout... Thank goodness I can now touch the surfaces in my car with greasy hands.

In this particular establishment, for some reason, it took a long time to bring the order. Although everything was very hot and fresh.

You constantly get unsalted, cold fries and chicken nuggets instead of plant-based nuggets. Simply cheeky!

The fries here are just as bad as in Villingen (same operator) – more like those from a bad food truck or at a sports field. Definitely not up to the standard of other McDonald's, like those in Zimmer. Pros: The Dyson-derivative in the restroom delivers warm air (unlike in Villingen), but there are no paper towels here either. Ironic that saving paper on the toilet is sold as "sustainable," but all food, from hamburgers to beverage cups, is packaged in paper and cardboard.

I ordered a McFlurry but got a McSunday in a McFlurry cup.

Ordered: Strawberry Shortcake and Iced Coffee Shake Caramel. Strawberry shortcake was OK, as always. The shake was an absolute disaster. It was packed with thick ice cubes and whipped cream. It was barely drinkable. Only whipped cream and thick caramel came out of the straw. I complained and got the same crap. Terrible McDonald's... truly terrible...

It's great when the store is supposed to be open until 3 a.m. on weekends, but only with drive-thru from midnight. You can't redeem your points or vouchers via the app because it's "not possible in this restaurant." Nor does anyone on the intercom understand what you're trying to order. Codes are invalid, etc. Not the first time, unfortunately.

All in all, OK! The drive-thru is set up rather oddly, though! The exit is right at the entrance to the McDonald's...could be dangerous for pedestrians walking in and out if the driver isn't fully focused!

I ordered an espresso, but I received a regular coffee. And they didn't accept a change or correct the error. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

I've been to McDonald's so many times, and I've never seen such a friendly and nice employee in my life. He gives the store so much morals and love, it's incredible. I don't know how much this lovely man gets paid, but I would be delighted if he got what he deserves! Simply amazing. The guy was amazing. He was able to enjoy the food so much thanks to him. We wanted a cappuccino and hot chocolate at the Mc Café. Both were in the "Grande" size. The cappuccino was lukewarm, and the milk wasn't hot enough. However, the chocolate was 3 degrees warmer than ice cream. After complaining about the chocolate, a new one was brought. This one was again only slightly warmer than lukewarm. The shift manager said something about the machine being broken and the boss knowing about it. This, of course, reflects the boss's commitment.

Unfortunately, I have to say that my visit to McCafé today was once again disappointing. I simply wanted to get a cappuccino – a given at a café that specializes in coffee drinks. But things got off to a chaotic start: The cash register at the McCafé was unmanned, with no signage or information. Only after waiting for some time was I asked to go to the regular cash register. The real shocker came then: When I placed my order, I was told they didn't have any milk. In a McCafé – where almost all hot drinks are milk-based – that's truly incomprehensible. No alternative, no solution, just a shrug. This isn't an isolated incident: I've had similar negative experiences at the locations in Villingen and Bad Dürrheim – whether due to unfriendly staff, unavailable products, or simply a lack of organization. It's a real shame that you can't rely on a simple cappuccino at McCafé, even on a Sunday. There is an urgent need for improvement here – both in terms of service and basic provision.

I have never experienced such a bad branch anywhere. Mc Drive was missing burgers in 8 out of 10 orders. Today it was shot down, which is why I will never go there again. On an invoice of €37, €14 worth of products were missing. I noticed Mc Crispy, but I didn't notice the lack of the Mc Wrap until I got home. And when you park the car to claim the burgers in question, there is still some discussion. So I can only advise everyone not to go there

Over 45 minutes waiting time at the drive in. Is it normal to process customers individually and leave others standing just so that no one stands on the sensor at the front of the waiting area? I mean, 45 minutes is really crazy, but then getting the wrong cold food is bottomless.

Nice service at the drive-thru. The Big Mac fell apart as soon as I opened the package. The bread wasn't toasted very well and was extremely soft. There was almost no sauce on the burger itself. Therefore, I'm only giving the "restaurant" 3 out of 5 stars.

Average – good service, despite minor discrepancies The service was good overall, the staff friendly and helpful. However, there were a few minor discrepancies that somewhat spoiled the overall impression. Nothing dramatic, but it could have gone more smoothly. All in all, a solid experience, but with some room for improvement.

I will use this branch with caution in the future, as it is apparently not possible to place your order at the self-service terminal or receive it at the counter without being "pressured" to order something for strangers or to hand over your order. Despite pointing this out to the staff, this is tolerated or tolerated, which leads to people not feeling comfortable there and avoiding the branch in the future. Luckily the nearest BK branch isn't far.

Very unfriendly staff who asked at the drive-in counter that you should order with your correct voice. We in the car just looked at each other in surprise because we were already in the middle of ordering and the lady who took it didn't say anything to us. About halfway through, a gentleman joined in and said that it wasn't the driver's correct voice. We couldn't believe what we had just heard. We were also missing a burger and nuggets worth around €20, which we couldn't claim anymore because we had already kept it. Very unfortunate.

In my opinion, the service needs to be worked on a lot. Despite fewer customers, they take a long time to place orders. A lot is forgotten. Some of the food is served cold. Some of the employees look unmotivated, which doesn't come across as well to customers.

There are no more drinking tubes at McDonald's. Are these austerity measures? The hallway was wiped so that you would fly on your face. There wasn't even a Caution ⚠️ sign. A pregnant woman with a child in her arms was just able to catch herself so as not to fall. If I hate something, when I'm eating and they come with their window cleaning at the next table 10cm away and the spray bottle also gets the guest. Actually, a report would be due here.

It's a shame that despite my patience I didn't receive a warm meal, which is what I expect from McDonald's!

Have a quick cappuccino in the afternoon. Not much going on.

The McDonalds in our area seem to suffer from the same management, which has not seen mistakes for years and saves wherever possible. The staff is friendly, but overwhelmed by understaffing, which leads to poor quality food and things like ketchup or napkins are constantly forgotten. The cheese on the burgers doesn't even seem like it wants to melt. I rarely go to MC and Co. The lack of quality makes it very easy for me.

Yesterday I picked up the Big Rösti menu and ordered it without bacon, waited almost 30 minutes for food then it arrived with bacon, I complained about it straight away but the workers refused to take the bacon out and the roll also had bacon, despite politely asking and refusing to order correctly The exchange was made and we had to give the burger away to the customer sitting next to us. I had to pay the money and could only eat the fries and drink Ayran... Apparently you can Don't order the big rösti without bacon.. They earn millions but aren't even able to exchange a roll without bacon.. I'll never order anything there again! Was a regular customer...

The food was fresh and good. Even though I ordered to be picked up at the counter, I was told that I was welcome to sit down and the food would be brought to me. Very thoughtful, thank you! The franchisee cannot control the portion size or price. The store is clean and tidy. There is a deduction for the B grade because in many branches there is also trickery with the Monopoly stickers and the advertised quantity is not given out.

Were there at 11:30 am. The whole floor was sticky, there were dried cucumbers and crumbs on the seats. There weren't many customers there so there would have been enough time to wipe it over. Toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned for the last few days (especially behind the doors). One of the dirtiest branches I've ever visited. Never again.

I specifically ordered something that didn't have tomatoes in it (therefore no option to leave it out if I requested something extra) and they just put some in anyway, so I think it's really great that I can't even follow simple recipes.

Unfortunately, they don't make any effort to eat. Fries cold, Big Tasty slapped down like anything else. Bacon lies somewhere unmistakably beneath the meat. Three people ordered and received a napkin. Should we share? You can save table service and pick everything up yourself. You have to go back anyway. Sorry but that was my last visit here.

An average branch with friendly staff. The orders are prepared very quickly - the waiting times at Mc Drive are not too long. The restaurant itself could be a little cleaner - like everywhere else at McDonalds. I can't say whether it's because of the lack of staff or because of the customers.

McDonald's in the commercial area is fine. Fries are usually cold because they are always aimed at the tablet first, even though the burger or something similar is still being prepared. At my daughter's happy meal, something about the toys is always packed up, which is annoying because everyone who has children knows what's going to happen. Either “cry” or you have to get up and go back and exchange it or hope that the toy you want is still there. Afterwards the fries are ice cold. Burgers are delicious, there's nothing to say about that. Cleanliness is also okay depending on the rush. The drive always takes a long time, especially in the evening. You can no longer speak of “fast” food. Ambiance is fine, mostly sticky and crumbly. There's no comparison to KFC or Subway, they definitely do a much better job.

Cheeseburger meat is now half as thick as it was a few years ago. You almost have to look for onions. What MC Donalds now offers here is unbelievable and prices are beyond good and bad for bad food. I'm really surprised that the employees can still be so motivated.

Actually everything was okay, but the employee was completely overwhelmed, a real disaster.

We got two cokes that tasted like nothing and had almost no carbon dioxide. We complained about this as soon as we switched gears. The cashier was a bit helpless but remained friendly. The manager who was brought in, however, quickly became foul-mouthed. That's normal and if we want good cola we should buy one in the bottle. After that she left. The cashier apologized and then closed the window. Otherwise food was ok.

Ordered something to pick up again. I was hoping that things would be better now but unfortunately I was wrong! As is often the case, at least 2 parts are missing. I'd rather drive on now and hope that I at least get what I paid for. Also the filet-o-fish: no cheese, no tartar sauce. Simply pathetic!

Besuch am 31.08. Später Nachmittag Bestellt per App, Bedienung am Tisch. Da fing es schon an ...wir saßen oben und hörten auf einmal das jemand unten eine Nummer schreit.... obwohl wenig los. Musste ich essen unten abholen. Begründung zu viel los. Lächerlich Toilette völlig unsauber .. man sieht, seit Wochen nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht. Es hatte sich ja mal etwas verbessert. Aber seit ein paar Wochen herrscht wieder Chaos...

Worst and slowest McDonald's in the world

After my first and last visit today, I can say that no more can be done wrong than has been done wrong. My "big chocolate" shake was only half full and because that wasn't enough, it wasn't chocolate but vanilla. The waiting time was several minutes, which was incomprehensible to me because the rest of the table received their food after a very short time. All in all, I can say that this McDonalds can't expect me to be a paying guest anymore. Do you need to know if you want such a service?
