Not recommended. A terrible 47-minute wait. Only one service staff member for everything, including the drive-thru.

I always have problems in this McDonalds, especially with your actions, the staff seems uninformed and uninterested in it. Most recently, during your Minecraft campaign, I redeemed one of the collectible figures using an app coupon but only received the figure for the Happy Meal. The difference in the collectible figure you receive a code to redeem which unlocks the same figure in the game. When I asked, I shrugged my shoulders and then contacted the restaurant and fobbed them off with lies. I have great hope that the McDonalds in Laufenburg will do better in the future...

Unfortunately I have to give one star to comment here. The exit to the rest stop is in the middle of the construction site. You struggle until you can drive out and look forward to a burger 🍔 and then Burgerking is closed at 11:50 a.m. When I asked, I received the following answer: Maybe at 12, maybe at 1 p.m. But maybe not until tomorrow or the day after. The toilets stink extremely. Sauner is different. The access to the motorway is not exactly easy due to the traffic jam. So guys, just keep driving!!!!! Not worth it!

Absurdly expensive for what they offer. Lukewarm burgers with mini patty's that will last a maximum amount of time in your wallet. Cold fries too, no, that was a break from the habit

Incredible! Outrageous! Not recommended! Restaurant half empty, no current orders. I order (Vegan) and my pickup number. is the only one on the display. About 12-14 orders come after me. Almost all of these are made in front of me! After 12 minutes I politely ask where my food is. After 18 minutes it's still not there. As I stand at the front of the counter, I see that meat burgers are constantly being added. After waiting 20 minutes I get my vegan burger with the reasoning that "vegan always takes so long". SO WHETHER A VEGAN BURGER TAKES 20 MINUTES?! Totally outrageous! No apology, nothing. Instead, they want to play you for a fool. Even though I asked after 12 minutes, they still made the orders after me. The staff is really bad, absolutely overwhelmed and also rude and totally unfriendly. Really bad Burger King! I would have preferred to give 0 stars. But they really deserve negative stars!

“Table service” here means that you have to go from the table to the counter to pick up. Otherwise super uncomfortable. No thanks.

Hopefully it was the B team that served me. Workflows/coordination/dealing with customers - is much better. The staff is really slow and overwhelmed really quickly. If you have alternatives, you should choose them over visiting here.
