I'm not someone who eats at McDonald's often. I placed an order at 11pm last night and it said it would arrive in 30-55 minutes. I waited until 1am and the order didn't arrive until 11:12am today. I remember - I received a message from Liferando that my order is on the way, I'll be there in 29 minutes, 2 hours have passed and the order still hasn't arrived, this is a joke

Staff was unfriendly, it must have been the shift leader or something similar. Milkshake not available, so I wanted my money back, after a short discussion this was literally thrown at me... Otherwise always great here

What's going wrong? I've never experienced such unfriendly staff in a McDonald's. One employee in particular at the checkout was always in a bad mood until she talked to my children like the last one. Very disrespectful. Food was still possible. But no longer worth a visit.

Bad staff, especially the gentleman with the curls is the height of impudence. Nobody can really speak German, and they are also very cheeky. Cold food never fresh. Food preparation is much better in any other local restaurant!

Been there again for a long time. You had to look for the lettuce on the burgers, small shreds were placed on it. There was only one kind of ice cream. It's better to go to the competition.

Recently they just can't handle even the simplest order. Every time something is missing or wrong. Even if you go and have it “corrected,” it will be corrected incorrectly. So if you don't feel like checking every single item, you should avoid the Magges!

The service was very bad and I was deducted 2 euros even though I said I didn't want this! And you can't eat leftover garbage everywhere. The food arrived slightly warm but I was waiting for my fries

Well, you don't expect that much with fast food, but if you ordered 5 things, 3 of them shouldn't be wrong or missing, sorry - there wasn't much going on and there were enough employees there. We probably won't be guests in there more often. And funny, the colleagues at the Drive Inn are always super friendly and things have worked there without any errors so far🤨

We ordered a menu with a black glass and got a turquoise one. When we asked, we were told that there would no longer be any that we had ordered, but the machine said that it was available.

Never experienced such incompetent staff as here. Ordering took forever even though there wasn't much going on and we only ordered three things. I got water instead of a Sprite and both free glasses we got were the wrong color. Very disappointing even for McDonalds.

Simple ordering (2 menus with 3 items each) took a long time. Instead of Sprite, we got water. Despite specifying 2 different colors for the glasses, we received 2 exactly the same glasses in a different color than the one selected. Employees appeared uncoordinated and confused.

I've been eating here regularly for over 20 years. Unfortunately, we now have to say that things have gotten bad (especially at peak times). I don't know if it has anything to do with the change of tenant from Künstle to Ender, but my last visit was the absolute highlight: I waited ~25 minutes for my take-away. Staff *completely* overwhelmed, even though there were ~10 employees there - most of them were unfriendly, sometimes rude and cheeky (!) towards the customers, some of whom had been waiting for a long time. Hygiene regulations were partially violated. My order was initially incomplete... <10 minutes later I realized at home that my food was ice cold! Ancient burgers, inedible fries! Admittedly, it was relatively busy, but that shouldn't lead to absolutely NOTHING going on in the store because the drive-in/MC delivery is obviously completely overwhelmed!

Burger was well done, warm and tasty. Service was very nice. Restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas.

BREAKFAST IS READY 🫶🏼 The new breakfast in the restaurant was excellent! Clean atmosphere, friendly staff and the owner was personally there to take care of the guests and the new products. The McWrap scrambled egg cheese and the Franzbrötchen were delicious, the latte macchiato from the new Barista coffee machine was really tasty! Highly Recommended! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

McDonalds in Weinstadt is a nice branch of McDonals that offers the usual offerings. In contrast to some other teams in the region, the team here works very efficiently and the waiting times are short. Especially at the drive-in counter, where you sometimes experience extreme waiting times here in the region (e.g. in Fellbach), it's pretty quick to get your hot goods in Weinstadt. The restaurant is also well maintained and appears to be very well run considering all the circumstances. Keep it up.

Food is standard. Unfortunately, the staff can't even make sure the order is correct or that nothing is missing! McDrive is mostly staffed by people who don't speak German!

Unfriendly staff. We didn't have an order made at the mcdrive counter because he was too lazy to type in a coupon code, so we drove on without ordering. Ridiculous!!!

Impossibly cheeky and worst service at the drive-in from rude employees with no knowledge of German. You can be a little more polite without knowing German on the side. We wanted to order separately with two cell phones using the coupons on the app - so the coupon didn't work on the second cell phone. So we drove up, only paid for one order and then wanted something small to go with it. He didn't even pay attention to us after we paid and, after asking several times, cheekily said with his bad German that I had other customers even though there was only one car behind us!

This McDonald's is the cleanest and most service-oriented McDonald's I have ever been to. We're not from the area and we were there just because he was on his way. The burgers were fresh and very tasty and the employees were very nice. A big compliment to this branch!!! I'll come back if I'm in the area again 😊

Such a juice shop! Incompetent staff!! Ordered a Royal BBQ Bacon from the menu with a friend, the burger came without BBQ. After dinner I ordered a vanilla milkshake. After a short while the staff came and delivered a strawberry milkshake. After briefly asking questions at the counter, the answer was that there was a lot going on and they were under a lot of stress, but there weren't even 10 people in the MC Donald within an hour!!!

First of all, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food today. After I asked at the front of the food counter where my food was, the lady there said that it was here. 90% of my order was then wrong. I had a 20 nuggets box, but received a nuggets and cheese box. The burger wasn't double meat as ordered but rather a buger with double cheese. It's a shame to wait 30 minutes for your food and then 90% of the time you get the wrong one... This place is not recommended and I would prefer not to give this place a single star.

Unfortunately I only give 1 star here. You order via Lieferando and you don't get any confirmation of the planned delivery time and when you ask (tel) you are lied to and insulted. After 2 hours the food arrived, everything was cold and no response was given to your wishes, never again!

I used to enjoy being here, but now it's getting worse and worse. On the last 3 visits we came as a couple, 2 separate orders (nothing extravagant) and on each visit one had to eat alone because each other's food took an extremely long time. 12 minutes, 17 minutes and the longest time 22 minutes later the second meal came. This is quicker even in a regular restaurant. If there are offers, there will be no indication that they are sold out. Like the limited Coca Cola Zero today. Instead, you get a small Cola Zero with your 0.5l menu Cola. Very useful. The music is sometimes extremely loud, you feel like you're in a disco. Cleanliness is okay, you can't complain about that. All in all, a bad development.

I was there last week it's a great place! The food is great! Just wow! Staff very friendly, including the employees! The boss with long and curly hair is also very hardworking and friendly! :) I recommend you go there! Best food!

Despite our bad experiences in this Mc, we gave it another try on February 28, 2024 around 10 p.m. We had ordered nuggets with sour cream before we left the drive, so we checked our order and lo and behold he packed us the sweet and sour dip. Of course we complained about it, my wife kindly pointed out to him that he had packed us the wrong sauce, the answer was "that can't be changed because it was ordered online" so he tried to brush us off. Then I got out myself and stood at the door at Drive. Now I pointed out to him again that it was the wrong sauces. The same answer came from him again. Before I could show him the order in the app, he went back in and yelled at my wife to drive her car away. Then I asked for the person in charge and shortly afterwards a friendly woman actually came out and swapped the sauces for us without any problem. Why didn't this work for the Drive employee? Seriously, that was the last time we were here at the Mc, after the conflict I'm actually worried that people will spit on my burger. I would trust him.

Employees are very unhygienic, one of them picks and grabs his ass while preparing fries. After that I no longer had any appetite. Just derogatory.

Incident from February 11, 2024 around 8 p.m.: I ordered a Big Mac with fries via the app (with a discount code). Unfortunately there was no sauce for the fries here. Unfortunately, I only noticed this after I had already paid and received the bag at the Mcdrive. So I told the clerk that I would like some more mayo. The visibly annoyed gentleman replied that that wasn't possible and rudely sent me away. There were cars behind me so I drove away. Since I was very annoyed, I had to rate this. Unfortunately, my fries didn't cook at all without mayo.

What kind of staff is this? The developments over the last few months are absolutely terrible. Quite apart from the fact that there are sometimes waiting times of over 30 minutes in this juice shop, the employees are a complete disaster. Unfriendly, incompetent and absolutely disgraceful. Since when do you have to pay 60 cents for a sauce on a menu? (No, we didn't order any ketchup or other sauces) Ok, no problem, you don't mess around because of a few cents. We ordered. Of course it was forgotten in the order. We then go back to the counter and then the good gentleman can't think of anything better than to start an argument. To collect another 60 cents after outrageous, passive aggressive behavior. You get yelled at and made fun of when he makes a mistake. A little tip for hiring new employees: take a look at how friendly you are with customers and people. But the way the tone is among the team and among colleagues/boss, nothing surprises me there anymore.

Very friendly staff and always try to comply with all requests. We always try to keep everything clean, which is not easy when there is a lot of traffic. Unfortunately, there are too many customers who simply leave their garbage lying around. The food is always freshly prepared and good.

Employees speak German poorly and don't respond to you. After half an hour I got my food, which was cold and had a hair in it. What I found most interesting was the dead rat in front of the entrance.

Wow! Was habt ihr denn für einen netten, fast kaum beleidigenden Mitarbeiter an der Drive In Sprechanlage? Wenn dieser Mensch nicht mit Kundenkontakt klar kommt sollte er vielleicht seine Position in der Filiale oder komplett seine berufliche Laufbahn überdenken. Direkt mal an die Zentrale gewendet und hoffen, dass ein paar Testkäufer geschickt werden 😄 Geht überhaupt gar nicht. Und wie ich hier zum Glück lesen konnte, kein Einzelfall 👌

Hallo ich bin der Francesco Cavallaro und ich kann nur positives über diese Mcdonalds Filiale in Endersbach sagen. Es war alles sehr positives dabei. Alle Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr sehr freundlich nett höflich und auch immer hilfsbereit. Ich bin Stammkunde hier und werde jeden Tag wie König behandelt. 👑 ich werde in Zukunft auch weiterhin hierher kommen.

Warum 3 Sterne… ich hatte einen entzündeten Hals und hab Eis gebraucht und sowie man Mc Donalds kennt, war die eis Maschine defekt. Die kalte Cola rettet auf 3 Sterne, da ich ne große bekommen habe statt einer kleinen für den kleinen Preis. Danke dafür.

Wer es sehen kann ,ich bin eigentlich keiner der gerne Bewertungen abgibt,aber in diesem Fall ist es eine Ausnahme,! 30 Euro für nichts und wieder Nichts! Obwohl kaum was los war,war alles was wir eiskalt! Die Nuggets komplett ausgetrocknet! Cola ,Fanta ohne Kohlensäure! Pommes als ob sie schon ne halbe Stunde abgestanden wäre ... Planty Nuggets Furz trocken... So einen trockenen Furz gibt es nicht ,so eklig waren.sie, ein Drittel der Bestellung vergessen, Burger Soßen etc,obwohl am Automaten bestellt und Sonderwünsche angegeben! Service unter aller Sau! Bin seid 23 Jahren in der Gastro ,aber sowas hab ich im Leben nicht gesehen,außer beim Burger King in Bad Cannstatt!!

Zum Teil lange Wartezeiten. Am meisten ärgert es mich, wenn Mitarbeiter es nicht schaffen sich zur Kasse zu bequemen, um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen.

Leider muss man bei Mitnahme immer seine Tüte kontrollieren. Gab noch keine Bestellung bei der alles vollständig war.

Habe am 4.01.2024 essen bestellt zum mitnehmen. Alles war super meine Familie hat sich gefreut das alles sehr gut war . Mitarbeiter an der Kasse /Service waren total gut drauf und sehr freundlich. Ich komme wieder mit meiner Familie. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden 🙂😀

Das beste an dem MC waren die frischen Blumen auf dem Essenstisch. Ein Mitarbeiter hat seine Kollegin beleidigt und für mich wirkt die Gruppe nicht professionell. Besonders wenn viele Kunden vor Ort sind passieren viele Fehler bis hin zu nicht vollständigen Bestellungen oder vergessenen Bestellungen. Geht lieber auf die andere Straßenseite und holt euch ein Döner. Hat man mehr. Btw bekommt das Problem mit der Eismaschine in den Griff. Nur weil ihr KB habt die sauber zu machen, defekt hin zu schreiben... Einfach nur schlecht Damals war MC noch anständig

Für einen McDonald's sehr gut. Alles sauber. Auch die Toiletten. Der Service ist freundlich und bemüht. Kann diesen McDonald's empfehlen.

Sehr dreckige Filiale, Essen in Ordnung

Na ja, das Essen schmeckt ja vom Mägges überall gleich. Sollte man meinen. Wir hatten jetzt schon mehrfach labbrige Pommes in der Tüte, was echt nicht sein darf. Zudem immer wieder eine schlecht gelaunte Person bei der Ausgabe...

Wir besuchen selten ein Schnellrestaurant, allerdings muss man hier enttäuschend bewerten. Innerhalb von 6 Mon. zweimal besucht, eine Bestellung per App und eine vor Ort. Das erste Mal hat es aufgrund der erfolgreichen digitalen Buchung nicht geklappt und beim zweiten Besuch waren zwei Extrawünsche nicht enthalten. Leider konnten wir nicht im Laden die Burger öffnen und prüfen. Es war ausreichend Personal vor Ort. Keine Empfehlung!

Wirklich viele Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke - leider nur eine Mitarbeiterin, die versuchte die vielen Kunden möglichst rasch zu bedienen. Alle anderen bemühten sich überhaupt nicht. In jedem anderen McDonald’s wird man wesentlich freundlicher und zuvorkommender bedienten. Witze auf Kosten der Kunden gehen für mich auch gar nicht !

Guter McDonald's, welcher meist sehr gut besucht ist. Man sollte also etwas Wartezeit mitbringen. Die E-Ladesäule hat nicht funktioniert und ist überdurchschnittlich teuer. Das nervt.

Der freundlichste Mitarbeiter ist Herr Vögele, die andern (nicht alle) beleidigen einfach oder werden laut im Ton sind so derartig unfreundlich. Ich bin manchmal echt fassungslos. Und jetzt wo ich die Bewertungen lese wundert es mich garnicht… Sowas hab ich noch nie in einem mc Donalds erlebt !

Recht gut geführter Mc Donald's. Schon mehrfach dort Essen gekauft und vollständig erhalten. Das war nicht immer so. Musste früher öfters reklamieren, weil etwas gefehlt hatte.

Jedes Mal wenn man ein Eis oder Milchshake will ist angeblich die Maschine kaputt oder wird gereinigt… Habe so langsam das Gefühl die Mitarbeiter haben einfach kein Bock…. Und jedes Mal fehlen Soßen oder Ketchup….man muss immer alles nachzählen, sehr nervig

Ich komme eigentlich immer hierher und die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich doch diesmal war das nicht so. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse war sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Bin sehr überrascht und enttäuscht.

Unhöflich und lustlose Mitarbeiter. War oft hier und ist mir auch immer wieder aufgefallen. Das essen ist alt. Der Salat braun und die Burger wie schon gegessen. Nach Wunsch eines frischen Burgers wurde ich frech angeschaut. Und die Preise sind teuer als bei den anderen

Ich war ja jetzt schon des Öfteren beim „Gasthof zur goldenen Möwe“ in Weinstadt, da sich dieser auch in unmittelbarer Nähe meiner Residenz befindet. Jedoch kann ich diese Filiale der hiesigen Fast Food Kette überhaupt garnicht empfehlen. Gründe dafür gibt es einige... Einer ist z.B. Die Qualität der Pommes, die grundsätzlich vor Fett einfach nur triefen und total versalzen sind, oft aber auch schon kalt sind oder zu lange in der „warm halte Grube“ liegen und sie somit beinahe ungenießbar machen. Dann, hat man sehr oft auch das Gefühl, wenn beispielsweise ein Cheeseburger bestellt wird, das dieser vom Vortag oder vielleicht auch vom Vor-Vortag stammt, da der, zwar warme Burger, so ausgetrocknet war, dass selbst der Ketchup und Senf anfängt zu bröseln. Größtes Defizit besteht jedoch beim Drive-in, nahezu jedes Mal fehlt etwas, mal sind es die Soßen oder die Spielzeuge für die Kids(wenn überhaupt die aktuellen Spielzeuge verfügbar sind), selbst wenn nochmals nach der Vollständigkeit nachgefragt wird, fehlte etwas. Alles in allem finde ich persönlich das diese Filiale in keinem Fall der McDonald‘s Richtlinien entspricht und rate jedem der hier nicht einfach nur einen Kaffee oder ein Eis haben möchte, ca.6 km weiter in Richtung Stuttgart nach Fellbach weiter fährt, denn dort stimmt alles und ist sehr zu empfehlen, obwohl selbe Kette...

Was will man zu einem McDonalds schreiben? Kennt man einen, kennt man alle. Zum Essen gibt es gar nichts zu sagen - Standardangebot wie es sich für McDonalds in Deutschland gehört - Bürger, Salate alles zum schnellen unkomplizierten Verzehr geeignet.

Grundsätzlich ist dieser McDonalds gut gelegen und man hat ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Personal spricht überwiegend sehr schlechtes deutsch, was die Bestellungen- besonders beim McDrive sehr schwierig gestaltet. Auch Sonderwünsche im Innenbereich zu bestellen stellt einen desöfteren vor eine Herausforderung. Mehrfach haben wir für Produkte gezahlt und diese nicht erhalten. Insbesondere bei Burgeranzahl und Extrasoßen wird geschlampt. Chicken etc. zählen wir allerdings nicht nach. Es gab bisher nur eine freundliche und wirklich taffe Drive-Dame. Sie hatte den Laden im Griff und trotzdem noch ein freundliches Wort für den Gast übrig. Sie hat m.E. Das goldene M des Monats verdient ;-) Bei anderen Arbeitern mussten wir zuweilen gefühlte Ewigkeiten warten, bis man sich im Laden wieder Klarheit über die Bestellungen verschafft hatte. Innen essen wir nach Möglichkeit gar nicht, da die Tische entweder verdreckt oder nass vom Wischlappen sind und die Tablettrückgabe übervoll ist. Die Toilette dagegen ist verhältnismäßig sauber. Die Qualität der Speisen hält sich in Grenzen- oft liegt der Käse noch in harten Scheiben auf dem Burger und ist nicht mal ansatzweise verlaufen.
