McDonald's in Weinstadt

Unfortunately you can only give one star, no star would be better. Waited 20 minutes for a Big Mac menu. There is something different on the internet. Called central Munich, they don't want to know anything. Great customer service!!! Luckily there's Burger King. I will never visit an MC.....store again. As compensation, I will receive a menu of my choice... I will NOT redeem it in this MC branch in this life!!!

Unfortunately my visit was very disappointing. The burgers looked nothing like the ones advertised and the food was often forgotten. The fries were cold and the boss was quite rude. You can just tell that the staff doesn't really care. In addition, the prices are now far too high for what you get. One positive point: the tables are cleaned thoroughly after each guest, but unfortunately that doesn't make the overall experience any better.

Craziest McDonald's branch ever. Employees barely understand German, the order is almost never correct or complete and then the food is still cold. Unfortunately you have to give at least one star. Just imagine a minus in front of it!

Went to the MC again today for lunch and we both thought that the burgers 🍔 were just rubbish and had nothing in common with the photos from the advertising...we won't do that to each other anymore...

I've been eating here regularly for over 20 years. Unfortunately, we now have to say that things have gotten bad (especially at peak times). My last visit was the absolute highlight: I waited ~25 minutes for my take-away. Staff *completely* overwhelmed, even though there were ~10 employees there - most of them were unfriendly, sometimes rude and cheeky (!) towards the customers, some of whom had been waiting for a long time. Hygiene regulations were partially violated. My order was initially incomplete... <10 minutes later I realized at home that my food was ice cold! Ancient burgers, inedible fries! Admittedly, it was relatively busy, but that shouldn't lead to absolutely NOTHING going on in the store because the drive-in/MC delivery is obviously completely overwhelmed!

Total disaster... There was even paper in my burger

Very slow service, you order in advance using the app and it takes forever for the food to be ready. The staff either stands around or starts 1,000 things at the same time instead of finishing an order.

Simple ordering (2 menus with 3 items each) took a long time. Instead of Sprite, we got water. Despite specifying 2 different colors for the glasses, we received 2 exactly the same glasses in a different color than the one selected. Employees appeared uncoordinated and confused. A few weeks later: McFlurry just slapped it down; a dollop of sauce, a bit of Smarties. I didn't even see it being "prepared", maybe it was already standing for a bit, who knows. Other McDonald's branches still manage to have sauce on the sides of the cups etc. and the ice cream to toppings ratio somehow makes sense. Here people are generally too incompetent, no matter what it is about.

Simply set the statistics display to ready for collection and then take your time.

First of all, I would like to say that the burgers and fries were flawless, or as you would expect from McDonald's. But the service left a lot to be desired. We ordered a table spring service and had to pick up our order at the counter. When we pointed this out to the McDonald's employee, we were met with disrespect. The spices were simply left out for the shake fries. The facility is also pretty packed. In addition, every third ceiling light is a flashlight, as was previously known from defective neon tubes. In conclusion, I would like to say that there is a better way.

Everything is super clean, even the tray is taken away straight after you have eaten. Highly recommended. All burgers and fries are also fresh and hot

Some of the employees there are not friendly and don't care about the customers, the orders are often forgotten and then the boss comes and talks to us instead of helping us.

Food wasn't typical McDonald's, the nuggets were rock hard, as if they had been warmed up for the third time. When I complained that I would like to have new ones, an employee pressed his fingers on the nuggets and wanted to make it clear to me that they were "fresh" and that I should take the nuggets back with me. I still insisted on new ones and got them first got it after a long discussion, aboslutes no go. The promotion code on the milkshake cup was half torn off and the code had already been used, which is the next absolute no go! They basically took away my chance of winning (even if the chance is small). The BigTasty was lukewarm, as if it had been waiting to be ordered for a while. In addition, this was ordered without bacon and received with bacon. The employees had more of a “never mind” attitude. Even if it was just a quick stop while driving past, it's definitely a McDonald's that is not recommended!

Fairly well run McDonald's. Bought food there several times and received it completely. That was not always so. I used to have to complain a lot because something was missing.

We just ordered online from the drive-thru using the app. Unfortunately our food came out incorrectly because the app was wrong, well it was a mistake on our part because we should have checked it. Nevertheless, the staff was unfriendly than they already are. Instead of being accommodating to us and accommodating us and listening to us, we were chased away like I don't know. If that wasn't enough, we just stood on the side of the waiting parking lot for a moment to see why it wasn't right. I've been there several times now and each time something was out, forgotten or swapped. There is also an absolutely unfriendly atmosphere that I have never experienced in any McDonald's. A tone with the charm of Frankfurt's Bahnhofsviertel. This branch is an absolute disaster.

The branch is in a good location, but not fast and unfortunately unfriendly service towards customers. It's best to avoid peak times. Unfortunately only recommended to a limited extent.

The cappuccino was very cold, the drinks were almost non-carbonated and the service was hardly understandable. Sorry, but the managers didn't even care that we complained. I have to say, it has slowed down a lot.

I have ordered several times. When I was there everything went quickly but the quality was poor and not up to McDonald's standards. When I ordered online, the order arrived after exactly 2 hours and 5 minutes, sometimes cold, even though I knew it only took 10 minutes to get to me by car. They were rude on the phone and lied on top of it and then avoided answering it afterwards. I would avoid going there again and would advise against supporting this store.

We waited over an hour for our food despite asking three times where our order was. Only after the third, more energetic inquiry did we realize that our order had been forgotten. There wasn't even an apology for the long wait (not even a small "sorry"). Such situations are obviously not unique. We spoke to other guests who also had to wait an unreasonably long time for their orders.

Similar to Deutsche Bahn, they are constantly overwhelmed. Ice cream or milkshakes are rarely available, how difficult can it be to get the appliances repaired?

I'm not someone who eats at McDonald's often. I placed an order at 11pm last night and it said it would arrive in 30-55 minutes. I waited until 1am and the order didn't arrive until 11:12am today. I remember - I received a message from Liferando that my order is on the way, I'll be there in 29 minutes, 2 hours have passed and the order still hasn't arrived, this is a joke

What's going wrong? I've never experienced such unfriendly staff in a McDonald's. One employee in particular at the checkout was always in a bad mood until she talked to my children like the last one. Very disrespectful. Food was still possible. But no longer worth a visit.

Been there again for a long time. You had to look for the lettuce on the burgers, small shreds were placed on it. There was only one kind of ice cream. It's better to go to the competition.

Well, you don't expect that much with fast food, but if you ordered 5 things, 3 of them shouldn't be wrong or missing, sorry - there wasn't much going on and there were enough employees there. We probably won't be guests in there more often. And funny, the colleagues at the Drive Inn are always super friendly and things have worked there without any errors so far🤨

Never experienced such incompetent staff as here. Ordering took forever even though there wasn't much going on and we only ordered three things. I got water instead of a Sprite and both free glasses we got were the wrong color. Very disappointing even for McDonalds.

We ordered a menu with a black glass and got a turquoise one. When we asked, we were told that there would no longer be any that we had ordered, but the machine said that it was available.

Burger was well done, warm and tasty. Service was very nice. Restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas.

BREAKFAST IS READY 🫶🏼 The new breakfast in the restaurant was excellent! Clean atmosphere, friendly staff and the owner was personally there to take care of the guests and the new products. The McWrap scrambled egg cheese and the Franzbrötchen were delicious, the latte macchiato from the new Barista coffee machine was really tasty! Highly Recommended! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

McDonalds in Weinstadt is a nice branch of McDonals that offers the usual offerings. In contrast to some other teams in the region, the team here works very efficiently and the waiting times are short. Especially at the drive-in counter, where you sometimes experience extreme waiting times here in the region (e.g. in Fellbach), it's pretty quick to get your hot goods in Weinstadt. The restaurant is also well maintained and appears to be very well run considering all the circumstances. Keep it up.

Food is standard. Unfortunately, the staff can't even make sure the order is correct or that nothing is missing! McDrive is mostly staffed by people who don't speak German!

Impossibly cheeky and worst service at the drive-in from rude employees with no knowledge of German. You can be a little more polite without knowing German on the side. We wanted to order separately with two cell phones using the coupons on the app - so the coupon didn't work on the second cell phone. So we drove up, only paid for one order and then wanted something small to go with it. He didn't even pay attention to us after we paid and, after asking several times, cheekily said with his bad German that I had other customers even though there was only one car behind us!

This McDonald's is the cleanest and most service-oriented McDonald's I have ever been to. We're not from the area and we were there just because he was on his way. The burgers were fresh and very tasty and the employees were very nice. A big compliment to this branch!!! I'll come back if I'm in the area again 😊

Such a juice shop! Incompetent staff!! Ordered a Royal BBQ Bacon from the menu with a friend, the burger came without BBQ. After dinner I ordered a vanilla milkshake. After a short while the staff came and delivered a strawberry milkshake. After briefly asking questions at the counter, the answer was that there was a lot going on and they were under a lot of stress, but there weren't even 10 people in the MC Donald within an hour!!!

First of all, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food today. After I asked at the front of the food counter where my food was, the lady there said that it was here. 90% of my order was then wrong. I had a 20 nuggets box, but received a nuggets and cheese box. The burger wasn't double meat as ordered but rather a buger with double cheese. It's a shame to wait 30 minutes for your food and then 90% of the time you get the wrong one... This place is not recommended and I would prefer not to give this place a single star.

Unfortunately I only give 1 star here. You order via Lieferando and you don't get any confirmation of the planned delivery time and when you ask (tel) you are lied to and insulted. After 2 hours the food arrived, everything was cold and no response was given to your wishes, never again!

I used to enjoy being here, but now it's getting worse and worse. On the last 3 visits we came as a couple, 2 separate orders (nothing extravagant) and on each visit one had to eat alone because each other's food took an extremely long time. 12 minutes, 17 minutes and the longest time 22 minutes later the second meal came. This is quicker even in a regular restaurant. If there are offers, there will be no indication that they are sold out. Like the limited Coca Cola Zero today. Instead, you get a small Cola Zero with your 0.5l menu Cola. Very useful. The music is sometimes extremely loud, you feel like you're in a disco. Cleanliness is okay, you can't complain about that. All in all, a bad development.

Despite our bad experiences in this Mc, we gave it another try on February 28, 2024 around 10 p.m. We had ordered nuggets with sour cream before we left the drive, so we checked our order and lo and behold he packed us the sweet and sour dip. Of course we complained about it, my wife kindly pointed out to him that he had packed us the wrong sauce, the answer was "that can't be changed because it was ordered online" so he tried to brush us off. Then I got out myself and stood at the door at Drive. Now I pointed out to him again that it was the wrong sauces. The same answer came from him again. Before I could show him the order in the app, he went back in and yelled at my wife to drive her car away. Then I asked for the person in charge and shortly afterwards a friendly woman actually came out and swapped the sauces for us without any problem. Why didn't this work for the Drive employee? Seriously, that was the last time we were here at the Mc, after the conflict I'm actually worried that people will spit on my burger. I would trust him.

Employees are very unhygienic, one of them picks and grabs his ass while preparing fries. After that I no longer had any appetite. Just derogatory.

Incident from February 11, 2024 around 8 p.m.: I ordered a Big Mac with fries via the app (with a discount code). Unfortunately there was no sauce for the fries here. Unfortunately, my fries didn't cook at all without mayo.

What kind of staff is this? The developments over the last few months are absolutely terrible. Hallo ich bin der Francesco Cavallaro und ich kann nur positives über diese Mcdonalds Filiale in Endersbach sagen. Es war alles sehr positives dabei. Alle Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr sehr freundlich nett höflich und auch immer hilfsbereit. Ich bin Stammkunde hier und werde jeden Tag wie König behandelt. 👑 ich werde in Zukunft auch weiterhin hierher kommen.

Warum 3 Sterne… ich hatte einen entzündeten Hals und hab Eis gebraucht und sowie man Mc Donalds kennt, war die eis Maschine defekt. Die kalte Cola rettet auf 3 Sterne, da ich ne große bekommen habe statt einer kleinen für den kleinen Preis. Danke dafür.

Wer es sehen kann ,ich bin eigentlich keiner der gerne Bewertungen abgibt,aber in diesem Fall ist es eine Ausnahme,! 30 Euro für nichts und wieder Nichts! Obwohl kaum was los war,war alles was wir eiskalt! Die Nuggets komplett ausgetrocknet! Cola ,Fanta ohne Kohlensäure! Pommes als ob sie schon ne halbe Stunde abgestanden wäre ... Planty Nuggets Furz trocken... So einen trockenen Furz gibt es nicht ,so eklig waren.sie, ein Drittel der Bestellung vergessen, Burger Soßen etc,obwohl am Automaten bestellt und Sonderwünsche angegeben! Service unter aller Sau! Bin seid 23 Jahren in der Gastro ,aber sowas hab ich im Leben nicht gesehen,außer beim Burger King in Bad Cannstatt!!

Zum Teil lange Wartezeiten. Am meisten ärgert es mich, wenn Mitarbeiter es nicht schaffen sich zur Kasse zu bequemen, um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen.

Leider muss man bei Mitnahme immer seine Tüte kontrollieren. Gab noch keine Bestellung bei der alles vollständig war.

Habe am 4.01.2024 essen bestellt zum mitnehmen. Alles war super meine Familie hat sich gefreut das alles sehr gut war . Mitarbeiter an der Kasse /Service waren total gut drauf und sehr freundlich. Ich komme wieder mit meiner Familie. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden 🙂😀

Das beste an dem MC waren die frischen Blumen auf dem Essenstisch. Ein Mitarbeiter hat seine Kollegin beleidigt und für mich wirkt die Gruppe nicht professionell. Besonders wenn viele Kunden vor Ort sind passieren viele Fehler bis hin zu nicht vollständigen Bestellungen oder vergessenen Bestellungen. Geht lieber auf die andere Straßenseite und holt euch ein Döner. Hat man mehr. Btw bekommt das Problem mit der Eismaschine in den Griff. Nur weil ihr KB habt die sauber zu machen, defekt hin zu schreiben... Einfach nur schlecht Damals war MC noch anständig

Für einen McDonald's sehr gut. Alles sauber. Auch die Toiletten. Der Service ist freundlich und bemüht. Kann diesen McDonald's empfehlen.

Sehr dreckige Filiale, Essen in Ordnung

Na ja, das Essen schmeckt ja vom Mägges überall gleich. Sollte man meinen. Wir hatten jetzt schon mehrfach labbrige Pommes in der Tüte, was echt nicht sein darf. Zudem immer wieder eine schlecht gelaunte Person bei der Ausgabe...

Wir besuchen selten ein Schnellrestaurant, allerdings muss man hier enttäuschend bewerten. Innerhalb von 6 Mon. zweimal besucht, eine Bestellung per App und eine vor Ort. Das erste Mal hat es aufgrund der erfolgreichen digitalen Buchung nicht geklappt und beim zweiten Besuch waren zwei Extrawünsche nicht enthalten. Leider konnten wir nicht im Laden die Burger öffnen und prüfen. Es war ausreichend Personal vor Ort. Keine Empfehlung!

Cleaners concentrate more in the floor than keeping the tables and seats clean for the next customer. You always hear the terrible noise of beep beep beep. Makes me crazy

Wirklich viele Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke - leider nur eine Mitarbeiterin, die versuchte die vielen Kunden möglichst rasch zu bedienen. Alle anderen bemühten sich überhaupt nicht. In jedem anderen McDonald’s wird man wesentlich freundlicher und zuvorkommender bedienten. Witze auf Kosten der Kunden gehen für mich auch gar nicht !
