The franchisee needs to be replaced...this McDonalds has been catastrophizing for 11 years without any improvement. The employees are demotivated/disillusioned by the bar. The worst McDonalds I have ever encountered in Germany. The worst. Why McDonalds puts up with this franchisee remains a mystery.

It's not as bad as everyone says... not the best Mc, but there are worse. The machines worked and 4 parties ordered at the same time, without any problems. My machine had stripes on the right half, but it worked. I waited what felt like 10 minutes for my food. It happened as quickly as with all branches. There were no problems with the language either. I understood the Swiss German “two hundred and ninety-nine”. If that’s what people mean by “foreign language,” I find it pretty funny. There are regions in Germany where you don't understand the people at all and rolls also have other funny names. I ordered the “M” with fries and nuggets. The order was complete and correct. With the burger, however, the cheese slice was on the side and not in the burger, as were the fried onions. I put the stuff in myself but no, something like that shouldn't happen. The toilets weren't that clean. All the disposable towels at the sink were stuffed into one of the toilet bowls by someone. I generally see something like that more often and wonder which people come up with the idea of ​​doing something like that. One thing is clear: they definitely didn't come out in front at birth. Otherwise it was ok and not as bad as people write here. Plus one employee was really cool, which isn't available at every branch.

The ordering terminals apparently run on Windows 95, which is kind of slow. Table service not possible because the exhibitors with their numbers are missing at the ordering terminal. So wait at the exit, a long wait! So when you finally get called, there are of course a few things missing. Sorry, we won't be coming back!

I was just at this restaurant! And the meat was raw and had a strange taste! I saw the staff throw it in the trash! But they duly delivered such meat to the customer! I think this restaurant's license should be revoked! If there is a problem with the equipment, these foods will not be delivered to the customer! If the owner doesn't believe you, ask the staff if there was a problem with the grill on 9/4/2024!

3 of the 4 ordering devices were broken, the waiting time just to place the order was 30 minutes. Despite the orders only arriving one after the other, we still had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes for the food. Chicken nuggets tough and cold, fries not yet cooked through and soggy. Unbelievable conditions like I have never experienced before. The shop should be closed under these circumstances!

So it's not recommended to get something quick. There are a lot of problems at the drive-in, sometimes a citizen is forgotten or the fries are cold as hell. It's unbelievable. Tables are dirty. Machines don't work. The staff is so unfriendly.... never, never again, they don't even charge dirt. The devices for contactless payment don't even work. It's a shame!

Absolutely terrible conditions on the part of the staff. Nobody felt responsible!

Standard chain restaurant. Fast service. 07/09/2023 on my last visit I was very disappointed. For a menu of almost 10€ I got a lousy dry and asparagus sandwich that was tasteless, good thing there was onion inside to taste it. Coke served without a straw with lots of ice and it was hard to drink. Separately, I did not receive a receipt for my order. The level and quality is definitely down compared to a competing fast food company with the same city. I wouldn't go there again.

So if you could give zero stars, I would. 2 out of 4 ordered terminals defective. The other two are so slow or barely usable. We placed the order at the terminal. After waiting 20 minutes and then 10 minutes at the terminal, we drove to the competitor. Nobody really needs that. Ps. Probably the worst branch I have ever visited. To my shame, it wasn't even the only visit, but every time it was a little worse. Once again I forgot half of the order... but luckily we ate there... sorry guys, can't you read whether it says 1x or 2x... or completely overlooked it... if you're a family after 3... If I want to have a nice meal at McDonald's for years, with a small child on the weekend, I want to be able to reliably rely on the completeness of my order, so I don't want to run after my child AND my food 😐 anything but relaxed.

Unfortunately, my experience here was not pleasant. One of the four order machines was broken. The others were missing table service signs. So waited at the pickup counter. Apparently the monitor with the pickup numbers isn't working either. People were constantly asking what was going on with their order. The problem, however, was that my order was simply placed and not called. Only after asking whether it was mine was the answer given in the affirmative. A total of more than 20 minutes from ordering to receipt is not fast food. The M also saved on the fried onions so that it tasted like a Big Mac. The bun was hard and tasted like the day before. Burgers and fries were cold. Other branches can clearly do it better.

Unclean, unfriendly and food not warm!

Ordering machines are slower than a PC from the year 2000, and half of the food is cold by the time it arrives. Then you bite into it and ask yourself where the coating is and then you see: 3 small onion pieces, 1 mini dollop of ketchup and mustard and 2 vinegar pickles, all slapped into the middle

In order to order from the machine you first have to find the right one, either defective, stuck or partially broken. The employees are unfriendly, you are ignored until you can finally pay and they also speak their own language. They have nothing to do, just stand around and talk even though they can see that you are already standing there to pay. That's a cheeky thing here. You don't have to talk about the food. The fries are cold and soggy, some of the burgers are also cold. I can't recommend it.

The ordering machines are usually ineffective and you are lucky if 2 or 3 of the displays work. If these are ineffective or you want to order directly at the checkout, you will have to expect an even longer waiting time, as you will rarely be responsible for the checkout and they are therefore rarely occupied - therefore card payment at the machine is also recommended. The situation at McDrive also leaves something to be desired from time to time, as it happens again and again that you have to wait 5-10 minutes before you can order something and it would therefore be almost faster or the same if you went in. You should ALWAYS check your takeaway food, as it has happened a few times now that I have received the wrong products (e.g. McFlury with the wrong sauce). You can also tell when the employees are stressed or simply don't feel like working, as it often happens that the meat is half out of the burger, the cheese is basically on the other side and the salad is mostly in the box . You can also watch the employees working and see that hygiene is not always maintained correctly (e.g. employees leave the kitchen, touch things outside and go back without washing their hands and continue working). It also happens that even though the queue goes outside, the employees prefer to fool around in the kitchen instead of processing the orders, which is very inappropriate at certain moments and is unfair to other employees who are working extra hard.

Slow... wasn't rush hour, barely any guests and still waited about 15mins for a tiny burger and espresso. It takes them 15mins to prepare a 3€ meal.

Unfriendliest Macdonalds I've been to. It costs €1.49 and there are no refunds for €1.50. They're not friendly at all. It takes 30 minutes to get to the checkout (the food also takes that long) (even JUST an apple turnover). Kick the table tents away. RUDE!

The toilets are a complete disaster - no soap, the toilet paper dispenser has been broken for months, the paper is piling up in the bucket and everything is dirty. They bring us the food, spill 20% of the cola on us, the fries... and show no reaction. There isn't a table or chair that isn't disgustingly dirty. In the past this was always wiped down regularly. Was at Mc Donalds Waldshut-Tiengen today...I ordered 2 McFlurry with TwixWithe. One of these was prepared and the TwixWithe mixture lay loose on the tray and was spread onto the ice cream with a spoon. The cup sat on the counter for 3 minutes until the second one was even prepared. The amount of ice in the two cups was completely different. There he stood, waiting for his topping, at least I already had the first one in my hand. I tried to tell the employee that the topping was still missing, 5 employees looked at the ice cream and didn't understand anything, then one ran into the warehouse and got a new bag and opened the Twix Withemit mixture with her mouth...🤮 and poured the mixture on the ice. I have to mention that there was no stress at all... it was empty except for 5 guests!!!! Nobody has a plan and they don't understand anything. With the workforce, the restaurant can close soon...I hope the WKD sets out to inspect the location soon.

It's getting annoying. 2 days ago I ordered 2 big tasty bacon / 2 royal ts and first noticed when I got home that I was missing one burger each. I just drove by after work and bought menus using the coupons from the app. When I got home I noticed that I was missing 1 menu and one menu where the nuggets were included. The sauces are there, but no side dishes. Conclusion: I paid €11 for a menu and €17 for something I didn't even get.

A normal MCDONALD'S restaurant. Has good parking facilities. Unfortunately, there are often long waiting times at the DriveIn. You should also make sure that the order is made fresh, for example if you order without pickles and don't just take them out of a burger that has already been made. I wouldn't go there on Sunday. It's absolutely overcrowded. We waited 1.5 hours for our order and then it got lost, which is no wonder given this rush.

Unfortunately it has little to do with FAST food. Eternal waiting, too few staff, and still completely overwhelmed. A pity.

We have been to the store several times. But will avoid the restaurant in the future. The waiting times are getting longer and longer. On Friday, May 10th We waited easily for 30 minutes. When I went to complain, I saw that there were probably 2 dozen burgers ready to serve. I have no idea how long. The employees were totally overwhelmed. McDonald's Waldshut does it again and again! The Waldshut location knows about its peak times (especially on weekends). Today, out of 4 order terminals, only 1 worked fully and quickly - except that you had to pay at the checkout without a receipt. With the restaurant more than full and a queue to get out, only one cash register was occupied - for the electrical terminals AND normal operations. Unfortunately, that is the daily chaos of the location. Too few and poorly trained staff, too long of a wait, lukewarm food and bad-tempered customers!
