I always have problems in this McDonalds, especially with your actions, the staff seems uninformed and uninterested in it. Most recently, during your Minecraft campaign, I redeemed one of the collectible figures using an app coupon but only received the figure for the Happy Meal. The difference in the collectible figure you receive a code to redeem which unlocks the same figure in the game. When I asked, I shrugged my shoulders and then contacted the restaurant and fobbed them off with lies. I have great hope that the McDonalds in Laufenburg will do better in the future...

No. Staff unfriendly and arrogant. Order not complete and some cold burgers. The staff should concentrate more on putting together the order and not just making hello behind the counter. What happened to the McDonald's in Waldshut? The employees are so unfriendly. My friend is over 70 and wanted to order at the checkout and was approached straight away. We then called the branch manager and he really discriminated against us and attacked us. It's a shame that McDonald's has become this way there. We'll never go there again.

After a great evening at the King Pin bowling center, I just wanted to grab something to eat at the McDonald's next door. What a mistake! As soon as I entered I was greeted by a smell that spoiled my meal. When “fast food” smells like that, you can only imagine what’s really going on in the kitchen! The machines I ordered were broken and I felt like I had been caught in a bad joke. The food also left a lot to be desired. The fries were the worst I've ever had - soggy and tasteless. The burger was still half frozen; I thought I ordered ice cream, not a burger! What was particularly worrying was that the boss smoked and chilled outside with his colleague before they just kept running back into the kitchen. It makes you wonder what the hygiene is like when the gentlemen are fiddling with their smelly hands between the burgers after several cigarettes. And as if that wasn't enough, my kids came with a Happy Meal that included a "surprise" - although not one we wanted. When I tried to exchange the broken toy, a bald man came who introduced himself as "Ronald McDonald" but was supposedly the boss. He didn't exactly have the friendliest demeanor and quickly rejected me. Overall, the visit to the McDonald's next to the King Pin was anything but satisfactory. One wonders if there is an “enter at your own risk” sign posted somewhere. If you can, find another option to eat - even the frozen pizza from the supermarket is a real treat! 🍟😅🍔

Very disappointing experience – rude staff and poor service I was in this restaurant yesterday around 11:38 a.m. with a friend and our children. We ordered tea, coffee and a children's menu for my daughter. Our plan was to enjoy our drinks first and then order lunch. While my daughter was playing with the tablet at the table, she started eating. About 10 minutes later she tried the fries and told me they didn't taste good. When I checked I noticed that they were undercooked, soggy and obviously not fresh - probably leftovers from earlier in the day. Since we were the first guests and the place was still empty, I politely went to the checkout to ask. The employee didn't speak English, so I tried German. A woman - not German, probably of Eastern European origin - told me that the fries were no longer fresh because my daughter had "eaten late". This explanation is incomprehensible to me. I've ordered here several times, including take-away, and even after 30 minutes the food was still ok. Instead of responding professionally, she spoke in her native language to a younger woman who works in coffee and beverages and a man - all three of whom were clearly talking about me in a very disrespectful tone, right in front of my face. This behavior is absolutely rude and unacceptable. I was so upset that I left the fries and stopped ordering lunch, even though we originally planned to. This experience was not only disappointing but also disrespectful. People who treat customers like this shouldn't work in customer service. Politeness is the least that can be expected. This was extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. I was so upset I left the fries and didn’t stay for lunch, even though we had planned to eat after finishing our drinks. This experience was not only disappointing but also disrespectful. People who treat customers this way should not be working in customer service. It’s basic human decency to act politely, especially in a customer-facing role. I won't return here again.

Today this branch has outdone itself again. The burger was ice cold like it came from the fridge, and the fries and tomatoes that I ordered were also included. The store was half empty and I still waited 20 minutes and forgot the napkins. Everything in the toilet is broken and the hygiene of the whole store is a huge catastrophe. The staff is incredibly unfriendly and uncooperative. We were missing a few things from our order. Despite proof of receipts, the discussions with us were incredibly unfriendly. Until our missing products (half empty instead of full) were delivered. The worst part of the story is that we have all been suffering from severe nausea and diarrhea since our visit yesterday. It's unbelievable how bad this MC gets in Tiengen. We will draw our conclusions from this and perhaps even make a report. And the star we had to give is definitely too much!!!!!!

You can rely on the McDonald’s Waldshut-Tiengen. I can't write anything about the restaurant because I always use the McDrive. This one is always tip top. I use the app to place my orders (often with personalized burgers) and it works almost perfectly for me. My orders are 95% correct, it's very rare that a little thing is missing or packed incorrectly. A short response directly at the pick-up window and the error will be corrected immediately. The staff is mostly friendly and competent, although I am also a rather uncomplicated customer. When the volume is very high, you sometimes notice this in the staff, but I find that to be human. The quality of the food is good considering the circumstances (fast food). Cold burgers are rare, sometimes the fries are already a bit soft. Especially when there isn't much going on. I think the quality of the chicken patties (Chickenburger, McChicken) has generally decreased. There wasn't as much cartilage etc. as there is now. But it has nothing to do with this branch but will be a general topic. Finally, a huge plus: open 24 hours a day!

Update on 15.3.2025: Today my son wanted to have some nuggets and we were nearby this restaurant. So we stopped and ordered some food. Meanwhile I used the washroom and came back to our table. And I waited another 10 minutes until I noticed that our food and the food of many other customers were on the counter waiting to be served to the tables. Of course the food was completely cold. I complained but the lady did not really care. She just replaced my fries even though I told her that everything was already cold. I do not think this was the staff's mistake, I recognise an ignorance by management. If the managers do not care for the restaurant's reputation why should the employees care? Honestly I won't bring my family to this place in future. Maybe this will not matter to this outlet but it will matter to my family by not paying money for cold burgers. Today I visited this outlet for the first time. Usually this chain gets good reviews from me as you cannot make much wrong. But this outlet was different to be honest. We wanted to have a quick breakfast in the outside area. As you can see from the picture it was not necessarily the way a guest would expect a restaurant. And this was just one of many tables. The worst thing is that this outlet is open 24/7 which means someone should be assigned to clean permanently. But even the shelves for the trays were full at 9h50am. Guys seriously it is not rocket science to keep your restaurant in order and tidy. Your cleanliness is your business card for the customers. I hope someone reads this feedback and takes action.

Honestly, what kind of leadership style is this? Sultry, rebellious, cheeky, etc... Such a person should be fired! He is 100% wrong in his position!!! Furthermore, the franchise partner should give some thought to the deployment planning of its employees. There were way too few employees deployed and they could no longer cope with the rush. There should also be a supervisor who checks the orders placed before they are issued to customers. Every second order either something was missing or people received something they hadn't ordered. In our case, we received sauces that we did not order, and when selecting the menu we deliberately left out certain side dishes that were actually on the burger. All in all, I have to say that even the 1 star is too much, as we spent a total of 30 minutes in the store to get a to-go menu, which was also put together incorrectly. I won't set foot in here again!

Worst MC I know 2 out of 4 terminals have been broken for months and they won't let you order at the checkout. You won't find customer friendliness here, you notice that no effort is being made here anymore, everything is very uncoordinated and not particularly hygienic. There is probably far too little staff employed, which is why the operators definitely have to be held responsible. It would be advisable for something to change here, otherwise this store will reduce the reputation of MC Donalds lower than it should be.

Absolutes Chaos, Personal überfordert Wartezeit fast eine Stunde, dann kam nur kaltes Essen, der Big Mac kalt, die Pommes ebenfalls in kalt und labrig. Das geht so gar nicht. Wenn es zuviel ist für den Laden sollte man das ehrlich den Leuten am Eingang sagen und sie nach dem abkassieren nicht Stundenlang auf kaltes Essen warten lässt. Schade.

This McDonalds is the worst I have ever seen in my life. I waited at the checkout for 24 minutes (I had to go there because there were no more slips at all 4 machines and no one thought it was necessary to check) so I waited at the checkout for 24 minutes even though there was NOTHING going on. The employees prefer to leisurely sweep the floor and then take orders. When my food finally arrived, the “Hamburger Royal TS” only tasted like water. Wir haben am Automat als Familie mehrere Burger „to go“ mit zusätzlichem Fleisch bestellt. Zusatzkosten pro Burger jeweils 1,- Euro. Aufgrund schlechter Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant (oftmals fehlt irgendein Produkt in der Tüte), haben wir dies bei der Übernahme kontrolliert und alles war so weit vorhanden. Zuhause merkten wir dann, dass das zusätzlich bestellte Fleisch bei keinem Burger dabei war. Kann ja mal passieren. Aber bei unserer Beschwerde per E-Mail direkt bei McD in Waldshut gab es keine Reaktion vom Betreiber. Also McD Deutschland angeschrieben - mit dem selben Ergebnis, also nichts. Auch auf weiter Anfragen gab es keine Reaktionen. Kassenzettel mit Bestellnummer wurde jeweils von uns weitergegeben. Einfach ein ganz mieser Kundenservice - traurig das es so etwas gibt.

Mc drive order with code, a complete disaster. Code 4911..four nine eleven is the same as, four nine one one. But for the lady it was more worthy of discussion and she insisted that the code doesn't exist. We gave her the code 5 times until she finally confirmed it as valid. Well, let's leave it alone. She didn't want to accept the code when ordering a second smartphone. She just didn't understand that there were 2 bills. Discussed, but if the lady gets rude then we decided to leave it that way. There was just one ice cream for everyone in the car. Unfortunately communication is very poor. We won't see each other anymore. The man at the distribution desk was very friendly (sorry that I took him by surprise with my complaint)

If I could, I would give zero stars. By far the worst McDonald's ever. We had hair in the burger, the sauce was forgotten in the second burger and the requested adjustments were not taken into account. The employees were only concerned with themselves. This resulted in a very long waiting time. The restaurant is a hygienic disaster. The floor was sticky and there were no clean tables or chairs. After the hair discovery we completely lost our appetite and left.
