Overall, the restrooms were clean, too. The staff were very friendly, but unfortunately, you can only order and pay via the cumbersome terminals. Otherwise, it's not good value for money, especially if you order a side of mayo, for example, and they'll shove you in the mouth. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether they want to put themselves through that.

Onion rings weren't fresh. The premium burger was dry. The place was dirty. The employees need hygiene training. I'll definitely avoid Burger King.

Since the renovation, this is once again a BK branch with a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the quality of the food often leaves something to be desired, especially the burgers and fries. The staff is always friendly and cheerful. The desserts are always of good BK quality.

Everything was actually fine, except that you let your customers, who actually ate there, get ripped off by a parking garage if they stayed longer than 90 minutes. I find that quite sad. So next time I want something to eat and a coffee afterward, I'll go to McDonald's...

The same food as in Switzerland, only half the price. There's really no noticeable difference in the food. Fast service, even when it's busy. Right next to the train station, shops, and plenty of parking. Sometimes there's not enough space to stock the trays, and it could be a bit cleaner in certain places.

They've gotten better than before, but the onion rings are often old or have been fried twice, which is a shame. You can tell because they're incredibly hard and dry.

The food was truly pathetic. It was soggy, and the service was terrible. They had food on the menu that wasn't even available, and the only comment they made was, "I don't know that, here are regular fries." We even had to go up to the counter, and they didn't even say anything. The money we paid wasn't refunded either. Once, and never again!

I've just ordered from the drive-thru at Burger King and when I ordered I noticed how bad-tempered the lady was. She didn't even let me finish and just said yeah, yeah... then when I was paying, as expected, the drink came out wrong, no big deal, you can talk about it. Afterwards she claimed that the menu didn't exist but that she had found it anyway. Then at home. Very annoying, the children's menus came out wrong, instead of checking nuggets we got breaded cucumber instead of sweet and sour chili sauce. For the third menu I asked for the Whopper Tortilla which wasn't spicy and got the one with chili. I don't know if that was extra or not, but you could tell from the mood of the young, short, slim woman with a tattoo on her arm that she was very arrogant! I wanted to sort it out over the phone but after 5 calls I gave up. Sorry, never again.

You arrive 10 minutes before midnight and get turned away, even though the opening hours say they're still open for another 10 minutes! 🤔 That was probably the last time I went there!

DISGUSTING,🤮!!A guy with greasy hair (no employee on duty) was at the front where the orders are being prepared, cleaned his nose with his finger, then an employee came from the kitchen, shook his hand and he went back to his work (without even cleaning his hands). I personally found it disgusting.! Never again

Dirty, dirty, unfriendly . Even orders with one item are made incorrectly, multiple times. Antisocial bunch of incompetent people.

Eat as usual. It's not a grilled fresh beef steak, but what actually annoys me is that you can't even stay in the restaurant for 3-4 hours to have good old conversations because a camera now seems to be filming you when you go in and out. I was there today to order food. I ordered at the kiosk and unfortunately my card didn't work there so I went to checkout. The lady at the checkout couldn't speak German properly and was annoyed because she had to get the card machine at the drive and told me I should pay at the kiosk next time. If it were possible, I would have done it too. You can tell she doesn't want to work.

Unfortunately no WiFi, which can sometimes limit the use of the app (Swiss customers).

Best Burger King, food is prepared quickly, it is always hot and tasty. Not too busy, which is good. Ambience is a bit cool. Toilet clean.

bad experience, I was very iinsulted by an Albanian guy who absolutely insisted that I do the whole order inEnglish even thiugh I speak excellent German. never again. No apology offered, I just walked out.

Burger King with drive in. See photos for opening times. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is rarely crowded. So a pleasant atmosphere and not too loud. The food is prepared relatively quickly and is still warm when delivered. The tacos today had a bit of a lack of sauce but overall the quality was good.

I find it absolutely disgraceful to be served by such employees, especially by an Albanian who is totally unfriendly at the checkout and lets out his anger in his own language. As a customer, I felt threatened. Absolutely unprofessional and dubious. I find the shift leaders and the franchise just as unprofessional as you can keep such employees. In my opinion, people like this should be terminated immediately and not kept. An employee like this Albanian can be a detriment to this area. I also saw this man arguing with someone outside. I pay money for my food and want to enjoy it with my family. But that day I felt threatened. Unfortunately, the food itself didn't taste good either. But I didn't expect that since such employees work in this restaurant. I think you shouldn't visit this Citizen King restaurant. That's my opinion! Konnte leider meine Gutscheine nicht einlösen, weil kein Angestellter der deutschen Sprache mächtig war. Die Kasse war angeblich defekt, wurde aber nicht darauf hingewiesen. Am Automaten konnten wir die Gutscheine nicht einlösen, da ich mich nicht registrieren konnte. Hatte auch kein Handy dabei, weil ich normal bestellen wollte. Ich fühlte mich 1. sehr alleine gelassen und keiner war mir behilflich. Nur ein Schulter zucken, das war es. Ich werde DIESEN Burger King nicht mehr besuchen und halt 10min weiter zu McDonalds fahren.

Staff absolutely unfriendly. Some things were missing from about 12 orders. No ketchup, dip or other things ordered and paid for. No napkins with orders. Absolutely unprofessional and dubious. Actually very good, it's just a shame you changed the veggi menu offer so much. One of the few branches still had the 100% vegetable burger Vegi-King with really good ingredients. Now only artificial veggie burgers that look like meat. No veggie wants to eat that!

I only ate the one from burgerking that day... Result: Next day 40° fever, stomach cramps and diarrhea. Doctor says food poisoning Will never eat there again and don't recommend it to anyone.

Simply disappointed, the fries simply smelled like old frying oil and tasted like that...it's happened a few times before, sorry but the fries in Mc are much better even though I'm not a fan of Mc. This can definitely be better!!

It's difficult for me to give a proper review. There are days when there is nothing to notice at all. Nice and motivated staff, clean toilets and seats. On other days it can look completely different. The same can be said about the quality of the dishes. But what has always remained positive so far is the super nice (slightly older) gentleman who often sits at the drive-in counter. You often don't understand him, but he's always in a good mood, super friendly and polite! When the guy leaves the store, they really have to work hard.

I was at the store on Wednesday (March 28, 2024) between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and picked up a menu with two Chicken McNugget burgers. When I finished eating, I felt pretty bad around 4 p.m., I was dizzy, nauseous and had immense stomach and back pain (probably from the school backpack). Since then I have had very bad diarrhea and a gastrointestinal infection because they gave me old Chicken McNugget burgers filled with salmonella. The employees were never friendly and the atmosphere is also very unpleasant. This store should be closed.

Unfortunately the shop was dirty, the tables weren't wiped, cold fries were missing from my dish, the cheeseburger, the cheese I wanted was given cola and orange soda. When I spoke to the staff they acknowledged it, otherwise no reaction

Jede Bestellung muss bei Erhalt überprüft werden, da bisher immer gewisse Essensbestellungen fehlten. Lokal wird neu bereits ohne Vorankündigung und Anschrift beim Eingang um 2000 Uhr geschlossen. Von der Hygiene in diesem Lokal sprechen wir mal lieber nicht 🤢🤢🤮🤮.

Wir waren vor ein Parr Jahren da und dachten ohje wie unfreundlich. Als wir jedoch dieses mal da waren alle sooooo freundlich hatten liebe Worte lustig! Wir sind echt positiv überrascht

Der Chicken Burger war leider ganz und gar nicht nach meinem Geschmack . Habe den wirklich nur gegessen , weil ich Hunger hatte .

An einem Samstagnachmittag nach 14 Uhr 2x Menu bestellt und es hat wieder einmal länger gedauert als erhofft, obwohl der Mittagsrun eigentlich vorbei ist. Ansonsten gibt's nichts zu meckern. Der Burger hat gemundet.

Обыкновенный фаст-фуд. Ничего необычного, но не вкусно тоже. На улице сидеть невозможно, там все курят. В зале неудобно. Совсем не приятная атмосфера. Но милые и улыбающиеся работники. Нам нужно было быстро перекусить и ехать дальше. Но пришлось все-таки подождать. Детские сидения не удобные и грязные. Мне жаль.

Nach den Undercover-Reportagen im TV werde ich nirgends mehr ein BurgerKing besuchen ! Pfui war das scheußlich, die BurgerKing Hauptfiliale gelobte Besserung, nichts geschah.Solchen Franchise - Nehmer muss das Lokal für immer geschlossen werden und ein Verbot auferlegt für die Gastro Szene.

Eine saubere Angelegenheit in allen Bereichen.

Das Essen war für Burger King Verhältnisse in Ordnung. Die Öffnungszeiten haben mit Schließung um 20:00 Uhr am Abend überrascht. Die Toiletten hätten sauberer sein können. Um den Laden zu Fuß zu erreichen muss man mit den Autos konkurrieren. Es gibt an wenigen Plätzen USB Ladebuchsen.

Toller Service, obwohl um 20Uhr der Service beendet war durften wir noch 20min sitzenbleiben!! Top!!

Zwei Burger bestellt, der eine ist lieblos und matschig beim anderen "Mozzarella Burger" fehlt das mozzarella patty. Kannst dir nicht ausdenken. Nuggets waren gut. Bedienung freundlich, den Rest kannst vergessen.

Dieser Burger King überzeugt mit seiner perfekten Lage und sowie auch seiner überaus guten Sauberkeit. Der Burger King ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Essen und auch der Service ist wiederum hier im Mittelfeld. Da man nicht mit allzu vielen Erwartungen in solch ein Lokal geht wird man hier auch schwer enttäuscht.

Sie hätten vor einer Woche Renoviert und daher duften Kinder nicht vom Platz aufstehen da die Kinder alles kaputt machen würden. Und Menschen werden nach Religion und Aussehen bedient. Keinem wurde vor uns nach den 2 G Nachweis gefragt nur uns wurde ganz unhöflich gefragt ob wir überhaupt die Nachweise hätten. Selbst sprechen sie nicht mal richtiges Deutsch oder gar kein Deutsch sondern Englisch aber behandeln andere so schlecht……echt sehr traurig 😞

Es hatt echt geschmeckt doch es gibt eine Mitarbeiterin die mit den roten Haaren sie war sehr unhöflich und sie hat uns angeschrien das war nicht net von ihr Diese " 2 ARIEL"
