I'll be entering this store again. When I wanted to order at the terminals (large tablets for ordering) at noon on Wednesday, September 11th, 2024, several devices were in synchronization mode. Only one terminal was free, so a long queue formed. Ordering directly at the checkout counter was only possible with cash. As I was standing in line at the terminal, an employee walked up to me and asked me bluntly what I was doing here? I told her I wanted to place my order (2 people were in line before me). There was no paper left at the order counter, the fries were cold and very soft, the chicken burgers were completely flattened and the iced tea tasted way too strongly of syrup. It used to be good but has become very bad. I will not be entering this store again regarding this.
