Wie alle Fastfood"Restaurants", Essen kann man es nicht nennen, vielleicht kurzfristiger Hungerstiller

Das 1. Problem: In diesem McDonald's muß man für einen Toilettengang 1€ bezahlen: Da ich kein Bargeld dabei hatte und ich mein Essen, das ich Vorort gegessen habe, mit Karte bezahlte, konnte ich nicht zur Toilette gehen. Das Personal (genügend) war total genervt !!!!! Die Ausgabe des Essens dauert ewig. Dieser McDonald's ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen !!!!!!!!

Was war denn da los? Wartezeit bei der Drive-In-Bestellung 15min und dann nochmal 5min bis das Essen durchgereicht wurde. Und es sah nicht mal so aus dass viel los war. Leider keine gute Erfahrung.

Die Tische waren nicht geputzt. Der Parkplatz ist recht eng. Es gibt schönere McDonald's Restaurants.

Gut, aber es kommt häufig zu Verwechslungen bei den Bestellungen.

So freundliches Personal wie in diesem Mc Donalds hab ich noch nie erlebt. Ganz großes Lob ans Team.

Essen bestellt, es war wenig los, gezahlt und gewartet bis es fertig war. Die Mitarbeiterin stellte meine zwei Burger desinteressiert auf den Tresen, drehte sich um und ging. Kein Ton gesagt. Sowas ist unfreundlich. Zu Hause dann die Burger aufgemacht. Royal TS, vielleicht halbwegs so wie er sein soll, ich hab aber nur Zwiebeln geschmeckt. Big Rösti kam ohne Fleisch, einfach nur das Kartoffelteil auf dem Burger mit einem hauch Käse und 'nem Kilo Zwiebeln. Ich hätte es im Nachhinein fotografieren sollen. 12.05.26 Gläser-Aktion. Mit Coupon Bestellt, Glas ausgewählt, Essen drinnen abgeholt. Zu Hause festgestellt, dass kein Glas dabei war. Bin jetzt nicht drauf angewiesen, hätte es weiterverschenkt. Aber wieso werden hier gefühlt immer nur halbe Sachen gemacht? Auf dem Bestellschein stand das Glas explizit mit drauf. An sich betrug. Wenigstens hat diesmal der Burger gepasst. Kann jedem nur empfehlen die komplette Bestellung vor Ort zu überprüfen, am besten noch jeden Burger auspacken und kontrollieren, wenn man nicht im Restaurant isst.

Miserable Wartezeiten am Mc Drive. Mindestens 30 min. am Schalter gewartet. Zurzeit darf sich das niemals Fast Food nennen. Ganz im Gegenteil.... Und zu 95 % wird jedesmal mindestens ein Artikel bei der Bestellung vergessen. Man muss immer kontrollieren. Das kanns ja auch nicht sein. War früher mal ganz anders.

Habe zum Mitnehmen bestellt und es wurde ein gesamtes Menü vergessen einzupacken

Ich bestelle bei McDonald's normalerweise nur, wenn es etwas Besonderes gibt, wie zum Beispiel die Spicy Chicken Burger oder Wraps. Ich bestellte einen Spicy Chicken McWrap, bekam aber einen Bacon McWrap, der ziemlich enttäuschend war. Das Hähnchen darin schmeckte überhaupt nicht nach dem Spicy Chicken.

Essen als Tischservice bestellt, wäre aber nie gekommen, wenn man es nicht aktiv geholt hätte. Stand schon eine Weile auf dem Thresen und war am Ende auch nicht vollständig. Im Restaurant könnte man sich nicht unterhalten, da mit einem Dampfreiniger Tische geputzt wurden. Als wir die Schichtführerin darauf angesprochen haben, ist auch nichts passiert. Ein sehr enttäuschender Besuch für diesen hohen Preis.

Der Mikrofon an Mac drive ist sehr schlecht man muss das dreifache sagen damit was verstanden wird Ich habe mal Pommes und Burger zu Hause auf dem Tisch liegen lassen Nach 4 Wochen sah es fast genauso aus. Wie viel Müll ist in dieser Nahrung drin dass sowas nicht verschimmeln kann kan Unglaublich dass ich die Jahre mein Körper sowas angetan habe

Ich komme nicht mehr oft...nur wenn's unbedingt sein muss. Im Restaurant selbst war es kalt weil die Türe zum Drive in offen stand, das Personal kaum noch deutsschprachig und ich kam mir wie im Ausland vor da die Kommunikation ausschließlich in deren Landessprache stattfand. Der Burger kalt bzw. Lauwarm und die Pommes lätschig.

Nette Mitarbeiter und super schneller Service im Restaurant. Sauber und gemütlich.

Solide Filiale mit der üblichen Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Das Essen ist in der Regel frisch und die Bestellungen stimmen meist. Die Wartezeiten liegen überwiegend im normalen Bereich, können zu Stoßzeiten aber etwas länger sein. Insgesamt eine gute Filiale.

Gestern, am 12.03.2026, war ich nach meiner Spätschicht gegen 23:00 Uhr in Crailsheim bei McDonald’s, weil ich nach Feierabend dringend etwas essen wollte. Die Mitarbeiterin am Service war sehr unfreundlich, und in meinem Burger war ein Haarstück von über 20 cm, als ob es absichtlich hineingelegt wurde. Das war so ekelhaft, dass ich daraufhin sogar erbrechen musste. Ich bitte die Filiale dringend, diesen Vorfall sofort zu prüfen und sicherzustellen, dass so etwas nie wieder passiert. Bei einer großen Kette wie McDonald’s erwarte ich sauberes Essen und respektvollen Umgang mit Kunden.

Dieses McDonalds war komplett chaotisch. Ich war im McDrive und bekam 3x das falsche Essen. Zuerst ChickenNuggets statt Plant Nuggets, dann fehlte die Soße und ich bekam noch Apfeltasche statt Kirschtasche. Und das in einer einzigen Bestellung!!!

Gewisse Produkte teurer wie anderswo bei McDonalds. z.B. McSmart Menüs und auch der kleine Cafe für 3.50 statt 1.50 !!! Wieso? Wenn man dazu noch in einem elend langsamen Drive In warten muss...

Wir warten jetzt schon 30 Minuten auf das essen! Service unterirdisch!

Früher (also vor ?10? Jahren) war der Preis iw besser gerechtfertigt. ( und aus dem 1€ versprechen hat die Inflation auch die Luft gelassen) Ja ich gestehen ich komm nicht oft zum MC . FRÜHER = Ein Burger der "nur " 10 Minuten auf dich warten darf! JETZT =ein Burger der zum Teil aus dem Warmhaltefach kommt und nur für dich exklusiv zusammen gestellt wird. = 0 Abfall und dennoch gleicher Preis+ Inflation + weniger Arbeitskollegen usw ... Pommes ... wenigstens das ist gleich geblieben - entweder frisch (wenn viel los ist) oder ohne Salz bestellen 😉 Dann das doofe Xxl Tablet zum bestellen- auch das war Früher besser - fand zumindest ich. Lange Wartezeiten ² sind somit vorprogrammiert . Das hat nix mit "Stell dir mal vor, es gibt einen Platz du weist schon wo, da schenkt man dir ein Lächeln nun sagt ..." zu tun . Wenns voll ist geh ich weiter zum lidel oder kaufland , hol mir aus der Sb Bäckerei Brötchen und was zum draufhauen aus dem Regal und spare Zeit und Geld... (sollte jedem klar sein, dass ist dann kein Burger 😅)

Das Essen war sehr lecker und. Kurz vor Feierabend hat sich die Chefin zu uns gesetzt und haben uns unterhalten. Weil wir die Chefin kennen das ist ein guter Vorteil

Ich habe eindeutig plant-based Nuggets bestellt und trotzdem echte Nuggets bekommen. Das ist schon schlimm genug, aber das Verhalten des Mitarbeiters war noch schlimmer. Er war extrem frech, respektlos und hat sich überhaupt nicht für den Fehler interessiert. Statt den Fehler zu korrigieren, wurde mir einfach gesagt, ich bekomme nur echte Nuggets. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Ersatz, keine Rückerstattung – einfach nichts. Man wird hier behandelt, als wäre man komplett egal. Es interessiert niemanden, was man bestellt oder möchte. So ein respektloses Verhalten gegenüber Kunden ist absolut inakzeptabel. Dieser Laden ist eine reine Katastrophe. Nie wieder.

Essen, irgendwie lecker, auch wenn jeder weiß, dass es nicht gesund ist. Personal hat n harten Job und sind trotzdem freundlich und aufmerksam.

Absolute Katastrophe. In dieser McDonald’s-Filiale in Crailsheim wird bei jeder Bestellung etwas vergessen. Dieses Mal sogar die Soßen, für die man extra bezahlt – Geld kassieren klappt also, liefern offenbar nicht. Wie kann es sein, dass die Filiale in Satteldorf ihre Bestellungen korrekt hinbekommt, während es in Crailsheim konsequent schiefgeht? Das hat nichts mit Pech zu tun, sondern mit fehlender Organisation und null Qualitätskontrolle. Extrem frustrierend. Wer hier bestellt, muss offenbar damit rechnen, nicht alles zu bekommen, was er bezahlt hat. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert und den Weg nach Satteldorf auf sich nehmen.

Bedienung kann nicht wirklich deutsch. Essen war okay. Im Lokal ist es immer zu kalt.

Dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Kein schönes Ambiente, hat sich nicht gut angefüllt.

Leider immer wieder häufiger zu geringe Portionen beim McFlury erhalten.. wenn man dann noch dafür den regulären Preis von 4,20€ zahlen muss, ist es eine echte Abzocke meinerseits. Trotz dessen freundliches Personal.

Behaupten im Drive-in ist das Wechselgeld ausgegangen...

Mc smart Menü bleibt bei 6,99 statt 4.99 die Pommes viel zu wenig und meist nur lauwarm. Keine Servietten eingepackt.

Wir waren schon mehrere Male da. Alles in Ordnung soweit. Letztes Wochenende sind wir in Urlaub gefahren, das war der letzte Donntag im Jahr 2025. gut, es war voll, Parkplatz voll, Laden voll… ist halt so es war eben reisewelle. Was mich geschockt hat, man lässt ein Haufen Geld da, Bestellung. Falsch( statt Quetschi kamen braune Apfelstückchen… ein Schelm, wer Böses dabei denkt, beim reklamieren sagte man mir, Quetschi sei alle. Ich sagte, ich will die Äpfel nicht, nicht für das Geld und siehe da… Quetschi war auf einmal da. So kriegt man seine ollen Äppel auch los! Krönung : die Toilette darfst du jetzt auch noch bezahlen. Da drin sah es aus wie Sau. Für 1€ erwarte ich dann auch eine saubere Toilette und einen vollständigen Wasserhahn, der war auch kaputt. Wenn jeder Kunde 1 € zahlen muss, dann sollte ein ordentlicher Wasserhahn drin sein!!! Es ist sowieso schon eine Frechheit, ich geh da mit der Familie essen und das ist nicht billig, dass ich noch fürs Hände waschen zahlen muss!

Schlechtester McDonalds in dem ich je wahr, bekommen nichts auf die Reihe. Bestellung ist immer falsch, entweder was vergessen oder falsch gemach . NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT !!!!! Kein Besuch wert geht da nicht hin .

Pommes waren warm. Toiletten war nicht sauber. Klobrille vergilbt. Personal freundlich.

Habe auf den Füllstand meiner sprite hingewiesen ( nicht ganz voll 0,5 Markierung) die nette Dame nahm das Getränk entgegen und nach kurzer Zeit kam sie wieder am Tisch trank Ich von der sprite nur ein schluck Fazit becher wurde mit Eis und Wasser ausgefüllt konnte es nicht glauben aber meine drei Begleiter probierten auch dieses Getränk

My wife and I arrived at 10:30 PM and ordered takeout. We were excited when we went home with our order, but instead of a large box of Chicken McNuggets and cheese balls, we only received a plain burger. We paid way too much, and it was all for nothing. We are extremely disappointed. Thanks for the wasted money and the ruined evening!

Bad rating due to the unfriendly aggressor at the second window of the drive-in (today shortly before 9 pm).

Please just learn German, or reactivate online ordering with cash or card payment in the app. This is unacceptable: wrong order, wrong charge, and by the time everything was sorted out, the food was cold—even the coffee was cold. Three people had to deal with it because no one understood what the mistake was. At the very least, when taking an order, you'd expect someone capable of taking a wrap, a coffee, and a burger. It was 10:15 a.m., the place was empty, and it wasn't a large order, yet the staff were overwhelmed.

We stopped at McDonald's in Crailsheim for a short break after a long drive. There, we encountered a very unpleasant employee who told us to make room with "boys, boys, boys," which we found quite harassing. Furthermore, when I asked for wet wipes, I was directed to the women's restroom, and then, when I slightly opened the door, the employee called me "stupid." My boyfriend was told in a very stern tone to keep the receipt, even though he was already doing so, and he jokingly dismissed the request. In short, I wish it were quieter and that people were treated kindly, even if they don't have the best job in the restaurant industry. I wouldn't recommend going there unless you enjoy being harassed while eating.

I went to McDonald's again after a long time because I was in the mood for some fun. It started with the fact that card payments weren't possible at the ordering kiosks. Okay, these things happen. I paid for my order at the register, received a numbered token, and sat down at a table. Unfortunately, the table hadn't been wiped clean, but there I was. And sat there... and waited... and waited. After about 20 minutes, I'd had enough and went to the register to ask. It took less than a minute, and I actually got my food! Back at my table, I looked at the Big Rösti: it looked better than it used to, and it didn't taste the same either. In short: I was disappointed across the board. I wanted to vent my frustration via the feedback link on the receipt, but even that doesn't work at McDonald's anymore. You won't be seeing me again anytime soon!

A somewhat dated McDonald's, but it serves its purpose.

Absolutely awful. We ordered vegan chicken nuggets at the drive-thru and what did we get? Meat. Everything was cold and the server couldn't understand us. The toys were missing from the kids' Happy Meal, or rather, they weren't even asked about, even though they were clearly displayed. On top of that, they had problems with our cards. The manager then rudely claimed it was due to our cards, even though a colleague had previously mentioned that they'd already had card issues with other customers. This place should either get a new manager or shut down. Never again McDonald's in Crailsheim.

If you're lucky, the staff even understands what you're saying. I think you'll get there more easily if you speak Romanian. Every second order is missing something or is packed incorrectly. Restrooms are okay, and the restaurant area is also quite decent. The food mostly lives up to franchise standards: squashed burgers and soggy fries, plus ice-cold drinks in the winter. It's just a mucky snack.

I wanted an iced matcha (1.10, they only had the warm version left). When I asked if they could just add ice, I was told it wasn't possible. Then I asked if I could have an empty cup with ice. That didn't work either. Why not just add a handful of ice cubes?

How can it be that I can't order a double meal with vouchers, but can order them individually, even though they're still active. People, just do your job properly!!!!!!!. !!!!!!!!!!!And don't trick people, you rip-off artists. Is this the new scam because people don't earn enough? The manager should be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If you offer a delivery service, then you should do it too. A real catastrophe.

I strongly recommend checking your orders upon pickup. This is the next time you don't receive a complete order... so if you want to be sure you don't miss anything, check when it's released!!!

Unfortunately, I can fully understand these many bad reviews. I'm incredibly disappointed with this McDonald's. You pay €4.30 for a McFlurry, and they're so stingy with the toppings. I had to guess my sauce. When I politely asked for a little more sauce (I would have even added €1), the manager dismissed it, saying, "She's just following her boss's instructions and I should tell him." Then she recommended that I simply give McDonald's a bad review like everyone else. Impossible. At other locations, I pay €3 for a McFlurry and get more for my money (e.g., Leipzig).

For my taste, the McDonough is in the wrong place. Parking is difficult...there are a lot of travelers because of various other businesses. But as I said, that's my taste. The owner certainly thinks differently. We picked the wrong day. Totally overcrowded, extremely loud, and very, very hot, which of course only makes things worse. Food as usual, a McDonough, not an everyday thing, but always nice to stop by. My Big Mac, though, wasn't made with much love; it fell apart in the box. But that day might have been due to the things mentioned above.

Yesterday we went to McDonald's in Crailsheim again. We've had the same issue several times before where coupons just didn't work. And yesterday it happened again. It's a real disgrace that nothing works in this store. With the statement that the manager removed/deactivated the coupons, we will definitely never buy anything there again. It works in every other McDonald's, except for Crailsheim, which is a real disgrace. On top of that, the employees there are very unfriendly and annoyed. The food there isn't particularly good either. You'd think some of the food was from the lecture. It's a real shame. We then went to another McDonald's and everything was great there. Unfortunately, the customer is king doesn't exist in Crailsheim. You should really avoid this store!!! It would be better to close it down.

This store is an absolute disgrace! Coupons don't work; this has happened several times. I'll never go back to this store. It's a shame you can't give it zero stars, because this store doesn't deserve one. I wonder how the manager can just remove coupons. No McDonald's does this except Crailsheim. You don't have to understand it. Never again! Absolutely not recommended! You should avoid it!

Poor service, staff overwhelmed

So today, it was absolute chaos. Everyone who ordered before us had to check their orders and complain. We also checked our order but still missed something... Unfortunately. Today, the service and quality were absolutely terrible.

McFlurry's is always half full, and today there was a pile of mess on the floor. The employees are all incompetent and don't respect customer requests when ordering. We canceled the sauce, but it came with sauce, which was great :(

Once again (unfortunately) I was very disappointed. Table service and again (!) the ordered products were missing. The lady who served didn't have a smile, seemed annoyed and left more than quickly. It's very annoying when you have to go to the counter to ask about two small burgers. The first time I went to the counter and the young lady didn't want to believe me, even though I showed her tray and receipt. I will therefore never use table service again, let alone eat there again. So far I have felt rather unwelcome as a customer (this impression can be deceiving). I come from the catering industry myself and know how important a friendly demeanor and a kind word are for customers.

Every time, something gets forgotten or mixed up. If you politely point it out, you're rudely insulted. Instead of accepting criticism, the employees just react with stress. Unfortunately, this is not recommended at all.

I absolutely don't recommend it. We were just passing through. After a 25-minute wait with table service, we went to the counter and discovered that our €30 order was no longer available. All they said was that they had a lot of new staff today.

Mc ripp was supper, chicken nuggets were old-fashioned, cheeseburger was old, fries were good, hamburger royal ts were cold, I'd rather wait and have freshly prepared food.

We sometimes drive past there on the way to Nuremberg, but there's always something missing from an order and the shop is very dirty.

Tragedy. French fries not fried and served cold, as was the rest of the food. Service a nightmare, we came with disabled people and with grace we could ask for delivery to the table, the lady said they were understaffed. This is not my problem, as I have disabled people in my care. Additionally, the lack of the order...... Massacre

This store is an absolute disaster. McDonald's Germany should inspect it. Something's constantly malfunctioning. Even some of the coupons offered online aren't available. If you're not good with the digital world, you shouldn't bother. And they can't even properly assemble and deliver a Happy Meal plus a regular McDonald's menu, even though there's a note on the tray saying what's supposed to go on it. But who wants to eat what they ordered when they can only have half of it, and then with the wrong contents, no less.

Every time I buy ice cream here, no matter what kind, they only fill half the cup. I spent €5 on an ice cream in the hope of getting a normal portion (I've ordered it twice for my daughter), but I still don't get a proper portion. I'll stop buying anything here now because it was worth the money for the price, and you can get much more at Lidl for the same price.

Bad service, fries were forgotten to pack!

Now even one star is too many! Unfortunately, the staff cannot pack the order correctly at McDrive. We assume that it is due to the lack of knowledge of German. It has happened several times now that we have placed a larger order for more money (at least €30). Every time something was missing and unfortunately it was noticed too late. Of course you could actually take a look, but you can't even stand at the window for a few seconds to check. Tip to management: train your staff properly - or you will lose even more customers!

We were in transit - very, very nice service at the checkout. Which was very surprising.

Unfortunately, the quality has declined massively over the last few years. Actually, we always enjoyed eating there or ordering to be picked up and were always satisfied, but the food and service are getting worse and worse. When ordering, the things are often old, dried out or cold and things are often missing. Eating on site is hardly an option anymore due to the lack of cleanliness.

Slow and expensive. Having to wait about 10 minutes after paying for a latte for 4.99.

Ordered 20 nuggets but only received 17. I'm speechless.

The Mac Chicken tasted like it was spoiled 🤮 I hope not 🤮 and it wasn't particularly warm either 🤔 there was no soap in the toilet, both men and women 😨

Really bad... The food there has become so expensive now, which I generally wouldn't complain about, but what you get for it is really a disgrace! Old hard burgers, the cheese dried up on the edges, cold fries. Brought breakfast today. The pancakes were as hard as cookies and tasted like yesterday. The MC muffin is also old, rock hard and has been sitting for a long time. One side of the coffee mug was totally drunk and dented so that I would have been completely upset if I hadn't seen it! This is really a huge disgrace!!! It's not an isolated case, that's why we rate it every time we visit! It really doesn't work!

A juice shop. I vomit in rays. Once again something was missing from my order and of course I only noticed it when I got home. The phone number doesn't work either and so I can't reach anyone. It makes me so upset, the people there don't even know German properly, how are such people supposed to read the order correctly and pack it up?! I pay money for it and in return I demand what I order and I can also expect good service. Long story short: Never again at MC in Crailsheim

Everything is great, unfortunately there is a strong smell of urine in the entire restaurant but especially at the front of the ordering machines

So it tastes really good, it's normally cleaned, you get a table and so on, but why do people forget to pack something or mix up orders almost every time I come? It's a bit annoying, but at least you get something when you go to the checkout and it says the right thing. I'll still go there often, it's just good when you want to have a quick bite to eat without cooking or when you're on the go. In McDrive and inside, orders are processed quickly and when you get food it is usually still warm and always fresh.

The location is now somewhat usable again. There's still something missing from fast food and, above all, coordinated offerings, but at least I didn't have to wait 25 minutes with 3 different bags to get the wrong one, I had my meal completely after 13 minutes. However, before my meal, 2 cars were supplied with food again before I got mine in my hands. As soon as the whole thing takes place in less than 10 minutes and in the order of the orders received, with the exception of drinks orders, we can talk about fast food again.

This time too, we are not taking part in a nationwide current campaign.

Mcce's stop. A quick stop at the car for a coffee and breakfast is always good. I've been there several times now and have received everything without having to wait long. So perfect for braking briefly and then continuing.

Unfortunately, the employees are very, very unfriendly and don't seem to really understand their job! This is the worst McDonald's we've ever been to. Once and never again!

Absolutely the most incompetent people I have ever seen in a Mc's restaurant! Please check ALL your orders when taking away/McDrive. All of my burgers had the wrong toppings and no one paid attention to my special requests. The nuggets were completely forgotten?! HOW CAN SUCH THINGS HAPPEN???

No longer what it used to be in 2014, no effort is made and people sometimes become unfriendly behind the counter.

One star deducted because a hamburger or cheeseburger is no longer available for 1 euro like it was 20 years ago.

The worst experience ever. Took my delivery and did not get anything, also no refund. I called and people are very rude not trying to help. Apparently, nobody speaks English as well.

Rude people often forget something and then argue

Clean McDonalds with well-coordinated staff. No long waiting times. Tip! Order and pay via the app and just sit down and have it brought to the table.

The store is dirty, the service insults people and is extremely rude. Fries three days old.

Probably the worst branch ever. I wouldn't be writing this if it hadn't happened several times before. Specifically, it involves picking up the food from the restaurant and ordering it via the terminal. Either something is missing from the order or the burger was not topped as requested (e.g. without onions), but usually both cases in combination. Definitely the most incompetent people I've ever seen in a McDonald's branch work here. The employees are slow and seem like they have no idea what to do. And this hasn't just happened recently; we've been observing this for years. Today was definitely the last visit to Crailsheim's MC.

We've never been to such a dirty McDonald's. There was food leftovers everywhere on the floor, the tables and seats were full of leftover food and everything was sticky. The toilets on the floor are full of toilet paper. A lot of people came in the door and were horrified at how dirty this branch was. I don't want to know what the kitchen looked like...
