McDonald's in Schwäbisch Gmünd

Fries were dry and the chicken nuggets were just dry... and yes we don't have to talk about the prices anymore...

The concept of bringing the food to the table is quite okay. Unfortunately, we had to realize that something is always forgotten. We have already noticed this at several branches. We didn't order very much, four or six different things, each time something was missing, you then go to the counter with the bill and you get what was missing.

Food good. Unfortunately the table delivery service was not possible when we ordered. For others it worked again shortly afterwards

Totally shocked, we wanted to buy something to take away! First of all, we paid 25 euros and forgot a 12 nuggets, but we only got babacheus sauce. Great, I'm really not racist, but I don't have to let a black man make fun of me just because I didn't know the pickup number. Also the bill at the same time! The fries were also better and there was no lettuce or tomato in the TS and to top it off, my 2 fish mac were squashed and I had to look for remolade and half of the cheese was stuck in the box! I will NEVER go there again, the absolute last thing I would do is if we had money to give away, is that still possible? If you employees don't want to have anything to do with customers then do something else!

I was in the McDonald's branch in [Schwäbisch Gmünd] on [09/04/2024] and unfortunately my experience was entirely negative. I'm simply speechless, there was a beetle at the bottom of my potato chips when I had already eaten everything and it was also fried in the oil.

Very nicely decorated. I felt very comfortable there.

Ordered a few minutes in advance and it was already waiting for me :) Nothing missing and everything seems perfect! Wasn't thrilled about the last few Big Macs, but those both i just ate were super!

Order placed via the app and picked up at the drive-thru without any problems.

A big thank you to the employee Christofer! He took great care of my little daughter when she was crying. Very, very sweet and definitely a great asset to this McDonald.

Forever waiting times... seems like the entire staff is new. Some orders are incorrect. Kp what's going on right now but you should get it under control quickly

The restaurant and the outdoor area are teeming with bees and mosquitoes. This means the children cannot eat in peace.

Unfortunately, things are often forgotten when ordering. The icing on the cake was when I received a completely wrong burger on my last take-away order. Unfortunately I only noticed it at home.

Employees either only speak English or don't understand anything at all, employees don't seem to want to work there either. Parts of the order are often missing, touchscreen and login via the app often don't work, prices are completely exorbitant. Very often, nuggets are stored there and then intentionally offered to a customer cardboard grits that have been sitting around for hours. Order touchpad broken -> manager says just use the cash register

I've been going to the Golden M in Gmünd for years... but recently at MC Drive I was able to watch the garbage cans overflowing with animals 🫣 while waiting... not so tasty...

Fast food, you can do it. I couldn't really taste what could be better about the much-hyped new Big Mac.

Despite being busy, the order arrived quickly and was really hot. Great service and a team that worked hand in hand.

How many workers there actually have brain cells? Every time something is forgotten in the order, so sorry, but it can't be that difficult to put 3 hamburgers in the bag and not just 2! Next time I'll go to Burger King, at least the orders are right!

I ordered something in the app. A rude employee was there when issuing/paying. He was so bulky that he couldn't reach the payment pad to me because of his stomach. He wanted me to drive my expensive car back and get closer. I definitely won't do that, I won't break my rims. I always go there straight away and I've never had any problems. He got cheeky and I said I wanted to speak to the restaurant management. He then asked me if I even had a driving license. So that's the bottom of the barrel. I don't need to accept that from such an impertinent employee. That's not my level. It was a corpulent older man without an MC uniform in a checkered shirt. You'll never see me in this restaurant again.

In the branch it is important to check the order straight away; often not everything that was ordered and paid for was in the bag. But if you complain, it will be delivered without any problems. If you take it with you, it's very annoying when you're on the road again...

As always, the toilet was very dirty and everything smelled.

If you understand the people at the drive in, good. But it's not always like that. You shouldn't be surprised if the burger is "different" than somewhere else. Like the Big Tasty Bacon is just mayonnaise, which makes you pretty sick afterwards. You don't need to be afraid of greasy burgers, because they're made in a rush. They are always dry. But I can't figure it out at all. I travel everywhere in Germany. Every 1000 inhabitants of the town has a McDonald's delivery service. Except for Schwäbisch Gmünd, there never was, and probably never will be, but there is an extreme need. The employees are curt. If you're ever friendly, congratulations, have a good day for you. Parking lot too small for the rush of people. In some cases you avoid the Fressnapf parking lot.

So always check what you notice... Once again the order is incomplete... Doesn't happen to me anymore. I'd rather get it in Urbach or Aalen...

Dirty, extremely long waiting times - this has nothing to do with fast food.

Classic McD. Unfortunately, we forgot side dishes, the promised delivery to the table was not implemented and we had to ask again.

Food is as usual. Unfortunately, toilets are very inconvenient; men and women share the sink and the hallway. You can only go to the toilet via stairs.

I actually don't like giving bad reviews, but that's really not possible anymore... I originally come from Stuttgart and loved going to McDonald's there too. We have now moved to Schwäbisch Gmünd and of course visit McDonald's every now and then. Every time there are things missing, fries, citizens, drinks or even sauces. Would that happen sometimes, okay but all the time? And with 5 people we always leave enough money behind, the staff is really unfriendly and their friends are preferred (in principle it's not an issue but please not when people are waiting) we were just there again yesterday and had to wait 10 minutes at the checkout (there was no one in front of us, just us) the staff chats happily with customers, ignores us!!! Until the boss came and cashed in on us!!! The staff probably got in trouble and were therefore even less friendly 👍 what can I say, yes it's fast food and yet the people there should be friendly - a shop is only as good as its employees!! I honestly would like to give more points but I can't, the store isn't clean!! The staff is more than just unfriendly!!! Food is constantly forgotten, recently we had an ice cream (yes, there is now some with natural yoghurt and I know that it tastes sour) that was 1000% no longer good!!! Not only did it taste like natural yogurt, it really tasted like rotten milk!!! Of course we said something, the “nice” lady at the checkout said it had to be that way, sorry, I couldn’t imagine it was really inedible!!! A real shame !!! And there isn't that much going on that can justify all of that, in Stuttgart there is sometimes such a rush and yet they manage to be friendly and make sure that everything is complete, nobody says anything if something is missing, but something is always missing! !!! I honestly hope that everything will change at some point otherwise we will soon no longer have a McDonald's in Gmünd, that would be a real shame!!!

In most cases the food is ready quite quickly, so far we haven't had any problems, but sometimes it's quite full.

It often happens that parts of the order are simply forgotten. It's just annoying when you take the food home and then find out that a burger for almost €7 is missing, but you paid for it. It's unacceptable that you have to check your order before you go out because the idiots can't pack the right things, even though there wasn't even much going on. This dirty shop has seen the last of me!

The receipt printer at the self-service terminal didn't work, and when I asked for a receipt, the cashier only gave me the curt answer that I should just wait and they would let me know. Waiting time with 12mim for an MC is also quite long, that could be better...

Simply disgusting yesterday there was a fly in the fries that had been fried. The lady at the counter didn't even apologize. Seems to be everyday life... that wasn't the first time either Not recommended at all!!

we were here on a hot sunny day, and inside was cooler, so it was comfortable to be here, also, it was really clean in- and outside; the service was fast and great; the food also was delicious; despite the fact that it is on the edge of the city, it is worth a visit!

Catastrophe. I haven't been there for a good six months because I had food poisoning from the last Mc Chicken. I was already feeling sick after eating, but two hours later we started. Half of the order is always forgotten. I always just argue with the staff. The floor is as slippery as anything, you think the waters of 10 women have burst. I don't even want to start cleaning the tables. The drive-in... you have to queue for what feels like 2 hours in advance to get something. Even though there was no car there, the woman at the counter asked me to wait a minute, but then it was 10 minutes. There were already people behind me because there was such a long line. A tip: always order everything without tomatoes then they usually make it fresh. Staff totally overwhelmed and have no idea what they are doing. The first window was simply closed as a matter of principle, no wonder it took so long.

At the drive-thru, people always forget the mayo when they order fries. And the fries taste like nothing and the small portion is a lot less than it was a year ago. Double the price for that. It doesn't work at all Grht

I am a really regular customer of McDonald's and McCafé in Germany and Austria. Nowhere does it taste less good, nowhere is the ice cream machine broken more often and even on the motorway during the main holiday season on the way to Austria you don't have to wait as long as here! So bring plenty of time! Absolutely the worst McDonald's and a shame for the image! And no: not a unique experience! The smallest selection at McCafé and the ice cream machine is currently broken for the summer and nothing is on offer! Hands off! Save yourself the disappointment! However, it is perfect in Illertissen!

Very unfriendly employees and the woman was very unfriendly and disrespectful. We were there at 12:50 a.m. and then other boys started too! I drove here specifically to eat from Weinstadt, so if people continue like this they won't get any customers! I also hope that the boss controls those with work so no more

Ordered via the app last night and it's no better than in the store. Ordered for almost 80 euros and didn't get half of it! In each of the happy meals the gifts were missing, the salad was missing and instead of chrispy chicken there was nothing.... The fact that the sauces are always thrown in randomly and no attention is paid to the order is nothing new to me, but that's what happened I'm really horrified. When I asked for a bag to put in the drinks I was just pooped on...

Great mac. Of the minuses, the devil is somewhere far from the city. But it’s like that everywhere here.

After a long time (approx. 3 years) stopped by McDrive again in the evening. Ordering was easy, but the prices have increased significantly. Well, that's just the way it is. I can still see it. What doesn't work is the quality and preparation of the food. The fries have never been a highlight, but you must be doing everything wrong for fresh fries to be so bad, I don't know. Hats off. Unfortunately, Cheeseburgers and BigMacs don't cut it anymore. For that much money, the food has to be better again.

Das Personal ist freundlich, Qualität des Essens etc McDonald's Standard (Gormetessen kann man ja nicht erwarten). Es scheint hygienisch abzulaufen, zumindest wuselte eine junge Mitarbeiterin immer in der Filiale hin & her und reinigte alle Plätze. Was aber finde ich garnicht geht : in der gesamten Filiale gibt es nur 1 Hochstuhl für ein Kleinkind/Baby...? Es gibt außerdem so rein garnichts für Kinder, was einen Unterhaltungsfaktor bieten würde (ein trostloser TV mit Bänken). Ein paar Klötze oder Papier und Stifte würden den Aufenthalt für die Kleinsten der Gesellschaft schon etwas angenehmer gestalten. Leider wird hier nicht an die Kinder gedacht...

Mir fehlen die Worte...die Toiletten stinken nach pisse, das Essen lässt auch immer mehr nach und die Preise steigen immer mehr. Lasst euch doch mal was neues einfallen werdet mal kreativ. Dann geh ich lieber zum Döner und werde satt. Die Automaten funktionieren nicht richtig und keiner kennt sich aus mit den Dingern. Ambiente: hier könnte mal der Innenarchitekt sich austoben!

Alles Top, WC sauber und die Möglichkeit durch Servietten und Reiniger den Tisch schnell noch selber abzuweichen, falls er nicht sauber ist. Ein Spieltisch den lieben meine Kinder.

MC D halt. Parkplätze gibt's. Toiletten geht so. Terminals funktionieren. Aber der Boden ist klebrig und die Tische nicht abgewischt.

Naja, was soll man sagen. Wir sind viel unterwegs, daher auch öfter mal im MC Donalds, weil es unterwegs und an Wochenenden halt einfach praktisch ist. Dieser MC Donalds allerdings war jetzt nicht ganz so mega. Leider machte er einen eher schmuddeligen Eindruck, es war nicht sauber geputzt. Die Pommes waren nicht frisch und schon kalt. Currly Fries waren ebenfalls alt. Burger soweit ok. Außer dass mein extra Käse gefehlt hat. Denk aber eher nicht, dass wir hier nochmal halten. Nächstes mal lieber zu einem anderen MC oder ganz was anderes suchen. Personal war leider auch eher lustlos unterwegs.

Megges halt, ist aber nicht mehr wie noch vor einem Jahr. Oft wird was vergessen,und das Personal ist alles andere als Freundlich.

Personal nicht überzeugend, und sonst das übliche

Mittlerweile ist das ganze zu teuer ein big mäg Menü kostet umgerechnet 20 Mark das ist es nicht wert

Seit der nette Herr (afrikanischer Herkunft vermutlich) am Drive-in arbeitet absolut begeistert! Von der Bedienung am Schalter bis hin zur Essensausgabe sowie das Essen alles absolut perfekt:)

Es gibt zwar einige glutenfreie Produkte. Wenn ich mir dann ein Happy Meal bestellen möchte, gibt es immer wieder das Problem das ich statt den Chicken Nuggets eine kleine Pommes haben möchte, da ich die Nuggets nicht essen kann. Dann heißt Sie können das nicht machen da die Inventur dann nicht mehr stimmt. Da fallen pro Tag mehr Pommes auf den Boden. Zudem immer wieder unfreundlichliches Personal, das nicht richtig mit sich reden lässt.

Problematische Filiale. Mc Drive Warteschlange versperrt Parkplätze, so dass Gäste nicht losfahren können, Burger sind kalt, Bedienung wenig freundlich usw.

Coupon hat leider nicht funktioniert aber der Mitarbeiter war so nett sein privat Handy zu holen um den gleichen Coupon dort einzulösen!

Drive In immer eine Katastrophe, zu lange Wartezeiten, im Restaurant das gleiche. Inzwischen überprüfe ich meine Bestellungen, leider in der Vergangenheit immer wieder fehlende oder falsche Produkte. Für Fast Food absolut zu langsam. Bei meinem letzten Besuch hatte ein Handwerker die Zeit gemessen 23 Minuten für eine Bestellung, es waren viele da, die wieder gegangen sind weil die Mittagspause nicht reichte. Da ist viel Luft nach oben.

Burger sehen im Normalfall aus wie wenn die Zutaten nur in den Karton geworfen wurden. Häufig werden dips vergessen, …

Leider war die Planung in dieser Filiale ein Disaster. Eine Person vorne der Laden voll und der mc drive auch. Ab 12 Uhr kamen dann erst die Kollegen zur Unterstützung. Ein Lob aber an die Dame die sich bemüht hat alles zu erledigen

When I asked for a glass of water they said that they don't have it. It wasn't so clean. Ther were not paper in POS terminal so we have to explain what was in our order becaus we didn't have the number.

Der Boden im Zimmer ist etwas schmutzig. Der Service an der Kasse ist sehr langsam und daher gibt es eine lange Warteschlange.
