Was delicious. Just a little bit for a double portion. Otherwise, friendly service. Fries and currywurst were all very fresh. Hardly any guests ordered very quickly.

Staff moderately friendly, but what annoyed me was the size of the portion, see picture: we had several very LARGE fries and the bowl wasn't even completely full. I understand a little differently about a large fries for €4.50

Food was hot and tasty, a bit expensive, nice staff :) Addendum: on the last visit I tried the churros and they were really inedible!! You couldn't even taste the chocolate sauce, it only tasted like frying fat, so something definitely needs to be changed or sales have to stop! Addendum: We complained about our drinks because they simply tasted like cleaning agents, but why that was was an open question, there was little insight, there was a lot of discussion, and in the end they very rudely put a closed bottle on the counter and walked away!! ! But we had 3 drinks, which became too stupid for me and the three of us shared a small bottle! So that was our last visit with you! Customer satisfaction is very important here! And I only went there because it was suggested to me in the comments that if something wasn't right, I should be very happy to complain about it... well... there were also 2 men there today, the women who work there always are very friendly!

The food was eatable, but not tasty. Also in the winter period it is better to set a heat curtain above the door, it becomes extremely cold when someone enters or leaves the place. Also the bench along the table blocks the entrance door, maybe it is better to change the door hinges on the other side?

You get what you expect. For me, wooden spoon fries are unbeatable. The employees in the Gmünder branch are great. Good service. Hopefully headquarters will appreciate this. :-)

I've been coming by regularly for years. I usually get chicken, they are just incredibly tasty. The service is always friendly and the opening times are perfect for me. Clear recommendation :)

Today I was in a Kochlöffel branch here in Schwäbisch Gmünd for the first time. The service was very nice and recommended a veggie box. It included a vegetarian burger, fries and vegetarian chicken nuggets. The price was around €10 and I was full. The burger itself was quite good, but unfortunately I personally don't like sweet and sour sauce, which there was enough on the burger. The fries tasted pretty good too, significantly better than at McDonalds or Burger King. The nuggets, on the other hand, were okay at best and had a weird taste to them. Finally, I ordered a 0.5 Fanta which was quite expensive at €3.50 and was my biggest point of criticism.

Fries/chicken/chicken wings always taste great but I've gotten the wrong things three times now. The employees should be trained on the difference between chicken wings and chicken nuggets. I ordered 18 chicken wings but got nuggets and they taste real Terrible, they would even deserve 0 stars

Freundliche und Kompetente Mitarbeiter die sehr gutes Essen mit hoher Qualität und Liebe zubereiten :) Man wird immer nett empfangen und bekommt tolle Tagesangebote. Kochlöffel ist die Nr. 1 bei der Frage, wo gehe ich heute essen.

Der Laden macht einen sauberen und zuverlässigen Eindruck. Essen schmeckt sehr gut und die Preise sind angemessen. Danke an die nette Dame,die so kurz vor dem Feierabend noch unsere Bestellung aufgenommen hat 🙌

Einfach und schnell. Obwohl ich kurz vor Feierabend angerufen habe, war Frau Ott sehr freundlich am Telefon und hat sich extra Zeit genommen, bis ich die leckeren Hähnchen abgeholt habe. Und wie immer sehr lecker und nett bei Ihnen. Ich sage einfach mal Danke.

Kochlöffel ist für mich immer die erste Option, wenn ich draußen essen möchte.. weil hier einfach alles perfekt ist! Tolle freundliche Bedienung, leckeres Essen und Passende Preise.. komme immer gerne wieder.. weiter so.

Tolles Hähnchen und immer nettes Personal

Ich habe einen vegetarischen Hamburger probiert, hat mir leider nicht geschmeckt und das ist meine persönliche Meinung.

Kochlöffel eben. Hähnchen ist völlig okay.

Kaufe ausschließlich Brathähnchen und Pommes hier. Das ist aber beides immer super lecker.

Service ganz gut und nett aber nicht alles ist frisch.

Wäre schön,wenn die Burger die man mit nach Hause nimmt,mehr den Abbildungen auf den Werbeplakaten entsprechen würden!😆

Ich starte direkt mit dem resume: Es ist ganz schön OK. Kochlöffel ist für mich hauptsächlich Erinnung an die Kindheit, weil ich damals häufig dort gegessen habe. Für den schnellen Imbiss zwischendurch ist es in Ordnung und es ist lecker. Genau wie bei McDonalds darf man hier nichts atemberaubendes erwarten. Dafür bekommt man kontinuierlich gutes Fastfood.

Die hamburger (oder Star Burger) wie in McDonalds oder Burger King.

Personal freundlich, der Vegane Bürger war nicht der Hit.

Personal ist unfreundlich, wir haben oft Burger ohne Zwiebeln bestellt, aber die ignorieren uns einfach.

Bin immer wieder gerne dort. Burger, Pommes, Currywurst und das Hähnchen sind super. Personal immer freundlich. Sitzgelegenheiten sind vorhanden. Bei gutem Wetter auch draußen.

Seit 60 Jahren richtig gut Qualität

Hähnchen , Currywurst und Kroketten sind klasse . Die Burger dann doch lieber woanders. Und die Cola auch. Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett. Die Ausstattung könnte mal ein Update vertragen .

Extrem leckeres Essen und freundliche Bedingungen

Immer wieder Mal lecker... Seit 1961 gibt es Kochlöffel auf dass es so weiter gut gehen😋

Für einen "Schnellimbiss" echt gut, der Kaffee ist gut und die Bratwurst schmeckt. Am Ambiente muss noch etwas gearbeitet werden, das ist etwas "kalt".

Sehr nettes Personal. Essen immer frisch und schnell zubereitet.
