Phew, what can I say.... Current voucher promotion (03/10/25). Unfortunately we spontaneously decided to go to BK, the vouchers were at home. According to the employee, it is not possible to get the vouchers like this. Hmm, not exactly customer friendly, especially considering the competition. Driving home specifically for this would be stupid and I hated downloading an app onto my smartphone. Annoying, but then we decided on “regular” food. After eating we wanted to try the Baklavar milkshake or ice cream. You didn't get it because the ice cream machine was probably broken. Then we tested the churros. Great cinema, smelled and tasted like chicken, probably because it was baked in the same oil 🤢 In summary: I no longer visit BK Schwäbisch Gmünd

The restaurant overall could have been a little cleaner. But otherwise everything was okay.

I waited 50 minutes for my food because it was cold, I got the wrong French fries sauce, it was cola and the Baklava Churross for €5 didn't even have a tablespoon of sauce on it. There was no apology from the lady at the counter, on the contrary she was unfriendly. For almost €16 I could have gotten better in any restaurant and, above all, faster. You really miss the food when you wait. Was the last visit there.

It takes far too long to charge juice

The worst BK restaurant we have ever experienced. We waited 30 minutes for our food, which was also COLD and inedible. The fries now taste just as shitty as they do at MC D. Absolutely underground, we were here for the first and last time. Not recommended at all, You really need to change something about it.

A few years ago this was a good fast food restaurant but this has become the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Orders (even the smallest menus) take an extremely long time because the food is cold by then and therefore not fresh, and things are missing. You can tell that the staff doesn't work in a coordinated or structured manner. The climate is very chaotic and unpleasant, communication is very difficult with the staff and so far there has been no improvement in the current situation that has existed for a long time!!

Worst fast food restaurant I know. Employees incompetent, chaotic, uncoordinated and also unfriendly. You wait half an hour or more for a kids menu and a normal menu when the store is half full. It feels like a menu comes out every 10 minutes, if you're lucky. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired, the tables are all dirty and there is rubbish lying around everywhere. The most important thing is that the prices are increased every few weeks and you save personnel costs. I can only advise everyone to give the BK in Schwäbisch Gmünd a wide berth!

It took 23 minutes from ordering to receiving the food. It's understandable that I don't look particularly friendly. Especially if you have hungry children in the car. Then I had to reorder the drinks twice because the employee gave out the wrong drinks. Then everything finally comes and the lady tells me I'm racist because she could already see that when I pulled up to the window. (Because I wasn't sitting in the car beaming with joy) If such incompetent employees are unable to read the order from the display, they are simply in the wrong place. And then coming along on this racist track is the last thing for me. This is beyond insulting. Since I have no chance of complaining to Burger King directly, I have to take this route. There is definitely no positive recommendation from me.

So there's a young gentleman in the kitchen and a lady at the checkout talking all the time in Russian/Ukrainian, which doesn't fit in a restaurant chain like this. The older lady in her mid-40s with the shirt is unhygienic and runs around with food in the kitchen, so when I read through the reviews I think to myself, why doesn't anyone from bk-sued do something here that's no longer normal.

They're there every now and then. Sometimes it takes longer sometimes the service is good. There was a lot going on today and mistakes happen under constant stress - it's not the end of the world. But if I wait 25 minutes for my order. The burgers are still almost cold and the nuggets were forgotten (we complained and they were replaced straight away) and then when we get home we notice that the onion rings we ordered are also missing then I think it's cheeky. There are 5 different items and 2 of them were missing. Strong quota...

We wanted to get something at the drive-in but it only shows a Windows screen and you have to go into the Burger King then we had to wait 1 hour for 1 order that was small

Today we went to Burger King in the drive. I ordered a tortilla, it was soooo disgusting!! It tasted so extremely like dish soap or laundry detergent or whatever! Never, never again!

A very bad BK. Only the receptionist wore gloves and was very friendly. Now to our experience: The employees in the kitchen all work with all kinds of food without gloves. A middle-aged man (unkempt appearance, according to the receptionist, probably the boss), likes to try out the ingredients when topping the burger and lick his fingers. Mind you the boss. After what felt like an eternity the burgers were ready. There were only 3 orders ahead of us. Waiting time approx. 15 minutes. Burger cheese cold and not completely melted. Castles themselves lukewarm. Fries lukewarm. A BK that nobody needs.

Good evening, I was just at BK, the lady was extremely rude, I wanted to order about 4 menus to take away but I could only pay in cash and she was annoyed and said only card no cash and walked away straight away. I've never experienced that before. That was the last time I was here, such outrageous service makes me angry

Went there for the third time today and again had to wait over 15 minutes for the food! So if you go here you should definitely bring your time.

Food was okay. Unfortunately you always have to wait forever until you receive it. No other BK restaurant takes as long as it does here. Even at normal capacity, the staff is unable to process orders quickly. What a shame!

I ordered a menu of 2 burgers and fries and one burger was cold. When I went to show it to the girl at the checkout she said that since I ordered 20 minutes earlier it made sense that it was cold. But the problem is that I placed the order 20 minutes earlier but waited 10 minutes for the burgers and then started eating. Firstly the burger was hot as it should be, the fries hot too. Very disappointing, unfortunately no improvement I'm always disappointed when I stop by Burger King. The store is constantly dirty - the toilets are unhygienic and the tray trolleys are often untidy. The new employees usually just stand at the front of the counter, chatting with each other and are constantly busy with their cell phones. You won't find friendliness or customer service here. I find it particularly unpleasant that employees at the chip stand eat while working, which just doesn't seem professional. The older employees were always much friendlier and ran the store better. Unfortunately, the old ambience that made up the Burger King experience for me is also missing. I hope something happens here soon, otherwise I probably won't be able to come by so quickly. And my order also took a long time because people prefer to gossip instead of work.

We were at the drive in today and placed our order with 4 coupons. The two of them were no longer available! According to the statement, it is no longer in the range (I wonder why there are still vouchers for it in the app!). No table was clean. Then the staff was unfriendly and without a smile. The order, a normal menu, took 19 minutes. A special request was not taken into account. After the complaint there wasn't even an apology. Too bad. Until recently it was really pleasant here. Visiting here is no longer fun. Luckily, the McDonald's is only a few hundred meters away.

I tried the crispy chicken tortilla but I can't recommend it. Five minutes after eating I had severe stomach cramps and the sauce didn't go well with it at all. Really disappointing!

Their card reader has gone out of service for a year now and still hasn’t been fixed. At least put up an indication or notice BEFORE the cars enter the driveway so that they don’t get trapped between the other cars without food !

Haven't been to Burger King in a long time. Ordered two menus from a listless lady with little enthusiasm. Card payment didn't work. We got limp burgers with the cheapest ingredients for €27. A little iceberg lettuce and mayonnaise. At least the fries were warm. Toilets were not cleaned when they opened and were really unsightly. Men and women alike. All in all, we know why we haven't eaten fast food in a long time. Too bad about the money.

The food is now quite okay, just normal BK. Service unfortunately depends heavily on staff. Sometimes very unfriendly.

I had a great visit to Burger King in Schwäbisch Gmünd! The restaurant was clean and well organized, and the staff was friendly and very attentive. Ordering was quick and my food was freshly prepared. What is particularly noteworthy is that the burgers were perfectly fried and tasted exactly as you would expect - juicy and well seasoned. The fries were also crispy and served hot. The atmosphere was pleasant and there were enough seats. I also appreciate the many menu options, especially for vegetarians and vegans. Overall, a thoroughly successful visit – I’ll definitely be back!

After I couldn't pay with a card at the machine I used, I went to the counter and wanted to pay. I was greeted with the question of what I had done wrong. Because I came to the counter even though I wanted to eat in the restaurant. After I explained myself, people continued to claim that I had entered something incorrectly. After I couldn't pay with a card at the counter, I had to enter the order again into another machine. I find the service a little strange when you know that a machine is broken. The fact that the meal took forever and then the sauces were forgotten doesn't make the impression of the location any better. But later in the evening the alternatives in the area are manageable, so you don't have to score points when it comes to service. For me the golden M will be my choice next time. If you want to take a little detour and pay the extra charge, you can also consider the small burger shop in Plüderhausen.

If you want to wait 20 minutes per car in the drive-in while the noble ladies and gentlemen take their time to finish 2 burgers, fries and a drink, then you've come to the right place. Employees were chilling, there were 3 cars in line and no one in the store

In my opinion the burgers have shrunk a lot. The Wupper and Krispen Chicken are almost the same size as Wupper Junior. But it only costs half as much. So it's definitely gotten a lot smaller.

The BurgerKing has been renovated. You now have to put your order together at a machine like at McDonald's. You can then pay with a card or pay with cash at a cash register. Unfortunately you can no longer get drinks for free. When ordering you can choose whether you want a glass or a paper cup. I still only go to Burgerking, the people are just great and there is something for everyone. The people also fill you up and you don't have to reorder and it's very clean.

The service was very bad. Even though we were the only two customers, we were completely ignored by all three employees. Every time the employees are so incredibly rude that you don't want to come back. No really, the food is good, but they just scare you away.

Waited over 10 minutes for two menus because the staff was too incompetent to read what you ordered. On top of that, half of them were forgotten and unfriendly. There is a McDonald’s a few meters away. I recommend going there.
