Only 1 person working at 3 p.m.? Funny!

Had to wait 15 minutes even though it wasn't that busy. The burgers were cold and the buns were sometimes hard.

We often went to the Burger King in Schwäbisch Gmünd, the visits were sometimes better and sometimes worse, but we still enjoyed going there. But this evening around 10 p.m. 11/1/24 the employees (two women) were just disrespectful. Bad service, no recommendation! Then rather McDonald!!!

No table was clean. Then the staff was unfriendly and without a smile. The order, a normal menu, took 19 minutes. A special request was not taken into account. After the complaint there wasn't even an apology. Too bad. Until recently it was really pleasant here. Visiting here is no longer fun. Luckily, the McDonald's is only a few hundred meters away.

Really rude staff. Sometimes the wrong things were received or things were missing. Check everything properly if you don't want to be screwed over. Waiting time is around 30 minutes.

Sorry but waiting 25 minutes for your food while watching the staff fool around in the back of the kitchen... That's really weak.

I tried the crispy chicken tortilla but I can't recommend it. Five minutes after eating I had severe stomach cramps and the sauce didn't go well with it at all. Really disappointing!

Unfortunately, the interior is a bit dirty, the orders take a long time and once when I was there, card payments didn't work properly.

I don't have any high expectations of a fast food store from the start. But what went on there last night was really underground. I waited a whopping 25 minutes in the drive-thru for my food to arrive. Regardless of the fact that you couldn't pay by card and even though I repeated what I would like about five times and then didn't get it, there is really nothing positive that I could write here. It's a shame... and please, dear Burger King team, don't write me a reply to this review. As often as you supposedly want to discuss the problems and nothing happens, make it very clear that your answers are AI. Are generated and then nothing happens. Thanks for nothing.

Card payment at the Drive Thru has not been possible for 3 weeks, but you can pay with card inside?

We tried the vegetarian burgers. Taste OK.

Their card reader has gone out of service for a year now and still hasn’t been fixed. At least put up an indication or notice BEFORE the cars enter the driveway so that they don’t get trapped between the other cars without food !

Food was warm and well prepared and not just thrown in

Haven't been to Burger King in a long time. Ordered two menus from a listless lady with little enthusiasm. Card payment didn't work. We got limp burgers with the cheapest ingredients for €27. A little iceberg lettuce and mayonnaise. At least the fries were warm. Toilets were not cleaned when they opened and were really unsightly. Men and women alike. All in all, we know why we haven't eaten fast food in a long time. Too bad about the money.

The food is now quite okay, just normal BK. Service unfortunately depends heavily on staff. Sometimes very unfriendly.

On my last visit there wasn't much going on, as is unfortunately usually the case in this branch. Orders were placed via the display, which worked smoothly. Two cheeseburgers and medium fries. This has to be quick, I thought to myself, as there is hardly anyone there. After ten too long minutes, my number was called. Ok, I've waited a long time, but everything is fresh. Wrong thought. The stuff was limp and just lukewarm. Unfortunately, I was already driving the car when I tested it. Dear Burger King operators, that's not possible.

Atmosphere appealing; Automatic ordering machines only worked to a limited extent - one customer canceled after paying EC (no one knew whether the debit had been made - no order was received in the system); my order and payment was carried out - when picked up: there are no Curley Fries and no sauce - so just added fries and curry sauce (without any information beforehand, etc.) - and there were too few staff, so it took a long time to eat (no more fast food)

I had a great visit to Burger King in Schwäbisch Gmünd! The restaurant was clean and well organized, and the staff was friendly and very attentive. Ordering was quick and my food was freshly prepared. What is particularly noteworthy is that the burgers were perfectly fried and tasted exactly as you would expect - juicy and well seasoned. The fries were also crispy and served hot. The atmosphere was pleasant and there were enough seats. I also appreciate the many menu options, especially for vegetarians and vegans. Overall, a thoroughly successful visit – I’ll definitely be back!

After I couldn't pay with a card at the machine I used, I went to the counter and wanted to pay. I was greeted with the question of what I had done wrong. Because I came to the counter even though I wanted to eat in the restaurant. After I explained myself, people continued to claim that I had entered something incorrectly. After I couldn't pay with a card at the counter, I had to enter the order again into another machine. I find the service a little strange when you know that a machine is broken. The fact that the meal took forever and then the sauces were forgotten doesn't make the impression of the location any better. But later in the evening the alternatives in the area are manageable, so you don't have to score points when it comes to service. For me the golden M will be my choice next time. If you want to take a little detour and pay the extra charge, you can also consider the small burger shop in Plüderhausen.

We waited 20(!!!!) minutes for our burgers even though there was nothing going on. It was probably due to the shift change, but by QUICK restaurant I mean something different...plant based patties were charred, and the burgers were only replaced after vigorous complaints

I was im Germany last year and visited Burger king, I have to tell that everything was good

So with a capacity of 3 customers, we wait over 1/4 hour for the food. The only employee making the burgers looks like he's doing it for the first time. So the other reviews must be correct. I have no idea why the operator doesn't try to change something here. At least food is hot.

If you want to wait 20 minutes per car in the drive-in while the noble ladies and gentlemen take their time to finish 2 burgers, fries and a drink, then you've come to the right place. Employees were chilling, there were 3 cars in line and no one in the store

In my opinion the burgers have shrunk a lot. The Wupper and Krispen Chicken are almost the same size as Wupper Junior. But it only costs half as much. So it's definitely gotten a lot smaller.

Outrageous people arrived 20 minutes before closing time and were immediately intercepted at the door, telling them that no more orders were being taken.

The BurgerKing has been renovated. You now have to put your order together at a machine like at McDonald's. You can then pay with a card or pay with cash at a cash register. Unfortunately you can no longer get drinks for free. When ordering you can choose whether you want a glass or a paper cup. I still only go to Burgerking, the people are just great and there is something for everyone. The people also fill you up and you don't have to reorder and it's very clean.

Uncoordinated staff who are still arguing behind the counter about who is doing the most work. Customers wait 20 minutes for their food and when asked they say it is freshly prepared... We then left and had far better service from the competition a few meters away.

The service was very bad. Even though we were the only two customers, we were completely ignored by all three employees. Every time the employees are so incredibly rude that you don't want to come back. No really, the food is good, but they just scare you away.

The only bad thing I can say is that there is a little bit of sauce on it. Someone else would then complain that the burger was completely soggy. That's why I completely understand! That said, I've never forgotten anything and at least the burgers look decent! McDonalds is more expensive and even worse in my opinion. Will definitely keep going to Burger King!

The burger was covered with a bucket full of sauce and pepper was also extreme. The woman who was working didn't look very happy either.

Waited over 10 minutes for two menus because the staff was too incompetent to read what you ordered. On top of that, half of them were forgotten and unfriendly. There is a McDonald’s a few meters away. I recommend going there.

I would like to share my extremely positive experience at Burger King, especially thanks to the outstanding employee Koray. From the moment I entered the restaurant I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner by Koray. His positive attitude and smile immediately made a great first impression. Koray served me very courteously and was incredibly attentive to my needs. He patiently answered all of my questions and gave me excellent recommendations that made my Burger King experience even better. I was really impressed by his knowledge of the menu and his ability to accommodate individual requests. What sets Koray apart is its efficiency and commitment to customer satisfaction. Even though the restaurant was quite full, he managed to serve all guests quickly and yet in a friendly manner. Wait times were minimal and the food was cooked to perfection. Thank you, Koray, for the excellent service and wonderful experience at Burger King!

Food was cold and the waiting time left a lot to be desired. I'll follow the very unfriendly staff's advice and piss off to another fast food restaurant... (this word wasn't allowed by Google 😉) This statement came after the new citizens had been on the shelf for a long time and I asked if they would come back again are cold. Never use this BK again. Even though I was the ONLY customer in the branch (73529), you managed to forget my fries! Unfortunately, I only noticed this when I was driving away. But I can also understand it, because conversations among colleagues are of course more exciting and interesting than concentrating on your work and completely handing over your order to customers.

That was the absolute height today. We got two burgers, the patties were lukewarm and the buns were cold on top. After a complaint they were "remade" with a note that they are normally always hot and if we are not satisfied we should just leave. This is customer loyalty Date and time can be seen on the receipt.

I ordered with extra sauce, but here there is some sauce and lots of peppers. Mistakes like this happen all the time and it's a big problem when I take it home.

Absolutely defective. Unfriendly service. Check your order immediately. Most of the time something is missing and, strangely enough, receipts are often forgotten. If you then want to point out that it's missing, you'll be insulted with the words: you'll get it straight away (yes, that's why it's not in the bag... I can't be kidding myself)

Catastrophic. If I had a complaint, they wanted the receipt, which unfortunately I didn't get. It wasn't in the paper bag either. Staff very, very unfriendly. Complaints via email are not taken seriously. It was probably a computer-generated email. It didn't work in my complaint email! just a wrong order, but everything surrounding it and the hassle. I wouldn't wish that on any customer. As soon as you receive the goods, check whether it is the menu you ordered and immediately look for the receipt. Tip: don't order at the drive-thru. I will never order from Burger King again.

Best veggie king burger I've eaten. Please stop these ingredients and the quality.

A wonderful place to spend your time, it is clean and beautifully renovated. The food tastes extremely delicious and is always fresh! The portions are large, so the price-performance ratio is right! Unfortunately, the Double Steakhouse is not offered in this (or in all Burger King branches). :-( The staff are very friendly and you don't have to wait long for your food! All in all a nice visit, like every time I wasn't disappointed :-)

Very long waiting time. Waited over 10 minutes even though the restaurant was empty... I took take away twice last time and was always disappointed when I got home. Wrong menus and something was always missing. It's never been like this!!! Mentioned again and again over the phone to bring my receipt with you, then there will be compensation... who takes a receipt with them??? From now on, always and with a photo as proof. My children love citizens... I'll give it another try and see how it turns out...

Burger King has lowered my expectations to a new low. In my three visits, each experience was worse than the last. The lettuce was not only brown, but also limp and unappetizing. The wait seemed endless and even after this test of patience the food arrived cold. It's clear that quality and customer service are not a priority here. My recommendation? Avoid Burger King at all costs unless you enjoy disappointing meals and frustrating service experiences

Parts are repeatedly missing from the order. Order is received correctly. Billed correctly but parts of the order that were ordered AND paid for are always missing at the end. Same today again... plus the Coke is really not drinkable without carbonation...

The burgers and fries tasted okay, especially the vegan burgers. The soft drinks were far too warm and a burger was missing when we picked it up at the counter.

Unfortunately, the burgers weren't very warm anymore. We also noticed that the patties smelled strangely like a "dead animal" or that they weren't very high quality or fresh overall. The drinks dispenser machine was also broken. But inside it was mostly clean. The staff was friendly, but didn't really care (our requests were not taken into account and parts of the order were missing). What a shame actually! Especially here, where the McDonalds is on the same street, you would think that the restaurant is doing everything it can to be competitive. Unfortunately, this restaurant fails across the board.

In 2024, children will be given drinks with a 25ct deposit, but it will not be possible to pay this deposit back. The saleswoman suggested taking the bottles to a supermarket the next day.

Cold burgers Due to intolerances, some burgers were ordered without onions and mayo, but they all came with everything!!!!! A standard Burger King, there's nothing outstanding here, burgers were unfortunately a bit (colder) not cold, but there was hardly anything going on here... it's a shame you can do better. The food was good, unfortunately it only spoiled my appetite when I saw a dead cockroach over the door in the women's toilet.

I have always been a Burger King fan, but I will no longer visit the branch. Three quarters of the last order arrived incorrectly, one burger had no sauce and another had raw bacon. Unfortunately inedible.

Some of the food was cold. Fried food was very soggy instead of crispy. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Tables and seats were dirty and the floor was full of leftover food. And that despite not having many customers.

On the one hand very nice atmosphere, on the other hand very bad service! We ordered for €40 with coupons and we only got HALF of the food. Underground and miserable! Although there were very few people there, there seemed to be problems coordinating the staff, which shouldn't be happening!

Wird Zeit, dass diesen tollen Mitarbeitern Mal eine Sanierung des Gebäudes gegönnt wird. Fällt an allen Ecken auseinander. Mitarbeiter super freundlich, essen ist überall in Deutschland gleich. Mittlerweile alles neu, Qualität immer noch super!

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, haben bei Problemen mit der Automatenbestellung direkt geholfen ohne dass wir fragen mussten. Essen war sehr frisch und heiss, ging auch recht schnell, Burger alle frisch zubereitet.Wir waren schon öfters hier. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Einrichtung finde ich sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist meistens sehr freundlich und schnell, klar ab und zu bei Rush Hour Zeiten kann es mal bisschen länger dauern 😃. Es schmeckt halt immer 🙌🏽

Ich will nichts über das wirklich gute Personal sagen, aber das Essen ist halt einfach nicht gut, bis auf den Harissa Burger, den es nicht mehr gibt.

Toller Service. Sehr nett und freundlich. Genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Ambiente ist auch ganz in Ordnung. Das Essen geht so. Die Karte reist mich auch nicht vom Hocker. Entäuschend ist der sogenannte Zaziki. Ist kein Knoblauch drin, dafür aber Dill? Einer der Inhaber ist scheinbar ein Grieche. Deswegen kann ich es absolut nicht nachvollziehen was hier als Zaziki verkauft wird.

Durfte nicht mehr im Restaurant essen. Nur zum mitnehmen, obwohl noch andere Gäste im Restaurant saßen und gegessen haben

Wie immer lecker und frisch! Auch das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nach dem Umbau ist es in allen Bereichen ein perfektes BK.

Suppa Auswahl an Bürgern, bekommst die auch so, wie die auf den Fotos aussehen. Hat n bisschen länger gedauert als Megges aber wenigstens kein Magendarm danach bekommen. Schon lecker🫶🏼

Alles ok bis auf die burger und pommes. Pommes kalt und burger richtig kalt und sooo matsch wie wenn sie schon vom vortag wären. Und dafür soviel kohle....nie wieder. Da geh ich lieber abo essen

Also so lange habe ich noch nie auf eine Bestellung gewartet. Mein Mann musste 4x die gleiche Bestellung aufgeben, danach noch lange warten und dann war die Hälfte auch noch falsch. Die Kollegen haben sich gegenseitig unfreundlich verhalten. Die Tische waren schmutzig und der Rückgabewagen war völlig überfüllt. Also wir würden uns einen weiteren Besuch gut überlegen.
