McDonald's in Tübingen

Leider kein ich Mcdonalds in Tübingen nicht weiter empfehlen. Bestellung zur mitnehmen und ich hatte eilig deshalb nach der Bestellung direkt zur bushalte stelle tur hause angekommen fehlt mir das bestelle wasserflasche. Email an Mcdonalds geschrieben bis jetzt noch keine anwort erhalten. Sehr schlechte service. Mir gehts nicht direkt um das Geld 3€ ist nicht die Welt aber prinzipien ist es bei mir.

A McDonald's like hundreds of others, boring, unexciting but good standard quality. Edit: After the renovation in 2024 it will only be a shadow of its former self, the concept here is clearly about ordering online, picking up online and ideally not staying around for long. The ordering counter has shrunk to a small counter on the right for burgers & co. And on the left M Café. Too bad.

Ordered via app and picked up from Drivd. Curly fries were cold and soggy. Instead of Big Rösti, a normal, cheaper burger was packed.

Only gets worse. I've been there twice since the renovation. The first time I ordered to eat on site. The whole thing took about 30 minutes until I had my food on the table. The second time I was supposedly smarter and went through the drive-in. Order placed via app before arrival. I received the receipt at the first counter and the misery began at the second counter. First it was said that the products ordered were not available. I could have something else instead. I was wondering why this wasn't displayed via the app or why the information wasn't given to me at the first counter. Additionally, I was not offered a refund. So I quickly ordered some other things so that the annoyed foreman would leave me alone and I would receive my food as quickly as possible. Well… then I stood for 20 minutes. After nothing happened, I turned off my engine and waited another 6 minutes. Finally the food came. Since the other guests in the drive-thru line were already impatient, I drove off. 5 minutes later I parked briefly in the city and finally wanted to eat something. Well. All that crap was cold. Fries were soggy and soggy. The cheese on the burger wasn't even melted, which means the patty wasn't even close to it, and the bread was hard. At least I had a few nuggets and a salad (I thought). The nuggets were at least lukewarm but there was no cutlery with the salad. After both experiences, I advise everyone against the location. Apparently they have enough money to rebuild regularly. Should they put more money into quality assurance?

Since the owner changed, the shed is simply underground and no longer meets the actual McDonalds standard. Many employees don't even understand German. If you have any questions or suggestions, you should ask them “in English please”. For some people this might have the feel of a holiday in India or Pakistan, but I don't really need that. I just want something to eat. I was really looking forward to my double pack menu (McRib) today, but again the only stupid thing was that 8 of the 10 options were grayed out. And since I didn't want the Hamburger Royal Cheese or the Spicy Chicken Nuggets, I was unfortunately forced to order a McMenu. So the coupons don't really make sense, especially since I could certainly have ordered each double pack menu product individually. My much-coveted CurlieFries were lukewarm for the third time. Here too I was tired of complaining about this. But I also have something positive to say. Fortunately, today the entertainment receipt finally came out of the ordering machine again and I didn't have to remember my order number and would have had written proof of what I had actually ordered in the event of a complaint. And I see the fact that my burger was in a sea of ​​lettuce as a swipe from the employee to encourage me to eat healthier in 2025. Didn't work today. Conclusion: Very much in need of improvement. If I didn't sometimes crave a BigTasty, I would avoid the store completely or go to another branch.

McDonald's is becoming a bit sloppy at the moment - it's happening to us more and more often that the fries are cold, not crispy and have no flavor! Absolutely crazy!!!! Today I stood in the drive-thru for 20 minutes to order, even though there were only about three cars in front of me. Then I wanted to order the double pack menu. Probably didn't work. She then tried to make it clear to me in very bad German that I only had to have a burger and then nuggets. After I complained massively, she then said the menu doesn't work here. I couldn't turn around anymore because the line was getting longer. I then ordered the burgers individually, 6 euros more expensive than the menu. Waited another 20 minutes for the three cars in front of me to be dispatched. The staff paid zero attention to the guests. When it was my turn, I got my food straight away, so it had already been ready for some time. I asked the waitress about it, no, it was just ready and fresh. Drove away, food was definitely cold, cold burger, cold fries. Service in this branch is definitely the worst I have ever experienced. You won't find the customer is king here. The employees are so slow and uncooperative that they are second to none. Must also be a nationality problem. This branch should definitely be avoided. I've never experienced anything like this before.

Since the renovation, waiting times have always been at the bottom of the drawer. Mc D was once known for his quick food.

I visited this establishment with friends. 1) They forgot to place my order and I waited 15 minutes (although my friends ordered something similar and received it within 5 minutes) 2) They didn’t give utensils for the salad 3) They didn’t give me any sauce for the salad. 4) they didn’t give me napkins 5) they didn’t give sauce for the fries I had to go to the checkout for everything one by one and talk about it. And in the end, after eating my stomach was bloated. Never go to this McDonald's again.

Unfortunately, I went out for hamburgers with my family yesterday. I ordered them without bacon, but they were still served with bacon twice. I ordered a burger with two pieces of meat without bacon, but it was delivered with bacon and only one piece of meat. The employee was friendly, but there was another mistake with the order. Worst of all, the bun was really, really bad.

What a disgrace! The employee can't read and gives the wrong "ID" which is why our food can't be delivered. Then we wait half an hour to tell the waitress and after another 10 minutes the food comes to us cold. The building view is reasonably clean. Only gives 2 stars. Communication with the employees is very difficult because most of them speak German poorly. Got moldy fries and moldy curry sauce. Not going here is a shame.

Order given to wrong person. 50 minutes waiting time + wrong items. When ordering today after the conversion, it was immediately apparent that it was taking significantly longer to process than ever before. When my number disappeared from the display, I ran to the cashier and asked if they were still processing it, and she always said that it was still being processed and ran away disinterested. I asked her about this about 3 times and each time she got the same annoyed answer. The woman behind me spoke to me and said that she had been waiting for a long time and that my order was probably mixed up with the one that no one picked up at the counter. Finally I ran up to the manager of the restaurant because it couldn't be that my order number had also disappeared from the app. He was skeptical at first, but later believed me (after I pointed out the package at the counter) and had to reassemble my order himself and prepare it in the kitchen. After about 50 minutes of waiting, I was finally able to walk home, where I discovered that an apple turnover and the sauces were missing from the order because everything was so hectic. I would like to note that at least the boss tried very hard to complete my order. Overall, I would strongly advise against the experience of ordering here, as the staff is clearly understaffed and was sometimes incompetent (which is also described in all the reviews and explains the long waiting times from other customers). The new coupons in the app have also become outrageously expensive and are sometimes not even worth it.

If you order at McDrive before you leave, it's better to check the order. I go there occasionally (maybe once every 3 weeks) and they manage to do it. However, three orders in a row are incorrect. And then you get soggy when you want to check before you leave...

Every time you visit this store something isn't working. The service is terrible! Hygiene standards are not observed... App function limited. Alnatura around the corner can do 1000 times more and you won't have a stomach ache afterwards...

Wrong products are packed, almost every order is missing something, even when asked if it was also packed (toys) they say yes - which of course isn't the case when they get home 😡 Some of the staff cannot speak (or understand) German AT ALL. Dear McDonald's, we are still in Germany where the official language is German. If someone isn't good at it - no problem... It's just that a lot of the employees have been there for a long time... and don't even make the effort, instead just fobbing off a lot of customers with poor English. Personally, I would be ashamed if I constantly ruined my customers' day because I am not able to serve the food they have ordered correctly. Every time I go to Mc Donalds Tübingen something doesn't fit either the employee doesn't listen when I pay or something is missing from my order that I take with me and have to drive back every time. Really subpar service and a miserable service. How can you be so incompetent in your business? In this interesting McDonald's I had the honor of only waiting 75 minutes for my nuggets. Wartezeiten von mehr als 30 min im MC Drive sind keine Seltenheit, bestellte Produkte werden meistens nicht so geliefert wir bestellt, Pommes sind häufig kalt und nur halb voll. Ist das eure Vorstellung von Kundenzufriedenheit? Was macht ihr denn mit Allergikern und Diabetikern? Auch die falschen Produkte liefern und riskieren dass jemand daran stirbt? Nie wieder dieser Laden, schlechter geht einfach nicht. Kompensation bei Beschwerde? Negativ. Einfach unfassbar, geht niemals dort hin, spart euch den Frust einfach.

Today I was back here in Tübingen when I arrived there was hardly anything going on, there were 9-10 employees running around, the only one who works all the time is the lady who keeps the dining room clean, it looks pretty good, the only thing that bothers me a little It is surprising that employees who go to work go through the kitchen from the front with street clothes, an employee who came from the toilets went straight to the drinks machine to have a drink and then cleaned the floor in the dining room and immediately went back to the food counter without hands washing or something else. I don't know if I'm being too strict about some things, but I'm also very picky. What really disappointed me was that this time my food was cold and didn't look completely fresh. After Chaos last time I refrained from writing a review but this time I couldn't resist it.

The store actually looks good, but the staff is rubbish, the German language is non-existent, it goes haywire when it's handed out, the things are then made available for collection. Catastrophic! There is no “fast food” restaurant. We ordered 4 apple turnovers and a pizza turnover from the McDonald's app 10 minutes in advance and paid for them when we drove to McDonald's so that they would be ready to pick up straight away.
