Today I ordered something from the restaurant and drove on to the clinic. I should have checked beforehand! There's just a whole menu missing! And the cheeseburger is also an absolute disgrace - they simply left out the meat. Given the prices today, that's an absolute disgrace!!!

Unfortunately the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Like many others, we had to wait more than 40 minutes for the food, which was still cold. (We had 2 menus) Meanwhile, a guest and an employee were arguing loudly, so much so that one was afraid that they were about to fight. The children who were there were all very scared.

I didn’t understand what was funny, but my children were not given the long-awaited Roblox toy that we came for. There was a guy sitting next to him with such a toy, who came later than us. The children were shocked, we went twice to ask to replace the book with the desired toy. The woman at the counter yelled at my daughter because my daughter went to ask where our ordered toys were. I also had to go ask for juice, which they forgot to put in the Happy Mill. I don’t understand what’s going on with the service in this cafe. I don't recommend it and won't go there again.

I normally hate giving such bad reviews, but I couldn't finish the burger because it was so disgusting. Completely cold and soaked in mayo/ketchup. Fries cold and limp. Chicken nuggets were given instead of vegetarian nuggets, I noticed it too late. Perhaps employees could be made more aware of this.

We waited in the queue for a takeaway order for 45 minutes, questions were answered with "wait" and "coming soon", after 45 minutes I was angry and no longer nice. Then they took my receipt out of my hand - the order was no longer on their screens as they processed later orders first. Order ordered together from my receipt - half is missing. Second attempt - still missing a Mikshake and the sauces. Third attempt - the milkshake is wrong. We're still waiting here for the sauces, 1 hour and 15 minutes have passed! Wait a minute... my son just got out of the queue - they don't have any of the sauces anymore, not even the ketchup?! By the way, the man in front of me waited 30 minutes for a latte🤣. Oh well, one of the employees didn't speak German, she promised to bring the order "sit down, I bring to you" - the order that was no longer on the screen by the way 🤣.

I ordered with my girlfriend and waited over 50 minutes for our order. I ordered 2 burgers, with fries and Sprite and chicken nuggets and the Minecraft McFlurry. The citizens were dry, the fries were soggy and cold, the chicken nuggets weren't crispy. Instead of Sprite we just got Coke. The McFlurry was completely wrong, we just got chocolate without anything. All in all a pretty bad experience

The restaurant is the most disgusting food area I have ever seen. Dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty toilets and after looking into the kitchen I didn't want to eat anymore. It's a surprise to me that this McDonald's hasn't been shut down by the health department yet or that people haven't had to be picked up by an ambulance after eating there. Tablets and garbage are also not emptied.

The restaurant can't help it, but I skipped dessert because I didn't want to pay this special tax. The same thing happened to other young visitors when I was there. You can only spend money once. New waitress in the drive-in, around her early 20s with long brown hair, is very unfriendly. At Mc Flurry there is almost no chocolate sauce and when there is a complaint she gets bitchy and rolls her eyes instead of following the customer's request. I always loved going to McDonalds, even as a child. But since I became a vegetarian, Mc is simply no longer up to date compared to other large fast food companies. Bestellung zur mitnehmen und ich hatte eilig deshalb nach der Bestellung direkt zur bushalte stelle tur hause angekommen fehlt mir das bestelle wasserflasche. Email an Mcdonalds geschrieben bis jetzt noch keine anwort erhalten. Sehr schlechte service. Mir gehts nicht direkt um das Geld 3€ ist nicht die Welt aber prinzipien ist es bei mir.

Finally I ran up to the manager of the restaurant because it couldn't be that my order number had also disappeared from the app. He was skeptical at first, but later believed me (after I pointed out the package at the counter) and had to reassemble my order himself and prepare it in the kitchen. After about 50 minutes of waiting, I was finally able to walk home, where I discovered that an apple turnover and the sauces were missing from the order because everything was so hectic. I would like to note that at least the boss tried very hard to complete my order. Overall, I would strongly advise against the experience of ordering here, as the staff is clearly understaffed and was sometimes incompetent (which is also described in all the reviews and explains the long waiting times from other customers). The new coupons in the app have also become outrageously expensive and are sometimes not even worth it.

If you order at McDrive before you leave, it's better to check the order. I go there occasionally (maybe once every 3 weeks) and they manage to do it. However, three orders in a row are incorrect. And then you get soggy when you want to check before you leave...

Wrong products are packed, almost every order is missing something, even when asked if it was also packed (toys) they say yes - which of course isn't the case when they get home 😡 Some of the staff cannot speak (or understand) German AT ALL. Dear McDonald's, we are still in Germany where the official language is German. If someone isn't good at it - no problem... It's just that a lot of the employees have been there for a long time... and don't even make the effort, instead just fobbing off a lot of customers with poor English. Personally, I would be ashamed if I constantly ruined my customers' day because I am not able to serve the food they have ordered correctly. It can't be that I have to go through my orders in the store every time to check that they are complete 🙈 Because when you get home and then find out that half of it is wrong, that certainly doesn't put you in a good mood 😡 Then you definitely don't feel like going back to the store to complain!
