The guy at the drive-thru didn't understand anything. I asked for an egg beconne, a twesti become don but without beconne and the negette were disgusting, just fried. I strongly advise against it.

Six chicken nuggets were missing from one of the meals, there were no napkins, and the food (fries, etc.) was cold.

Well, I understand that none of the employees of the institution go to the toilet!!! It's horrible, some kind of gas chamber, it's impossible to breathe in the toilet, the gag reflex immediately appears. The desire not only disappears to order something from the restaurant, but to run away from the toilet as quickly as possible so as not to throw up!!! -10 ⭐️.

Free toilet, good food but unfriendly staff, they don't respond to greetings and look away when you speak to them...

I'm so annoyed! What's on my fries?! A grilled mosquito and a hair! So embarrassing! And no vegetarian option either? Seriously?! 🤦🏼

No greeting, we were only served half our order, and when we asked for what was missing, it was practically our fault. Go to Burger King instead. They're incompetent at this McDonald's, so avoid it at all costs!

Ordered at the drive-thru on April 28th at 8 p.m. It was a large order. Unfortunately, two burgers were missing... unfortunately, I only noticed it on the highway... filthy place... October 24th, 2025, still no staff capable of filling a complete order. Luckily, there's a bakery next door.

I actually think it's quite okay at McDonald's. However, I personally find it outrageous that you can no longer pay with cash in the app. Not everyone has PayPal or a credit card and would prefer to pay in cash, but this is now prohibited. Absolutely not human anymore.

Everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly, even when ordering again 😉

I did not get my food properly.

We waited almost 20 minutes at the drive-thru with a car in front of us. Half of our order was forgotten, and no refund.

The food was okay, typical McDonald's. The service was okay, but they forgot to bring several sauces. We were there after Europa-Park had closed, and it was completely overcrowded, so it was a bit uncomfortable, but okay. The parking situation was really unsatisfactory, as there could have been 3-4 more cars in each row if the cars had parked correctly in the parking spaces.

This is the second time the order is incomplete. It can't be that difficult to give the customer a complete order. And it's not the customer's responsibility to check this. Very annoying...

We're French. Europa Park is nearby... a lot of people on a Wednesday at 8 p.m. and I see the employees laughing among themselves and taking their time. We were served in 17 minutes. Sandwiches received squashed and many products were out of stock.

Boss was very rude, blamed us for looking at the screen better because they made a mistake and gave us the wrong product

Demanding staff: You can't even order at the cash register; you have to order at the terminal. It's outrageous.

With a €25 order, half of it was forgotten. They simply forgot to put in a whole box of 20, and I only noticed it in the hotel. Of course, it's great when someone leaves with nothing at the meal 👍. But hey, at least the sauces were in there... unbelievable, MCI just stole my money. My mistake for trusting them.

I feel cheated. I went to McDonald's and got four Happy Meals. We ate a few sundaes at the restaurant, and when we unpacked the bag at home, we realized the drinks and fruit treats were missing. The worst part is, you can't really complain because you don't get them anyway. I live 15 minutes away from McDonald's. I advise everyone to always check their orders carefully—it happens a lot here, because this isn't the first time we've been missing something.

Unfortunately, the breakfast cookies and Franzbrötchen were old! But there was paper on them 🚾

Be careful and check your order right away. I've had my order delivered incomplete twice. I ordered several menus and when I got home, it turned out they didn't include the cheeseburgers. It was very unpleasant.

Always very clean, fast service, and above all, a large terrace to enjoy the late-season sunshine. We stop here every time we return from Switzerland since this restaurant is a little off the highway and without any detours. Kids aren't forgotten, with a large outdoor play area.

I rarely leave reviews, but this disastrous experience was something I had to share. First of all, the wait was interminable: more than 25 minutes for a simple order while the restaurant was almost empty. Once the order was picked up, it was a total disappointment: cold, soggy fries, a half-assembled burger (the bun on one side, the steak on the other). But what shocked me most was the manager's attitude. Unpleasant, haughty, and completely unresponsive. A total lack of professionalism and blatant bad faith. No respect for the customer, no solutions offered, just aggression and a contemptuous tone. And what was most revolting was that he seemed to look down on us solely because we were foreigners.

A lot has changed since my last critical review. The service was good, very fast, and the new Japanese Burger was amazing. In comparison, the Royal TS was boring. Please make more burgers like this, and Japan Burger again. Delicious.

When we arrived, it was very busy, but we managed to get a table very quickly. I made a mistake with an order, it was entirely my fault. The young man who served us the tray was very kind and accommodating, changing the order even though it was us who made the mistake.

I ordered a McCrispy and a Matcha. Both were brought to our table very quickly. The burger was served with fresh salad and hot, freshly fried chicken. The Matcha was also really good. The restaurant and the restrooms were very clean. I can really recommend it to anyone who comes here.

The decor is totally fine, and the tablet in the table for playing games is also a cool idea. But the service was really bad: 1. I didn't want honey mustard sauce in my McWrap, but it was still there. 2. There are far too few ordering kiosks – we had to wait in line for ages.

The food was good for the large number of visitors. The service was also good. Only the toilets smelled bad.

We were helped by a very kind woman. She offered us coupons and, when we had trouble at the kiosk, she took our order for us. And to top it all off, she even cleaned up our trash.

The ordering terminals are an absolute disaster! One really wonders who programs such customer-unfriendly and confusing crap...?

A very modern McDonald's with an app where you can order at your table and pay conveniently. The food is 99% always fresh, and the staff is very friendly. They've also taken more care to keep the tables clean, which I really like. The seats are also very comfortable. Since it's close to Europa Park, it can get busy at times. But that's not McDonald's fault. I highly recommend this place :)

McDonald's, like everywhere else! Stupid, poorly programmed ordering machines are simply annoying. You can debate quality, health, and sustainability, but it's still fast food. It tastes good, too, otherwise I wouldn't eat there occasionally, but... ...all the packaging crap and the garbage left by idiots on the street is unacceptable! ...and the prices are completely exorbitant for industrial food. For 10 or 20 euros, you get handmade food with fresh ingredients, prepared by real chefs. The price/performance ratio is simply not right. It has nothing to do with this branch; it's a fundamental McDonald's problem.

We came across a vacuum-packed product that wasn't good. We asked for an exchange and they refused and didn't even try to understand. I'm deaf and I communicated by phone with the translation. What should we do in this situation? Next time we'll go to Burger King which is right next door.

Fast service, food varied compared to Italy, but dirty and unusable toilets

The croissants here are excellent! A slightly crispy crust, a full interior, and not the kind of hole you often find in bad croissants.

The restaurant was very busy. There were only three ordering kiosks, which wasn't enough for this restaurant. This resulted in a long line. The food was fresh, but the Philly cheesesteak was literally swimming in the cheese. A bit too much of a good thing.

Thursday, shortly before midnight. The shop is very busy, and there's a bit of a wait at the ordering kiosks. Orders arrive surprisingly quickly, and table service is impeccable. The food itself is standard, meaning average. Overall, it's functional, with no special design. But it's clean and functional.

Food arrived quickly and hot. Even the salad looked great for a McDonald's. Good, and plenty of outdoor seating for the dog. Surprisingly quiet for the location and time (Saturday evening, 6:00 PM).

A safe haven for us on the way home. It's always busy, but ordering via the app is quick and easy. The meals are then ready for pickup in no time. Typical McDonald's delicious, too.

By far the best McSmart meal I've had in a long time. Hard to believe, but the cheeseburgers were hot, the fries were crispy, and the highlight: There were even the right number of napkins in the bag. Respect!

The prices here are about 30% more expensive than usual. The proximity to the highway and Europa Park seems to be exploited to make a lot of money. I can't recommend it. I'd rather go to another McDonald's.

My fries were dry, burger was absolutely tasteless (I believe this is not the fault of this facility, but due to the quality of ingredients), there are no straws and cup lids, napkins were not supplied with the meal, but you had to go and take for yourself. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Top service despite a full house! On the way back from our vacation in Italy, after a 10-hour drive, we stopped at McDonald's to try out the new products. The store was packed, all the ordering kiosks were occupied, and long lines formed everywhere. Nevertheless, we were absolutely pleasantly surprised: Our order seemed to be processed the moment we placed it. We've never received our food so quickly in such a crowded McDonald's! The attentive staff also deserves special mention. As soon as we sat down, an employee walked past our table, glanced at our pickup slip, and kindly informed us that our order was ready for pickup – truly thoughtful! One small disappointment: In the car, we noticed that two drinks were missing. Unfortunately, we had left the pickup slip on the counter. Nevertheless, we were given the missing drinks without much discussion – very accommodating and customer-oriented. All in all, a thoroughly positive experience – fast, friendly, attentive, and solution-oriented. Exactly what you'd want. Kudos to the team! 👏🍟🍔

Standard McDonald's. Don't expect much here, and you won't be disappointed. Almost all the tables were dirty and grimy, even though it wasn't busy. The prices are starting to get outrageous.

All the chicken dishes tasted like nothing but potato, the bun was soggy, and the lettuce was old. If I were to eat here again, I'd rather not.
