It was difficult to find because it is directly behind a construction site, renovated probably since 1890, no terminals, the entire floor was pecked. The food was normal, that's why three stars, but there was no air conditioning or ventilation, so you really sweat while eating. I wouldn't recommend

I come here often and am very satisfied.

Food was good, service was very nice. What was unfortunately disappointing was the cleanliness. Considering it was a Sunday and there was a lot going on, we ignored it. But dear McDonald's team, it can be improved.

Clean and tidy. The only thing that's annoying is that something is missing almost every time you take the food with you... but when you pick up something for the whole family, you can't unpack and check the whole bag in the restaurant. You should be able to rely on the order being completely packed... Today a paid for cheeseburger was missing... annoying.

Unfriendly staff, and not professional, only things on the set and when we ask, he wants to make us pay.... And when he realizes the mistake, he sneers and makes fun of the customers, pitiful attitude

Lots of people at the end of the evening but the employees are efficient and courageous. The team member who waited on us was very cheerful and able to manage to serve everyone almost alone (it was around 11 p.m.). Everything was hot and good.

Very dirty Mc. The toilets were really dirty, they had not been cleaned in a long time. In the restaurant itself there were trays of junk everywhere, dirty tables and benches. I wouldn't stop here again.

The service here is quick and friendly, the branch is clean and up to date. You wouldn't ask for anything more from a fast food restaurant, close to the motorway.

Customer service made a mistake in my order, I ordered two Mc Firsts, but I received 4 Burgers with chicken and Chinese sauce. I had food poisoning during the night that followed, I do not recommend the Chinese sauce, to be avoided at all costs

Ordered and paid for food from Mc Drive today. Everything was fine until then, when I got home I discovered that the Big Tasty Bacon was missing. Guys, that can't be it. This often happens in Herbolzheim at the Mc Donalds where something is missing. Do your job right!!!!!!!! Paying so much money for nothing borders on fraud.

McDonald's which was overwhelmed when we came. No organization at the level of the order terminals by the staff because there are 4 terminals at one entrance and 2 terminals at the other. It was blocked at the 4 terminals and do you think the manager (I think it's him) walked past us and didn't tell us anything to manage the flow? Fortunately I wouldn't come to this McDonald's anymore because I was passing through. The table service employees are also showing off their faces. In short, the positive point is that the menus are interesting in terms of prices and they are not stingy with the quantity of fries.

Absolute incomprehension, I wanted to order directly at the counter at the checkout, like I do with other Mc. I'm used to Donald's and was turned away! With the statement here only cash (but there was a payment terminal there too!) I didn't want to order on the smeared and completely unhygienic displays, so I left without ordering!

It's not even worth a star. HOPEFUL AND RACIST STAFF. There were no other customers at the café (they were all at the McDonald's counter). And yet the waitress did not deign to serve us FOR MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR. She preferred to come by and make her arrangements while pretending not to see us. We tried a shy Hello but she also pretended not to hear us. We had to leave since she DIDN'T WANT US. IN SHORT, THE BIG RAKE. Message for this lady of quite advanced age. Sorry you didn't have a minimal education. That's life. Your job is to serve people. Even if they are people who don't come back to you because of their skin color. In short, you had to study better at school :D Kisses, otherwise we were able to eat in the suite of my hotel at Europa-Park reminding me that the price of the night must be your monthly salary.

This is probably the only McDonalds in Germany that doesn't have a chai latte in its range? Apparently it's a random statement if you're too lazy. But I would assume that it is more due to the ignorance of the staff at McDrive because they don't know the employer's product range..:(

The service is good. It's a shame that the truck park to be able to buy here is fenced off with gates and the park has to be paid for. Next time I'll buy from another McDonald's where it's easier to stop the truck.

The unfriendly and most incompetent employee at the drive-in I've encountered, a woman with a smoker's face probably with a Romanian accent. After a long wait in line, we finally got to the counter to order. After a few minutes and the car in front had already left, no one had answered the counter. We then drove up to window 1 and the unfriendly employee said we hadn't ordered at the counter, we said we waited and no one said anything because she said she only takes orders at the counter and not from her at the window. We should go back and go there again (there was a huge queue in which we waited for at least 25 minutes). Again we said we called and no one answered, so we drove up. The old one denied it and said it wasn't true. Anyone who can't pursue a career like that has really done something wrong in life. My condolences

At this McDonald's the food is delivered really quickly and hot! Finally found a McDonald's where this is normal. Even when it got busier the food came quickly and hot. Well organised!

The bellowing sweet and sour chicken is a treat, let's hope to see it one day in France, tray service as in the old days until the tray is placed with the waste in the lockers and the staff takes care of everything. Thank you for staying up so late! The branch was clean and the staff was nice. Even my husband liked the burger this time. Unfortunately, the burgers looked a bit listlessly put together, the bacon was almost hanging next to the bun.

A really big McDonald's, it was very busy and yet we were able to pick up our order at the counter in a reasonable time. The food was very warm and fresh, so much better than other branches

I ordered several menus and they met my expectations. There is still a difference between a McDonald's in France and Germany.

This is how fast food can go slowly. The original service staff was completely replaced by loveless, poorly made computers. Your pulse shoots through the roof at the sight of the overwhelming demands placed on those in front of you when ordering food. Once you're at the ordering machine yourself, you realize why things are progressing so dramatically slowly. I understand that it is economical to replace people with machines and that AI-controlled machines can sell you goods that you would not otherwise buy. But now it's quicker and less stressful to cook yourself or at least put a sandwich on top than to indulge in this procedure.

I don't think anyone in McDonalds complains when the kids are kids! The food is prepared quickly and it's not just fast food, it has everything :-) Even veggies and vegans and other allergy sufferers don't miss out :-) You can celebrate a great children's birthday. I can recommend it :-)

I ordered through the app, some specials with glasses and a Happy Meal. However, when we unpacked at home, there were neither glasses nor toys. I've often ordered takeout in Herbolzheim and picked it up at the drive-thru, but the burgers and fries have never been this bad. The oil was actually dripping out of the fries. Honestly, I will never order from this place again. I feel cheated."

If you order a menu where you should actually get a Coca-Cola glass, then the employees should also make sure that you get the glass and not hand out the glasses according to your whim. In my case, the vehicle in front of me got glasses, I didn't and the vehicle behind me also got glasses. Maybe the cashier didn't like my face?!

Drive in works well. Everything I ordered was in the bag too. Burgers neatly topped. And finally an information board with the complete range. It wasn't like that for a long time. It's stupid when you're standing at the counter when you're still undecided and don't have a menu. Great now😁

We are from Switzerland, we like stopping in this Mc, more options than in Switzerland, I give 4 stars because the staff is a bit lost, they don't know all the products well.

Medium rating, it was OK, but there are better and cleaner McDonalds.

We ordered two Happy Meals with plant-based hamburgers and discovered at home that the hamburgers were topped with meat patties. This is absolutely underground, even for a fast-good chain, and I won't set foot in this store again after this experience. Apart from the fact that we obviously couldn't eat it, the hamburger was only topped with the patty, no sauce, no pickle, nothing.

Food was ready surprisingly quickly. The restaurant was clean.

The waiting time was quick despite the rush. Food was ok. I was disappointed with the portion of fries. Maximenu makes no sense if the box is half full. Just like in the photo taken out of the bag. :-(

Since the MC is very well located (on the A5 and B3 motorways), there was a lot going on both in the drive-in and inside. There were even buses there. The toilets were also permanently occupied and some of them were out of order. The food was classically “good” as you would expect.

They are not prepared to serve children much, unfortunately when I arrived they ran out of balloons. And all the parents who came with children to a table, the children were disappointed that they didn't get balloons.😟😟😟😟

Unfortunately, coffee is rarely made from the McCafe machine. Otherwise a usual McDonalds.

Ein McDonald's wie man ihn kennt. Zügig hat man sein Essen bestellt und bezahlt. Danach wartet man nicht lange und das Essen ist fertig. Passt alles.
