Friendly service. Food was complete. It's all ok.

Very good service. Despite a long queue, we were served very quickly. The products were all hot.

Very clean shop (also applies to the toilets). The food was ready quickly and still hot and the playground is nice and big.

Top McDonald's in drive, they speak English, it's fast and the order was complete!

Very clean and we got the food really hot! You only know about Idar Oberstein if you come as an individual and have special wishes... Really, I have to say, despite the fact that there were what felt like 250 people in the McDonalds, everything was carried out very quickly and meticulously. The staff were on the move like ants, everyone knew what to do. The person in charge did a great job and had a great team behind him!

Every time I order something here something is forgotten, even if there is a lot to do, the work has to be done properly, like any other job...

A clean, large and modern McDonald's, a very positive surprise.

Open from early in the morning (breakfast) to late in the evening (citizens etc.) and everything prepared according to McDonald's standards.

Underground, just on the way...But I actually try to avoid this restaurant. Chronically overworked staff, unfriendly, full, toilets were never clean... as was the case with this run of people. Only the food is always fresh because the quantity is constantly being made from scratch.

Finally change your shitty opening times on the internet. This isn't the first time we've stood in front of a closed door. You'll never see us again, you incompetents.

Very simple furniture with a train station atmosphere

It was totally overcrowded, there was rubbish everywhere. Staff friendly despite the extreme situation, but in my opinion the operator should be in control of the situation on travel days and ensure there are enough staff, the turnover was definitely there.

Despite the fact that McDonald's is full, it took exactly 2 minutes and 30 seconds from the time I ordered on the computer (1×McRip +1×Erdberrshake) until I had what I ordered in my hand. The McRip is hot and it even comes with 3 cleaning cloths. My table has just been wiped clean and there is always someone running around cleaning and cleaning tables. I've never experienced such a clean and fast McDonald's.

No hot drinks or hot water! McDonald's employees said that their machine was broken, so there were no hot drinks. This is outrageous! The establishment's high rating does not completely coincide with the service.

This is now the third time that something was missing when picking up, today a complete menu was not packed. Very annoying. I have no idea how items disappear between being straightened and packed.

So sorry, this is by far the unfriendly McDonald's in all of Germany! The women in there also think they are something better. Then half of it is missing and then you get a cynical smile and roll your eyes. No thanks.

We arrived and placed our order. We had to wait for a long time compared to other restaurants. When we received our order, we also received the order of another table AND an item was missing from our order. When we finally found someone to notice it about, she just looked at us like it was obvious and asked us to deliver it to the proper table. We effectively did her work for her and she was very condescending. Then we asked about the missing item and she just sent us to the register. No sorry, no compassion, just very cold and judgemental behaviour. The employee seemed very stressed.

This McDonald's at the truck stop on the A5 is quite ok. We had friendly employees, but the order was not complete. But this was immediately added.

It was difficult to find because it is directly behind a construction site, renovated probably since 1890, no terminals, the entire floor was pecked. Lots of people at the end of the evening but the employees are efficient and courageous. The team member who waited on us was very cheerful and able to manage to serve everyone almost alone (it was around 11 p.m.). Everything was hot and good.

Clean and tidy. The only thing that's annoying is that something is missing almost every time you take the food with you... but when you pick up something for the whole family, you can't unpack and check the whole bag in the restaurant. You should be able to rely on the order being completely packed... Today a paid for cheeseburger was missing... annoying.

Very dirty Mc. The toilets were really dirty, they had not been cleaned in a long time. In the restaurant itself there were trays of junk everywhere, dirty tables and benches. I wouldn't stop here again.

Customer service made a mistake in my order, I ordered two Mc Firsts, but I received 4 Burgers with chicken and Chinese sauce. I had food poisoning during the night that followed, I do not recommend the Chinese sauce, to be avoided at all costs

McDonald's which was overwhelmed when we came. No organization at the level of the order terminals by the staff because there are 4 terminals at one entrance and 2 terminals at the other. It was blocked at the 4 terminals and do you think the manager (I think it's him) walked past us and didn't tell us anything to manage the flow? Fortunately I wouldn't come to this McDonald's anymore because I was passing through. The table service employees are also showing off their faces. In short, the positive point is that the menus are interesting in terms of prices and they are not stingy with the quantity of fries.

It's not even worth a star. HOPEFUL AND RACIST STAFF. There were no other customers at the café (they were all at the McDonald's counter). And yet the waitress did not deign to serve us FOR MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR. She preferred to come by and make her arrangements while pretending not to see us. We tried a shy Hello but she also pretended not to hear us. We had to leave since she DIDN'T WANT US. IN SHORT, THE BIG RAKE. Message for this lady of quite advanced age. Sorry you didn't have a minimal education. That's life. Your job is to serve people. Even if they are people who don't come back to you because of their skin color. This is probably the only McDonalds in Germany that doesn't have a chai latte in its range? Apparently it's a random statement if you're too lazy. But I would assume that it is more due to the ignorance of the staff at McDrive because they don't know the employer's product range..:(

The service is good. It's a shame that the truck park to be able to buy here is fenced off with gates and the park has to be paid for. Next time I'll buy from another McDonald's where it's easier to stop the truck.

The unfriendly and most incompetent employee at the drive-in I've encountered, a woman with a smoker's face probably with a Romanian accent. After a long wait in line, we finally got to the counter to order. After a few minutes and the car in front had already left, no one had answered the counter. We then drove up to window 1 and the unfriendly employee said we hadn't ordered at the counter, we said we waited and no one said anything because she said she only takes orders at the counter and not from her at the window. We should go back and go there again (there was a huge queue in which we waited for at least 25 minutes). Again we said we called and no one answered, so we drove up. The old one denied it and said it wasn't true. Anyone who can't pursue a career like that has really done something wrong in life. My condolences

At this McDonald's the food is delivered really quickly and hot! Finally found a McDonald's where this is normal. Even when it got busier the food came quickly and hot. Well organised!

The bellowing sweet and sour chicken is a treat, let's hope to see it one day in France, tray service as in the old days until the tray is placed with the waste in the lockers and the staff takes care of everything. Thank you for staying up so late! The branch was clean and the staff was nice. Even my husband liked the burger this time. Unfortunately, the burgers looked a bit listlessly put together, the bacon was almost hanging next to the bun.

A really big McDonald's, it was very busy and yet we were able to pick up our order at the counter in a reasonable time. The food was very warm and fresh, so much better than other branches

This is how fast food can go slowly. The original service staff was completely replaced by loveless, poorly made computers. Your pulse shoots through the roof at the sight of the overwhelming demands placed on those in front of you when ordering food. Once you're at the ordering machine yourself, you realize why things are progressing so dramatically slowly. I understand that it is economical to replace people with machines and that AI-controlled machines can sell you goods that you would not otherwise buy. But now it's quicker and less stressful to cook yourself or at least put a sandwich on top than to indulge in this procedure.

I don't think anyone in McDonalds complains when the kids are kids! The food is prepared quickly and it's not just fast food, it has everything :-) Even veggies and vegans and other allergy sufferers don't miss out :-) You can celebrate a great children's birthday. I can recommend it :-)

Mc'Donalds quality as usually. Staff is polite and working very fast.

Necessity is the mother of invention and so we sometimes visit MC when no one feels like cooking 😋

It's not the first time I've come to eat here. Simply the best MC Donald I think in all of Europe.
