Nice Mcdonald, clean and tidy. It is also a McCafe so it opens early. Service is friendly, maybe not very quick but it's understandable as it was early morning and they had to prepare everything

Poorly cared for, loose burgers in the box, soft fries, no crispiness and no flavor. Ugh.

1.4.25 No No Aprill joke. I got a double pack menu with 2 Royal TS, fries and cola. I'm just disappointed so far, even though this has always been my favorite McDonald's food. The fries are greasy but not cooked through. Also too much salt. But that's still OK. But the Royal TS shoots the bird. As everyone probably knows, the burgers are small. But now the taste is also bland. I barely tasted the lettuce and tomatoes. The meat didn't taste particularly intense/good either. Only the onions and the sauce were really tasty. Only the cola is OK as always. I'm disappointed all around. What was positive was that the food was delivered in a very short time (17:00) after ordering. The staff seemed neutral. The restaurant was clean. Even though from now on I would never use a wooden stirrer anymore after I saw children pull one out, it fell down and they put it back in the display. I didn't see the toilets.

On the way to Europa Park We just wanted a quick breakfast - but nothing came of it. Waited 20 minutes for the order and then an item wasn't there. Came again 5 minutes later. Staff nice and very helpful. All in all, if you have time, it's worth a visit.

The McRib is definitely worth trying if you are passing through Germany. He is excellent. As for the service, it was quick and pleasant.

Drive in works well. Everything I ordered was in the bag too. Burgers neatly topped. And finally an information board with the complete range. It wasn't like that for a long time. It's stupid when you're standing at the counter when you're still undecided and don't have a menu. Great now😁

You specifically ask if everything is in the bag and the answer is yes, everything is in it. Then you come home and want to eat and you see that half of it is missing. It just sickens me to get back in the car and drive. The last time today was January 1, 2025 at 11 p.m. It's a shame that no value is attached to it. Strangely enough, the lady at the second window was there for the third time and that's exactly where something was missing.

It's just McDonald's, everything else is good. But I strongly advise against visiting on Sunday evening. And now in a little more detail: I am often in the area and always stop in Herbolzheim. Everything is OK in the McDonald's. Food is delivered quickly, the staff is nice and nothing has ever been missing. But on Sunday evening it becomes very problematic, it's a difference like day and night: the whole place is full, and the four terminals are nowhere near enough for the amount of people hanging around there at that time. It takes what feels like an eternity before you can just place the order, and customers also take their time when ordering. On Sunday evenings I'll steer clear of this McDonald's in the future. The atmosphere is actually completely OK, but at that time the conditions there are really no longer solemn. Then you can see from the small number of terminals that there is absolutely no capacity for such a crowd.

Despite the fact that McDonald's is full, it took exactly 2 minutes and 30 seconds from the time I ordered on the computer (1×McRip +1×Erdberrshake) until I had what I ordered in my hand. The McRip is hot and it even comes with 3 cleaning cloths. My table has just been wiped clean and there is always someone running around cleaning and cleaning tables. I've never experienced such a clean and fast McDonald's.

We arrived and placed our order. We had to wait for a long time compared to other restaurants. When we received our order, we also received the order of another table AND an item was missing from our order. Lots of people at the end of the evening but the employees are efficient and courageous. The team member who waited on us was very cheerful and able to manage to serve everyone almost alone (it was around 11 p.m.). Everything was hot and good.

McDonald's which was overwhelmed when we came. No organization at the level of the order terminals by the staff because there are 4 terminals at one entrance and 2 terminals at the other.
