A large parking space can be found even at night. I set off at 2 a.m. The tarpaulin was cut and the parking cost was 10 euros

Coffee doesn't taste bad. Unfortunately, refueling is always more expensive than elsewhere.

Saturday around 1:30 p.m. only from the bread counter, the restaurant was open but it was just being cleaned up - not an inviting atmosphere to sit down here. No guests present either.

Ample parking for trucks. Clean toilet and shower room. There are 5 shower room. You can use your parking ticket to avail discount for shower and food as well. I was not able to try ordering food. The staff are approachable. This is my second time to park here.

Today I'm in Herbolzheim for the first time. Really have to say. If you use Ettenheim as a comparison, you are better off in Herbolzheim. The ambience and staff is better. It's quieter here and there's no stress here. This means you can switch off as a truck driver. I'd love to come back

Toilets cost 1 euro but are decent. You could also book a shower. If you eat or drink something you will get the euro refunded.

The food just wasn't good. Our schnitzels were poorly seasoned and the vegetables had no taste. The fries weren't cooked properly. Unfortunately not recommended.

Want to eat something quick on the way from A to B...for a motorway rest stop you can't complain except for the pudding-like sauce in the package... Schnitzel Viennese style was completely fine... Fries were delicious! Of course not freshly prepared but frozen but hey... Honestly, service was top...fast...satisfaction was there 👍 You will definitely be full.

Good parking on Saturday afternoon in the first parking lot there is almost no space left. Sunday 00:00 I arrived in the second parking lot, there were 6 free spaces. Price 12€ per day. If you present a ticket to the shower and cafe you can get a 20% discount

Delicious food during a stop on the way back to the Netherlands.

Small menu but big portions! Friendly lady in service, delicious food! Ordered trucker pan and tagliatelle with salmon. Both rich and delicious. We came here by chance a few years ago and since then we have been coming here to eat about once or twice a year when we are traveling in Rust. No matter what we order, it tastes good and fills us up.

I think it's a nice, quiet, clean place, clean bathroom, the lady at the cash register is very friendly, thank you.

Parking ok food nothing too slow service. Well, I also ate better food at autohofs, but that was a long time ago, they're not the autohofs they used to be anymore... I'm already trying to avoid every single one.

On Saturday at 23:30 there were still 14 places available. Regular car rental, toilets, showers, clean, neat, paid, like everywhere else in Germany, they don’t give you a voucher for food.

One of the poor parking lots (this is not autohof): - lack of garbage containers; - lack of a payment terminal for a parking space (only at the gas station cash desk); - no refund for the restaurant; - the wifi signal constantly disappears; - P2 is very far from the gas station (500m); - a disaster with the washing machine (no one knows how long to wait, payment at the checkout and expensive, 10€!); - rude service; - narrow parking slats.

Be careful what you pay for. I paid by card. The note says 10.50 euros, and in my online banking they took 12 euros

Unfortunately the staff at the gas station is very unfriendly. As a customer you are treated like a piece of trash and the change flies over the counter. You are also sent from one cash register to the other and if there are more than 3 customers, the staff is overwhelmed. The parking lot is ok, lots of space. The only negative point: there are only a few garbage cans at the beginning of the parking lot.

I've actually been eating breakfast there for years, but the service and quality have deteriorated so much that today was probably the last time I was there. 1. unfriendly service (acts very annoyed) 2. Toilet voucher was not deducted (deliberately!) 3. Half of the big breakfast was missing and was only added upon request 4. Since when has there been no more coffee and an extra charge of €3? With a breakfast for €11.50 that is only worth €6 or €7 at best? I have often noticed the sometimes unfriendly staff at rest stops and truck stops along the A5. No recommendation from me!

Used on the way there and back to Tuscany to refuel and take a break 👍 Toilets were clean and the fuel was cheap. I would stop there again and again.

The worst parking, not even a toilet, there is no such place, you can’t say auto khov, open area, don’t think about water It’s very shameful when you still say that everything is fine and there are discounts everywhere on auto hofs for trucks there is a shower and a toilet for free and you say you have a 2% discount for trucks. The result is equally more expensive than everywhere else

Very friendly staff ( fanny) came to the table and asking if everything was in order. Food was better than I expected for a gas station. I recommend this place to everyone. Price and service and very good and really recommended by me.

Like trucker have no idea about food, because get no vouchers of paying parking. Shit system. Shower good, clean, hot water 3,5€, Employers speak English which is nice. Toilet 1€ clean, good. Parking with strange lines to figure it out. Not good but not terrible.

This is probably the worst autohof in Germany, the places for vans were probably drawn by a child, the Christmas tree is very narrow, the tree is too short, for the rest I am silent, pay upon departure, and keep the 20 percent discount for yourself!

Super pump for me, very close to the A5 highway. I go there regularly by bus. I always stand in the second row from the building, stands no. 16 (diesel) and no. 17 (AdBlue) and there is also a stand with water right there. So I will add everything in one place

Good place to park, paid parking. There is a McDonald's and a burger king on the premises. Very close to the highway.

Toilets cost €1, but are not self-cleaning like Sanifair. As a special service, the guest should disinfect themselves. However, disinfectant is not available in the containers provided. There are regularly too few staff at the checkouts, which results in longer waiting times.

Better selection and cheaper prices than an average motorway service station.

Great rest stop on the way to Switzerland. We were allowed to stop there for a nap in the motorhome and then had a delicious breakfast to fortify myself for the onward journey. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Left here to fill up, good prices for diesel. Clean toilet, unfortunately in Germany always with a fee. But you could redeem the voucher straight away if you bought something at the counter. We ordered bockwurst with rolls, so far so good, friendly service, everything went very quickly. The service person also had gloves on, although I don't know what for. Cash was taken with these hygienic gloves, the sausage was removed with the hands even though the tongs were lying next to it, as were the rolls. Unfortunately that's a no-go and I wonder what the point of the gloves is. Otherwise very clean and a wide range of food.

You fill up for €800 and you don't even get coffee... I don't recommend it

There are always places, because you don’t get any bonuses for parking, a shower is 4 euros, a toilet is 1 euro, the prices are out of this world, McDonald’s with a toilet saves, there is Wi-Fi, but it constantly disappears....

Unfortunately, breakfast only starts at 7 a.m. The employee arrives shortly before seven o'clock and naturally parks in one of the three parking spaces for the disabled and is obviously without this "qualification". She should be happy that she doesn't need such a space.

Restaurant: I had the Burrata Pasta. Pasta "al dente", burrata super tempered and fresh rocket oil. Service friendly, tables clean. Sanitary facilities: There is a very spacious shower room (No. 5.) for 4 euros, with a toilet, mirror, sink and hooks. Everything clean, mold-free and in good condition. Truck parking: 75min. free, after that 50 cents/hour (during the day), at night 1.50€/hour, but not more than 12€. There is no consumption voucher, but there is a 20% discount on food and drinks. The parking lot is illuminated and monitored by cameras, and there are also limited shaded areas on the side. Unfortunately, the common mistake was also made here of not giving truck drivers free access to the toilets. Accordingly, people pee wildly and sometimes it smells very unpleasant. This can be solved better. Conclusion: Good truck stop with hotel and gas station. Thumbs up!

Great rest stop with a pleasant restaurant. Important for us: charging station for electric cars directly in front of the restaurant. We enjoyed it!

We wanted to charge quickly at the supercharger, unfortunately there is only very limited capacity, two vehicles share a charging station here. So of course it takes longer than expected. ONLY V2 supercharger!!!!!!!!

LKW parking is paid, but food vouchers are no longer given!! I haven't been here in years, I'm not going back after tonight!!!! I was very disappointed. It's not for nothing that the parking lot is around. Drivers whose time is running out are stopping, otherwise I wouldn't stop, neither would I.

5:30 in the morning 2 employees arguing who does what. It was a long wait for a good morning. It's a shame it was once one of the best rest areas. Significantly decreased. This morning, August 5th, for the same two ladies, discussing work was more important than saying good morning.

Keine einzige Sitzgelegenheit im Freien. Allgemeiner, äußerer Zustand vermüllt. ( übervolle Mülleimer, verschmutzter Boden, undichtes Dach....Auffangeimer im Verkaufsraum) Auf den Toiletten, aber auch im Verkaufsraum sind Fliegen, mehr als üblich. Sehr ekelhaft!

I went to this restaurant to eat on the recommendation of the gas station as it was advertised as fresh. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. The food was served to me within 5 minutes, which initially made me skeptical. The fried potatoes were obviously just warmed up and while the portion was generous, the potatoes on the bottom were cold - a typical sign of microwave heating. The spaetzle wasn't fresh either; Just heated tomato sauce was poured over it. I reported this to the waitress and explained to her that I had to spit the food out into a napkin. Unfortunately, I received no response or feedback from her. I also told the gas station about my disappointment. The only fresh product in this restaurant was the still Black Forest sparkling water from the bottle, which I can recommend with a clear conscience. Otherwise I will not visit this restaurant again and cannot recommend it.

Seemed unkempt, a construction site with confusing, probably moved barriers, overall confusing.
