Waited a very long time for the order, unfriendly service.

I visited this McDonald's several times in one week. The price-performance ratio is too high. During the night shift, they didn't put as much effort into preparing the burgers as they did during the late or midday shifts. I always ordered the same things, so they had to prepare them fresh. During the night shift, 50% of the cheese was missing from the burger, which was really annoying. However, it was great during lunch and the afternoon. Only during the evening rush hour do you have to wait far too long, in my opinion. Despite this, overall I think the McDonald's is quite good. I also found the restrooms clean, and there was plenty of toiletries, etc.

The Fellbach branch is by far the worst of all the ones I know. I exclusively use the drive-thru, but there are always employees there who don't speak German. And I don't mean that in a racist way at all. Sometimes I have to come over to other colleagues because they can't understand me, or they just speak English, of course? It's fine for me, but not everyone speaks English. The ice cream machines have worked maybe three times in the last two years, codes from the app only work 50/50, and there's often simply no Coke or Fanta. The food tastes the same as everywhere else, of course, but the service is truly abysmal. Better drive a town or two away or go to Subway 🤷🏻‍♂️

We went to this McDonald's today after a long time, hoping things had improved. However, it was worse than usual. The last few times (always to-go), something was always missing and/or the food was cold (we don't have far to go) and then it wasn't good anymore. But today was even worse...it was packed, every terminal was occupied, there was a line at the checkout and even more at the checkout. We had to wait about 25 minutes for our food, and when I checked the bags (luckily on-site), an ENTIRE menu was missing, and when I asked about it, an employee reacted annoyed. If they structured the service properly and processed everything gradually, it would work better. The food, except for the nuggets, was actually cold after a short time and really wasn't good... Other customers waited half an hour for table service today until they finally noticed that the food was at the counter and was already cold, and that's just unacceptable... McDonald's has been going downhill for years, and I don't think it'll improve anytime soon...

Never waited so long for an order. A friend and I ordered the same thing; he ordered after me, but got it first. I waited 20-30 minutes for my food. They work very slowly, and it wasn't particularly busy. I won't be coming here again. There were also frequent queues where something was forgotten.

Unfortunately, the employees seem quite overwhelmed. While the food tasted just like any other McD's, it sometimes came incomplete or without food, or the portion (in this case, a McFlurry) was about half the size of all the other nearby branches. It's a shame. Cleanliness is probably less than ideal, probably due to the clientele.

Worst burger of my life, it was ready in a minute, so it had probably been sitting around forever. It's really disgusting, I feel sick!!! Everything there didn't look very appetizing either.

I arrived shortly before 5 a.m.—before the official closing time—and the door was closed in my face! Opening hours until 5 a.m. meant I could still order something at 4:55 a.m.

The staff is terrible, rude and slow. We waited 25 minutes for our food even though we were the only customers. Thank you.

It's okay in itself, but when it's busy and it's a large order (family) you only get half of your order to take away and only notice what's missing when you get home. So far, I've always had the problem that one or more things were missing and I'm sick of complaining every time and don't want to drive out to get it again.

I'd actually give it 0 stars, but unfortunately I can't. The food took way too long to arrive. And the food was cold and tasteless!

Unfortunately, only 4 stars. One day, my brown sugar was forgotten for my Earl Grey, and another day, it took so long to prepare my order that the shift manager had to do it herself. Nevertheless, the quality of the food in terms of freshness and warmth is significantly better than in other McDonald's branches and restaurants, and the restaurant is quite clean. Unfortunately, the self-service kiosk was very slow and unresponsive, requiring you to press harder and more often for the touchscreen and PC to respond.

Mc Donald standard, but the place is dirty, parking management bad

They made me the wrong milkshake that cost almost €5. I went back and expected a new one. They did that, but they added so much coffee syrup that I couldn't even drink a sip. I also work in the restaurant industry (as a bartender), and if I reacted like that, they could shut down the place. However, they've made it easier for me to avoid going to such rubbish shops again, thanks for that 😗.

Very smelly and not very hygienic restrooms, but the food is usually ready quickly. However, the wrong order is often given.

Once again, a complete failure at packing sauces. There wasn't a single sauce. Thanks for this treat. Please just be careful here. 20-piece chicken nuggets without sauce is really no fun. The nuggets didn't arrive at all—well, they were definitely fresh, but they weren't. I ordered an apple turnover and got a yuzu cream turnover instead. After complaining, I finally got the right one, with the comment: "We hope it's the right one this time." The setting, though, was great.

I've been going to Fellbach for over 30 years. Currently, the employees seem lazy and unfriendly to me, just like the manager. They're not reordering because I haven't received one product for three months. Machines are constantly broken, etc. Better training and knowledge of German, or at least English, would also be beneficial. That's it for me. By

Yeah, it's just a McDonald's in the middle of Fellbach. It's the only one in the area, and therefore very busy. The service is just awful, as communication problems often arise.

I don't understand the really bad reviews. Yes, McDonald's is different than it was 15 years ago, and I liked it better back then. Back then, they had a decent parking lot and a good drive-thru entrance. Now that's really rubbish. You have to circle the McDonald's once to get to the drive-thru... but that's just because of the access from the main road; it's much easier from there, I suppose. The parking garage... well, cramped is an understatement, but it's okay. Public transport connections? Definitely worse. But as for the McDonald's itself: the usual food, the usual quality, and the ice cream machine worked too :)

Every time, something's missing from the order. It can't be that you have to go there twice. So, somehow, what you order should be there.

We were here today as a small family, and it's a McDonald's we won't be visiting again anytime soon, thanks to an unfriendly gentleman. This gentleman could have held both doors open for us, but he was too refined for that.

Unfortunately, I received an incomplete order again. No matter when, how much, or what I order, something is always missing... Today, a McRip, from a McRip meal.

I'm sitting here on a rainy Thursday morning: it's clean, the cashiers were both super friendly, and the team generally seems to be in a good mood. I was given a table service sign (without asking) and told I could sit down; my breakfast would be brought to me. This might be uncomfortable for some, but I found it to be excellent service—especially since I never use table service myself. The breakfast wrap tasted great, and so did the coffee and orange juice. The fact that they also offer lactose-free coffee is fantastic! The only downside is that a self-checkout that doesn't work isn't declared as defective. And some items were already sold out/unavailable in the morning (oat milk, some products).

The ice cream ordered from the vending machine was then unavailable (the money couldn't be refunded), and the other ice cream that was ordered had the wrong ingredients and was then thrown away. The staff didn't seem happy.

I just waited at the drive-thru for 8 minutes without anyone saying anything like, "Wait a minute" or anything else. I then drove back without buying anything. As I drove past the window, I could see the employees chatting in a relaxed manner. That's unacceptable. Doesn't the operator want to make money, do they? This was definitely my last time here. Maybe they should replace the entire staff?

The chicken in the wrap was raw, so I sent it back and got a new one…it was just as pink and had already been bitten into the other side. They only served iced tea, which was very warm, they served the wrong sauces, and the Big Mac was very sour and inedible.

My burger tasted like someone had spit on it. I can't recommend it.

Unfortunately, the team is difficult. Disinterested, unfriendly, unfamiliar with the products (and therefore incorrect packaging), and they only speak Arabic. But word has gotten around that the store is much less busy than before.

I ordered a Big Mag, which came with a slice of meat. On top was a slice of bread with nothing on it. I also asked for a fork, but the employee couldn't understand me. The restroom was dirty, and there was food and trash left over from the previous customer on the tables. It was just very unpleasant and unappetizing.

Instead of Fanta—carbonated water diluted with cheap juice!! they didn't give straws or lids for drinks, the potatoes weren't salted, and they didn't give napkins!!!😡😡

I don't know how to explain something like this. The employees are very unfocused and very slow; instead of working, they chat. I ordered a meal and had to hear that McDonald's is out of fries; they're sold out 🙈 because the employees don't do their jobs and don't check their stock and reorder. My burger was squashed and ice cold, then I was given a wait number which was never shown on the display, and because they typed it wrong, I had to eat the cold meal after 20 minutes. So the branch at Bühlstraße 135 70736 Fellbach is not recommendable at all, save your money or visit another branch. I really feel sorry for the franchise partner for employing such employees.

We were there on the weekend and waited 30 minutes for food as it was of course cold. The employees preferred to talk loudly in Albanian instead of taking care of the customers. Never go there again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Waited 40 minutes for 20 nuggets. The nuggets were in the fryer far too long and were completely dry and disgustingly greasy. The order was shown as "preparing" for 5 minutes, then not at all for 30 minutes, and then "ready for pickup" for another 5 minutes, even though it wasn't ready. The toilet smelled like a mixture of urine and vomit and was anything but clean. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. This all happened on July 26, 2025.

Letting customers stand at the checkout while loading juice is a breeze, you're ignored like air, really great! 🙄

I ordered from McDonald's via Lieferando. The delivery was incomplete. I called twice and said the order was incomplete, but the employee said it was still being delivered. Nothing arrived. I had already paid by credit card and didn't see the point in not getting the rest as promised, as I had a right to do so. So I called again a day later, but she didn't even want to know the order number and immediately got rude and hung up on me. The end result: My order is still incomplete, despite full payment, PLUS the employee's terrible behavior. Unbelievable and very unprofessional.

Very often, you don't get what you order, so always check what's in the bag. The fries are often very cold, and the online payment system doesn't work. All in all, it's almost worth driving to Illsfeld, where you get what you order.

The conclusion of my order today (July 20, 2025) at the drive-through: - no salad (so be it, it happens) - instead of Peri Peri, I get black pepper sauce, despite repeated corrections - instead of Shaker Fries, I get fried potatoes - instead of garlic pepper chicken nuggets, I get regular nuggets (I had a strong feeling the guy didn't even know about the new Shaker Fries and Garlic Pepper Chicken Nuggets) - and I get LIE TO TO THE FACE. Because I'm suspicious, I ask for a receipt. "They're available at the checkout station now. New system." But I don't get one there. I can still remember his grin. Question for you: how many stars would you give this "service"?

It's a shame that you don't get what you order. Instead of mango wraps, they came with mustard. One of the two apple turnovers was a cherry turnover. You couldn't even order the Happy Meal via the app.

Very unfriendly and they sold mayo for 60 cents, whereas in a normal restaurant it costs 20-30 cents.

The filthiest McDonald's I've ever seen. Disgustingly dirty, the food was stale and cold. I complained and got reheated filth. Very disappointed and disgusted. The Chicken McNuggets in the 20-pack had 6 pieces that were inedible. They were darker and the meat smelled strong, so that pack ended up in the trash. I have no idea what went wrong here, but I was extremely disappointed. Thank goodness they weren't eaten!!!

The ordering machines didn't work, the floor was very dirty, and the staff was very unfriendly, especially the young lady with brown hair. On top of that, the fries were just thrown in.

Just been there and ordered takeaway. For a family of six, that's really expensive. Theoretically, you could just go out for pizza somewhere for that. And, as always, I got ripped off... I'd avoid any other crappy restaurant if I got ripped off so often. 5-10 euros here, 10 euros there... simply annoying. Incredibly poor service and no consideration for customers. Our order wasn't delivered in full, and the response we received was that the rest couldn't be delivered until tomorrow? That was the very last time we ordered from here!!!

This is the third time I've ordered a strawberry cocktail here, and I don't understand why they call it that. It has nothing in common with a real strawberry cocktail, either in taste or color. It's white and absolutely tasteless. And you can only imagine strawberries in your mind. It's always dirty and uncomfortable.

Well, McCafe used to be better. Coffee drinks aren't really advertised anymore, and you order and get them at the regular checkout. The employee is stunned and gives us the drinks in 2go cups. What can I say about McDonald's? It tastes delicious as always most of the time 😊 but the prices have become expensive these days. For example, a Big McMeal with 2 Big McMeals as a voucher in 2020 = €8.49, 2021 = €8.99, 2023/2024 = €10.99 and 2025 = €11.99. Unfortunately, I had to update my review. The ordering machines are so slow, it's annoying to order from there, which is why they lose a star. The fries are usually brought out too early, especially when it's busy. They're then just soft and light, whether that's intentional or not is questionable. I/we at least like them better when they're slightly crispy when you bite into them. The fries are really completely different every time.

Hello, if I could I would like to give no star, but unfortunately ak is at least one. First I order a caramel shake, which I didn't get, then I went to the service and reported it normally, where I also got a shake but without caramel. And like a 1 in 10 I end up getting red glass and ordered blue. Some of them don't speak German and you can't get along with them.

After waiting 30 minutes, I went to the counter to cancel my order because I couldn't wait any longer due to scheduling reasons. A cancellation is not possible. I could take it with me. Transporting an open McSundae in the company car and only being able to eat it after 4 hours of work when everything has melted? This is not possible. No insight, no money back.

It is and remains simply the worst McDonald’s in the greater Stuttgart area. Now that they've had a certain amount of time where they were better, today we had nuggets again that were already 5 hours old, same burgers and of course the sauces were forgotten.

A McDonald's without a changing table...doesn't work anymore these days - one star is already too many...I advise all young families to go there from now on

If you order incorrectly, they are rude if you politely point out that something is missing or not what was ordered. Something was missing today, people became unfriendly or didn't understand you.

In Germany, McDonald's is very bad, but this one is great!
